Salisbury Maryland Fire Chief Tull Wants A Brand New North Salisbury Fire Station

I'm not so sure everyone realizes just how STUPID these Firefighters think we are BUT our brains aren't so relaxed that we've forgotten they just finished building Station 2 so they could provide faster responses to NORTH Salisbury.

So they used that as an excuse to piss away all that money to build that station and now they want to not just build a new station, they'd have to MAN that station, another expense the City residents simply cannot afford.

Have they not learned from what Ocean City is going through referencing salaries and being forced to RAISE TAXES! That's right Folks, it doesn't show up immediately.

Their ONLY excuse is that they want to be to every situation in less then 4 minutes. Well, what you want and what your going to get are in fact two different things. There's MANY things we all WANT. However, in this economy We The People must reconsider and decide just what we can or can't afford.

Expect Mayor Day and his left wing Council to walk this through so they can reach their ultimate goal, raise taxes. It should be brought to referendum, just like they just did in Sussex County Delaware where We The People shot down yet another tax increase because WE WILL BE HEARD AND RESPECTED. Not in Salisbury Maryland!

NJ Dems Propose Legislation To Potentially REMOVE Trump's Name From 2020 Ballot

Lawmakers in New Jersey have revived legislation intended to keep President Donald Trump's name off the ballot in 2020. Democrats have targeted Trump with a proposal that "requires candidates for President and Vice-President of United States to disclose federal income tax returns to appear on ballot" and "prohibits Electoral College electors from voting for candidates who fail to file income tax returns."

As he has yet to disclose his tax returns, President Trump's name, if all things were to stay the same, would not appear on the ballot in the Garden State come 2020 if the bill were to pass.

As a candidate and serving as president, Trump has refused to disclose his tax returns. In modern tradition, disclosing one's tax returns is the normal course of procedure, albeit not required.

Dem. Presidential Candidate Calls for $100B in Slavery Reparations

“We need a moral and spiritual awakening in the country.”

Marianne Williamson, a best-selling author. spiritual teacher and activist, announced her bid for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination on Monday. On Thursday, she sat down on CNN’s New Day, where she said the United States needs to pay African-Americans reparations for slavery.

“We need a moral and spiritual awakening in the country,” the candidate stated. “Nothing short of that is adequate to really fundamentally change the patterns of our political dysfunction.”

Her platform includes proposal for free public college, universal health care, Medicare for all, a green new deal and $10 billion per year for slavery reparations to be paid over the course of a decade.

“I believe $100 billion given to a council to apply this money to economic projects and educational projects of renewal for that population is simply a debt to be paid,” Williamson said.

Michael Moore says Dems need to accept far-left Ocasio-Cortez as party leader: 'No middle ground anymore'

Documentary filmmaker Michael Moore declared U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez the new leader of the Democratic Party, while urging political moderates to take a position because there “is no middle ground anymore.”

“She is the leader. Everybody knows it. Everybody feels it,” Moore said of the freshman congresswoman from New York during a Friday interview on MSNBC.

Moore said the age requirement to run for president - 35 - should be constitutionally amended so that Ocasio-Cortez could make a play for the White House. He said Ocasio-Cortez is the leader of a movement, citing a Fox News poll that showed voters favored her proposal to increase the tax rate to 70 percent for the richest Americans.

Americans Love Our President

Bet'cha didn't know this!

It was well recognized that Martha Raye endured less comfort more than any other Vietnam   entertainer.

I did not know this, I bet you didn't either. Don't let the sun go down without reading this about Martha Raye.
The most unforgivable oversight of TV is that her shows were not taped.
I was unaware of her credentials or where she is buried.
Somehow I just can't see Brittany Spears, Paris Hilton, or Jessica Simpson doing what this woman and the other   USO women, including Ann Margaret & Joey Heatherton did for our troops in past wars.
Most of the old time entertainers were made of a lot sterner stuff than today's crop of activist bland whiners.
The following is from an Army Aviator who takes a trip down memory lane:
"It was just before Thanksgiving '67 and we were ferrying dead and wounded from a large GRF west of Pleiku.
We had run out of body bags by noon, so the Hook (CH-47 CHINOOK) was pretty rough in the back.
All of a sudden, we heard a 'take-charge' woman's voice in the rear.
There was the singer and actress, Martha Raye, with a Special Forces beret and jungle fatigues, with subdued  markings, helping the wounded into the Chinook, and carrying the dead aboard. Maggie' had been visiting her Special Forces (SF) 'heroes' out 'west'.
We took off, short of fuel, and headed to the USAF hospital pad at Pleiku.
As we all started unloading our sad pax's, a USAF Captain said to Martha.... "Ms Raye, with all these dead and wounded to process, there would not be time for your show!"
To all of our surprise, she pulled on her right collar and said "Captain, see this eagle? I am a full 'Bird' in the US Army Reserve, and on this is a 'Caduceus'   which means I am a Nurse, with a surgical specialty.... now, take me to your wounded!"
He said, "Yes ma'am.... follow me."
Several times at the Army Field Hospital in Pleiku, she would 'cover' a surgical shift, giving a nurse a well-deserved break.
Martha is the only woman buried in the SF   (Special Forces) cemetery at Ft Bragg.

Hand Salute! A great lady.
I did not know this about Martha Raye....

Trump's SOTU reveals the angry ladies of the left

Trump's SOTU speech was wonderful, factual and optimistic. It was a celebration of America and the successes of the last two years. No one would know it by the visible response of the ladies in white (allegedly an homage to women's suffrage), the mostly newly elected Democrat congresswomen. The only part of the speech they sincerely applauded was themselves – more women in Congress. For most of the rest of the speech, they sat on their hands, looking mad (Mazie Hirono), glum (all of them), petulant and dismissive (Kamala Harris), bored and studiously disinterested (Nancy Pelosi). Pelosi (along with Schumer, the rudest person in Congress ever), seemed to be masticating something throughout the entire speech. Her bizarre mouth movements are as annoying as they are distracting.

These angry women could not have better demonstrated who and what the Democrat Party is today. As many have observed, this is not the party of JFK. It is the party of Lenin, Stalin, and Hitler. Those women could not even stand to oppose late-term, post-birth abortion. As Planned Parenthood has been for years, these Democrat women are now in Hitler territory. Next they will be supporting the euthanasia of the elderly. Obamacare tried to do exactly that. That is the slippery slope they have willingly created for themselves. Trump's speech forced them to reveal their callous, murderous agenda for all to see.

It was a pathetic, un-American spectacle, those women. In the end, they are about one thing, one thing only: rage. Rage at whom and what?

Cardin: Trump Needs to Let Congress Work on Border Deal Without Interfering

During Friday’s Democratic Weekly Address, Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD) stated that as Congress tries to iron out a bipartisan border security agreement, “It is important that the president allow Congress to do its work without interference:”

“Hi. I’m Senator Ben Cardin of Maryland.

"Shutting down the federal government is never a good idea. It shakes confidence in our country, rattles the economy, and hurts hard-working employees, as well as millions of individual families and businesses across the country who rely on or interact with some facet of the federal government every day.

"This isn’t hyperbole. We all saw it firsthand.

"According to the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, the recently ended 35-day shutdown reduced economic activity in our country by $11 billion – and nearly $3 billion of that money will never be recovered.

"Consumer confidence also plummeted, by a record 16 points over the last quarter, owing greatly to the shutdown.

"The growing disruption to our air traffic system, increasing public health risks as food inspections ceased, and immense damage to our national park system were only the tip of the proverbial iceberg.

"What’s worse, the historic shutdown of our federal government never should have happened.

"In December, the Senate passed a short-term measure to fully fund the government, which included robust funding for border security. The House of Representatives was going to approve it.

"Only then did the president – goaded by conservative talking heads – suddenly slam the brakes and shut down the government to salvage what was left of his medieval wall."

Ralph Northam: 'I Don't Know' Why Friends Called Me 'Coonman'

Virginia Democrat Gov. Ralph Northam said on Saturday that he was not sure why friends called him “coonman” in college.

Northam became inflamed in controversy on Friday after a medical school yearbook photo emerged showing two individuals in blackface and Ku Klux Klan (KKK) attire on his page. Northam took responsibility for the controversial photo but said on Saturday that he believes that he does not appear in the picture and does not have any plans to resign.

CBS News uncovered a page from Northam’s yearbook at Virginia Military Institute (VMI) that had nicknames under his name, which includes “Coonman,” a racial slur.
