!!!!!Dispatcher Screws Up Again!!!!!

OK, so this gets a bit more complicated but as you read this you'll come to learn just how screwed up the Salisbury Police Department actually is.

At 3:10 AM this morning a neighbor on S. Division Street called 911 for a break in & entering. She was redirected to the Dispatcher at the SPD. She explained how there were two black males breaking into the Exotic Sound Building on S. Division Street, across the street from Gene's Taxi.

The Dispatcher explained he was not familiar with the area, could she better explain where the building was located. She explained again how there has been banging going on for a while as they were trying to break into the building and gave her address again and told him it was right across the street from her home. She then explained it was on the corners of Washington Street and S. Division.

The woman and her Husband sat on the front porch of their home watching was was going on while two men used sledge hammers breaking through the cinder block on the building after cutting the phone lines. Once inside, rather than breaking open any doors, they simply broke through the walls to assure no contacts were broken, possibly setting off an alarm.

While the neighbors sat there in disbelief, the buglers couldn't fit the 50" Plasma TV out the opening, so they went back to busting out more cinder blocks while the Police were dispatched down to the Pep Boys area of Salisbury, (yes, you heard me right) to Delmarva Motor Sports and NEVER showed up at this business whatsoever. THEY WERE THERE FOR ALMOST 1 HOUR, NO POLICE!

The buglers made so much noise it isn't funny and they completely walked away from the business with a brand new, still in the box Plasma TV as well as inventory of stereos and other inventory from inside the business.

I started checking into this and came to learn that ANOTHER business in Salisbury recently experienced a similar situation, the RAC Center. The buglers broke into an Industrial Building next door, then used sledge hammers to bust through the interior walls to get into the RAC Center and stole a bunch of Plasma TV's and electronics there too.

This could have easily been a slam dunk arrest but because the Salisbury Police Department has hired young, inexperienced Dispatchers who DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE IN THE AREA, these criminals are getting off scott free!

Hey Barrie, How's the Chiefy working for you now? Salisbury, the 10th Most Dangerous City In America. Dee, Dee, Deeee! Let me add. The woman used her LAND LINE, the Police should have had a general idea where they needed to go. She mentioned Gene's Taxi. IF the Dispatcher would have said that over the radio, the Officers would have known where to go. She said Washington Street and S. Division Street, how did they end up near Pep Boys? GOT ANY ANSWERS CHIEFY?

The Watch Desk Finally Gets Under Control

While things were getting heated up at The Watch Desk, (this is a Fire Fighters Website) it became very clear Chiefy See & Deputy Chiefy Gordy finally got control of ALL Fire Staff and pretty much shut that puppy down.

What I find most interesting is the fact that when they were attacking Rachel Polk & Von Siggers, no one could do anything and or gain any control over what was being said there.

Once the Fire Fighters spoke out using the "N" Word once again, Hostile Work Environment charges were placed against the SFD and they sure did shut that puppy down fast! So the Blogs have truly made inroads towards civility referencing racism and Chiefy's have proven they can control that Site after all.

I personally think it should have been stopped long ago but considering the language started from the top, I don't believe they wanted to do anything about the nasty things that were said in the past and now there are just too many people out there that could testify against these leaders and destroy their careers.

I'm please to have played a major roll in shutting down those Idiots on there making racist comments and my hat is tipped to See & Gordy for doing the right thing and showing those boys they were out of line. "One small step for man, one giant leap for man kind."

Where's Shanie & Barrie?

I know many of you don't make most of the meetings held with the City Council but this has become a tradition for Shanie Shields showing up late. In Monday's Council Meeting Shanie showed up more than 20 minutes after the Meeting started. I believe the last Work Session she showed up more than an hour late. Then to watch her fall asleep during these meetings, one has to wonder just what good she's doing for her community? She carries no paperwork. She never carries her Charter Book and she huffs and puffs and make comments under her breath any time someone says anything. I feel like I'm in a Baptist Church, (respectfully) every time I'm around this woman in meetings. They get a pay raise, I believe it was a 100% increase in pay and they don't show up, show up late and they're never prepared. As a matter of fact, I'd love to see Shanie Shields proposal for the actual budget last year? Didn't happen. "I like what Gary says." It too is a time for change in her District.

"Andy Harris Endorsed By The Washington Times"

Andy Harris receives the first newspaper endorsement of any candidate in race

Annapolis - Today, Senator Andy Harris proudly received the endorsement from the Washington Times. This is the first newspaper endorsement of the campaign season. In the endorsement, The Washington Times described Andy Harris as a "conservative leader" and the "antithesis of Mr. Gilchrest."

The endorsement said, "Mr. Harris is clearly the strongest conservative leader in the Feb. 12 Republican primary. The Washington Times is pleased to endorse Andy Harris."

"The Washington Times is recognizing what people throughout the district are learning as they examine the records of the candidates; I am the only conservative in this race" said Andy Harris. "I am proud to receive their endorsement."

"Mr. Harris, who also is an anesthesiologist, is the antithesis of Mr. Gilchrest. Mr. Harris did yeoman work in helping lead a filibuster against anti-gun legislation, and he has consistently fought for lower taxes and state spending. He is pro-life, and has led the fight against in-state tuition and driver's licenses for illegal aliens" read the endorsement.

The endorsement also examined the records of Andy's opponents in the primary. In the Washington Times, Gilchrest is described as "among the most liberal members of the House Republican Caucus." The endorsement goes on to point out numerous issues where Gilchrest no longer represents the values of conservatives such as: support for amnesty for illegal immigrants, his "disconcerting tendency to line up with Democrats on tax and spending issues," support for "taxpayer-subsidized abortions," pushing for environmental restrictions on property rights, and outspoken advocacy for pulling the troops out of Iraq.

On Pipkin, the Washington Times points out his support for O'Malley's budget, "generally pro-choice" stance, vote to extend rights to homosexual couples previously reserved for heterosexual married couples, and vote for giving free needles to drug addicts. The paper goes on to say Pipkin's "11th-hour decision to jump into the race is baffling."

"The endorsement further reiterates what our campaign has been saying; Gilchrest and Pipkin are two tax-and-spend peas in a giant liberal pod," said Chris Meekins, Campaign Manager for Andy Harris for Congress.

The Washington Times joins a long list of endorsements Andy Harris has received that includes former Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, seven of the eight state senators who represent parts of the district, and numerous other state and local officials.

Andy Harris for Congress

December 12, 2007

Maryland's 1st Congressional District race has become the most closely watched Republican primary in the United States. For the past few months, there have been two serious candidates making their case to voters in the 1st District, a heavily Republican area covering the Eastern Shore and parts of Anne Arundel, Harford and Baltimore counties: One, incumbent Wayne Gilchrest, a member of Congress since 1991, is among the most liberal members of the House Republican Caucus, a lawmaker who lines up with Nancy Pelosi and against Gen. David Petraeus and President Bush on Iraq. His main opponent in the Feb. 12 primary, who we endorse today, is state Sen. Andy Harris, a member of the General Assembly since 1999 and a conservative leader in Annapolis.

For years, Maryland conservatives have quietly seethed while Mr. Gilchrest backed taxpayer-subsidized abortions and environmentalist-pushed restrictions on property rights. Mr. Gilchrest also cosponsored legislation to give amnesty to illegal aliens and has become an outspoken advocate of pulling troops out of Iraq. Mr. Gilchrest has a disconcerting tendency to line up with Democrats on tax and spending issues.

Mr. Harris, who also is an anesthesiologist, is the antithesis of Mr. Gilchrest. Mr. Harris did yeoman work in helping lead a filibuster against anti-gun legislation, and he has consistently fought for lower taxes and state spending. He is pro-life, and has led the fight against in-state tuition and driver's licenses for illegal aliens.

Two weeks ago, state Sen. E. J. Pipkin, Queen Anne's Republican, sent shock waves through the district by announcing that he, too, will challenge Mr. Gilchrest. Although we admire the work of Mr. Pipkin, a retired investment banker, in leading the fight against Gov. Martin O'Malley's tax-and-spend agenda, his 11th-hour decision to jump into the race is baffling.

There are strong political and philosophical reasons to favor Mr. Harris over Mr. Pipkin. Mr. Harris voted against the governor's big-spend budget earlier this year; Mr. Pipkin voted in favor. Mr. Harris is pro-life; Mr. Pipkin is generally pro-choice. As former Delegate Herb McMillan wrote Monday on our Op-Ed page, Mr. Harris opposes clean needles for drug addicts, while Mr. Pipkin has voted in favor. The two senators also disagreed on the Medical Decision Making Act, which established a state registry for homosexual "life partners" and was viewed as a first step toward legalizing homosexual "marriage." Mr. Pipkin voted in favor; Mr. Harris against.

All three major candidates for the Republican nomination in the 1st Congressional District are honorable, patriotic Americans. But Mr. Harris is clearly the strongest conservative leader in the Feb. 12 Republican primary. The Washington Times is pleased to endorse Andy Harris.

There's Something About Barrie

More Body Language

Besides the baked on tan, nice suit and steep price tags that go along with them, the body language says one of two things here, you decide?

1). I want to thank the City Council for hiring my Firm to do your yearly audits.
2). Is there ANYTHING I can do to answer any questions you might have?
3). Yes, by all means we expect to have the audit done on time next year.

OR

1). I got my money, do you really think I give a shit what this Council thinks?
2). You want it, WHEN? Homey don't play dat game.
3). Let's see, I've got to get my Wife a new Mercedes this year. Oh, that's right, I almost forgot, I have to pay the monthly dues for my tanning sessions, or should I bill that to the City? Y' All wish you looked as good as me with this tan. Oh, I'm sorry Mrs. Campbell, can you repeat what you were saying?

It's Witching Hour, I Have To Go!

Some call it Happy Hour, others call it Witching Hour? All I can tell you is, this past Monday Night, Barrie Tilghman was outta there faster than the speed of light once the brewing hour started. I personally think IF the Mayor is going to sit in on the meeting, she should be forced to stay the entire time. New Rule!

Dirty Little Council Secrets

If you can't find an up front parking space, MAKE ONE UP! That's what your Council President and Vice President do.

That's right. All of a sudden out of nowhere, Louise Smith is a Handicapped Person???? Not according to the Police Officer I summoned over to her vehicle to ask if she was legal. No, she was not. There's a VERY good reason why her Handicap Sticker is lying on the dash instead of where they're instructed to place it on the rear view mirror. The sticker is expired! That's how the Police would treat it anyway.

Being in a hurry the Officer had to move along but Louise is a low life piece of garbage, willing to illegally take a space because the parking lot was full when she pulled in. Now, let's talk about this for a second. Mr. Holland showed up somewhat late to the Council Meeting. IF Mr. Trader had been there and parked in a Handicap Space, then Louise would have been in the OTHER, where would Mr. Holland have been subjected to park, since there's only TWO Handicap Parking Spaces for the entire building?

You make me sick Louise. I even asked Shanie Shields if she got a Handicap Tag when she had knee surgery not that long ago. She replied, no, why? I told her about Louise and she just rolled her eyes.

Now let's get to that lazy piece of sh*t Comegys. So if there isn't a space, manufacture one. That's exactly what Comegys did too. He created a space past the last spot along Rt. 50. Next time Comegys I can assure you I will demand you get a ticket. Not that he'll ever have to pay it. However, I'll be standing there with camera in hand getting a picture of it on his vehicle. I was nice this time not demanding tickets be made out. However, I better never see this again.

Some EXAMPLE these two set for the rest of the Citizens, eh?
