Delaware State Police Arrest Three in Car Break-Ins
Troopers began their investigation on Friday October 21, 2016, after incidents of car break-ins were being reported from the Shiloh Church Road, Asketum Branch Road, and Homestead Road areas, west of Georgetown. In most of the incidents, the vehicles were left unlocked and the suspects removed various items of cash, credit cards, and personal belongings before fleeing the area.
Troopers continued to follow up the complaints after the suspects began using some of the victim's credit cards at various stores in the Georgetown area and were able to view video surveillance footage. On Saturday October 22, 2016, a victim of a theft observed a blue Chevrolet Blazer and turned the registration information over to the investigating trooper. After verifying with the owner of the vehicle that is was being used by George L. Dunn, 24 of Georgetown, and two friends of his that had been identified as Valerie E. Lohr, 25 of Millsboro, and Travis M. Cannon, 26 of Millsboro, members of the Pro-Active Criminal Enforcement (P.A.C.E.) team located the vehicle on Discount Land Road near Laurel around 11:40 p.m. that night and performed a traffic stop.

Thousands of California soldiers forced to repay enlistment bonuses a decade after going to war
Short of troops to fight in Iraq and Afghanistan a decade ago, the California National Guard enticed thousands of soldiers with bonuses of $15,000 or more to reenlist and go to war.
Now the Pentagon is demanding the money back.
Nearly 10,000 soldiers, many of whom served multiple combat tours, have been ordered to repay large enlistment bonuses — and slapped with interest charges, wage garnishments and tax liens if they refuse — after audits revealed widespread overpayments by the California Guard at the height of the wars last decade.
Investigations have determined that lack of oversight allowed for widespread fraud and mismanagement by California Guard officials under pressure to meet enlistment targets.
But soldiers say the military is reneging on 10-year-old agreements and imposing severe financial hardship on veterans whose only mistake was to accept bonuses offered when the Pentagon needed to fill the ranks.
HILLARY LIED…PEOPLE DIED
This is NOT about Benghazi. Yes. Hil-LIARy lied and yes people died. The military as you well know by know was ready to go and for reasons of attire indecision by Hil-LIARy, they didn’t go to the aid of Ambassador Stevens and company.
And then of course came the lie about Nakoula Basseley Nakoula’s video, “Innocence of Muslims” causing the attack on Benghazi. Another Hil-LIARy lie.
This alone should disqualify her for the presidency…among people with morals and integrity that is.
This commentary however, is about her greatest lie; The moralization of DURING BIRTH ABORTION. What dark-hearted cruel and evil must possess someone who condones this practice.
You’re heard it called PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION as though somehow that makes it better. The liberal tactic is to take control of the language and make evil sound good. Wrong sound right. Partial birth indicates the baby wasn’t born yet. But it happens DURING BIRTH.
Not so easy to accept now, is it? So let’s take back the language and call it DURING BIRTH ABORTION. Or is there a better term. Let's examine that question after we discuss how the procedure works.

Here's the procedure…The abortionist pulls a living baby out of the mother’s womb and into the birth canal feet first. The head is deliberately lodged in place and held there by the abortionist just inside the opening to the mother’s womb.
The abortionist then punctures the base of the baby’s skill with either a long surgical scissors or a pointed hollow tube.
Next, the abortionist pushes a catheter through the tube and into the baby's brain.
The abortionist then uses a powerful vacuum to suck the baby’s brain out causing the skull to collapse. Then the abortionist removes the now dead baby from the mother’s body.
Still wanna call it partial birth abortion? Call it what it is. DURING BIRTH MURDER.
These murders are not rare. They are committed 3,000 to 5,000 times a year. The vast majority are committed in the fifth and sixth months of pregnancy, on healthy babies and mothers.
Would you really want someone who is in favor of this murderous act to have the nuclear launch codes??? Or making decisions on a daily basis that affect your family??? Or making Supreme Court Justice appointments that will take away your rights??? Let me know what you think. Comment below.

What If...
The DNC and Clinton campaign actually planned and executed violence against citizens should they go to Trump rallies. Their planner, Bob Creamer and his henchmen, admitted openly they've been doing this violent tactic for the last fifty years. Think about it, they plotted violence against us. They plotted to beat us, the voters, up in order to coerce us into accepting their corruption!
The patterns in DC have been hard to to miss, especially in the last twenty-thirty years. They have been, as Donald Trump puts it, abusing us while we pay for their existence with our tax money. They have flagrantly given our hard earned tax dollars away to refugees, hostile enemy states and without our permission or consent for much of this 'free giving.' They have volunteered our money for their pursuits in self-enrichment, while not caring whether or not we can feed our own families or keep a roof over our heads.
Spending money on refugees while our Veterans are live on the street or die waiting for proper healthcare, which Obamacare has never delivered on the multitude of promises given to us. Nancy Pelosi's words, more haunting now than they were in 2010, "You have to pass it to see what's in it..." are just one of a plethora slaps in the head we've all sustained at the hands of DC elites.
One thing we have to always remember is, they survive off our tax money. If we didn't pay taxes, they wouldn't have the revenue stream with which to work with in order to make themselves feel like they're doing something.
Over the last week, Thomas Jefferson's words have come up again and again about the Tree of Liberty being refreshed. Some comments have emanated that sedition is a crime. This is not exactly true, but I think there's a way to make a point without ever lifting a fist or firing a shot.
It's not like we're being violent but it would be a shutdown of magnitude and the fact is, there would be nothing they could do about it. No one would be paying taxes, buying anything, going anywhere - just spent the day with our kids, our pets or reading that book we've always wanted to read but never found the time. We, for once, could do something completely for ourselves and/or our family that didn't involve contributing to DC in some way shape or form.
What if we did this for a month -- going back to the Little House on the Prairie Days? Imagine the repercussions, if all of our society got in cahoots and decided it was time for a long, overdue holiday and just stopped feeding the Swamp in DC.
A General Strike might just be exactly what we need to do in order to finally be heard. Aren't you tired of being nothing but a vote to the DC Establishment?
Letter To The Editor: Salisbury Fire Department 10-20-16
As we speak the Hebron Fire Department EMS and the Parsonsburg Fire Department EMS are getting dispatched to cover ambulance calls in Salisbury and the Salisbury Fire Department is getting dispatched to "Stand By" until Hebron and Parsonsburg ambulances get there.
This is called a mismanagement of funds and resources. The city and county tax dollars is funding paid firemen to sit around and chase ambulance calls all day since there are rarely any fires.
Again as noted recent Letter To The Editor, the volunteers in the Salisbury Fire Department are not getting dispatched to any calls unless the paid fire engines are committed on another medical assist.
Rick Hoppes has all but forced the Volunteers of the Salisbury Fire Department out the door. They have no say in running the day to day operations and Rick Hoppes has taken control of the monies funded to the VOLUNTEERS from Wicomico County.
This is how the Fire Chief and Mayors(Jim Ireton and Jake Day) spend your city and county tax dollars.
This happens every single day in the City of Salisbury and YOUR life is in Jeopardy!! Obviously the wasteful spending of your county tax dollars is endorsed by County Executive Bob Culver because he has been in Office for 2 years and has done absolutely NOTHING about it!!

Two Employees At A Local Wicomico County Business Arrested
I've received numerous e-mail messages asking why we have not published the story. We have not done so because we have still to this very day, this very moment, have NOT received a single press release on this matter from the State Police, Wicomico County Sheriff's Office or the Wicomico County Child Advocacy Center.
Personally, each one of these agencies have a Public information Officer, (PIO) whose job it is to forewarn the public and get the word out there as there could have been many more victims. WHY nothing has been put out there is beyond me and to be honest I find it absolutely reckless a press release has not been put forth.
Let the debate/comments begin.
FEDERAL JUDGE Demands Wicomico County Sheriff Mike Lewis Come Down From His Ivory Tower
Shortly after the incident, in an interview with WMDT, Sheriff Lewis said Mr. Santos would have been a lot more “banged up” if it were Sheriff Lewis, and that “lethal force” (meaning deadly force) would have been justified. Sheriff Lewis claimed, however, as his justification for not appearing at the deposition, that he had no personal knowledge of Mr. Santos’ case when he made these comments. Mr. Santos claimed that he must have had some knowledge to have made these statements, and that these comments and any underlying policies were relevant to his lawsuit.
On Monday, October 17, 2016, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland issued a Memorandum and Order requiring Sheriff Lewis to appear for a deposition within 30 days.
The Court also ordered Mr. Santos within seven days to “advise the Court whether he will continue to pursue a contempt order against Sheriff Lewis, or whether he will withdraw his Petition.

Laurel Man Arrested After Pulling a Knife on Troopers
The incident occurred Thursday October 20, 2016 around 10:10 p.m. as troopers from the Pro-Active Criminal Enforcement (P.A.C.E.) team observed a male walking northbound on Sussex Highway (US13) in the area of Gordy Road without an illumination device. The troopers performed a traffic stop on the pedestrian, who was later identified as Saa'diq A. Holmes, 18 of Delmar, Delaware, and requested to perform a pat-down search. Holmes then reached behind his back and pulled a large steak knife from his waistband and began pointing it at the troopers. One of the troopers immediately disarmed Holmes by grabbing it away. The troopers continued to search him when he pulled away from one of the trooper and began fleeing. As he was running, the other trooper was able to grab Holmes' shirt, but he then struck the trooper in the head and broke free from the grasp. As Holmes was fleeing, he threw what later turned out to be 39 bags (.585 grams) of heroin from the front of his waistband onto the ground and was eventually taken into custody after a trooper utilized a divisionally issued Taser.
Saa'diq Holmes was transported back to Troop 5 where he was charged with Resisting Arrest with Force, Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, Reckless Endangering 2nd, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Offensive Touching of a Law Enforcement Officer, and Failure to Carry a Light on a Highway. He was arraigned at JP3 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $6,251.00 cash bond.
Mosby Calls For Reforms In Police Misconduct Investigation
Thursday morning, Mosby announced five proposals that she would like to see take effect in Baltimore.
"The ultimate goal will be to provide the community with a seat at the table," Mosby said. "My first proposal involves replacing the typical police investigative team with one that includes impartial investigative representation from the Police Department, the prosecutor's office, state police and the investigator and civilian review board."
Mosby said a collaborative approach will improve transparency, remove the pressure of police investigating fellow officers and eliminate bias and skepticism during the early investigation stages.
"My second proposal is to grant police powers to the State's Attorney's Office in Baltimore City," Mosby said.

I heard about a robbery the other night but I didn't know the exact street where it happened All I heard was they were searching around Rogers Street. It sounded like another delivery driver robbery but I couldn't tell if they were trying to link the Dominos case with this one or another Dominos driver may have been robbed. I know they brought in a K-9 to help search for 3 black males and one possibly had a bat.
Editor's note: With the release of the daily calls for service from SPD this morning it confirms that there was in fact a robbery on Princeton Ave which is near Rogers Street.

Anne Arundel Co. Officer Suspended After 'Oath Keepers' Hat Seen In Cruiser
A police spokesman said the officer's police powers have been suspended pending the outcome of an internal investigation after the photo was brought to them. The officer, a 9-year veteran of the department, has not yet been identified.
A woman spotted the hat inside the police vehicle on Monday afternoon when it was parked in the parking lot of Whole Foods in the Annapolis Town Center.

Hillary Clinton has said she won’t campaign further before the election except for the final debate. That’s not a winning strategy if you ask me and I’ve been in politics now for over two decades. It makes absolutely no sense when a race is this close for someone to be that sure of themselves. It has the feel of corruption all about it.

Gov. Hogan ‘will do whatever it takes’ to keep Washington’s NFL team in Maryland
"We will do whatever it takes to keep them," Hogan said to the Washington Business Journal after the Capital Region Business Forum on Wednesday when asked if he supports using public funds or tax incentives to keep the Redskins playing in Maryland. “I don’t comment on private negotiations."
Spokeswoman Amelia Chasse said in a followup email that Hogan's administration "has and will continue to conduct high-level discussions with team officials, including the owner, in an effort to ensure the team remains in Maryland."

300 Juveniles Serving Life Sentences To Get Parole Hearings
BALTIMORE (AP) — Maryland officials say nearly 300 inmates serving life sentences for crimes they were convicted of as juveniles will get new parole hearings within the next year.
The Baltimore Sun reports that the state laid out its plan in new filings in a federal court case that claims Maryland’s parole system for juveniles is unconstitutional. Attorneys for the state are urging the court to dismiss the lawsuit.
Sonia Kumar, an attorney for ACLU, dismissed the plan for hearings as an “obvious attempt to offer superficial changes.”
