joe is it true the mayor of salisbury had declared a state of emergency? If so what are the restrictions on vehicles?

What about the Governor for the entire state? I'd say he's slackin'!
The only reason our road has been plowed form the first storm 2 weeks ago, is because these awesome farmers came at plowed us out! Thank you! I grew up on a farm and know its hard to find time in the day to eat and sleep, but to come plow us out! Thank you!
