Dover, DE-The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Michelle L. Halderman, 48, of Seaford, Delaware.

Troopers are looking for Michelle L. Halderman who hasn’t been heard from since 4:11 a.m. this morning, Saturday, August 21, 2016, after she left her residence in Seaford.

There is a concern for Halderman’s safety and welfare as troopers have been unable to make contact with her to check on her welfare and attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful.

Michelle L. Hadlerman is a white female, approximately 5’6” tall 180 lbs last seen wearing a dark colored sundress brown eyes and brown hair.

If anyone has any information in reference to the whereabouts of Michelle L. Halderman they are asked to call Troop 5 at 302-337-1090. WICOMICO'S COUNTY'S LIBERAL SOCIALIST AGENDA

For 150 years, WICOMICO COUNTY has historically elected a majority of Democrat County Councils with a smattering of Republicans and an occasional Independent. But even with Democrats primarily in control for a large part of a hundred and twenty five years, WICOMICO remained rather conservative largely due to the rural nature of the County. But the tide began to turn before the end of the of the last century. Some people thought that WICOMICO COUNTY should be more like some of the counties across the Bay. The push was on to grow government.

With the help and support of two left wing liberal organizations, THE GREATER SALISBURY COMMITTEE and THE SALISBURY CHAMBER OF COMMERICE, a charter review committee was initiated and a referendum ballot was forwarded to change the WICOMICO COUNTY charter to a Executive form of government. As with most ballot questions, unless there is a lot of opposition, it passed. This greatly increased the cost of government to the citizens of WICOMICO COUNTY beyond most citizens' expectations.

The first election held under this new form of government produced the County's first County Executive, RICHARD M POLLITT. Pollitt's first task at hand was to rid the County of the evil Revenue Cap that had been imposed by the taxpayers in the early 1990's. Then the local liberal appointed BOARD OF EDUCATION pushed the County Council to almost double the property taxes. Fortunately in 2006, and 2010 the taxpayers were at least wise enough to elect somewhat of an conservative County Council to hold off any attempt of a reversal without a referendum, which never happened.

After 8 years of trying to suck the last dollar out of the taxpayers, POLLITT was replaced by what was supposed to be a conservative savior, ROBERT CULVER. CULVER entered the fray guns blazing, firing employees, taking away County cars and even took away employee's paid birthdays leave. Good start, one would say! But the problem is CULVER found that while he had the support of the working class, he didn't gain any favor with the local liberals. You see the people that elected CULVER work everyday for a living so they are not hanging out at the Government Office Building, but those lobbying for more liberal ideas do. The ones that supported POLLITT, i.e. the CHAMBER MEMBERS, the G.S.C. and the liberal fraction of the County Council, were now even more angry at CULVER'S cost cutting actions. So whats a guy to do? First you look back at how POLLITT covered his ass for eight years. CULVER had fired the public information officer so he makes up a couple of new titles and hires two to replace one. Next you have to find one of the most liberal ideas around to satisfy these folks that are not speaking to you. AHA! How about FREE COLLEGE TUITION at WOR WIC? That should do it! Take a page out of the liberal lefts' playbook! After all, look at all the people that are fawning over BERNIE SANDERS and HILLARY CLINTON. Suddenly, CULVER see's the path to being a popular guy!

Once this socialist idea takes shape, your next issue becomes how you can pay for this program. You've promised not to raise taxes THIS YEAR, so in order to keep your promise, you need to make some cuts (some big cuts) because, after all, this is a costly program! The $250,000+ price tag is just a start. With two other local colleges who will want to be included, it is sure to balloon. And in reality, why should it be limited to only WOR WIC students? How to find the money to fund free tuition? OK, start with cutting retirees insurance benefits. There is only about two hundred or so and they don't represent a large group and that will only sacrifice a few votes. Maybe next year we can cut some more employee benefits as this program has been stated to cost over $600,000 next year.

One would think that this idea would not have made it past the County Council since the voters elected a COUNTY COUNCIL with six Republicans and they surely would vote down such nonsense. However, it seems several on the Council have taken a big bite out of the same apple that CULVER has been chewing on. With a six to two vote and one absent, the resolution to offer free tuition passed quicker than a hot knife through butter!

With the FREE TUITION resolution passing, there's one more step in this process this year. That is to transfer the money to the COMMUNITY FOUNDATION so it can be passed on to WOR WIC. Are you surprised at this? Perhaps WICOMICO COUNTY is not capable of handling it's own money.

I predict that while this year's program cost will be $250,000 plus, next year it will grow close to $750,000, and by the third year S.U. and U.M.E.S. will be included growing the cost even more. If so, the cost to WICOMICO COUNTY taxpayers will balloon into a multi million dollar program A budget buster if ever there was one!

With WICOMICO COUNTY over FIFTY TWO MILLION DOLLARS BEHIND IN INFRASTRUCTURE REPAIRS, who is setting our spending priorities, and more importantly, WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE? Either way, it will be the taxpaying citizens of WICOMICO COUNTY who pay the price.

BALTIMORE —Michael Phelps has made it pretty clear that the Summer Games in Rio was his last Olympics.

If it is the end of his swimming career, Phelps will retire having won a record 28 Olympic medals, 23 of which were gold.

Many in Baltimore wonder how should be recognized locally for his accomplishments. Some have suggested a statue that would go alongside similar ones for Johnny Unitas, Ray Lewis and Brooks Robinson to name a few.

“I think that's a great idea,” one Baltimore resident said. “He's the best all-around athlete there is.”

As you all may have noticed, the Media has been waging war on Donald Trump. It's getting to the point that borders an insane obsession with picking a part everything he does and says, spinning it into something 'dark' and dangerous.

Over the last week, some answers have come to light that may shed some reasons as to why the Media, particularly the Conservative pundits' disdain toward Trump. The findings are going to shock you!

I have attached a video that verifies this information. And yes, it's been vetted through several sources within many agencies - not just my own but many other fellow writers using their own sources. All point to this being accurate even though the video maker is careful to assert he's reporting what he's been told by his Pentagon source.

While we all know about Clinton Aide, Huma Abiden's videos taken during private meetings between herself, Hillary Clinton and several foreign (and hostile to US) agents that Wikileaks was going to break last Sunday (August 6), there has been a storm of restraining orders sent to RT (Russian Times) from our State Department to block these videos from surfacing as they go towards proving treason on Clinton's lot. However, given that RT is not subject to US laws (or law enforcement) with the exception of their America office, these will only hold for so long. RT's involvement stems from last Sunday's interview with famed hacker and Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange who is in exile at the Ecuador embassy in London for the last five years.

The second bit on this video (clocking at 1:34) is the part dealing with our crazy media coverage these days. It seems that Clinton brokered a deal to double Israel's aid if Netanyahu helps her win the presidency by slandering Trump, using his own brigade within our Media system.

This is based on the premise that should Trump get elected, he will reduce aid to the Middle East including Israel - an assumption that is FALSE! On the contrary, Trump is stating he wants to reduce or end aid to countries harboring and supporting terrorists. This is a huge difference than what was presented by Clinton.

The disturbing thing is, it appears Netanyahu has taken the bait. Many Jewish journalists - Bill Kristol, Ben Shapiro, Jamie Weinstein to name a few - have all been touting the NeverTrump banner in spite of Trump's popularity with voters.

This week, Trump revealed his very conservative economic plan devised by known-conservative economists like Stephen Moore. It's as close to Reagan as anyone has gotten in a long, long time! Additionally, earlier in the Spring, he released his highly conservative judges list of those he would proffer for appointment to the Supreme Court. Therefore, the hysterical NeverTrumpers appear nonsensical - that is, until now! It's more than a mere axe to grind! It's more than anything personality based. This goes much deeper into the collusion we've seen so rampant with Clinton and her camp!

Watch the video, while boring, listen to its contents multiple times. It's a lot to take in but as a responsible voter, it's up to you to inform yourselves!

“I believe that Hillary Clinton will win the election in November. Then, sometime between November and January, Hillary will be indicted. The IRS is now investigating the Clinton Foundation and the whole e-mail thing isn’t over yet. Once under indictment she won’t be able to assume the Office of the President in January. Tim Kaine, who will not actually be the Vice President because neither he nor Hillary have been inaugurated, cannot assume the Presidency. The Speaker of the House can’t move up to it because there is already a sitting President and Vice President. So President Obama, in an Executive Order citing 'emergency situation,' gives himself another four years in office is the only way possible.”

Obama has been planning this for a while now, knowing he has enough on Hillary to indict her. Had the Attorney General indicted her based on evidence from the FBI, the plan wouldn’t have worked because the DNC would have quickly come up with another candidate.

If you think about it, it’s not that outrageous. Many people on the left, including the President, want Obama to stay another four years. The law prohibits him from being re-elected so the only 2 ways he can do it is either by declaring martial law and suspending the election (which would be a very negative thing for the country) or to declare himself still President because the elected candidate cannot assume her duties.

The latter makes more sense and is actually more feasible. And since it’s never been done before, it would set a precedent that would be difficult to challenge.

Of course, if Trump wins the election none of this is going to happen. But what if he is correct? Four more years of Obama and a mostly useless Republican House and Senate would give Obama the time he needs to continue destroying the country to fit his stated goals."

In the climate that is going on today with all the scrutiny the law enforcement community is under, I am a shocked and sickened that this is how Salisbury PD is choosing to portray itself. Not to mention the amount of tax dollars being wasted in this picture is OUTRAGEOUS. And lastly I'm not sure if this is a promotional photo shoot or what the nature of this was BUT it's a gross misrepresentation of the "diversity" in the dept, that female is NOT a TAC officer and in my opinion is disrespecting ever officer that's put in the time ,commitment and sacrifice to be a part of such an elite unit, not only is Salisbury but across the country. Ocean City seeks another eye in sky

If Ocean City officials want to fix a more permanent license plate reader at the foot of the Route 50 bridge, it’s going to cost them. As it happens, there’s state funding available for it.

Earlier this month, the city applied for a $90,320 grant from the Governor’s Office of Crime Control & Prevention to pay for the replacement of the temporary plate reader at the West Ocean City entrance.

The reader scans thousands of vehicle’s plates in a short time and enters the information into national and state databases that include wanted persons, missing persons, gang members and national sex offender lists. If a plate is included in the database, the system can provide the vehicle’s location and direction of travel.

Digital images can also include the vehicle’s make and model, the driver and passengers, and distinguishing features of the vehicle.

Critics: Governor’s promise to heal Baltimore rings hollow

BALTIMORE (AP) — When Baltimore’s streets erupted in the worst rioting in 40 years, Republican Gov. Larry Hogan pledged to help heal the city. Instead, critics say, some of his administration’s policy decisions over the last 16 months actually undercut local efforts to address the deep-seated poverty and violence that triggered the unrest in the first place.

The conflict highlights the differences between Democratic lawmakers who want expanded services for their core supporters in Maryland’s largest city and a GOP governor committed to more fiscal restraint.

Baltimore’s rioting was triggered by the April 2015 death of Freddie Gray, a black man who died of injuries in police custody.

Hogan’s response last year was swift: He called in the National Guard to help restore order and sent a strong message of support to local leaders.

But this month Hogan refused to release an $80 million funding package authorized by state lawmakers, including $1 million for the Safe Streets program. The violence intervention initiative hires former felons and ex-gang members to mediate potentially violent conflicts. Without the $1 million, Safe Streets, which operates five sites in Baltimore’s most dangerous and crime-ridden neighborhoods, could be forced to close.

$6.5 TRILLION MISSING FROM DEFENSE DEPARTMENT

A relatively obscure audit report from the Office of Inspector General of the United States Department of Defense suddenly is getting a lot of attention for what it apparently reveals: The Pentagon can’t account for $6.5 trillion.

At ArmstrongEconomics, the blog reported, “Once again, the office of inspector general has come up with a huge hole in the Department of Defense with a missing $6.5 trillion.”

The day before 9/11, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld admitted $2.3 trillion was missing from the Defense Department budget, noted the blog.

That figure has now grown to $6.5 trillion and counting.

To get a handle on its magnitude, a pile of $100 bills in that amount would be enough to make every man, woman and child in the states of Colorado, Wyoming and South Dakota an instant millionaire.

The report, “Army General Fund Adjustments Not Adequately Documented or Supported,” started out with the goal of finding out whether the changes in the Army General Fund data during Fiscal Year 2015 to financial statements were “adequately documented and supported.”

Maryland pension system falls far short of earnings target

BALTIMORE (AP) — Maryland’s public pension system missed its annual target for returns by more than 6 percentage points in the past fiscal year.

Citing a news release from the State Retirement and Pension System, The Washington Post (http://wapo.st/2blgqlF ) reports that the $45.5 billion investment portfolio earned 1.16 percent after fees for the fiscal year that ended June 30. That return is well below the fund’s annual objective of 7.55 percent.

It is the second consecutive year that the actively managed retirement program fell short of its goal. It grew 2.68 percent during the 2015 fiscal year.

Business owner says he will move 150-person office out of Baltimore if minimum wage goes to $15

One Baltimore business owner says he will have to move his 150-person office out of the city if a hotly debated bill to raise the minimum wage to $15 per hour is approved.

CMD Outsourcing Solutions Inc.'s customer service call center, which serves higher education institutions nationwide, has been in Baltimore City for 17 years. The company's current office is along East Pratt Street near the Inner Harbor. But as the City Council gets ready to vote Monday on a bill to raise the minimum wage by 2022, CMD CEO Russ Causey said the effects of the legislation could force him to move his business.

"I love the city. That's why I started my business here," he said. "This [bill] would move our rates up to a level that we would have no choice but to leave."

This contrasts with the views of some local business owners who have said it doesn't make sense to leave the city because even with increased costs, the location provides access to the highest concentration of potential customers and potential income.

Navy names ship after gay rights advocate Harvey Milk

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Navy is naming a ship in honor of the late gay rights leader Harvey Milk, who served in the Navy for four years before he began a career in San Francisco city government.

Navy Secretary Ray Mabus said Tuesday that Milk displayed tremendous courage fighting for the rights of the LGBT community. The ship is one of a new fleet of replenishment oilers that will be built in San Diego.

Milk’s career as a Navy officer, however, ended with an “other than honorable” discharge, due to allegations of fraternization with enlisted personnel.

Some argue that Milk was forced out of the military because he was gay. A defense official said Tuesday that Milk accepted the other than honorable discharge to avoid possible disciplinary action.

What sense does burning your own community to the ground make in protest of a police shooting? If your answer was “none,” you’re probably not affiliated with the Black Lives Matter movement.

In what appeared to be a brief moment of sanity, the sister of Milwaukee shooting “victim” Sylville Smith almost came to this realization. Via The Blaze: Sherelle Smith, sister of the armed black man fatally shot by Milwaukee police, spoke to the press Sunday following hours of violent riotingprompted by Sylville Smith’s death.

Addressing multiple news outlets near a park not far from the BP gas station that protesters set ablaze Saturday night, Smith’s sisters spoke passionately about the about the grief and rage felt by the community. “I lost my brother. I can’t get him back. Never. Never. That’s pain. I can’t look him in the eye no more,” Sherelle said of 23-year-old Sylville, according to WITI-TV.

Black Lives Matter Targeting Graceland

“Elvis Week” is currently in full swing at Graceland in Memphis, and Black Lives Matter activists have announced they plan to “shut it down.”

The event started Wednesday, August 10, and ends on Tuesday, August 16.

Fox News reported that the Coalition of Concerned Citizens, which includes Black Lives Matter activists and other protestor groups, have announced a “mass demonstration” at Graceland, scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

When asked why, they said since it’s “Elvis week,” they want to “raise awareness.” Black Lives Matter recently held another protest in front of Graceland, where some protesters were arrested for blocking traffic.

Black Lives Matter Target Graceland: Plan to 'Shut Down' Elvis Week

The Coalition of Concerned Citizens, a radical group that includes Black Lives Matter protesters, has set its sights on Elvis territory, with a plan to “Shut Down Graceland” on Monday.

While the target might seem unusual, the timing is not. The annual Elvis Week has been taking place since Wednesday and is slated to continue until Tuesday.

The local TV station Fox 13 reports:

Protest leaders say the mass demonstration is planned for 6:00pm Monday. They said they specifically chose Graceland because it is Elvis week and they know it will raise awareness.

Leaders say they also chose Graceland because “it demonstrates one of Memphis’s most common forms of financial inequality and because the site has ties to … the death of unarmed teen Darrius Stewart.”

“We feel like we still haven’t been answered,” said Frank Gottie, a community leader. “They’re givin’ us the runaround.”

Narrative: On 11 August 2016 at 1:44 PM a deputy arrested Ellis in connection with an assault. It was reported that Ellis engaged in a physical altercation with his girlfriend during which he allegedly kicked her in the ribs and grabbed her around her throat. During the investigation the deputy observed signs of injury that corroborated the victim’s account.
Upon arrest Ellis was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Ellis in the Detention Center in lieu of $15,000.00 bond.

Narrative: On 11 August 2016 at 4:30 PM a deputy encountered James Fisher who had been sought on two District Court Bench Warrants since March 2016. The warrants were issued when Fisher failed to appear for a Theft case and a Driving Revoked case.
The deputy placed Fisher under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Fisher in the Detention Center on a total bond of $4,000.00.

Narrative: On 12 August 2016 at 9:37 AM a deputy located John Charles in the 800 block of Booth Street and took him into custody on an arrest warrant for Escape 2nd Degree. The warrant was obtained after Charles did not report to the Detention Center on 23 July 2016 to begin serving a period of incarceration imposed in a Rogue and Vagabond case.
The deputy transported Charles to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Charles without bond in the Detention Center.

Suspect: Robert J. More, 38, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 12 August 2016 at 10:39 PM a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Robert More after the deputy observed More make a left turn against a red signal narrowly avoiding a collision with a vehicle that had the right of way with the green signal. The deputy initiated a stop of More who continued on Naylor Mill Road, pulled into the Burger King parking lot and did not stop until reaching the drive through order board.
Upon making contact with More, the deputy immediately observed indicators that included a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage that suggested More was under the influence of alcohol. The deputy conducted field sobriety testing which More performed poorly on which caused the deputy to place More under arrest.
During subsequent processing More refused to submit to a breath test. The deputy transported More to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released More on $5,000.00 unsecured bond.

Narrative: On 14 August 2016 at 4:35 PM a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Antonio Diaz-Juarez for speeding on Ocean Gateway in the Pittsville area. Upon making contact with Diaz-Juarez, the deputy discovered that Diaz-Juarez not only was operating his vehicle without a valid license, he was also being sought on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after he did not appear for a DUI case back in November 2015 in Prince George’s County, MD.
The deputy arrested Diaz-Juarez on the outstanding bench warrant and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Diaz-Juarez on Personal Recognizance.

Troopers Respond To Multiple DUI Related Crashes Over Weekend – SPIDRE Team Leader Hit By Impaired Driver For Second Time

(PIKESVILLE, MD) – Maryland State Police troopers conducted multiple traffic enforcement operations over the weekend, but despite their efforts, were still called to more than one dozen crashes involving suspected impaired drivers, including one that involved the team leader of the DUI enforcement unit.

During the weekend, troopers statewide made more than 4,700 traffic stops and issued more than 3,100 citations and 3,000 warnings. They were involved in sobriety checkpoints and special enforcement initiatives in various counties. Troopers arrested 71 impaired drivers statewide.

Despite those efforts, troopers were called to respond to 15 crashes that involved suspected impaired drivers. Those crashes included three each in Prince George’s and Howard counties, two each in Charles and Wicomico counties, and one each in Caroline, Harford, Worcester, St. Mary’s and Cecil counties. Although there were multiple injuries, no fatalities occurred in these crashes.

The State Police Impaired Driving Reduction Effort, or SPIDRE Team, was working DUI enforcement in Prince George’s County, where they arrested seven impaired drivers over two days. The team leader, 1/Sgt. David Ryan, was patrolling Rt. 193 about 3:30 a.m. Saturday, when his patrol vehicle was struck in the right front by a driver changing lanes. The 19-year-old driver had a learner’s permit and was arrested for driving impaired. Neither he nor 1/Sgt. Ryan was injured. This is the second time 1/Sgt. Ryan has been struck by an impaired driver while working DUI enforcement with the SPIDRE Team.

In Howard County, a motorcyclist attempted to drive between two vehicles while traveling east on I-70 at Rt. 29 shortly before noon yesterday. He lost control and was ejected from his motorcycle. The investigation indicates he was driving impaired. When a friend of his, also driving a motorcycle, stopped at the scene of the crash, he was arrested by troopers for operating under the influence.

In Wicomico County, troopers were called to Mt. Hermon Road and Forest Grove Road in Parsonsburg Friday afternoon, for a single vehicle crash involving a moped. The moped operator apparently lost control of the vehicle and fell off. He was subsequently charged with DUI and related traffic charges.

State troopers work daily to identify and remove impaired drivers from Maryland roads. So far this year, Maryland state troopers have made more than 338,200 traffic stops and almost 4,400 arrests for impaired driving. Please do not drink and drive.

‘Gender Unicorn’ for Kids Lets Them Color in Their ‘Gender Identity’

“Gender Unicorns” that kids can color in to express their “gender identity” are now being distributed in schools across the country.

A transgender advocacy group is providing schools with the cartoon of a purple unicorn who appears to be thinking about the LGBT rainbow, causing outrage from parents. One district in North Carolina was met with protests after it used the “Gender Unicorn” in its faculty training.

The group, Trans Student Educational Resources, says the Gender Unicorn is an upgrade from the “Genderbread Person,” another cartoon graphic about gender identity targeting children.

The organization offers definitions for “gender identity,” “gender expression/presentation,” “sex assigned at birth,” “sexually attracted to,” and “romantically attracted to” on its informational page on the Gender Unicorn.

Gender identity is defined as “one’s internal sense of being male, female, neither of these, both, or another gender(s).”

Milwaukee Riots After Police Shoot Armed Black Suspect; Police Cars Burned, Officer Injured

Late on Saturday afternoon police in Milwaukee, Wisconsin shot an armed suspect fleeing from a car on the city’s North Side. Not long after the shooting a large group of residents initiated a confrontation with police that included at least one squad car being burned. A gas station and other autos were also torched.

The officer-involved shooting occurred at around 3:30 PM and involved two MPD officers who had stopped a car near the 3200 block of N. 44th Street. The two suspects inside fled on foot with the officers giving chase. In short order one of the suspects pointed a semi-automatic pistol at the officers and was killed, according to CBS.

In the hours after the shooting groups of residents in the mostly African-American neighborhood gathered near the crime scene and soon began taunting police officers investigating the incident.

The taunting continued for some time and then turned violent, with police cars being swarmed and pelted with bricks and rocks as a small-scale riot broke out.

Things are not always what they appear to be...

Over this last week, the Media made much to do about nothing as they made yet another attempt to smear Donald Trump when he tried to energize the Second Amendment voters to vote in November. It was all over the news as I'm sure many of you heard the four-day ordeal. The whole insidious nonsense even packed a knockout punch when the United States Secret Service reveal CNN blatantly fabricated a reprimand they supposedly gave Trump for his remarks.

Besides their ritual demonizing Trump, what was the story Clinton's media buddies were really hiding?

Back in July, FBI Director, James Comey, gave a damning statement of Hillary Clinton's character (and ability) over her private email server while Secretary of State, deeming her as 'excessive careless' with classified information. However, the punchline was he didn't recommend charges to be filed against her for her gross negligence. Coming on the heels of the clandestine meeting between former president Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch, the timing of this conclusion was suspect at best - not to mention, he prosecuted Clinton before issuing the final blow.

Most of you thought the whole Clinton criminality thing had been put to bed. That is, until the Clinton Foundation became a lightning hot topic of discussion due to Wikileaks and other whistleblowers.

A few weeks back, I reviewed the book by Peter Schweizer, Clinton Cash and a week later, the documentary came out under the same title. In a nutshell, the author laid out some of the Clinton's payola deals with various foreign countries - Bill got paid for making speeches while Hillary granted government access and large sums of money were funneled through the Foundation as 'donations' from many companies and international government interests. The whole government access for sale was blown open as the email server scandal appeared to wrap up. Or so it seemed...

Last week, while the MSM was obsessing over Donald Trump, a war was waging between the DOJ and the FBI which resulted in Lynch, denying Comey's request to investigate the Clinton Foundation further. While many sources confirm this investigation has been very much alive for a long time, it was as not overt as the email server probe. It actually began after the agency discovered a server with Foundation emails and documents in the oddest place -- the embassy in Benghazi after the terrorist attack which killed four Americans on September 11, 2012.

Now, bear in mind, payola is not only against the law - it's considered high treason - which is subject to punishment which can entail the Death Penalty. (Think Julius and Ethel Rosenberg) It's no laughing matter and law enforcement - especially the FBI - takes it seriously.

With the DOJ's failure to approve the investigation, thinking he was in the clear - as Bill Clinton and Chelsea were also at the heart of this investigation - he truculently ostracized Comey during a speech this last week, stating the FBI was full of bull. Well, safe to say, he probably regrets making such a provocative statement now...

The big news hit the street Friday though many media outlets are still not reporting it due to it's damning ramifications to their favorite gal pal; however, you can find it on some news organizations like The Daily Caller. Much to Bill's chagrin, the FBI found another way to perhaps finally skin this criminal cat. Not only is the FBI investigation an ongoing one, it is now moved to three local agencies with the US Attorney's office in full cooperation and decision-making power to decide whether or not to indict Hillary, Bill and Chelsea Clinton for selling government access through both the Bill Clinton  and Chelsea Clinton Foundations.

This is horrible news for the Clintons as each US Prosecutor involved is notorious for not taking these cases lightly nor are they afraid to indict and prosecute the rich, powerful people. One in particular is New York run by Preet Bharara, known for being a hard, no-nonsense prosecutor and one Clinton should fear the most. While the other two cities are Little Rock, AR and Washington, DC, New York may be the downfall of the Clintons in swift order.

As one source put it, "...unlike Lynch, we won't be seeing Bharara meeting with Bill Clinton on any tarmacs to 'discuss' golf and grandkids. Not only is he tough, he's well-protected as he is known for prosecuting the worst of the worst in both criminal and white collar crime."

It seems Comey still has powerful influence in his old stomping grounds as he was working for this same New York office when he indicted and prosecuted Martha Stewart back in 2003 - long before becoming the most powerful law enforcement officer in our government.

There is no doubt this is far worse than the email server and probably one of the real reasons why Clinton had a private server to begin with -- to hid evidence of her quid pro quo malfeasance. Additionally, we also learned last week through an NSA whistleblower that the National Security Administration has all those deleted 30,000+ emails Clinton thought her clever attorneys erased without a trace. The source also confirmed, they are at the FBI's disposal for their investigation, yet they did not confirm nor deny a request had been filed.

The source did add that one thing is for sure in this situation, intent will not even be a part of the conversation as the Clinton's 'intent' is so blatant and obvious that even a third-grader could point it out without any problem.

Did he know this when he made his statements and testimony before Congress last month? Guess we'll just have to wait for Director Comey's memoirs to be published but until then, we have front row seats to the biggest bust of the most corrupt crime syndicates in our Federal government's history. Richard M. Nixon and  Watergate have now been completely vindicated - it's just a shame he didn't live to see it!

Do you still wonder why it's been over 259 days since Hillary Clinton held a press conference? If she has a good criminal defense lawyer, it's no wonder!

And for those of you who love to defend the Clintons, claiming they a sophisticated organized crime family that will escape prosecution: Remember, they said the same thing about Capone, John Gotti and a host of others who have gone to prison for their crimes. As anyone whose ever studied law will tell you, repeat offenders increase their chances of being caught and adjudicated -- why? Because they get sloppy! At this point, the Clintons' pride has made them very cocky and sloppy! 

Clinton aides perk up with prospect of ‘classified’ FBI leak

All leaks of classified information are not created equal — at least not for top officials running Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

Some of the same staffers who were apparently nonchalant about their boss sending classified information over her private email server are now irate over the possible leak of Clinton’s FBI interview to reporters.

“Already hearing from people who have been contacted by reporters with knowledge of the content of their interviews in FBI 302’s,” campaign chair John Podesta said Wednesday night on Twitter.

A 302 is an interview summary produced by FBI agents. Podesta’s claim is that the FBI’s interview summary of the one they conducted with Hillary Clinton — which they shipped this week to Capitol Hill — has already been leaking to the press.
