Folks, we had been receiving messages about a possible fine if you're on the road after 2:00 PM today. We did some research and while this is not in effect at the moment, "once declared, tickets can be issued to those in violation."If you're a business owner, know that WE had been told this may go into effect by 2:00 PM today. To confirm this information contact your local Law Enforcement Agencies. That's how I got my information.

Oh Bloody Great. My wife is at work at Walmart. I called and they are pulling out at 4:00PM. I hope Kevin has good enough sense(not) get his people out of there before 2.
joe what can i do my company is in delaware and they are forcing us to stay open!! I have on a normal day a 45 minute ride home and it is already white out conditions!!! What do I do??
My husband has lived in Salisbury his entire life (48 years) as well as his father who is 78. both said they have never seen it this bad. so much for global warming. lol

Joe, thanks for posting this! There are morons everywhere that only thinkg of themselves and their profits! Spoiled/expired food and merchandise can be written off, real human lives can't! Why don't these employers get that???
And aren't the National Guard supposed to transport nurses, drs. and healthcare essensial staff to work if needed rather than asking office staff to drive people to work in their SUV or 4-wheel drive trucks?? Please help shed some light on that issue. What if the staff who is non-essential gets into an accident being asked to transport the essential staff??
I am thinking that you get them to sign a waiver saying they will be financially responsible for anything that happens. Put it in a monetary light.
Cops cant even get their cars out to ticket people. They have better things to do. Stop panicking over this and if you have to drive take extra precaution. Other wise stay home.
