No One Can Stop Her... And She Knows It: "This Election Won't Be Fair"

To the left, a shot from Charlie Chaplin’s The Great Dictator; to the right, Hillary’s acceptance speech was a carefully scripted triumph over the democratic process… as demonstrated by her playing with the balloons like the world is her toy.

In a fair election, my best estimate is that Donald Trump would win in a landslide.

But this election will not be fair. In fact, few of them are.

For Trump’s part, there is no doubt that he has been this year’s sensation. A newcomer to politics, he has thrown out all the conventional rules, played by his own, and found a captivated country hanging onto his every word. Love him, hate him, or somewhere in between… no one can look away from the spectacle.

After a war within the party and the convenient disposal of 16 conventional GOP contenders, Trump is now the official Republican candidate and he is in a strong position. Coming out of the relatively calm Republican National Convention and going into the tumultuous DNC, Trump has enjoyed soaring poll numbers while Hillary has been losing ground fast to the scandals and corruption revealed by Wikileaks and other related mouthpieces.

But the fat lady has not sung.

Hijacking the Party, Keeping Dissent Under Wraps

Hillary’s coronation last night as she formally accepted her party’s nomination could hardly have been more forced. The entire Democratic convention has been stage-managed to downplay the overwhelming noise from Bernie supporter who are outraged and feel betrayed by Hillary.

The entire convention has had a certain air to it, a quality that reveals the desperation for power, and the crisp sense of danger that brings with it.

Report: Median Recreational User in Washington Spends $645/Year on Marijuana

(CNSNews.com) – The average regular cannabis consumer in Washington State spends about $645 per year on recreational weed, according to a reportfrom marijuana research company Headset.

The report, entitledCannabis Market Insights: What does the Average Marijuana Consumer Look Like? analyzed weed purchases made in Washington State, where marijuana is legal for recreational use.

The report looked at customers who were members of loyalty programs at weed dispensaries for at least one year, and found that “the median customer spends $645 on pot each year, and over 57 percent of customers spent more than $500.”

Meanwhile, 24.9 percent of loyal customers spent between $1000 and $2500 a year compared to 22.8 percent who spent between $500 and $1000, 13.3 percent who spent between $250 and $500, and 24 percent who spent less than $250.

Very few customers (9.7 percent) spent more than $2500 per year on weed.

The largest share of users (35.8 percent) spent between $25 and $50 during each trip to the marijuana dispensary. Another 28.7 percent spent between $10 and $25 per trip, and 21.2 percent spent between $50 and $100.

German protesters prepare for Angela 'Merkel Must Go' demonstration

Merkel's premiership is hanging by a thread today as thousands gathered to call for her resignation while a key political ally dramatically withdrew his support over immigration policy.

More than 5,000 protested in Berlin and thousands more throughout Germany over the 'open-door' policy that many have blamed for four brutal terrorist attacks that left 13 dead over the last month.

The Chancellor faced a fresh wave of fury after it emerged that two recent terror attacks and a third killing were carried out by men who entered the country as refugees.

I Want These Officers To Pull Me Over!

HALIFAX, Va. — It is always a nerve-wracking experience when you get pulled over by police. Sometimes you know you were speeding and just get busted. Other times, you may have no idea you were doing something against the law.

Such was the case this week in Halifax, Virginia where Police Chief Kevin Lands and Officer Brian Warner pulled over drivers for violating vehicle code 1.7.3.9 — otherwise known as driving on a hot day without ice cream.

The pair recorded one such traffic stop and the result should bring a smile to your face.

OFFICER WARNER: Good afternoon ma’am. My name is Officer Warner and I am with the Halifax Police Department. Do you know the reason why I pulled you over today?

Tim Kaine: 'I Have Been For The Hyde Amendment'

Tim Kaine — Hillary Clinton’s 2016 running mate — bucked the party platform on Friday when he said he backed the Hyde Amendment during an interview on CNN’s “New Day.”

“One more issue, Senator. The Hyde Amendment that bans taxpayer funding for abortion — for or against it?” host Alisyn Camerota posed.

Kaine responded that he has “been for the Hyde Amendment.”

“I haven’t changed my position on that,” he reiterated.

FUNNY: I don't think he is a fan of Hillary

WATCH: Clinton's Constant Throat Clearing

Observers of Hillary Clinton over the past six months or so will have noticed an incessant coughing and clearing of her throat that has plagued the former first lady across that time frame.

During her headline speech on Thursday at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, Clinton noticeably cleared her throat twenty-two times. In and of itself, it could be written off as temporarily being under the weather. Given its persistence, however, questions arise about the Democrats' presidential nominee. She seemed to have deliberately timed her throat clearing during manufactured applause directed by her audience managers.

Watch a montage of Clinton's throat troubles below.

Two Jailed In Maryland For Hate Crime Attack On Transgender Women

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Two men were arrested on Monday after allegedly attacking two transgender women who recorded them calling them slurs outside a Silver Spring 7-Eleven store.

The victims, ages 36 and 44, were trying to go inside the store, located in the 11400 block of Amherst Avenue, just after 2:30 a.m. when the suspects confronted them and started making denigrating comments about their sexual orientation, according to Montgomery County Police.

When the 36-year-old victim started taking video of the incident on her smartphone, one of the suspects threw a cup of noodles on the victims and started punching and kicking them as they wrestled the phone away, police said.

Lessons From the Apaches

My last two articles, judging from the volume of email I got, were very well received. People want to know how history, like the seasons, tends to happen in cycles and patterns that are somewhat predictable. When it comes to the United States government repeating history, that is easier to predict than the weather. One thing I touched on in a previous article is the fact that the West, and the United States government who pulls the entire West along like a child pulls a toy wagon, is unable to understand the concept of tribal violence. In truth, tribal and clan violence has not changed, as far as motivations for it go, in several thousands of years.

First, let us understand that this violence in the Middle East is not actually created by the religion of Islam. People have mistakenly imagined it is because they wish it to be so simply explained. In fact, what we have in the Middle East is a shaky confederation of tribes and clans that are only loosely held together by the common faith of Islam. What does not change is that a tribe has its own codes, laws, and taboos that cannot be violated without severe consequences. For example, in many Middle Eastern nations, the penalty for murder is death. We all know that. But what people don’t know is that’s not the only penalty there is.

Full List of Hillary’s Planned Tax Hikes

Hillary Clinton has made clear she intends to dramatically raise taxes on the American people if elected. She has proposed an income tax increase, a business tax increase, a death tax increase, a capital gains tax increase, a tax on stock trading, an "Exit Tax" and more (see below). Her planned net tax increase on the American people is at least $1 trillion over ten years, based on her campaign’s own figures.

Hillary has endorsed several tax increases on middle income Americans, despite her pledge not to raise taxes on any American making less than $250,000. She has said she would be fine with a payroll tax hike on all Americans, she has endorsed a steep soda tax, endorsed a 25% national gun tax, and most recently, her campaign manager John Podesta said she would be open to a carbon tax. It’s no wonder that when asked by ABC's George Stephanopoulos if her pledge was a "rock-solid" promise, she slipped and said the pledge was merely a “goal.” In other words, she's going to raise taxes on middle income Americans.

Hillary’s formally proposed $1 trillion net tax increase consists of the following:

Income Tax Increase – $350 Billion: Clinton has proposed a $350 billion income tax hike in the form of a 28 percent cap on itemized deductions.

Business Tax Increase -- $275 Billion: Clinton has called for a tax hike of at least $275 billion through undefined business tax reform, as described in a Clinton campaign document.

Sorry, Hillary, Trump is Right: America is in Decline

Numerous statistics vividly demonstrate Trump's point

Clinton and the Democrats obviously do not want to admit their policies over the last eight years have accelerated America’s economic and social decline.

As we reported on Wednesday after the Obama administration tweeted “America has come a long way over the past 7.5 years,” the nation has experienced a steep decline across the board.

Clinton’s faithful supporters may fool themselves in the belief America is on the rise, but a wide variety of statistics demonstrate otherwise.

“America is declining, in large and important measures, yet policymakers aren’t paying attention,” Fortune reported last July, citing a paper released by the Social Science Research Network.

Fox’s News Corp Is a Major Donor to the Clintons

The parent company of Fox News has helped to finance the career of Hillary Clinton. In fact, the company has helped a lot.

21st Century Fox/News Corp. ranks ninth on the list of the top “corporate and union donors to the Clintons over two decades,” according to a little-noticed list compiled by The Wall Street Journal in 2014. The list counts donations from “companies, foundations, and employees.”

21st Century Fox also ranks as the 13th biggest contributor to Hillary Clinton during her political career, according to a database maintained by the Center for Responsive Politics. The database credits the Rupert Murdoch-owned company as having pitched in $340,936 to her campaigns. That puts Fox just below Lehman Brothers, but eleven spots below second-place Goldman Sachs, on the pro-Clinton list.

“The organizations themselves did not donate, rather the money came from the organizations’ PACs, their individual members or employees or owners, and those individuals’ immediate families. Organization totals include subsidiaries and affiliates,” the database notes.

Murdoch’s charitable foundation and his son James are also contributors to the Clinton Foundation, which is now reportedly being examined by the FBI, which is investigating Hillary Clinton for possible Espionage Act violations regarding her private email use and also possible instances of public corruption regarding the Foundation.

Police: Girl, 14, slits teen’s throat in hope of first kill

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A 14-year-old Wisconsin girl tried to kill her brother’s girlfriend, slitting her throat and telling her during the attack that she was a psychopath looking for her first kill, according to investigators.

Kali Jade Bookey of New Richmond, a city of 8,400 people about 35 miles east of Minneapolis, was charged as an adult Thursday with attempted first-degree intentional homicide. She could face up to 40 years in prison, if she’s convicted.

She was being held without bail Friday in juvenile custody pending a preliminary hearing Aug. 8. Her attorney, Barbara Miller, didn’t immediately respond to an email or a voicemail seeking comment.

According to a criminal complaint, which the Eau Claire Leader-Telegram first reported about, Bookey called the St. Croix County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday morning to report that two men in a green pickup truck had tried to abduct her while she was riding her bike.

She told the men that her brother’s girlfriend was home alone and they should take her instead. Deputies responded to the girlfriend’s trailer and found her in a bedroom bleeding profusely. The 15-year-old girl was taken by ambulance to a hospital.

There, she told investigators that Bookey had attacked her. She said she was sleeping in her bedroom when Bookey, dressed in black, appeared in her room and put her hands over her mouth. A struggle ensued and Bookey punched her in the face multiple times and broke two bowls over her head. Bookey used one of the bowl shards to cut her and slit her throat, she said.

The victim said Bookey asked her if she wanted to die or bleed out, so she opted to bleed out, the complaint states. Bookey told the victim she had been biking by her house and noting the times when she was alone, and she described herself as a crazy psychopath looking for her first kill, saying she probably would kill again. Bookey then told her to “have a nice afterlife” and left the trailer.

Donald Trump says he's 'taking the gloves off' against Hillary Clinton

Donald Trump said Friday that after watching Hillary Clinton's Democratic National Convention speech, he will no longer be 'nice' to her when his raucous audiences chant 'Lock her up!' at the mention of her name.

The slogan, which first appeared at the Republican National Convention last week, has become a battle cry among Trump supporters who believe Clinton should have been charged with a federal crime for mishandling classified documents on her now-infamous private email server.

At rallies this week, Trump has resisted the temptation to join the 'Lock her up!' shouting, telling his crowds instead to help him 'beat her in November.'

That seemed to end Friday at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, shortly after he called Clinton 'crooked as a three dollar bill.'

MSP Releases Name Of 17yr Old Killed In Car Crash Last Night

Maryland State Police have released the identity of the teen that died in the accident last night near Sharptown as 17 year old Natalie Insley of Tyaskin

Eye-witness footage of a police shooting in the States...

Why A Politically Correct West Ensures A Trump Victory

Let me frame this first. I have no political affiliation in any country on this ball of dirt, don't vote, never will, and I don't care any more or any less for any minority or in fact majority group. My concern is in understanding the world and probability of outcomes so that I and my clients can position accordingly.

With that out of the way I have a confession to make.

You know what really annoys me?

When I see one of my kids get an award for "participation". They didn't come first, they didn't do anything special, and yet they get a prize.

In the real world NOBODY gets an award for getting out of bed and participating in life. It's mandatory if you don't want to starve, and merely suggesting that performance is NOT somehow important is destructive nonsense, degrading to any thinking person, and, worse, sets one up for failure.

Now some may say: "Oh well, it's just kids. It's harmless and, besides, it boosts their sense of self worth". You'd be as wrong as Miley Cyrus swinging naked on a wrecking ball because not only do kids turn into grown-ups but this sort of pandering infests society at every level.

Grooming people to enter a street fight by teaching them poetry ends only one way.

The western world today treads on egg shells, careful not to upset some minority group: gay, non-gay, religious, non-religious, Black, Asian, Arab, pink, brown, cream-coloured with spots, transgender, or just plain thick. In fact, especially thick. The thicker one is the more they have the ability to yell "disadvantaged" and deflect responsibility. Because after all, it's always someone else's fault.

You expect that of someone aged 4. When an adult spews such garbage, they should be treated with the disrespect deserving of it but society has been accepting this nonsense.

Today we have daily examples of this absurdity. This is from an article in the Observer:

Md. mistake could cost some immigrants their commercial driver’s licenses

The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration issued more than 250 notices this month to holders of commercial driver’s licenses across the state warning them that their licenses would be canceled unless they proved their citizenship or permanent residency within 30 days.

The bulk of those letters went to Maryland residents who have work permits through a federal “Temporary Protected Status” program, which shields immigrants of certain countries from deportation and gives them permission to work in the United States.

The notices were triggered by an internal audit of the Motor Vehicle Administration that found the agency had erred in giving TPS permit holders — from El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua — permission to drive commercial vehicles.

Trump Refutes Claim of Sacrificing Nothing for the Country: 'I Work Very, Very Hard'

Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” while discussing the father of a fallen Muslim soldier who spoke at the Democratic National Convention and accused Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump of sacrificing nothing for his country, Trump said, “I think I’ve made a lot of sacrifices. I work very, very hard.”

Trump said, “He was, you know, very emotional. and probably looked like — a nice guy to me. his wife, if you look at his wife, she was standing there. she had nothing to say. she probably — maybe she wasn’t allowed to have anything to say. You tell me. plenty of people have written that. She was extremely quiet and looked like she had nothing to say. A loft people have said that. And personally, I watched him. I wish him the best of luck.”

Police: Officers kill armed woman in apartment; boy wounded

RANDALLSTOWN, Md. (AP) — A woman who pointed a long gun at police serving arrest warrants at her apartment was shot and killed by officers in a shootout that also left a 5-year-old boy wounded, Baltimore County police said.

After an hours-long standoff, police said in a news release that Korryn Gaines, 23, pointed the gun directly at an officer Monday afternoon and said, “If you don’t leave, I’m going to kill you.” That’s when an officer shot at the woman, police said, and Gaines fired two shots, but didn’t strike any officer.

“We discharged one round at her,” Police Chief James Johnson told reporters at an evening news conference. “In return, she fired several rounds back at us. We fired again at her, striking and killing her.”

Gaines was hit several times and pronounced dead at the scene. The boy in the apartment with Gaines was shot in a limb and taken to a hospital with injuries that weren’t life-threatening, but police said they could not immediately determine if he was shot by the woman or officers. Police have not released the relationship between Gaines and the child.

New Jersey man shot in his living room by state troopers at WRONG ADDRESS

A 76-year-old New Jersey man is in critical condition after state police responded to a 911 call to the wrong house — and shot him as he stood in his own living room, authorities said.

Emergency dispatchers received a 911 call about 11:30pm Friday from a location in Cumberland County, but the caller hung up without giving a location.

The call appeared to have come from a house on Centerton Road and two uniformed state troopers responded. At the time, they didn't realize the call hadn't come from that address.

An open letter to Mr. Khizr Khan

Dear Mr. Khan:

I, like millions of Americans saw your speech at the DNC on Thursday night.

I wish to offer my sympathy for the death of your son, Captain Humayun Khan, who was killed in action in Iraq.

As a former US Army officer, and a veteran of the Gulf War, I can certainly understand the pain and anguish that you and your wife endure every day.

Your son died saving the lives of his fellow soldiers. As Jesus told his disciples according to the Gospel of John, Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Captain Khan is a hero. I am sure the soldiers he served with regard him as one. I know you and your wife do. Rest assured that millions of veterans regard your son as a hero as well.

To paraphrase from the Book of Ecclesiasticus, your son’s name liveth for evermore.

Your son made the ultimate sacrifice for his country, a country that was new to you and your family and one which you openly embraced and certainly love.

When you and your family arrived to America from Pakistan, you assimilated into our country. You adopted American ways, learned our history and apparently you even acquired a pocket Constitution along the way. Good for you sir.

But, there are many Muslims in America who not only have no desire to assimilate, but wish to live under Sharia Law.

That is unacceptable to Americans. There is only one law of the land. That is the US Constitution.

Why The IRS Is Probing The Clinton Foundation

"Clinton Cash" author, Peter Schweizer, recently took to the airwaves to explain why the IRS investigation of the Clinton Foundation should be a "big deal" (also see Clinton Cash: "Devastating" Documentary Reveals How Clintons Went From "Dead Broke" To Mega Wealthy") even though he expressed some "skepticism" over the ability of Obama's IRS to run an impartial investigation. As we we've reported (see "IRS Launches Investigation Of Clinton Foundation"), the IRS recently launched an investigation of the Clinton Foundation after receiving a letter signed by 64 Republicans of the House of Representative which described the Clinton Foundation as a “lawless ‘pay-to-play’ enterprise that has been operating under a cloak of philanthropy for years.”

Somehow we, too, are doubtful that the IRS will lead this investigation with the same kind of vigor they displayed when looking into local Tea Party organizations and religious charities during the last election cycle.

When asked why the IRS should be concerned about the Clinton Foundation, Mr. Schweizer explained:

"The big deal is that...there are international anti-bribery standards that say bribing a public official can mean giving them money, giving their family money, or giving their charity money. Just because it's a charity doesn't mean that it's not important or not interesting...it constitutes bribery every bit as much as if somebody's putting money in somebody's pocket for a benefit."

Mr. Schweizer continued by calling into question why foreign governments and wealthy foreign individuals, many from the middle east, would contribute money to the Clinton Foundation given the limited scope of their actual charitable outreach:

"When you look at the people who are giving large sums of money overseas they are people who have histories of corruption or being involved in bribery scandals."

US Marine And Navy Veteran Writes INTENSE Open Letter To Muslim Father Who Attacked Trump

Dear Mr. Khan,

I want to preface this letter by stating that I respect your son’s sacrifice for this great nation. By all accounts, he is a true hero that sacrificed himself in service to our country. For that I am thankful.

As a veteran, I watched your comments at the Democratic National Convention with a mixture of sadness, and anger. The United States has a military comprised of volunteers. Every single member has made the conscious choice to join the military and serve. There is not a single service member who has been forced into service.

It is important for all service members (and apparently, their families) to understand that service to this great nation does not imbue one with special privileges or rights. I found your comments troubling when you said: “Have you ever been to Arlington cemetery? Go look at the graves of brave patriots who died defending the United States of America. You will see all faiths, genders and ethnicities. You have sacrificed nothing and no one.”

Does it matter whether Mr. Trump has sacrificed “…nothing and no one?”…has Ms. Clinton “..sacrificed” for this nation? How about Mr. Obama? Your comment stating that Mr. Trump “…has sacrifice no one” is alarming. Are you intimating that YOU sacrificed? Sir, your son willingly sacrificed himself. As a father I cannot imagine the pain you must feel but his sacrifice is his own. He was not forced to serve.

I am troubled that you would allow a party that has little more than contempt for the US Service Member to parade you into the DNC to denounce Donald Trump. Did you watch when protesters at the DNC booed and heckled Medal of Honor recipient Capt. Florent Groberg? Did you notice your party interrupting the moment of silence for slain police officers? Your own hypocrisy in not denouncing these acts and instead using the DNC as a platform to make a political point is disgraceful. The simple fact is that whether one served or sacrificed does not give greater power to their statements. One vote is as valuable as another. That sir, is why our Country is great. Your condemnation of one person for a statement while standing idly as your party disparages veterans and police officers is the height of hypocrisy.

NSA Architect: Agency Has ALL of Clinton’s Deleted Emails

PHILADELPHIA – The National Security Agency (NSA) has “all” of Hillary Clinton’s deleted emails and the FBI could gain access to them if they so desired, William Binney, a former highly placed NSA official, declared in a radio interview broadcast on Sunday.

Speaking as an analyst, Binney raised the possibility that the hack of the Democratic National Committee’s server was done not by Russia but by a disgruntled U.S. intelligence worker concerned about Clinton’s compromise of national security secrets via her personal email use.

Binney was an architect of the NSA’s surveillance program. He became a famed whistleblower when he resigned on October 31, 2001, after spending more than 30 years with the agency.

Obama’s end game

If you were Barack Obama – a Marxist revolutionary disguised as a Democrat, who after promising “fundamental transformation” delivered it nonstop during his presidency, but was in grave danger of seeing his beloved radical changes eviscerated once he leaves office – what would you be doing right now?

No need to guess. Obama adviser Cecilia Muñoz, director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, clearly sums up the mission of Team Obama in the home stretch of his transformative presidency.

Muñoz’s entire focus, she boasts, is making sure Obama’s controversial policies are permanently “institutionalized” so they will live on long after she and her boss are gone from the White House – no matter who succeeds Obama.

A former executive with the National Council of La Raza, a radical pro-amnesty Hispanic activist group, Muñoz says job one is “to make sure we build this [Obama’s immigration policies] really into the DNA across the federal bureaucracy, at a leadership level, but much more importantly to make sure that when political appointees like me are no longer here, this is built into what those agencies do and think about every day.”

In other words – and this applies not just to immigration, but to every area in which this president has turned America upside-down, from the economy to “social issues” to foreign policy – Obama’s policies are to be permanently baked into America’s government, bureaucracy, law and culture.

Three Ways to Improve Your Heirloom Tomato Yield

Heirloom tomatoes are one of the most marketable crops of the summer. Buyers looking for the best tomato flavor along with a rainbow of colors often flock to farmers’ market stands in search of these summer treats. If you want to grow heirloom tomatoes for market, here are some tips that can help you increase your yield.

1. Mulch heavily —According to Grow Journey, many of the common plant diseases that plague heirloom tomatoes spread by water splashing up from the ground and onto lower tomato leaves or the leaves being in contact with soil where pathogens lie in wait. A heavy layer of mulch not only keeps weeds at bay, it keeps moisture in the soil and helps prevent plant disease. GJ recommends using a thick layer of natural wood chips. When transplanting, the mulch can be moved aside and replaced when the seedling is in place.

Chicago Environmentalists Cheering Obama Library After Blocking Lucas Museum

The same Chicago environmentalists who blocked filmmaker George Lucas from building a museum last month are now welcoming the nearby Obama presidential library, sparking accusations of political hypocrisy.

Juanita Irizarry, executive director of Friends of the Parks, said Friday that her group is “thrilled” to see Obama Presidential Center being built in a park on Chicago’s South Side.

Just five weeks ago, the group forced Mr. Lucas to abandon his plans for a similar lakefront project about seven miles north of the proposed Obama site after a two-year legal battle.

The environmental group’s decision comes despite misgivings over the Obama center, which will require bulldozing trees and grass at Jackson Park, while the proposed Lucas museum would have been built on a parking lot used by Chicago Bears fans for tailgating.

“There is plenty of vacant land in the area that could accommodate the library,” Ms. Irizarry told Crain’s Chicago. “However, Friends of the Parks will not sue over the issue.”

The Obama Foundation, which announced Friday that the center will be built in Jackson Park near the lakefront on Chicago’s South Side, is scheduled to hold a press conference Wednesday with elected officials and community leaders.

“Michelle and I are thrilled that the Obama Presidential Center will be developed in the heart of Chicago’s South Side.." said the president.

Secretary Jeh Johnson issued “temporary protected status” to Syrians, saying that if they are in the U.S. as of Monday and continue to reside here permanently, they can apply for work permits and other documents to remain and live in the U.S. without fear of being ousted.

His order applies to some 5,800 Syrians who were granted status under a 2012 TPS program, and 2,500 new arrivals who don’t have a more permanent status here.

“Syria’s lengthy civil conflict has resulted in high levels of food insecurity, limited access to water and medical care, and massive destruction of Syria’s infrastructure. Attacks against civilians, the use of chemical weapons and irregular warfare tactics, as well as forced conscription and use of child soldiers have intensified the humanitarian crisis,” Mr. Johnson said in announcing the new program.

Police Respond to Series of Boating Accidents

The Maryland Natural Resources Police responded to numerous boating accidents last weekend, one of which proved to be fatal.

A New Jersey woman was seriously injured Saturday night when she fell off a boat near Ocean City and was run over.

Natalya Potsurko, 26, of Pennsauken Township, was standing on the bow of a rental pontoon boat underway in the Isle of Wight Bay when the vessel hit a wake and she tumbled overboard.

Potsurko was struck by the propeller and suffered severe injuries to her face and leg before she was rescued by another passenger aboard the boat. She was not wearing a life jacket and could not swim.

Potsurko was taken to Peninsula Regional Medical Center and then transferred to Penn Hospital in Philadelphia for specialized treatment.

Nicholas James Gilbert, 25, of Philadelphia, was charged with negligent operation of a vessel, which carries a minimum fine of $320.

Double Agent: Paul Ryan Races to Media to Join Hillary’s Attacks Against Trump

JANESVILLE, WI — Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan opted to join in on Hillary Clinton’s latest attack against his party’s nominee.

In recent days, the establishment media has devoted a great deal of coverage to Khizr Khan, a Muslim father whose son died serving in Iraq and who spoke at the Democratic National Convention. During his DNC speech, Khan attacked Donald Trump for wanting to curb the record-high rate of Muslim immigration into the U.S.

Following the media’s practically round-the-clock coverage of Khan’s attacks against Trump, Speaker Paul Ryan decided to join in on the pile on.

The Disingenuous Outrage Over Trump's Khan Response

Our incredibly objective media has moved on from declaring Donald Trump an agent of the Kremlin and gushing over every moment of the Democratic National Convention to fixating itself on another unbiased story.

Namely, Trump hates the families of dead veterans.

On the final night of the DNC, Khizir Khan — a Muslim father who lost his son, Captain Humayun Khan in Iraq 12 years ago — took the stage with his wife in Philadelphia and delivered arguably the most notable speech of the entire convention. Khan condemned Trump for being un-American and sacrificing nothing for the country. It was a powerful speech, and it fully won over America’s chattering class — both in its conservative and liberal elements.

While obviously heartfelt and genuine, the reason the Democrats put Khan on stage and the media celebrated him was, in part, to bait Trump into responding. Trump did just that in an interview with ABC host and former Bill Clinton aide George Stephanopoulos.

Poll finds majority oppose taxpayer funding for abortion

A new poll finds that the majority of Americans oppose public funding for abortion, even among those who identify as pro-choice.

The new Knights of Columbus-Marist poll was released Monday as Democrats gathered in Philadelphia for their presidential nomination convention with a platform that includes an unprecedented measure to end a long-standing ban on federal funds for abortions.

According to the poll conducted July 5-12, about 51 percent of respondents identified themselves as pro-choice. Still 62 percent said they oppose taxpayer funding for abortion.

A breakdown of the statistic shows that most blacks, Latinos and independent voters oppose publicly funded abortions, as well as 45 percent of those who identify as pro-choice and 44 percent of Democrats.

In addition, the survey finds that 56 percent of Americans oppose forcing health care providers to perform abortions against their conscience or religious beliefs.

What’s more, the poll shows widespread support for additional restrictions on abortion. Nearly eight in 10 respondents said abortion should be limited to the first three months of pregnancy, including 62 percent of those who identify as pro-choice.

Napolitano: Abridgment of Free Speech

This summer, we have all witnessed the heavy hand of government intervening in the freedom of speech, as the behavior of the Secret Service at both the Republican convention in Cleveland and the Democratic convention in Philadelphia has been troubling and unconstitutional.

Though the First Amendment was originally written only to restrain Congress (“Congress shall make no law … abridging the freedom of speech”), it is now uniformly interpreted to restrict all government in America from abridging the freedom of speech.

The reason this freedom is referred to as “the” freedom of speech is to reflect the belief of the Framers that the right to speak freely is pre-political. Stated differently, the freedom of speech is an integral aspect of our humanity. The government does not grant the freedom of speech; it is prohibited from interfering with it.

This is known as a negative right, in the sense that government is negated from interfering with a personal natural right. A natural right is one whose exercise does not require a government permission slip. Speech is the classic example.

The reasons for this are numerous, and not the least of them are our natural inclinations to think as we wish and to say what we think in pursuit of happiness and personal fulfillment. The practical reasons for this right are the needs of an informed electorate to challenge the government and demand transparency and accountability.

How did this play out during the hot weeks in Cleveland and Philadelphia?

WSJ: The Clinton Foundation, State and Kremlin Connections

Clinton Cash author and Breitbart News Senior Editor-at-Large Peter Schweizer writes: “Why did Hillary’s State Department urge U.S. investors to fund Russian research for military uses?”

From the Wall Street Journal:

Hillary Clinton touts her tenure as secretary of state as a time of hardheaded realism and “commercial diplomacy” that advanced American national and commercial interests. But her handling of a major technology transfer initiative at the heart of Washington’s effort to “reset” relations with Russia raises serious questions about her record. Far from enhancing American national interests, Mrs. Clinton’s efforts in this area may have substantially undermined U.S. national security.

DNC Angry Muslim Father and Trump Basher – Khizr Khan – Reportedly Has Ties to Muslim Brotherhood Terror Organization

According to a new report Khizr Khan, the angry Muslim father of a US soldier killed in Iraq, who spoke at the DNC last week is connected to the Islamic terrorist organization – The Muslim Brotherhood.

Khan wrote articles regarding OPEC – the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries – (OPEC) and Sharia Law. The members of OPEC are primarily Muslim countries. In one of Khan’s writings he shows his appreciation for an icon of the Muslim Brotherhood, Said Ramadan. Ramandan is a known as a Muslim Brotherhood agent and was the son-in-law of Hassan al-Banna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Muslim Brotherhood is known as the parent to all terrorist groups, including ISIS.

Khan currently runs a law office in New York City that specializes in immigration services. Another website tells us that Khan used to work for Hogan & Hartson and Lovells, which has ties to the Clinton Foundation.

US Attorney General Loretta Lynch worked at this firm with Khan. Knowing now that her prior firm had worked with the Clintons, Loretta Lynch should have recused herself from any FBI investigation or recommendation related to the Clintons. Instead Lynch met with Bill Clinton on an airplane in Arizona less than a week before Hillary Clinton’s email crimes were wiped clean like her server by Lynch’s FBI.

NY Post: Report Raises Questions About ‘Clinton Cash’ from Russians During ‘Reset’

There’s more “Clinton Cash” trouble for Hillary.

A report out Monday, “From Russia With Money — Hillary Clinton, the Russian Reset and Cronyism,” raises serious questions about the cash connections between the Clintons and participants in the State Department’s failed five-year effort to improve, or “reset,” US-Russia relations during Hillary’s reign as secretary of state.

Key players in a main component of the reset — a Moscow-based Silicon Valley-styled campus for developing biomed, space, nuclear and IT technologies called “Skolkovo” — poured tens of millions of dollars into the Clinton Foundation, the report by journalist Peter Schweizer alleges.

As the Obama administration’s top diplomat, Hillary Clinton was at the center of US efforts on the reset in general and Skolkovo in particular, Schweizer argues.

Yet, “Of the 28 US, European and Russian companies that participated in Skolkovo, 17 of them were Clinton Foundation donors” or sponsored speeches by former President Bill Clinton, Schweizer told The Post.

“It raises the question — do you need to pay money to sit at the table?”

Flour recall prompts new warning: Don't eat dough or batter

The most basic of baking ingredients, flour, is at the center of a complicated question: How did it become contaminated with bacteria normally found in animal feces?

The E. coli-tainted flour from General Mills has sickened 46 people in 21 states and prompted about 45 million pounds of it to be recalled. And, the Food and Drug Administration is cautioning raw cookie dough and cake batter aficionados not to indulge.

Here's what federal officials know:

Pat Caddell Blasts Reuters’ Back-Rigging Polls to Show Clinton Winning

Speaking exclusively to Breitbart News, political polling pioneer Pat Caddell said the Reuters news service was guilty of an unprecedented act of professional malpractice after it announced Friday it has dropped the “Neither” option from their presidential campaign tracking polls and then went back and reconfigured previously released polls to present different results with a reinterpretation of the “Neither” responses in those polls.

“This comes as close as I have ever seen to cooking the results,” said the legendary pollster and political consultant. “I suppose you can get away with it in polling because there are no laws. But, if this was accounting, they would put them in jail.”

The decision comes on the heels of a Breitbart News report that shows a 17-point swing towards Republican presidential nominee Donald J. Trump and away from Democratic nominee Hillary R.Clinton.

“The looks to me, are far as I can indicate, they have merely decided to go back and revise their numbers in a formula that removes voters or allocates them–I am not sure how they are doing this–proportionately,” he said.

Reuters has rejiggered its methods in order to get the results they want, said Mr. Caddell.

“What they have done is unprecedented, he said. “They have now gone back and changed their results.”

Media hypocrisy about grieving parents on full display

The media found a new hero in the grieving parents of fallen soldier Humayun S.M. Khan, they delivered a scathing speech against Donald Trump at the DNC and are publicly mourning their son by campaigning for Hillary Clinton.

Despite that several statements in Khan’s speech were hyperbole and just well done political theater, the media has praised them as redefining American politics.

Yet when Pat Smith, the mother of a victim of the terrorist attack in Benghazi spoke she was fact checked and attacked by members of the mainstream media. Chris Matthews bashed Smith, calling her comments “a gross accusation” and said of the grieving widow “I don’t care what that woman felt.”

No one in the mainstream media made similar comments about the Khan’s strange accusation that Trump wouldn’t have allowed them to immigrate to America, hasn’t read the constitution, and that the Equal Protection clause somehow protects foreign citizens.

The most glaring display of the media’s hypocrisy is Steve Benen who writes for Rachel Maddow’s website.

Hacking An Election: Why It's Not As Far-Fetched As You Might Think

The recent hacking of Democratic Party databases — and strong suspicions that the Russian government is involved — have led to new fears that America's voting systems are vulnerable to attack and that an outsider could try to disrupt the upcoming elections.

A cyberattack on U.S. elections isn't as far-fetched as you might think. Just a week and a half ago, Illinois election officials shut down that state's voter registration database after discovering it had been hacked. In June, Arizona took its voter registration system offline after the FBI warned it too might have been hacked, although no evidence of that was found.

In May, security analyst David Levin was arrested after he gained access to the Lee County, Fla., elections website. Levin said in a YouTube video he was only trying to show how vulnerable the system was: "Yeah, you could be in Siberia and still perform the attack that I performed on the local supervisor of election website. So this is very important." The county says the problems were later fixed.

Don't Show President Obama This Chart

If everything is so awesome (as initial claims hovering at 43 year lows suggests) then why are consumer confidence expectations (otherwise known as 'hope') tumbling?

Initial jobless claims rose 14k from a revised 252k to 266k, bouncing off near record lows... but "hope' has tumbled to its lowest in 21 months...

What do the American people know? They "have nothing to fear but Trump itself" as far as The Democrats are concerned apparently.

Tesla Motors said Monday that it had reached a deal to acquire SolarCity, putting the companies one step closer to a marriage that has drawn scrutiny from Wall Street but which Tesla CEO and SolarCity Chairman Elon Musk has vigorously defended.

Tesla (TSLA) said the stock acquisition is worth $2.6 billion, including the assumption of debt, valuing SolarCity shares at $25.37, or 5% lower than Friday's close.

SolarCity (SCTY) will get 45 days to seek an alternative suitor in a provision known as a "go-shop" period.

The Law Of The Jungle Is Far Superior To The Ideology Of Globalism

In 1991 George Bush Sr., in at least two separate speeches, announced an active geopolitical endgame for global stability; something he called the “New World Order.” This was not the first time the concept of the NWO had been uttered by a prominent figure. Fabian socialist H.G. Welles wrote an entire book on the ideology decades before, in 1940, entitled 'The New World Order', and even scripted a thinly veiled propaganda film on the rise of globalism titled 'Things To Come'. The core of this ideology is the institution of global governance and the erasure of sovereign nation states, ostensibly in order to end the persistent threat of world war.

It all sounds very noble on the surface, but there is much more to total globalization that the elites do not discuss very openly or very often.

A key quote from Bush’s White House speech to the nation on the eve of Operation Desert Storm in Iraq explains much behind the NWO concept:

“We have before us the opportunity to forge for ourselves and for future generations a new world order — a world where the rule of law, not the law of the jungle, governs the conduct of nations. When we are successful — and we will be — we have a real chance at this new world order, an order in which a credible United Nations can use its peacekeeping role to fulfill the promise and vision of the U.N.’s founders.”

The questions are, what did he mean by the “rule of law,” and what did he mean by the “law of the jungle?” As Bush clarifies further, the “rule of law” in his mind is the law as enforced by a globalist governing body (i.e. the UN). The “law of the jungle” would invariably be everything that represents the opposite of globalism (i.e. wild and unshackled sovereignty).

The "law of the jungle" sounds harsh and unforgiving, and it is, for people who do not pursue greater imperatives and who do not work hard to reach their ultimate potential. This idea is often misconstrued as "fascist" in its origins. That is to say, people commonly assume the law of the jungle is merely the subjugation of the weak by the strong. This is how the globalists WANT you to view sovereignty, national or tribal identity, individualism, etc.; they want you to see these principles as akin to savagery.

Former FBI Technician Pleads Guilty To Passing Information To China

Kun Shan Chun, 46, admitted in federal court in New York on Monday that he had passed sensitive information to a Chinese official on more than one occasion.

"At the time, I knew that was wrong, and I'm sorry for my actions," Chun said, according to Reuters.

Court documents state that Chun, a Chinese-born naturalized U.S. citizen who also went by the name Joey Chun, had worked as an electronics technician for the FBI since 1997 until his arrest in March. He had a top secret security clearance and access to classified information.

A $350 million skyscraper in San Francisco is tilting and sinking — here's why

San Francisco seems to have its own leaning tower.

It's called the Millennium Tower, and according to the San Francisco Chronicle, it has sunk 16 inches into the ground and tilted two inches to the northwest since its completion in 2008.

The 58-story luxury skyscraper is home to many millionaires and billionaires, including famous quarterback Joe Montana and several leading Silicon Valley investors.

Though the tower houses some of the most expensive apartments in the city — condo prices range from $1.6 million to $10 million — it has a few critical design flaws. As The Chroniclenotes, the skyscraper's frame uses huge slabs of concrete instead of steel, and the former is much heavier than the latter.

Its location is also not ideal — the $350 million tower is built on top of muddy land near the bay's shoreline. The construction crew filled mud holes on the site with gravel or cement, but the work hasn't held up.

The building's owners blame the neighboring bus and rail center that's set to be completed in 2017, however. They say that the 2010 excavation of the site — a half-mile tunnel that's 60 feet underground — caused the Millennium Tower to sink.

Democrats Fear Cyber 'October Surprise' That Could Sink Clinton

Now that U.S. authorities are confident Russian intelligence agencies are behind the hack of Democratic Party emails, political operatives and cybersecurity experts tell NBC News they are bracing for an "October Surprise" -- a release of even more potentially damaging information timed to influence the outcome of the presidential election and the course of the next administration.

The big question isn't whether more information will be disclosed, they say, but how destructive it might be to Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and to broader U.S. foreign policy efforts.

Democratic Party and Clinton campaign officials are now doing an urgent "damage assessment" to determine what kind of information might have been stolen and the impact its release might have on a tight presidential race.

"That is a nightmare scenario, and let's hope we don't see that as an October Surprise -- emails from Hillary Clinton's server that have either been in the press or worse, the classified ones that no one in the public has seen," said retired Adm. James Stavridis, who as the former Supreme Allied Commander for NATO is familiar with Russian information operations.

A shocking number of adults are still mooching off their parents

Young adults who graduate from college but still rely on their parents for financial support have become commonplace since the Great Recession, but a new report finds that the arrangement can last for decades.

Nearly a third of 30-somethings and more than a fifth of those in their early 40s receive “significant, ongoing” financial support from their parents, according to a new report from the Society of Grownups, a financial planning company for young adults.

The report found that 35 percent of all adults ages 21 to 45 receive financial support from their parents. Of those, more than two-thirds said that they could not get by without their parents’ help.

Parents seem to agree. A 2015 report from Bank of America found that more than half of parents of millennials think that it’s harder for today’s young adults to live within their means than it was for their parents at the same age.

Attack of the Globalists: Magazine Owned by Hillary Mega-Backer Urges Republicans to Vote Clinton

PHILADELPHIA – An article published over the weekend by theEconomist warns that an America governed by “wall-builders” will be “poorer and more dangerous,” while urging Republicans to support Hillary Clinton instead of Donald Trump, who, the magazine claims, has “sucked confidence out of global institutions.”

Unmentioned in the article is that the Economist Group, which owns the controlling stake in the magazine, is partially owned by the famous Rothschild family. Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild (pictured) also sits on the Economist Group’s board. She is a top Clinton supporter, donor, and fundraiser, and has done work with the Clinton Foundation and donated to the foundation.

De Rothschild is such a staunch Clinton supporter she became a “PUMA” (“Party Unity My Ass”) activist after Clinton lost the Democratic primary to Barack Obama and she supported John McCain in protest.

This may be the single most important thing making Americans sick

Americans are great at a lot of things, but it turns out we don't stack up so well against similar countries in terms of our health.

There are a handful of factors that go into putting Americans near the bottom of the bunch, particularly early in life: surprisingly high infant mortality rates, sexually transmitted infections, and problems with drugs and violence — to name just a few.

But one important factor is the amount of extra weight we carry around. Obesity is what's driving a large chunk of the difference between American lifespans and those in other countries; between 42 and 67% of the years lost after age 50 in the US as compared to other countries can be attributed to Americans' extra weight.

Americans consume more than 3,500 calories per day each, among the highest rates worldwide, and those calories have to go somewhere.

Part of the reason obesity is problematic is that it can lead to or increase the risk of a range of health issues: diabetes, injuries, heart disease, some types of cancer, and depression.

McAuliffe Fuels New Distrust of Clinton Over Her Position on Trade

PHILADELPHIA — Gov. Terry McAuliffe fueled new distrust of Hillary Clinton among liberal Democrats this week with a declaration that the presidential nominee was likely to reverse her position on the Trans-Pacific Partnership after the election.

The Clinton campaign swiftly rejected the idea that she would waver on the TPP and called her longtime friend and chairman of her 2008 campaign “flat wrong.”

But Republican nominee Donald Trump seized the moment, saying that McAuliffe revealed Clinton’s true nature as a free trader — and a flip-flopper whom voters shouldn’t trust.

The incident forced the governor to spend the next 24 hours in cleanup mode, and it offered a potent reminder of the trust deficit among voters that has dogged Clinton throughout the campaign — most notably with her explanations of her use of a private email server while secretary of state.

Terminix Offering $87M To Family Sickened By Industrial Pesticide During Caribbean Vacation

The Delaware family that was sickened by toxic pesticide during their stay in a luxury condo in the Caribbean last year could be getting $87 million from Terminix as part of a proposed settlement.

Terminix’s parent company has reached a tentative agreement to shell out $87 million to the family. That’s in addition to $3 million it’s already paid, which is equal to its insurance deductible, according to an earnings report filed last week by ServiceMaster Global Holdings Inc., The Philadelphia Inquirer reports. The family has also received a payment from the company’s insurance as well, but that amount wasn’t disclosed in the filing.

The family of four checked into their condo in St. John, part of the U.S. Virgin Islands, and soon began feeling ill, due to the effects of an industrial level pesticide Terminix workers had sprayed in the condo below theirs. The chemical is called methyl bromide, and has been banned for indoor residential use since 1984.

"Time's Up - The Pain Must Begin Now"

In 2010, Social Security (OASDI) unofficially went bankrupt. For the first time since the enactment of the SS amendments of 1983, annual outlays for the program exceeded receipts (excluding interest credited to the trust funds). The deficit has grown every year since 2010 and is now up to 8% annually and is projected to be 31% in 2026 and 44% by '46. The chart below highlights the OASDI annual surplus growth (blue columns) and total surplus (red line). This chart includes interest payments to the trust funds and thus looks a little better than the unvarnished reality.

For a little perspective, the program pays more than 60 million beneficiaries (almost 1 in 5 Americans), OASDI (Old Age, Survivors, Disability Insurance) represents 25% of all annual federal spending, and for more than half of these beneficiaries these benefits represent their sole or primary source of income.

The good news is since SS's inception in 1935, the program collected $2.9 trillion more than it paid out. The bad news is that the $2.9 trillion has already been spent. But by law, Social Security is allowed to pretend that the "trust fund" money is still there and continue paying out full benefits until that fictitious $2.9 trillion is burned through. To do this, the Treasury will issue another $2.9 trillion over the next 13 years to be sold as marketable debt so it may again be spent (just moving the liability from one side of the ledger, the Intergovernmental, to the other, public marketable). However, according to the CBO, Social Security will have burnt through the pretend trust fund money (that wasn't there to begin with) by 2029.

Iraq War Vet David French: Political Correctness is Hurting U.S. National Security

(CNSNews.com) -- Constitutional lawyer and Iraq War veteran David French said on Wednesday that political correctness is hurting the nation's national security far more than constitutional protections for civil liberties.

“I do think that what does hurt American national security is political correctness,” French told CNSNews.com. It’s a view of the world not as it is but a view of the world as we want it to be.”

“I think the Constitution strikes the right balance between civil liberties and law enforcement, between liberty and security. I think that what’s hampered us more is political correctness,” French explained.

“We want to believe things that are not true because it makes the world a happier place,” he said.

French does not see the “robust constitutional protections” provided by the Fourth Amendment” as hurting national security. Instead, he told CNSNews.com, “You can do excellent policing while respecting civil liberty.”

He emphasized that in order to defeat ISIS both at home and abroad, it is vital to know the enemy.

Restaurant employees fired for refusing to serve officer

Two employees have been fired after denying service to a uniformed D.C.-area police officer at a Noodles & Company restaurant.

News outlets report Noodles & Company released a statement Thursday confirming that two of its employees at the Alexandria, Virginia, restaurant were fired. The statement says "discrimination of any kind is never tolerated at Noodles & Company," and extends an apology to the Alexandria Police Department.

Alexandria police spokeswoman Crystal Nosal previously said a female officer in uniform went Monday evening to the restaurant and stood in line. She says a female cook came out from the back and told the cashier, "You better pull me off the line, because I'm not cooking for," then gestured at the officer.

Nosal says the cashier laughed and the officer left.

The cook and the cashier were the employees fired.

Americans Want Total Revolution Against Mass Immigration

New polling data shows that it would be virtually impossible for Hillary Clinton to win the general election if the Republican nominee were able to frame the immigration issue in populist terms that emphasize reducing the overall amount of immigration into the country and protecting jobs, incomes, and benefits for the domestic population.

The poll was conducted by Gravis Marketing, a nonpartisan research firm, in conjunction with Breitbart News Network, and surveyed a random selection of 2,010 registered voters throughout the nation.

“The poll shows that instead of dividing Americans, immigration is an issue where Americans have reached the consensus that it is a problem, maybe the problem,” said Doug Kaplan, the managing partner of Gravis Marketing.

The polling data suggests that the Republican Party could see overwhelming electoral success if it were able to portray Clinton’s immigration policy as a corporatist attempt to flood the labor supply with foreign workers in order to drive down wages and incomes for American workers.

Hillary Clinton Said Nothing About the Economy in Her Speech

PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania — When Bill Clinton ran for President in 1992, his unofficial campaign motto was: “It’s the economy, stupid.” But his wife, Hillary, failed to describe any economic policies in her Democratic National Convention speech.

In her address to the Wells Fargo Arena on Thursday night, formally accepting the Democratic Party’s nomination for president, Clinton said the word “economy” ten times, but did not mention any economic plans.

And when she did mention the economy, most often — three times out of ten — she did so in the context of legalizing millions of illegal aliens.
