Clinton's State Department Blew $6 Billion In Contracts, And We’re About To Learn Why

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton may soon have to answer questions about an estimated $6 billion in contract mismanagement, fraud and incompetence that happened under her watch at the Department of State.

Non-profit government watchdog Cause of Action Institute (CofA) filed a Freedom of Information Act request Friday for records related to a March 2014 management alert issued by the department’s Inspector General (IG).

“The total value of the contracts the [IG] reviewed exceeded $6 billion,” the CofA’s FOIA request said. “Many of these cases arose during the tenure of Secretary Hillary Clinton.” Clinton was the country’s top diplomat from January 2009 to February 2013.

The IG alert that unveiled the mismanagement was based on three investigations and two contract-related audits.

Amish Teen Charged With Driving Horse While Intoxicated

A teenager was formally charged with multiple counts of driving under the influence, including driving his horse-drawn buggy while intoxicated.

Robert Miller, 18, a Pennsylvania Amish teenager from the home of everyone’s favorite groundhog — Punxsutawney — was originally pulled over for the infraction July 8 in Canoe Township, and was officially charged Wednesday, The Daily Mail reported Thursday.

Miller was also charged with a second count of “being incapable of safely operating a vehicle while under the influence,” careless driving, underage possession of alcohol, and a violation of the open container in a vehicle law, Corporal Adam Reed, Coordinator of the Public Information Office for the Pennsylvania State Police, told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Miller’s four passengers, Andrew Coblentz and Raymond Kurtz, both 20 year olds, William Byler, 18, and an unnamed 16 year-old, were also charged with underage drinking.

Still 'pro-choice' after this? Then you have no soul

Moral clarity alert. The kid gloves are off. Time for some serious soul searching.

You proponents of the torturous live-dismemberment of children in the womb, just knock it off already. Your pro-abortion euphemisms – “pro-choice,” “reproductive freedom,” “women’s rights” and other such propagandist nonsense – have run their shameful course. As you regressive “progressives” like to say, “The science is settled.” Pre-born babies are objectively and empirically distinct persons with emotions, autonomy (though in a dependent stage of human development, not unlike post-birth babies) and the unalienable human rights intrinsic to all human beings.

Watch this amazing 4D ultrasound video posted on the “Meddy Bear” Facebook page and, absent some deeply-rooted, self-deluded and pathological ability to rationalize (a disturbing hallmark of the moral-relativist cultural and spiritual phenomenon), you will be left no other “choice” than to admit that the “pro-choice” myth is as dead as the death it represents.

The NSA Leak Is Real, Snowden Documents Confirm

ON MONDAY, A HACKING group calling itself the “ShadowBrokers” announced an auction for what it claimed were “cyber weapons” made by the NSA. Based on never-before-published documents provided by the whistleblower Edward Snowden, The Intercept can confirm that the arsenal contains authentic NSA software, part of a powerful constellation of tools used to covertly infect computers worldwide.

The provenance of the code has been a matter of heated debate this week among cybersecurity experts, and while it remains unclear how the software leaked, one thing is now beyond speculation: The malware is covered with the NSA’s virtual fingerprints and clearly originates from the agency.

The evidence that ties the ShadowBrokers dump to the NSA comes in an agency manual for implanting malware, classified top secret, provided by Snowden, and not previously available to the public. The draft manual instructs NSA operators to track their use of one malware program using a specific 16-character string, “ace02468bdf13579.” That exact same string appears throughout the ShadowBrokers leak in code associated with the same program, SECONDDATE.

SECONDDATE plays a specialized role inside a complex global system built by the U.S. government to infect and monitor what one document estimated to be millions of computers around the world. Its release by ShadowBrokers, alongside dozens of other malicious tools, marks the first time any full copies of the NSA’s offensive software have been available to the public, providing a glimpse at how an elaborate system outlined in the Snowden documents looks when deployed in the real world, as well as concrete evidence that NSA hackers don’t always have the last word when it comes to computer exploitation.

#SorosLeak Exposes Funding Of Revolutions Worldwide

By: Matt Agorist / (The Free Thought Project) In June, Open Society Foundations, the group owned and operated by the unscrupulous George Soros, reported a data breach by hackers to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. For over a month, the foundation nervously waited to see what had been taken. And, on Saturday, the site DC Leaks released the hacked information containing more than 2,500 files from the raft of organizations run by this shady billionaire.

All the data was posted online by the group claiming responsibility for the hack, DC Leaks. Saturday’s data dump includes hundreds of internal documents from multiple departments of Soros’ groups, predominantly the Open Society Foundations.

Obama Daughter At Wild Party Shut Down By Cops

A party at a private residence on Martha’s Vineyard got a little to rowdy and had to be shut down by police – and one of the attendees who got sent home was the President’s oldest daughter, Malia Obama.

The cops were called over noise complaints at the party in West Tisbury – where the Obama family is vacationing.

Word is that the Secret Service got Malia “outta there right quick” when the police showed up.

Reportedly, the party was hosted by a group of college kids on vacation, but it got out of hand.

Foundation Ties Bedevil Hillary Clinton’s Presidential Campaign

The kingdom of Saudi Arabia donated more than $10 million. Through a foundation, so did the son-in-law of a former Ukrainian president whose government was widely criticized for corruption and the murder of journalists. A Lebanese-Nigerian developer with vast business interests contributed as much as $5 million.

For years the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation thrived largely on the generosity of foreign donors and individuals who gave hundreds of millions of dollars to the global charity. But now, as Mrs. Clinton seeks the White House, the funding of the sprawling philanthropy has become an Achilles’ heel for her campaign and, if she is victorious, potentially her administration as well.

With Mrs. Clinton facing accusations of favoritism toward Clinton Foundation donors during her time as secretary of state, former President Bill Clinton told foundation employees on Thursday that the organizationwould no longer accept foreign or corporate donations should Mrs. Clinton win in November.

Obama irks La. flood victims with memo warning them not to discriminate

President Obama has refused so far to survey the Louisiana flood disaster, but he did let state and local officials know that he’s watching to make sure they don’t engage in racial discrimination.

In a 16-page guidance issued Tuesday, the Obama administration, led by the Justice Department, warned Louisiana recipients of federal disaster assistance against engaging in “unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin (including limited English proficiency).”

The guidance’s frameworks “highlight the importance of complying with nondiscrimination requirements of civil rights statutes, addressing the needs of the whole community, and ensuring equal opportunity to access recovery efforts.”

Needless to say, some Louisiana residents were offended, including the American Conservative’s Rod Dreher, who took umbrage at receiving an anti-discrimination lecture from Washington, D.C., as locals struggle to rescue, house and feed their neighbors.

“[E]verywhere you look you can find black folks and white folks loving on each other, helping each other through this crisis,” Mr. Dreher said in a Thursday post.

U.S., U.N. Stood by While South Sudan Troops Raped, Beat Aid Workers

South Sudanese troops ravaged through a hotel complex frequented by foreign aid workers last month while a United Nations force stood by in a neighboring area and the U.S. Embassy did not act despite repeated pleas for help to both.

The Associated Press reported Monday:

On July 11, South Sudanese troops, fresh from winning a battle in the capital, Juba, over opposition forces, went on a nearly four-hour rampage through a residential compound popular with foreigners, in one of the worst targeted attacks on aid workers in South Sudan’s three-year civil war. They shot dead a local journalist while forcing the foreigners to watch, raped several foreign women, singled out Americans, beat and robbed people, and carried out mock executions, several witnesses told The Associated Press.

For hours throughout the assault, the U.N. peacekeeping force stationed less than a mile away refused to respond to desperate calls for help. Neither did embassies, including the U.S. Embassy.

Brownstein: ‘The Damage Is Done’ With Clinton Foundation Donation

The Atlantic’s editorial director Ronald Brownstein said Friday that the “damage is done” when asked if the Clinton Foundation’s decision to stop foreign donations will erase the damage already done by previous donations during and after Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state.

The Clinton Foundation announced Thursday it will no longer accept foreign or corporate donations if Hillary Clinton is elected president in November. Bill Clinton also announced that he will no longer give paid speeches.

Brownstein believes that a sufficient amount of damage has already been done, however, despite these decisions by the Clinton Foundation.

“I think the damage is done. You can’t pull out the individual strands, but if you look at the overall numbers, certainly the percentage of Americans who don’t fully trust her or consider her trustworthy is extraordinarily high” Brownstein said.

Clinton Told FBI Colin Powell Suggested She Use Private Email

FBI notes handed over to Congress this week reveal that Hillary Clinton told investigators that one of her Republican predecessors as Secretary of State, Colin Powell, advised her to use a personal email account. Powell soon issued a statement that he could recall no such conversation.

The New York Times reports that Clinton’s evidently false statement came during the three-and-a-half hour interview she gave FBI agents in early July.

It looks as if Clinton was trying to repurpose a dinner conversation she had with Powell, and other former Secretaries of State, well after she had already decided to set up her secret email server:

Democrat defies judge’s orders; could STEAL election

Given Hillary Clinton’s current questionable legal issues, it’s difficult to write this without irony. But felons WILL be able to vote in Virginia after all.

The Washington Post reports, Gov. Terry McAuliffe will announce Monday that he has restored voting rights to 13,000 felons on a case-by-case basis after Republicans and state Supreme Court justices last month stopped his more sweeping clemency effort.

McAuliffe’s planned action, confirmed by two people with knowledge of it, comes about a month after the Supreme Court of Virginia invalidated an executive order the Democratic governor issued in April. With that order, McAuliffe restored voting rights to more than 200,000 felons who had completed their sentences.

Republicans, incensed that it covered violent and nonviolent offenders alike, said the move was really a bid to add Democrat-friendly voters to the rolls ahead of November’s presidential elections, when the governor’s close friend and political ally, Hillary Clinton, will be on the ballot.

Republicans also found the McAuliffe administration had mistakenly restored rights to 132 sex offenders still in custody and to several convicted murderers on probation in other states.

Dear Hillbama, $15 Federal Minimum Wage Equals 7 Million Job Losses

James Sherk, of The Heritage Foundation, recently took a look at what impact a $15 federally-mandated minimum wage might have on employment levels in each of the 50 states. Unsurprisingly, the study concludes that the impact would be substantial with approximately 7mm jobs lost, or roughly 6% of current full-time jobs in this country. As we pointed out before, imposing artificial floors on wages really only serves to improve returns on capital investment by businesses resulting in permanent job losses and higher unemployment in the long-term (see “As Robots Replace Farm Workers, Why Payback Is A Bitch”). A point that Sherk confirms:

Companies hire workers when the additional earnings their labor creates exceeds the cost of employing them. Starting wages of $15.00 per hour mean full-time employees must create at least $38,700 a year in value for their employers (including wages, employer payroll taxes, and Obamacare-mandate penalties).[4] Such a high hurdle would make it much harder for less-experienced and less-skilled workers to find full-time jobs. Many of these workers are not yet productive enough to create that much value for their employers and businesses will not hire them at a loss.

Consequently, many businesses might respond to a $15 mandate by eliminating positions, cutting hours, and looking for new ways to implement labor-saving technology. Some companies might have to face shutting down or leaving America entirely to cope with the additional expenses.

This process has already begun in California. Shortly after Los Angeles raised its city minimum wage to $15 per hour, American Apparel eliminated 500 clothing manufacturing jobs in the city. The Los Angeles Times reports the company planned to relocate those jobs within California. After California raised minimum starting wages statewide, however, American Apparel began examining options to move production outside California.

Feds to end investigation into Eastern Shore eagle poisonings for lack of evidence

Federal investigators still don't know who is responsible for killing 13 bald eagles on the Eastern Shore in February. Now, officials plan to end their search.

"We are intending to close the case in the near future due to a lack of evidence linking anyone to the crime," said Neil Mendelsohn of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in a statement.

In the statement late Friday, Mendelsohn also revealed for the first time the eagles were poisoned.

"We conducted a very thorough investigation into the Maryland eagle poisonings," he said.

In February, a man was searching for shed deer antlers when he discovered four dead eagles on a Caroline County farm, police said. Officers searched the farm and found nine more carcasses.

Trump Plays the Role of President in Louisiana

GOP nominee tours disaster area while Obama, Clinton won't be parted from politics and rest

In a brilliant maneuver perfectly timed to complement his campaign revamp, Republican nominee Donald Trump today landed in Louisiana to witness first-hand the devastation wrought by flooding not seen there since Hurricane Katrina pummeled the Gulf Coast in 2005.

Trump’s arrival on the scene helps him on a number of levels. Most importantly, it provides a dramatic contrast to Hillary Clinton and President Obama, both of whom have neglected to visit a region where more than a dozen have died and tens of thousands have been forced out of their homes.

Trump’s move to see for himself the plight of disaster victims lends him a presidential aura that critics say he has been lacking due to off-the-cuff remarks that have, at times, sounded as crass and immature. Obama, the actual president, has responded absurdly, refusing to budge from the Martha’s Vineyard golf courses where he is playing nearly daily with celebrities and wealthy friends — even to issue a public statement, let alone visit the unfolding tragedy.

County Executive Proposes Eliminating Impact Fees

County Executive Applauds Gov. Hogan’s Move to Change Septic System Rules
Culver Proposes Eliminating Impact Fee to Help Stimulate New Construction

SALISBURY – August 22, 2016 -- Wicomico County Executive Bob Culver applauded a move by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan to repeal a septic regulation that adds thousands of dollars to the cost of a new home. Culver also announced he would be sending a proposal to the County Council to permanently repeal the Impact Fee in Wicomico County to further stimulate the local economy with new housing construction.

“We are fortunate to have a Governor who listens to the people of Maryland, and understands how government can sometimes stand in the way of an economic recovery. The onerous septic system rules put in place by the previous administration have had a negative effect on Wicomico County,” Culver said.

In 2012, the state mandated BAT (Best Available Technology) septic systems be installed on new construction or any replacement septic system. Over the weekend, Hogan announced his administration would be lifting this requirement everywhere but inside environmentally sensitive Critical Areas. Critics of the BAT requirement have argued that the newer systems add an addition $11,000 - $14,000 to the cost of a new home and have not been proven to have any added environmental benefit.

Also adding to the cost of a new home is Wicomico County’s impact fee. After Culver was first elected, he proposed waiving the fees for new home construction and the County Council agreed to place a moratorium on the fee through 2016.

Culver said he will send a resolution to the County Council this week for their consideration at their next County Council meeting.
“I want to permanently repeal the Impact Fee in Wicomico County because it’s the right thing to do. Let’s build on this momentum from the state and send a strong message to home buyers that Wicomico County welcomes you. We want to make it more affordable, not less,” Culver said.

The unemployment rate, everything is bad, no health care, no education, no anything and poverty is unbelievable … and then I said, ‘Hey, wait a minute, vote for me. What do you have to lose? I can’t do any worse than what these people have been doing and I will do better.”

German Anti-Immigrant Party Leader Urges People To Arm Themselves

In early 2016, after a series of widely documented refugee assault scandals, most prominently the "monstrous" mass rape(and subsequent coverup attempts) of as many as 90 women, in Cologne during New Year's Day celebrations, we reported of an explosion in interest in self-defense items like "pepper spray" as well a a surge of small arms sales, such as gas pistols. According to federal statistics, the number of Germans applying for so-called "small firearms license", which are required to carry around blank guns and pepper spray, jumped 49% in the first half of 2016 to 402,301.

"People no longer feel safe, otherwise they would not be buying so many products here," a seller in North-Rhine Westphalia told Deutsche Welle in January, adding that like many of his colleagues, he has been moving "an average of three times as many alarm, gas, and signal guns as he was prior to the attacks that took place in Cologne on New Year's Eve."

Since then, the situation in Germany - and across Western Europe - has only grown more perilous, as a result of three ISIS-inspired fatal attacks by refugees over the past several weeks, which has led to not only the most recent collapse in the polls of Angela Merkel but the ongoing ascent of Germany's anti-immigrant Alternative for Germany (AfD) party.

Judicial Watch Sues State Dept. Over Edited Press Video About Iranian Nuke Deal

(CNSNews.com) – Judicial Watch filed alawsuit against the State Department Thursday for the release of records related to an edited video of a press briefing regarding the Obama administration’s nuclear deal with Iran.

Under the Freedom of Information Act(FOIA), the conservative watchdog group asked for documents relating to “the decision by State Department officials to delete from the State Department website and YouTube channel a December 3, 2015 exchange between Fox News reporter James Rosen and State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki regarding Iranian nuclear negotiations.”

In the Dec. 2, 2013 State Department press briefing, Rosen pressed Psaki on the department's earlier denial that secret talks between Washington and Tehran were held.

“Is it the policy of the State Department where the preservation of the secrecy of secret negotiations are concerned to lie in order to achieve that goal?” Rosenasked at one point during the briefing.

“James, there are times when diplomacy needs privacy in order to progress. This is a good example of that,” Psaki replied.

However, eight minutes of the video, including that exchange, were deleted from the State Department's video archive and YouTube channel, where it was replaced with a white flash.

The State Department’s official transcript of the press briefing did contain the full exchange either.

The Democratic mayor of Petersburg, Va., has denounced all critics of his leadership as racist Republicans in a bizarre email replete with many grammatical errors.

Petersburg, a city of just 32,000 people, is battling severe budgetary issues. It has an expected budget deficit of $12 million and over $19 million in unpaid bills. The city is even in danger of losing its garbage pick-up service because of missed payments to the Central Virginia Waste Management Authority.

But Mayor W. Howard Myers says the many people critical of his administration are simply racists out to take him. And he makes his claim in a leaked email that are suggests he is barely literate in the English language.

The letter, initially distributed only to members of the city council, is produced below:

SADLY, BIKERS NO LONGER RIDING in HONOR of 9/11

The event is called ‘America’s 9/11 Ride.’ Bikers from around the country come together one time each year to honor the victims of 9/11 and to raise money for first responders. It started 15 years ago, and today the annual ride took shape for the 16th time as 2,000 motorcycles arrived Sunday in New York City. Sadly, organizers called it their last ride.

According to Fox News, the ride started on Friday morning at the Flight 93 crash site near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and continued through Cumberland and Hagerstown, Maryland, before heading south through Leesburg, Virginia, to a hotel near the Pentagon.

The ride continued Saturday from the Pentagon to the Sept. 11 memorial in New York City.

Organizer Ted Sjurseth told “Fox & Friends” the 16th annual ride would be the last, partly because he’s tired of battling Maryland and Virginia state police and highway agencies over their reluctance to block traffic for the motorcycle procession. “If I’m trying to honor first responders, I can’t turn around and tell them that I’m going to do something against what you’re asking me to do.”

German Government Urges Citizens To Stockpile Food, Water For First Time Since Cold War Ended

For the first time since the end of the Cold War, the German government plans to tell citizens to stockpile food and water in case of an attack or catastrophe, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung newspaper reported on Sunday.

Following Angela Merkel's proclamation that Islamic terrorism is not a function of the massive influx of muslim immigrants into Germany thanks to he immigration policy, we could not help but be a little surprised that, as TagesSchau reports, the federal government, according to a newspaper report wants to encourage the population to begin stockpiling food and water again, so that they temporarily can take care of themself in the case of a disaster or an armed attack. As Reuters details,

Germany is currently on high alert after two Islamist attacks and a shooting rampage by a mentally unstable teenager last month. Berlin announced measures earlier this month to spend considerably more on its police and security forces and to create a special unit to counter cyber crime and terrorism.

"The population will be obliged to hold an individual supply of food for ten days," the newspaper quoted the government's "Concept for Civil Defence" - which has been prepared by the Interior Ministry - as saying.

The paper said a parliamentary committee had originally commissioned the civil defense strategy in 2012.

A spokesman for the Interior Ministry said the plan would be discussed by the cabinet on Wednesday and presented by the minister that afternoon. He declined to give any details on the content.

‘Clinton death list’: 33 most intriguing cases

Bill and Hillary's 'friends' fall off buildings, crash planes, die in freak accidents

When DNC staffer Seth Rich was gunned down near his affluent neighborhood in Washington, D.C., on July 10, theories exploded in the news media about Rich’s possible involvement in the WikiLeaks dump of nearly 20,000 Democratic National Committee emails – some of the messages suggesting that the Democratic Party favored nominee Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders from the start.

Now reports reveal Brad Bauman, the man hired by Rich’s family to end the “conspiracy theories” surrounding the unsolved murder, is a public relations manager with the Pastorum Group and specializes in “crisis communications” for the Democratic Party.

WikiLeaks broke the news on Twitter, tweeting: “Seth Rich’s new ‘family spokesman’ is Brad Bauman, a professional Democrat crisis PR consultant with the Pastorum Group.”

Pastorum Group was founded by Joseph Cohen, according to a press release posted on Twitter. It describes Cohen as “a campaign veteran who has previously worked at SEIU, the Democratic National Committee, and Obama for America.” Also, the release says Bauman is a former executive director of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.

Kirk likens Obama to 'drug dealer in chief' for $400 million Iran payment

Republican U.S. Sen. Mark Kirk, who has made opposition to a U.S.-led nuclear agreement with Iran a major theme of his re-election campaign, likened home-state President Barack Obama to "drug dealer in chief" over a $400 million payment linked to the release of American prisoners.

Kirk's controversial rhetoric has been an issue as the first-term senator is viewed as perhaps the most vulnerable Republican incumbent nationally this fall. He is being challenged by two-term Democratic U.S. Rep. Tammy Duckworth of Hoffman Estates.

The latest eyebrow-raising comment came as he spoke last week to a Downstate newspaper. Kirk echoed GOP criticism that the U.S. cash payment of $400 million to Iran was a ransom for the release of American prisoners held by the country.

The money was part of a previously announced settlement in a case stemming from money owed since 1979. The U.S. has had a long-standing policy of not paying ransom for hostages, and the Obama administration described the payment as "leverage" for the release of U.S. prisoners.

RICH: Hillary flies 20 miles in private jet from Martha’s Vineyard to Nantucket

Hillary Clinton is very important, and she can’t be bogged down by pesky things such as boats or waiting

The presidential candidate, who is endlessly trying to tell factory workers in Ohio and Pennsylvania that she’s one of them, jetted approximately 20 miles from Martha’s Vineyard — where she was last night partying with President Obama — to Nantucket for a fundraiser on Saturday.

Fox News aired footage of her stepping off her plane in the latter.

WSJ: "The Clintons Really Do Think They Can Get Away With Anything"

After years of claiming that the Clinton Foundation poses no ethical conflicts for Bill and Hillary or the U.S. government, Bill Clinton now admits the truth—sort of.

If his wife becomes President, he says the Super PAC masquerading as a charity won’t accept foreign or corporate contributions. Bill will also resign from the foundation board, and Chelsea will stop raising money for it.

Now they tell us.

If such fund-raising poses a problem when she’s President, why didn’t it when she was Secretary of State or while she is running for President? The answer is that it did and does, and they know it, but the foundation was too important to their political futures to give it up until the dynastic couple were headed back to the Oval Office. Now that Hillary is running ahead of Donald Trump, Bill can graciously accept new restrictions on their pay-to-play politics.

Bill must be having a good laugh over this one. The foundation served for years as a conduit for corporate and foreign cash to burnish the Clinton image, pay for their travel expenses for speeches and foreign trips, and employ their coterie in between campaigns or government gigs. Donors could give as much as they wanted because the foundation is a “charity.”

The Clinton-Comey-lynch Connection INTERESTING

This guy compiled a pretty compelling report of facts that continues to fuel the real suspicion of systemic corruption in our nation's capital.

Most of you know I'm a former NYPD Detective and former Orange County Sheriff candidate. I conducted local level criminal investigations through high level national and international level investigations (terrorism, espionage, international abductions, crimes on the high seas, etc.). Many of us saw the FBI Directors speech yesterday. Like many of us, I was a bit pissed that after Comey described a mountain of very serious wrong doing, his agency was not going to recommend prosecution of the case. Like many of us, I smelled a rat. So, I conducted my own investigation. The results of my investigation will astound you and show a clear path to corruption here. Here's my step by step breakdown of this seemingly corrupt decision:

1. Lynch was appointed as U.S. Attorney in Brooklyn, NY from 1999 to 2001. Who appointed her? Then President Bill Clinton.

2. Lynch resigned in 2001 to join the law firm Hogan & Hartson. This is the same law firm that represented the company MXLogic.

MXLogic was the company Hillary first used to set up her private email server and account. Executives from this law firm have also donated to the Clintons.

3. From 2003 to 2005 Lynch served as a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of NY. The Federal Reserve Bank is actually a privately owned corporation, compromised of numerous banks. Several of these banks and or their executives have donated to the Clintons political campaigns and to the Clinton Foundation.

4. In 2010, President Obama re-appointed Lynch as U.S. Attorney in Brooklyn. In 2015, Obama then appointed her as head U.S. Attorney for the nation.

How a Big Hurricane on Aug. 22, 1933 Created the Ocean City We Know Today

Ocean City dates its history back to 1875, but the resort town we know today really didn’t take shape until 83 years ago, on Aug. 22, 1933. That’s when a hellacious storm tore a hole through town and altered the course of its future forever.

Nobody gave names to storms back then, so this one is generally known only as “The Hurricane of 1933.” It arrived in the midst of one of the wickedest hurricane seasons ever–20 big storms formed in the North Atlantic that year.

The storm made landfall on Tuesday, Aug. 22. But before that, Ocean City had endured four long days of torrential rain. It’s hard to believe one of the newspaper accounts I reviewed, which says that 10 inches of rain fell on Ocean City on each and every one of those four days.

Colin Powell Says Clinton Team ‘Trying to Pin’ Email Scandal on Him

Hillary Clinton’s email scandal continues.

On Friday, the New York Times reported that Clinton told FBI officials former Secretary of State Colin Powell had advised her to use a personal email account while she held the Secretary of State office herself.

“Her people have been trying to pin it on me,” Powell, 79, told PEOPLE Saturday night at the Apollo in the Hamptons 2016 Night of Legends fête in East Hampton, New York.

“The truth is, she was using [the private email server] for a year before I sent her a memo telling her what I did,” Powell added.

Why does the former diplomat believe this to be the case? “Why do you think?” he said. “It doesn’t bother me. But it’s okay; I’m free.”

Officers use stun gun to subdue Notre Dame linebacker after he 'attacked cop'

Notre Dame cornerback Devin Butler was jailed on Saturday after a police officer said the player punched and slammed him to the ground outside a bar.

Five teammates were arrested in a separate incident when a trooper found marijuana and a loaded handgun inside their car during a traffic stop.

Officers had to use a stun gun to subdue Butler in the altercation outside the Linebacker Lounge in South Bend, according to a probable cause affidavit.

South Bend police spokesman Lt. Joe Galea said after officers broke up a fight inside the bar, they saw two women fighting outside when Butler allegedly shoved one of the women.

Butler was agitated and when officers told him to back away, he allegedly pushed the officers and then attacked one of them.

Huma Abedin worked at a radical Muslim journal for 10 years

Hillary Clinton’s top campaign aide, and the woman who might be the future White House chief of staff to the first female US president, for a decade edited a radical Muslim publication that opposed women’s rights and blamed the US for 9/11.

One of Clinton’s biggest accomplishments listed on her campaign Web site is her support for the UN women’s conference in Bejing in 1995, when she famously declared, “Women’s rights are human rights.” Her speech has emerged as a focal point of her campaign, featured prominently in last month’s Morgan Freeman-narrated convention video introducing her as the Democratic nominee.

However, soon after that “historic and transformational” 1995 event, as Clinton recently described it, her top aide Huma Abedin published articles in a Saudi journal taking Clinton’s feminist platform apart, piece by piece. At the time, Abedin was assistant editor of the Journal of Muslim Minority Affairs working under her mother, who remains editor-in-chief. She was also working in the White House as an intern for then-First Lady Clinton.

The Hill: Trump’s Recruitment of Bannon Means War and Everyone Knows It

“You cannot qualify war in harsher terms than I will,” General William Tecumseh Sherman wrote to Atlanta’s officials as he moved forward with plans to evacuate and burn the city. “War is cruelty, and you cannot refine it; and those who brought war into our country deserve all the curses and maledictions a people can pour out.”

Less than three months before the presidential election, the political establishment and media elites are facing the “curses and malediction” of war of their own making. After years of being used and abused, the Silent Majority they muzzled is rising up and its voice is Republican nominee Donald Trump.

There is no doubt the protectors of the status quo see a threat in Trump. Why else does the media hang on Trump’s every word and pounce whenever they get a whiff of a salacious scent, no matter how faint? Why else has the establishment professed that Trump must change the very formula that resulted in him trouncing multiple Republican rivals — many of whom were thought to be the crème de la crème of Republican politicians?

The answer? Trump is winning this war to restore the Silent Majority and his victory means the pay for play power structure in Washington — enjoyed by both Democrats and Republicans alike — is about to come crashing down.

Why should Trump change his winning formula when his own party – including Speaker Paul Ryan – continues to work against him? Why should he trust the very people who put this country in a stranglehold and have a vested interest in his defeat?

Hiding Hillary Day 259: #WheresHillary Trends #1 Worldwide

It has now been 259 days since Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton held a press conference and the hashtag #WheresHillary is trending #1 worldwide on Twitter.

Hiding Hillary continues to dodge open questions in favor of heavily staged and controlled media interviews. Mired in a variety of scandals and with serious questions swirling about her health, the Clinton campaign is doing everything they can to hide Hillary from unscripted questions. Her opponent, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, regularly gives access to the press during open press conferences. While much of the old media enables Hillary’s deception, social media is clamoring for her to be vetted, which has led #WheresHillary to trend #1 worldwide.

Gov. Hogan will roll back O'Malley-era septic rule, demands repeal of "road kill bill"

Gov. Larry Hogan said Saturday that his administration will roll back an O'Malley-era regulation on septic systems and demanded that the General Assembly repeal a new transportation law he dubbed "the road kill bill."

In a speech that turned combative at times, the Republican governor said that on Monday the Maryland Department of the Environment will issue a new regulation allowing counties to permit septic systems that are less than the best available technology to be installed on properties outside environmentally critical areas.

"We heard your voices loud and clear to take action on this issue," he told the Maryland Association of Counties in Ocean City.

The septic regulation rolls back rules requiring new construction to use high-tech systems to reduce water pollution. It was adopted by Gov. Martin O'Malley's Democratic administration in 2012.

Rising seas could destroy vital ecosystems in the Everglades, even threaten Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.”

Man Who Leaked Clinton’s Medical Records Found Dead

Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service has issued a report saying that the father of a doctor treating Hillary Clinton for dementia was found killed this weekend after he leaked information about her deteriorating health to the public.

According to the report, Vincent Fleck, the father of Clinton’s physician Dr. Daniel Fleck, was found near his home just 24 hours after releasing Hillary’s most secret medical records to the public.

Whatdoesitmean.com reports:

The SVR first became “alerted/alarmed” regarding the circumstances of this latest mysterious death associated with Hillary Clinton on 17 July, this report says, when a “known/suspected” Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) “hit team” traveled about 70 kilometers (44 miles) from their New York City “base/headquarters” to a small village named Mount Kisco, both being located in New York State.

U.S. Army Fudged Its Accounts By Trillions Of Dollars, Auditor Finds

NEW YORK (Reuters) – The United States Army’s finances are so jumbled it had to make trillions of dollars of improper accounting adjustments to create an illusion that its books are balanced.

The Defense Department’s Inspector General, in a June report, said the Army made $2.8 trillion in wrongful adjustments to accounting entries in one quarter alone in 2015, and $6.5 trillion for the year. Yet the Army lacked receipts and invoices to support those numbers or simply made them up.
As a result, the Army’s financial statements for 2015 were “materially misstated,” the report concluded. The “forced” adjustments rendered the statements useless because “DoD and Army managers could not rely on the data in their accounting systems when making management and resource decisions.”

Trump finds support in former Democratic stronghold in Maryland

Twenty years ago, when thousands of people still drove past his Edgemere gas station every day on their way to make steel and cars, Carl Hobson put up signs for Democrats.

Now the 77-year-old displays one of the largest "Trump" signs in this blue-collar community. The "Make America Great Again" slogan is impossible to miss under the price for diesel.

Hobson has owned the station since 1964, when Bethlehem Steel and General Motors weren't just large employers important to the local economy — they were fundamental to the region's culture.

"People don't want a third term of Obama," Hobson said. Maryland is a blue state, he said, but "the people in this area are definitely not Hillary people."

Mysterious Black Slime Attacks Iconic Washington Memorials

Standing sentry along the National Mall are monuments and memorials to towering figures in American history. But generations after they cemented their legacies, something is tarnishing their image.

A black mass is spreading like a disease over the marble of Washington, D.C. Abraham Lincoln was the Great Emancipator, but so far, the National Park Service hasn’t been able to free the 16th president’s memorial from the slime.

“Between Tennessee and Ohio, right on the edge… you can see that real dark spot, and it’s starting to creep down a little bit,” Mike Litterst of the park service told CBS News’ Mark Albert.

The substance is actually biofilm, made up of a thousand different bacteria, mold and other species that adhere themselves to stone surfaces.

Lawsuit filed by officers in Freddie Gray case vs. Marilyn Mosby without merit, attorneys say

Attorneys for Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby say lawsuits filed by five of the officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray have no merit and should be dismissed.

Responding to the lawsuits for the first time, lawyers from the state attorney general's office who are representing Mosby said in filings late Friday that she can't be sued for actions taken as a prosecutor.

They also noted that the probable cause to file the charges against the five officers was validated by a District Court commissioner, a grand jury and the judge who oversaw the cases.

"It is undisputed that other persons and entities within the criminal justice system repeatedly found probable cause after the filing of the" charges, her attorneys wrote.

Nilson confirmed in an interview he was fired.

"I serve at the pleasure of the mayor," he said. "My termination was legal, but do I think it was just or deserved? No."
