BREAKING NEWS: MACIARELLO & DUNCAN COMPLETELY CHANGE CHARGES IN SU STUDENT CASE

Maciarello changed the charges today, from obstructing and hindering to failure to obey a lawful order.

They knew they couldn't prove the original charges so now, 5 months later, they come up with something new.

The Mayor doesn't want to eat crow and lose the case because HE MUST PROVE JOE ALBERO AND THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION WRONG, so change the rules mid stream.

I guess when you are so used to changing Part 1 crimes to Part 2 and part 2 crimes to part 3 and so forth and so on, now we can just expect our States Attorneys Office to change the CHARGES after 5 months.

I'm sorry Folks, is this still called the United States of America? It sure feels like the USSR.

NORTHEN LIGHTS

The sun shot out a double burst of electrically charged particles — known as coronal mass ejections, or CMEs — directly toward us this week. The geomagnetic activity produced fantastic northern lights.

I Found Something Gross On My McDonald's Chicken Sandwich And I'm Never Eating There Again

I recently got a firsthand reminder of how quickly a company can destroy its brand and future business with an individual customer.

With a restaurant, especially, all it takes is one bad — and badly handled — experience, and the customer may be gone for good.

Around midnight on Wednesday, Sept. 3, I went to the McDonald's at 946 8th Ave and 56th Street in Manhattan. After my experience there I'll never eat at the chain again.

I began the night at a party with a friend. Afterward, we were exhausted. We were also starving, so we went to McDonald's because it's convenient and open late.

DUNKIN' DONUTS REFUSES TO HIRE COMMANDMENT-KEEPER

The U.S. federal government is now suing a Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee after it rescinded its job offer to a Christian man solely because he wanted to keep the weekly Sabbath holy, which is one of the Ten Commandments.

Darrell Littrell of Asheville, North Carolina, is a Seventh-day Adventist who holds the belief he cannot work on the Sabbath day, which he observes from sunset on Friday until sunset on Saturday.

According to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, “Around Dec. 15, 2012, Littrell applied for the position of a donut maker at the Citi Brands’ manufacturing facility in Arden, N.C., and was later interviewed by the company’s plant manager.

Report: US Sharply Cutting Deportations

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama, who has postponed until after Election Day his plans that could shield millions of immigrants from deportation, is already on pace this year to deport the fewest number of immigrants since at least 2007.

According to an analysis of Homeland Security Department figures by The Associated Press, the federal agency responsible for deportations sent home 258,608 immigrants between the start of the budget year last October and July 28 this summer. During the same period a year earlier, it removed 320,167 people — a decrease of nearly 20 percent.

Over the same period ending in July 2012, Immigration and Customs Enforcement deported 344,624 people, some 25 percent more than this year, according to the federal figures obtained by the AP.

STATE HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION WIDENS AND RESURFACES MD 349 INTERSECTION IN SALISBURY

Project Adds Bicycle Lanes on MD 349 at Crooked Oak Lane Intersection

(September 17, 2014) – The State Highway Administration (SHA) will widen and resurface the MD 349 (Nanticoke Road) and Crooked Oak Lane intersection in Salisbury beginning early October. The $840,000 project will improve the operating efficiency of traffic at the intersection and provide bicycle lanes on MD 349, which is a designated state bicycle route.

Project improvements include resurfacing the pavement and widening the roadway at the intersection. Other work includes:

• Constructing dedicated left turn lanes on MD 349;

• Reconstructing road side ditches; and

• Upgrading drainage and lighting at the intersection.

When construction is complete, the intersection will have one 12-foot through lane, one 12-foot left-turn lane, and one 11-foot right turn lane in each direction on MD 349, as well as 10-foot outside shoulders with five-foot bike lanes.

During construction, motorists will encounter single-lane closures Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The contractor will use variable message boards, temporary signs, arrow panels, flaggers, cones and barrels to guide motorists through the work zone. Motorists should plan extra commute time during the construction project, which should be complete spring 2015, weather permitting. SHA awarded the contract to David A. Bramble, Inc., of Chestertown.

While SHA and its transportation partners work hard to maintain safe traffic mobility in work zones, each driver needs to actively modify his or her driving style to help prevent crashes. Stay alert and look for reduced speed limits, narrow driving lanes and highway workers. Slow down and don’t follow too closely. Saver Driving. Safer Work Zones. For Everyone!

State Department orders 5,000 BODY BAGS and 160,000 hazmat suits for African Ebola outbreak as Obama sends 100 CDC experts

The U.S. Agency for International Development ordered 5,000 body bags from a Florida company last month as part of its planned response to an outbreak of the Ebola virus in western Africa.

And as President Obama prepares to enlarge America's aid to affected countries, a company that makes protective clothing says the State Department, which oversees USAID, has invited bids for 160,000 hazmat suits.

The body-bag purchase came on August 19, just after the World Health Organization said the epidemic had killed 1,000 people. That death toll is now greater than 2,400.

The size of the contracts indicates how seriously governments are taking the threat, especially considering that all 5,000 body bags were destined only for Liberia – one of three countries whose citizens have been hammered with new disease cases and paralyzed with fear.

And the purchase says nothing about what resources might be coming as part of other nations' contributions.

Gunfight Rules

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history, when everybody stands around reloading"

In a gunfight, the most important rule is ..... HAVE A GUN!

These are shooting tips from various Concealed Carry Instructors.
If you own a gun, you will appreciate these rules...
If not, you should get one, learn how to use it and learn these rules.

RULES:

A : Guns have only two enemies: rust and politicians.

B : It's always better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

C : Cops carry guns to protect themselves, not you.

D : Never let someone or something that threatens you get inside arm's length.

E : Never say "I've got a gun." If you need to use deadly force,
the first sound they should hear is the safety clicking off.

F : The average response time of a 911 call is 23 minutes;
the response time of a .357 is 1400 feet per second.

G : The most important rule in a gunfight is:
Always Win - there is no such thing as a fair fight;
Always Win - cheat if necessary.

H : Make your attacker advance through a wall of bullets ...
You may get killed with your own gun, but he'll have to beat you to death with it because it will be empty.

I : If you're in a gun fight:
(a) If you're not shooting, you should be loading;
(b) If you're not loading, you should be moving;
(c) If you're not moving, you're dead.

J : In a life and death situation, do something ....
it may be wrong, but do something!

K : If you carry a gun, people will call you paranoid. Nonsense!
If you have a gun, what do you have to be paranoid about?

L : You can say 'stop' or any other word, but a large bore muzzle
pointed at someone's head is pretty much a universal language;
and, you won't have to press 1 for Spanish/Mexican or 2 for Chinese or 3 for Arabic.

M : Never leave an enemy behind. If you have to shoot, shoot to kill.
In court, yours will be the only testimony.

N : You cannot save the planet, but you may be able to save yourself
and your family.

Supreme Court To Hear UPS Pregnancy Case

It was 2006 when Peggy Young of Lorton, Virginia discovered she was pregnant.

The former part-time air driver for the United Parcel Service in Landover, Maryland said the company asked her to get a doctor's note listing her restrictions.

She got the note and when she turned it in, she said her building manager told her she couldn't work.

"I was willing to do any job that they would let me do and they basically told me you're too big of a liability, you can't come back until you are no longer pregnant," Young said

The U.S. National Debt Has Grown By More Than A Trillion Dollars In The Last 12 Months

The idea that the Obama administration has the budget deficit under control is a complete and total lie. According to the U.S. Treasury, the federal government has officially run a deficit of 589 billion dollars for the first 11 months of fiscal year 2014. But this number is just for public consumption and it relies on accounting tricks which massively understate how much debt is actually being accumulated. If you want to know what the real budget deficit is, all you have to do is go to a U.S. Treasury website which calculates the U.S. national debt to the penny. On September 30th, 2013 the U.S. national debt was sitting at $16,738,183,526,697.32. As I write this, the U.S. national debt is sitting at $17,742,108,970,073.37. That means that the U.S. national debt has actually grown by more than a trillion dollars in less than 12 months. We continue to wildly run up debt as if there is no tomorrow, and by doing so we are destroying the future of this nation.

The chart that I have posted below shows the exponential growth of the U.S. national debt over the past several decades. Anyone that would characterize this as "under control" is lying to you...

A Cleaner, Greener and More Prosperous Future

With over 3,000 miles of coastline, Maryland is one of the most vulnerable states in the nation to climate change, extreme weather, and sea-level rise. So combating climate change isn’t just good for the life in our ecosystems, it’s necessary for our future prosperity and livelihood.

If we’re going to carry Maryland forward, we need to be propelled by ideas, not ideology.

That’s why we set a goal to reduce both per capita peak demand and per capita electricity consumption in Maryland by 15% by 2015.

VA SUPERVISOR GETS SLAP ON WRIST AFTER PLEADING GUILTY To Stealing Up To $20,000 From VA To Renovate Her Home

Why is the mainstream media ignoring this story? Why are images of and information about Venita Godfrey-Scott, who admitted in court on May 14, 2014, that she stole up to $20,000 in funds from the VA unavailable to the public? She stole money that should have been used to care for the health needs of our U.S. Veterans and she's put on PROBATION? According to NBC Connecticut, the name of Venita Godfrey Scott's attorney is also unavailable. Is the super secret handling of this criminal case the norm for what should be considered a major news story?

Maybe Obama really didn't mean it when he said about the VA scandal: "If somebody's mismanaged or engaged in a misconduct...I want them punished."

A New Haven woman who admitting to stealing at least $15,000 worth of government property while working at the Veterans Affairs medical center in West Haven was sentenced to four years of probation Thursday.

Venita Godfrey-Scott, 48, who was a supervisor in the facilities management service at the facility, will serve the first six months of her probation in home confinement with electronic monitoring, according to a press release from U.S. Attorney for Connecticut Deirdre M. Daly. She was also ordered by U.S. District Judge Robert Chatigny to perform 120 hours of community service and pay $15,000 in restitution.

Godfrey-Scott faced up to 10 years in prison. She had no prior criminal convictions. Godfrey-Scott no longer works for the VA.

BREAKING NEWS: Man Dies At Hospital After Ocean Rescue Today

BREAKING NEWS: Man Dies At Hospital After Ocean Rescue Today
This just in from Town of Ocean City ....
'The Ocean City Beach Patrol (OCBP) and public safety partners responded to two unrelated water rescues this afternoon that occurred within blocks of each other, less than 30 minutes apart. The first swimmer in distress call came into Ocean City Communications at approximately 12:34 p.m. in the area of 17th Street and the beach. Only minutes later, at approximately 12:50 p.m., a second call was received by dispatchers for assistance in the area of 20th Street and the beach.
The first rescue occurred after three swimmers entered the ocean in the area of 20th Street and the beach and became caught in a rip current, which resulted in them drifting toward the area 17th Street. Upon observing swimmers in distress, Beach Patrol Surf Rescue Technicians (SRT) immediately entered the water and were able to reach all three of the swimmers.
Ocean City police and fire departments, including the OCFD’s rescue swimmers, also respond to assist. Two of the victims required medical attention and were transported to Atlantic General Hospital (AGH) by Ocean City EMS. The first victim, a 19-year-old male, was transported with non-life threatening injuries; however, the second victim, a 52-year-old male victim from Huntingdon, PA, was pronounced deceased at approximately 1:30 p.m. at AGH.
As the first incident was stabilized, SRTs responded to a separate water rescue in the area of 20th Street. The second incident was also a result of a rip current. The two victims were brought back to shore by lifeguards and did not require medical attention.
In all, five victims were rescued. Due to rough surf and strong rip currents, swimming restrictions are currently in place. Beachgoers should check in with the lifeguard on duty every time you come to the beach and are reminded to keep your feet in the sand until a lifeguard is in the stand. After Labor Day, lifeguards are strategically located along the 10 miles of Ocean City beaches with multiple mobile patrols on duty as well. Please take the time to walk to and swim in front of the lifeguard. Lifeguard service continues until Sunday, September 21st.'

Md. Reaching Out For Health Care Re-Enrollment

State officials plan to contact tens of thousands of Maryland residents who need to re-enroll in health insurance plans under the federal health care law as the state transitions to a revamped system, replacing its flawed website for the next open enrollment period that starts in November.

Carolyn Quattrocki, director of Maryland's health exchange, told a panel of lawmakers that the state will begin an intensive outreach Wednesday with email and letters to make sure people who initially enrolled under the state's troubled health care exchange website understand their options on how best to re-enroll.

Chet Burrell, president and chief executive officer of the Maryland-based CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, said the company that serves about 95 percent of the people who enrolled through the exchange, also will reach out to customers who need to re-enroll.

House Set to Vote on Audit the Fed

Late Friday night, Campaign for Liberty received confirmation that H.R. 24, the Federal Reserve Transparency Act, or Audit the Fed as it’s better known, sponsored this Congress by Rep. Paul Broun will receive a vote as soon as this Tuesday!

Now, with the bill coming up “under suspension of the rules,” it will take 2/3rds of the House (or roughly 290) to vote YES in order for this to pass.

This is a large hurdle to clear, but it’s one we’ve done so successfully in the past. When Audit the Fed came up under suspension of the rules in 2012, it passed by a vote of 327-98.

Campaign for Liberty encourages all of our members and readers to call their representative today at 202-224-3121 and urge them to vote YES on H.R. 24!

PRMC’S Drive-Thru Flu Clinic Is October 16 & 17

Peninsula Regional Medical Center’s “Drive-Thru” Flu Clinic is returning on Thursday, October 16 and Friday, October 17, 2014 at Arthur W. Perdue (Shorebirds) Stadium at the intersection of Route 50 and Hobbs Road in Salisbury, Maryland. Vaccinations will be administered to individuals 13 years of age or older. A physician’s order is not necessary. A donation of $15.00 per vaccination is requested (cash only; exact amount is appreciated) and PRMC, for the first time, will be offering the quadrivalent vaccine this year.

“We chose to offer the quadrivalent flu vaccine for our Drive-Thru Flu Clinic because it’s designed to provide broader protection against the flu,” said Karen Mihalik, RN, Infection Prevention Specialist at PRMC. “The quadrivalent vaccine, which is more readily available this year than in years past, protects against two influenza type A and two influenza type B viruses.”
Previously flu vaccines were trivalent, and made to protect against two type A viruses but only one type B. The quadrivalent flu shot, like the trivalent, is still an inactivated vaccine meaning it protects you against the flu but it cannot cause the flu.

PRMC’s Drive-Thru Flu Clinic will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on both days. Flu vaccinations are encouraged for persons over the age of 65, people with heart or lung disorders, immunosuppressant diseases or diabetes. Participants are encouraged to wear a short sleeved shirt that will provide easy access to the upper arm. For additional information, please visit the PRMC website at www.peninsula.org.

Army's Combat Leaders Prepare for New War

Some of the U.S. Army's sharpest minds warned young combat leaders of what they should expect as America enters a new chapter in its war with Islamic extremists.

Seasoned leaders such as retired Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal met with young Army officers and sergeants at Fort Benning, Ga., just hours before President Obama outlined his strategy for destroying the extremist group known as the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.

"We are at a period where our enemies respect us, but they don't fear us," McChrystal told his audience at the 2014 Maneuver Conference Wednesday. McChrystal is the former commander of U.S. and allied forces in Afghanistan.

"The specter of American power is no longer enough to get somebody just not to do something."

The United States will lead a broad coalition to "downgrade and destroy" ISIL in what will be a comprehensive and sustained counter-terrorism strategy, Obama announced Wednesday night.

Obama said he would approve the expansion of airstrikes into Syria.

"I will not hesitate to take action against ISIL in Syria, as well as in Iraq," Obama said. "This is a core principle of my presidency - if you threaten America, you will find no safe haven."

‘We Pray For You’: Children Of Gun Instructor Killed In Tragic Accident Offer Powerful Message Of Love

Late last month, shooting instructor Charles Vacca was tragically killed after a nine-year- girl lost control of the automatic weapon he was showing her how to use. The 39-year-old father of four was an instructor at the Last Stop outdoor shooting range in White Hills, Arizona. Less than a month after the tragic accident, Vacca’s children have released an incredible message of love and forgiveness to the nine-year-old girl.

“Today we bring you a story of something that you never think of being good. Out of the ashes grow the roses of success,” Glenn said on radio this morning. “This is one of the most tragic things ever, not just for the man, not just for the man’s family, but for the little girl. She will forever carry [that] around.”

The Vacca family’s attorneys – Marc Lamber and James Goodnow of Fennemore Craig – released the video message from the children late last week.

U.N. to dump flood of Muslim refugees on U.S.

'Several thousand in the pipeline, and that number will go up'

Displaced Syrians will likely make up the next big wave of Muslim refugees coming to America.

Since the early 1990s, the United Nations high commissioner for refugees has selected 200,000 to 250,000 refugees from Islamic countries to be resettled in the United States. Most of them have come from Somalia and Iraq.

Syria could soon be added to the mix in the midst of that country’s brutal civil war. The Obama administration has been greasing the skids for the Syrian refugees for months, WND has learned, and the refugees will soon be dumped on American cities throughout the U.S.

In February, the State Department moved to ease the rules that protect the U.S. from accepting refugees with potential ties to terrorist organizations. The rules were seen as “too strict” by the refugee-resettlement groups that lobby Congress and the administration to continuously let in more Muslims from the war-torn Middle East.

Then on Sept. 4, a U.S. State Department spokeswoman hinted at her daily press briefing that a new wave of refugees will soon be coming from another predominantly Muslim nation – Syria.

Food Stamp Sign-Ups Outnumber Jobs Created in Obama's Illinois

Among the many metrics that show Obama's home state is struggling to break the Great Recession, a new report shows that applications for food stamps in Illinois is greater than its creation of jobs.

Illinois has had the worst recovery from the recession of any state in the country, the Illinois Policy Institute reported this month: "There are nearly 300,000 fewer Illinoisans working today than in January 2008, and 170,000 fewer payroll jobs. "

"For every post-recession job created in Illinois, nearly two people have enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), commonly known as food stamps," the Institute wrote. “In the recession era, the number of Illinoisans dependent on food stamps has risen by 745,000."

While Illinois sits about in the middle of the pack for a percent of the population on the SNAP assistance program, this new report is consistent with reports last year that found that Illinois was the only state to see a double-digit increase in SNAP enrollments.

Events have forced the president into embarrassing reversals that have alienated much of his base.

Iraq, immigration, inversion. On all three of the issues referred to, President Obama finds himself forced by events to do something he dislikes — and he’s in trouble with much of his Democratic-party base for doing so.

Obama seemed ill at ease before the camera and teleprompter on the evening of September 10th. Sending troops into Iraq and Syria is probably the last thing he expected to do when he set out running for president in 2007.

He still insists that he will send in “no ground troops,” though it appears that hundreds of U.S. military personnel are literally on the ground in Iraq. He seems still not to understand that publicly ruling out an alternative means that your enemies know your plans — and can take advantage of them.

But that’s not enough to propitiate at least some Democrats who supported Obama fervently because they believed he would remove U.S. troops from the Middle East and never send them back there.

One of his chief advantages over Hillary Clinton in 2008 was her vote for the Iraq War resolution in 2002 and Obama’s opposition to it, albeit as a state senator from an overwhelmingly Democratic district.

U.S. lawmakers want to curb antibiotic use on farms

(Reuters) - Two U.S. lawmakers are calling for action to rein in antibiotic use in livestock in response to a Reuters investigation showing how top U.S. poultry firms have been administering drugs to their flocks.

U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, (D-NY), said she plans to introduce new legislation authorizing the Food and Drug Administration to collect data on “farm-level antibiotic use.” The pledge was part of a letter Gillibrand sent Tuesday to FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg. In the letter, Gillibrand said that “the scale of injudicious use” of antibiotics in poultry production documented by Reuters “was staggering.”

Another member of Congress, Rep. Louise Slaughter, (D-NY), introduced legislation in February 2013 that would require drug makers, livestock producers and the FDA to release more data on antibiotic use in food animals. On Monday, she urged fellow lawmakers to address the issue at a hearing on antibiotic resistance scheduled Friday before the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s subcommittee on health.

Baltimore Police Suspend Officer Who Punched Man

The Baltimore police commissioner announced Tuesday that he has suspended an officer with pay after a months-old video was made public showing the officer repeatedly punching a man outside a liquor store before arresting him.

Anthony Batts said Vincent Cosom was placed on leave Monday, the same day Kollin Truss, 32, filed a $5 million lawsuit against the officer alleging assault, battery, and other damage in his June 15 arrest.

Batts said he was "shocked, outraged and disgusted" by the footage.

"Nothing I saw on that video is defensible," Batts said, "and most importantly, it's unacceptable and will not be tolerated within this organization."

Obama administration forcing new gun buyers to declare race, ethnicity

ATF policy irks dealers, risks privacy intrusion, racial profiling: critics

The Obama administration quietly has been forcing new gun buyers to declare their race and ethnicity, a policy change that critics say provides little law enforcement value while creating the risk of privacy intrusions and racial profiling.

With little fanfare, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in 2012 amended its Form 4473 — the transactional record the government requires gun purchasers and sellers to fill out when buying a firearm — to identify buyers as either Hispanic, Latino or not. Then a buyer must check his or her race: Indian, Asian, black, Pacific Islander or white.

7 ISIS Facts Every American Should Know

In January, President Barack Obama dismissed the Islamic State (ISIS) as merely a “JV team.” Last week, Obama reversed that position and told NBC News ISIS is “not a JV team.” Similarly, two weeks ago Obama said the Islamic State can be shrunk to “a manageable problem.” Then on Friday, as NBC News reported, “The Obama administration said for the first time Friday that the United States is ‘at war’ with ISIS militants.”

Given the Administration’s contradictory and muddled messages, here, then, are seven ISIS facts:

1. ISIS Began in the 1990s

While the Islamic State may be new to some Americans, as The Atlantic notes, “The group that recently renamed itself simply ‘Islamic State’ has existed under various names and in various shapes since the early 1990s.” The Washington Institute for Near East Policy notesthat in its 1999 incarnation, ISIS was known as Jamaat al-Tawhid wa-l-Jihad (JTWJ).

2. ISIS is Led by a Man Released from a U.S. Detention Camp in 2009

The leader of ISIS is Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. Baghdadi was released from the U.S. detention camp named Camp Bucca near the Kuwaiti border in 2009. When he was freed, Baghdadi reportedly told U.S. Army reservists from Long Island, New York, “I’ll see you guys in New York.”

A long-shot bid in 2016 may suit Martin O’Malley

Martin O’Malley’s pollster had sobering news. Despite extensive time in the public eye and strong statements on controversial issues, the would-be candidate barely registered in a new survey.

The year was 1999, and O’Malley (D), a brash white city councilman in majority-black Baltimore, was contemplating a long-shot bid for mayor.

“To a lot of friends, even my closest friends, it seemed like a pretty outlandish idea initially,” he said. He won that election, and the next, and two terms as Maryland governor after that.

Now he is contemplating an odyssey with even steeper odds. By late January, when his time in Annapolis ends, O’Malley says he “probably” will have decided whether to run for president in 2016, a bid that would be likely to pit him against Hillary Rodham Clinton, the former first lady, senator and secretary of state.

The U.N. To Dump Flood Of Muslim Refugees On The U.S.

Since the early 1990s, the United Nations high commissioner for refugees has selected more than 250,000 refugees from Islamic countries to be resettled in the United States.

Walter E. Williams

"Conservatives and liberals are kindred spirits as far as government spending is concerned. ... Since government has no resources of its own, and since there’s no Tooth Fairy handing Congress the funds for the programs it enacts, we are forced to recognize that government spending is no less than the confiscation of one person’s property to give it to another to whom it does not belong -- in effect, legalized theft."

Late-Talking Children

Anyone who knows what anxiety, and sometimes anguish, parents go through when they have a child who is still not talking at age two, three or even four, can appreciate what a blessing it can be to have someone who can tell them what to do -- and what not to do.

That someone is Professor Stephen Camarata of the Vanderbilt University Medical Center, whose recently published book, "Late-Talking Children" gives parents information and advice that they are not likely to find anywhere else. And it does so in plain English.

Professor Camarata has been researching, diagnosing and treating children with speech problems for decades. Moreover, he knows from personal experience what it is like to be a parent of a late-talking child, and he himself was three and a half years old before he began to speak. So he has seen this problem from many angles.

A child can be years behind schedule in beginning to speak and yet go on to have a perfectly normal life. Some children with delayed speech may even be noticeably brighter than other children their age. But, for other late-talking children, the delay in beginning to speak can be a symptom of much deeper and long-lasting problems, including mental retardation or autism.

This Seems To Be Going Well...

Gallup released a new poll late last week [4] showing how many (or few, as it were) Americans are ‘satisfied’ with the direction of the country. 23%. That’s it. 76% are NOT satisfied. Only 1% aren’t sure.

The chart below shows the astounding, long-term decline since 2000.

OBAMA COVERED MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD TRACKS TO BENGHAZI

Dodged political damage weeks before presidential election

Almost immediately following the Benghazi attack, the Obama administration possessed information indicating some Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood participation in the assault, yet the Obama administration kept this critical piece of information from the public, reveals a new book, “The Real Benghazi Story,” by New York Times bestselling author Aaron Klein.

The attack took place less than two months before the November 2012 presidential election. Klein notes Obama could have found himself in a political quandary if it were determined the Muslim Brotherhood had been involved in the Benghazi attack in any way.

After the U.S. president called for the resignation of Egypt’s long-time secular leader, Hosni Mubarak, Obama helped to support the election of the Brotherhood’s Mohamed Morsi and then proceeded to open ties to Morsi’s group.

The possible involvement of Egypt could be central to understanding the motivation of some of the attackers. The attack could be linked to Morsi’s campaign to free the so-called blind sheik, Omar Abdel-Rahman, who is serving a life sentence in the U.S. for conspiracy in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. Rahman’s release was a central foreign policy issue for Morsi.

Social Security: Which Political Party Drained it Dry?

Obama Civil Rights Nominee Withdraws

President Barack Obama's pick to be the government's chief civil rights attorney withdrew his nomination for the post Monday.

Obama tapped Debo Adegbile for the Justice Department job last year. But a bipartisan group of senators blocked his nomination earlier this year because he had sought to get the sentence of a convicted cop killer overturned.

The White House argued at the time that the decision to reject Adegbile's nomination set a troubling precedent that could dissuade lawyers with aspirations to serve in government from taking on unpopular clients of causes.

Black Crime in Baltimore High -- but Should be Higher

Crime in Baltimore is dropping like a pile of hot rocks. And Elliott Einbinder knows the reason why: It is hard to get arrested there.

Einbinder is a Jewish dentist who was attacked last week on his way to afternoon prayers near his office -- all in front of witnesses willing to tell police what they saw. Let’s pick up the story from Baltimore Jewish Life:

“One 24-year-old African American female followed him and sucker punched him on the side of his head, swelling his lip and breaking his glasses. She continued to throw punches as Dr. Einbinder tried to swat her away.”

"I thought this was a 15-year old boy. She was half my size and just didn't appear to be a female. I kept asking her why she was doing this to me; I said, 'I didn't anything to you'! She spat on me and according to one witness, she said, "C'mon, fight me Jew.”

“The attacker originally told police that the doctor began the altercation but when witnesses contradicted her story she admitted to the police that she was "just having a bad day."

“He is also upset at the way the laws are written in that the officers on the scene were unable to arrest her even with the tens of witnesses to this attack on hand. Apparently an attack of this sort is considered a 2nd Degree Assault and unless witnessed by a Police Officer, and/or unless any type of weapon is used an arrest cannot be made.”

More than 20 witnesses. A crime scene confession. A shaken victim, willing to press charges. And what happened?

Nothing.

Never Forget … Countries from Around the World Admit They Use False Flag Terror

Governments from around the world admit they’ve used the bully’s trick … attack first, and then blame the victim:

A major with the Nazi SS admitted at the Nuremberg trials that – under orders from the chief of the Gestapo – he and some other Nazi operatives faked attacks on their own people and resources which they blamed on the Poles, to justify the invasion of Poland. Nazi general Franz Halder also testified at the Nuremberg trials that Nazi leader Hermann Goering admitted to setting fire to the German parliament building, and then falsely blaming the communists for the arson

Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev admitted in writing that the Soviet Union’s Red Army shelled the Russian village of Mainila in 1939 – while blaming the attack on Finland – as a basis for launching the “Winter War” against Finland

Israel admits that an Israeli terrorist cell operating in Egypt planted bombs in several buildings, including U.S. diplomatic facilities, then left behind “evidence” implicating the Arabs as the culprits (one of the bombs detonated prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to identify the bombers, and several of the Israelis later confessed) (and see this and this)

The CIA admits that it hired Iranians in the 1950′s to pose as Communists and stage bombings in Iran in order to turn the country against its democratically-elected prime minister

The British Prime Minister admitted to his defense secretary that he and American president Dwight Eisenhower approved a plan in 1957 to carry out attacks in Syria and blame it on the Syrian government as a way to effect regime change

The former Italian Prime Minister, an Italian judge, and the former head of Italian counterintelligence admit that NATO, with the help of the Pentagon and CIA, carried out terror bombings in Italy and other European countries in the 1950s and blamed the communists, in order to rally people’s support for their governments in Europe in their fight against communism. As one participant in this formerly-secret program stated: “You had to attack civilians, people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple. They were supposed to force these people, the Italian public, to turn to the state to ask for greater security” (and see this) (Italy and other European countries subject to the terror campaign had joined NATO before the bombings occurred). And watch this BBC special.
