Troopers Investigating Tractor-Trailer Crash

New Castle, DE - Delaware State Police continue to investigate a single vehicle crash involving an overturned tractor-trailer that occurred early this morning in New Castle.

The investigation has determined that the crash occurred this morning, Thursday, September 8, 2016, at approximately 1:53 a.m., as Stefan Marinkovic, 25, of Chicago, IL, was operating a 2007 Volvo tractor and trailer, which was loaded with approximately 45,000 pounds of blank pennies, and was traveling in the right hand lane of northbound I-95 in the area of the I-295 eastbound split in New Castle. For an unknown reason, Marinkovic veered his tractor to the right striking an attenuator. It then rode a concrete barrier before partially overturning, spilling its load of blank pennies into the roadway and catching fire. Marinkovic, who was properly restrained at the time of the crash, was able to free himself from the tractor. He was then treated at the scene by New Castle County Paramedics before being transported by EMS to the Christiana Hospital where he was treated for his non-life threatening injuries. Marinkovic was cited by troopers with Inattentive Driving.

All of the I-95 northbound lanes, as well as the I-295 eastbound lanes were closed or partially closed for approximately 13.5 hours as the crash was investigated and cleared. They have since been re-opened.

The blank pennies, which were enroute to the Philadelphia Mint, are currently being stored until they can be transported to the mint.

Pat Caddell: Hillary Clinton Tries to Brand Everyone an Extremist

On Tuesday’s edition ofBreitbart News Daily, SiriusXM host Alex Marlow asked veteran pollster and political analyst Pat Caddell about the CNN poll that shows a ten-point swing toward Donald Trump, putting him two points ahead of Hillary Clinton nationwide.

Caddell anticipated “panic” at what Marlow dubbed “Clinton News Network headquarters.”

He noted that polling averages, such as the one maintained by RealClearPolitics, showed Clinton’s lead slipping from an 8-point high to about 2.4, a movement he attributed to fading negative influence from Trump’s “disastrous August post-convention period.”

“All the polls since late last week have shown her lead at two points or less, or Trump ahead, or tied, except for the NBC Monkey poll, which it’s four points in the four-way race,” Caddell observed, coining an amusing nickname for the poll conducted by NBC News and Survey Monkey.

Chaffetz calls for obstruction of justice review in Clinton email case

Rep. Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, asked the U.S. District Attorney for the District of Columbia on Tuesday to look into whether Hillary Clinton and her aides obstructed justice by destroying federal records that had been requested by the government.

In his letter to the DA's office, Chaffetz cited findings from the FBI's year-long probe that suggested aides to the Democratic nominee scrambled to wipe the memories of any device that contained Clinton's emails after the House Select Committee on Benghazi issued a preservation order for those records.

Chaffetz also pointed to the use of BleachBit, an anonymous deletion tool, in his request for an obstruction of review of Clinton's activities.

His letter follows an FBI report that suggested Clinton and her staff withheld thousands of emails from the administration and even used a hammer to destroy some of the devices that had once stored those emails.

Mother and daughter arrested on complaints of incest after getting married

DUNCAN, Okla. (KOKH) — An Oklahoma woman and her daughter have been arrested after police say they married each other.

Comanche County records show 41-year-old Patricia Spann and 25-year-old Misty Spann filed for a marriage license in March 2016.

KSWO reports an investigation into Patricia and Misty Spann began by the Department of Human Services in August.

The investigator tells KSWO that Misty and her brothers were raised by a grandparent after Patricia lost custody of them. Patricia allegedly told the investigator that she didn't believe she was breaking the law because she wasn't listed on Misty's birth certificate.

The Clintons just can’t shake their addiction to cash

With Nov. 8 just 62 days off, Bill Clinton must be working overtime to rake in last-minute pay-to-play deals via the family foundation. Why else, after all, would Hillary tell ABC that her hubby shouldn’t have to quit the Clinton Foundation before Election Day?

Even after months of exposés showing how gifts to the foundation bought favors from Hillary’s State Department, the Clintons can’t bear to admit the obvious, and put the brakes on the gravy train.

Seriously: “There are no conflicts of interest” with Bill at the foundation, Hillary insisted. “No decision I ever made” as secretary of state “was influenced by anybody.”

Labor Day weekend sees 22 shot in Baltimore from Friday afternoon to Monday

Violence in Baltimore came in bunches over the Labor Day weekend, with four triple-shootings breaking out in the city.

Twenty-two people were shot from Friday afternoon through Monday night, police said. At least three were killed, and four more were in critical condition Monday.

The victims included a 4-year-old and a 6-year-old. Police said a gunman left a dice game disgruntled on Saturday and opened fire indiscriminately on a crowd in Latrobe Homes.

The oldest victim was a 62-year-old woman, who sought refuge in a Wilkens Avenue pizza shop after a shooting claimed the life of a 29-year-old man.

T.J. Smith, the chief spokesman for the Police Department, said police needed the community's help to identify the shooters and take them off the streets.

Vanity Fair Calls Huma Abedin 'Feminist Hero' For Staying Weiner

Huma Abedin is now being praised as a “feminist hero” after leaving her serially sexting husband.

After Anthony Weiner’s third sexting scandal broke this week, Hillary Clinton’s top aide announced the two were separating after six years of marriage. Now Vanity Fair is calling Abedin a “feminist hero” because — they believe — she only stayed with him so she could get Hillary Clinton elected president. (RELATED: Huma Abedin And Anthony Weiner Are Separating)

“Anyone questioning Abedin’s ability to stay with Weiner after he shamed her and degraded their marriage, calling her decision anti-feminist, seems to be missing the point,” Vanity Fair wrote in a piece published Wednesday. “Abedin wanted to work, hard, and Weiner, for all his flaws, appeared to have become a dutiful stay-at-home dad and caretaker in the years since he exited public life.”

City Hall Dome’s Surface Remains A Work In Progress

OCEAN CITY — Despite its current gray and black appearance, the iconic City Hall dome in Ocean City is merely transitioning to its former rich, reddish copper glory and is currently going through its awkward “teenage” years.

Concerns have been raised recently by some in the community about the condition of the City Hall dome, which is currently a dull gray with darker, almost black, colors streaking through. It certainly isn’t aesthetically pleasing, particularly because the building is the seat of municipal government, but like a teenager transitioning from a cute child to an attractive adult, it is expected to eventually blossom into its future self, according to City Engineer Terry McGean.

For years, the City Hall dome was a dark green color and pictures of the facility on the town’s website still show the dome in its familiar green hue. However, several years ago a decision was made to cover the iconic dome in its original leaded copper and its current condition is just a phase in the long aging process that will eventually return it to a rich, reddish-brown copper color familiar several decades ago, McGean said.

Observer: Sidney Blumenthal 'Was Reading Above-Top-Secret NSA Reports Hours After They Appeared'

Former NSA officer John Schindler reports on a devastating fact NOT mentioned in the FBI’s investigation of Hillary Clinton conducting State Department business on an unsecure homebrew email server.

From the Observer:

[Sidney] Blumenthal’s email read exactly like classified NSA reporting, as anybody acquainted with our SIGINT would immediately recognize. As one veteran agency official told me back in January, Blumenthal’s email was NSA information with “at least 90 percent confidence.”

Which was no coincidence, since an NSA investigation subsequently determined that Blumenthal’s Sudan assessment was derived from their reporting—in some cases verbatim. As I reported in March, NSA concluded that Blumenthal’s Sudan report came from four different agency SIGINT reports, all classified Top Secret/SCI. Then it got worse:

At least one of those reports was issued under the GAMMA compartment, which is an NSA handling caveat that is applied to extraordinarily sensitive information (for instance, decrypted conversations between top foreign leadership, as this was). GAMMA is properly viewed as a SIGINT Special Access Program, or SAP, several of which Clinton compromised in another series of her “unclassified” emails.

Pedestrian Struck By Hit-And-Run Driver Last Weekend

OCEAN CITY — A Virginia man was arrested on hit-and-run and other serious charges last weekend after allegedly spinning out of control and striking a pedestrian in the sidewalk before fleeing the scene.

Around 5:15 p.m. last Saturday, Ocean City Police Department (OCPD) officers responded to the area of 30th Street and Philadelphia Avenue for a reported pedestrian struck by a vehicle. OCPD officers attended to the pedestrian, who was later transported to Atlantic General Hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.

Witnesses in the area told police the pedestrian was struck by a Dodge Ram truck with Wisconsin license plates with broken tail light. Witnesses told police the truck was in the southbound turn lane at 30th Street when the driver, later identified as Bradley Falls, 34, of Triangle, Va., attempted to make a U-turn by accelerating the vehicle, causing the wheels to spin. Falls allegedly lost control of the vehicle, ultimately striking a pedestrian who was standing on the public sidewalk nearby. OCPD officers observed fresh skid marks on the roadway, which corroborated the witness reports of the incident.

According to witnesses, Falls than traveled south in the northbound lanes of Philadelphia Avenue. Moments later, he traveled north past the scene where the pedestrian was injured on the sidewalk. According to police reports, numerous Good Samaritans in the area yelled for Falls to stop and attempted him from leaving the scene, but Falls fled northbound away from the crash site.

Lawmaker Lays Out Plans For Clinton Email House Hearings

FBI Director James Comey, top State Department officials and — perhaps — Hillary Clinton adviser Sidney Blumenthal will soon testify on Capitol Hill about the former secretary of state’s email scandal.

“We will be holding hearings,” Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz, the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, told conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt on Tuesday.

Chaffetz said that Comey is slated to appear in front of the House Judiciary Committee next week. And Patrick Kennedy, the State Department career official who oversees day-to-day operations at the agency, will testify in front of the Oversight Committee this week.

“Thursday, a hearing with the undersecretary for management, Mr. Kennedy, who will come and testify along with a host of others about how did they snooker the American public for years in filling these FOIA requests and the media, and what are they going to do to clean it up,” Chaffetz said.

Just Released: Ray Stevens - Dear America

Why Is Hillary Clinton Always Hiding Something?

One of the more disturbing revelations from this year’s U.S. presidential election, has been Hillary Clinton’s compulsive propensity to hide all sorts of things from the American public. While I appreciate one’s right to privacy as much as the next person, if you want to run for President of these United States, transparency and engagement with the public should be a top priority and requirement.

In this post, I want to highlight three troubling ways in which Hillary Clinton has been shamelessly and inexplicably hiding things from the public throughout her presidential run.

The first instance is one that came up frequently during the Democratic primary. That is, transcripts of the extraordinarily high priced speeches she gave to numerous corporations, including multiple Wall Street banks that were at the center of the 2008/09 financial crisis.

Republicans push to re-open Clinton email case after FBI document drop

Donald Trump’s campaign and congressional Republicans are pushing to re-open the Hillary Clinton email case – at the Justice Department, as well as in the court of public opinion – in the wake of newly released FBI documents which are fueling claims her team may have destroyed evidence.

The latest call came Tuesday from former New York City mayor and top Trump surrogate Rudy Giuliani, who urged the FBI to review its own findings and the department to appoint a special prosecutor to take over the case.

“She acted with criminal intent,” Giuliani said – a charge Clinton’s team denies.

Hillary Clinton's experience handling classified data contradicts 'unsophisticated' excuse

Hillary Clinton wasn’t a newcomer to secret documents when she reached the State Department.

She said she handled classified information as first lady and had regular access to secret documents as a senator, particularly during her six years on the Armed Services Committee — all of which makes Mrs. Clinton’s bungled treatment of the most sensitive information while secretary of state difficult to understand.

“She doesn’t come into this as your average person. She comes in as someone who served on the Armed Services Committee, who has been privy to classified information in the past before she became secretary of state, and, by the way, she was a former first lady,” said Sen. Kelly Ayotte, a New Hampshire Republican who sits on the same committee, and who said she found Mrs. Clinton’s explanation to be incredible.

Donald Trump Calls Hillary Clinton 'A Disaster,' Says She 'Acid-Washed' Deleted Emails

Donald Trump calls his rival Hillary Clinton a “disaster” and charges that she “acid-washed” the deleted 33,000 emails from her private server during her time as secretary of state.

“She’s a disaster in so many different ways,” Trump told his town hall in Virginia on Tuesday afternoon. “I don’t really even think she believes in herself.”

“You know, she was brought so far left, she was brought so far left by Bernie and the group,” he added, referencing Clinton’s primary against Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).

The New Yorker also attacked Clinton over her deleting 33,000 emails from her private server that she used during her time as secretary of state, saying the emails were “acid-washed.”

He added it is a “very sad time…for justice in this country.”

Dr. Jane Orient, an author and Executive Director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, spoke to Breitbart News on Tuesday about Hillary Clinton’s health regarding her recent coughing fit during a campaign event Monday in Cleveland, Ohio.

“They say that it was four minutes and 22 seconds, which is a long time,” Orient explained during a phone interview on Tuesday evening.

NBC News reported that Clinton had coughing fits during the primary campaign, but that her coughing attack on Monday “was one of the most aggressive she’s had during her 2016 run and left her almost unable to finish her remarks.”

Clinton’s campaign staff blamed the coughing fit on allergies.

"What A Mess!" - Pentagon At War With CIA In Syria

What a mess! In the crazy Syrian war, US-backed and armed groups are fighting other US-backed rebel groups. How can this be?

It is so because the Obama White House had stirred up war in Syria but then lost control of the process. When the US has a strong president, he can usually keep the military and intelligence agencies on a tight leash.

But the Obama administration has had a weak secretary of defense and a bunch of lady strategists who are the worst military commanders since Louis XV, who put his mistress, Madame de Pompadour, in charge of French military forces during the Seven Year’s War. The French were routed by the Prussians. France’s foe, Frederick the Great of Prussia, named one of his dogs, ‘la Pompadour.’

As a result, the two arms of offensive US strategic power, the Pentagon and CIA, went separate ways in Syria. Growing competition between the US military and militarized CIA broke into the open in Syria.

Emails show coordination between Clinton, Congress at Benghazi hearing

Emails show Hillary Clinton's inner circle knew what the Democratic chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee was planning to ask Clinton at the first congressional hearing about Benghazi, raising questions about whether the former secretary of state manipulated the hearing to her advantage.

In an email sent by Phillippe Reines, a former spokesman for Clinton at the State Department, to Chelsea Clinton in 2013, Reines suggested he had played a part in planting a question with Sen. Robert Menendez, who then chaired the committee.

"We wired it that Menendez would provide an opportunity to address two topics we needed to debunk (her actions/whereabouts on 9/11 and these emails from Chris Stevens about moving locations)," Reines wrote on the email, which was obtained by Citizens United.

The New Jersey Democrat's first question to Clinton during the hearing on Benghazi touched on both those subjects.

Trump said, “We’re going to triple the number of ICE deportation officers. Within ICE, I am going to create a new special deportation task force, focused on identifying and quickly removing the most dangerous criminal illegal immigrants in America, who have evaded justice, just like Hillary Clinton has evaded justice, okay? Maybe they’ll be able to deport her.”

'Unquestioned Military Strength'

Donald Trump vowed to boost military spending by tens of billions of dollars on Wednesday, outlining plans for major increases in the number of active troops, Navy ships and submarines, and fighter planes as he works to convince skeptics in both parties that he's ready to lead the world's most powerful military.

The New York businessman, who has struggled at times to demonstrate a command of foreign policy, also seemed to acknowledge he does not currently have a plan to address cyber security or the Islamic State group.

If elected, Trump said he would give military leaders 30 days to formulate a plan to defeat the group, commonly known as ISIS. And he would ask the joint chiefs of staff to conduct a review of the nation's cyber defenses to determine all vulnerabilities.

Trump's address came hours before his national security acumen is tested at a "commander in chief" forum on NBC.

"We want to deter, avoid and prevent conflict through our unquestioned military strength," Trump declared of his Democratic opponent in his Wednesday speech, delivered inside the exclusive Union League of Philadelphia, which first allowed women in 1986.

Hillary Clinton Bought Used BlackBerries On Ebay

Hillary Clinton purchased some of the BlackBerries she used as secretary of state on eBay, Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz said on Wednesday.

“That’s what she liked, so she did it. It creates this huge vulnerability. And it’s unnecessary,” Chaffetz, who chairs the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said during a forum hosted by the American Enterprise Institute.

The forum was held to discuss last year’s hack of the Office of Personnel Management.

“I don’t want to get into this too much, but part of what was happening with the secretary of state is, she was acquiring technology that wasn’t even supported by BlackBerry. You couldn’t buy it. She was actually buying this stuff off of eBay because somebody was selling their old machine,” Chaffetz said.

SHA REPLACES TWO WICOMICO COUNTY BRIDGES

Closure and Detour Needed to Expedite Work on MD 54 at Mockingbird Creek near
Mardela Springs and MD 349 at Windsor Creek in Nanticoke

Beginning mid-September, the Maryland Department of Transportation’s State Highway Administration (SHA) is going to replace two Wicomico County bridges.  Each project requires a full road closure and detour for approximately 10 weeks.

MD 54 (Delmar Road) over Mockingbird Creek:
The 19-foot timber structure was built in 1940, renovated in 1996 and repaired in 2007.  SHA will replace the wood with a pre-stressed concrete slab that will dramatically reduce maintenance costs, eliminate current weight restrictions and provide a smoother ride and longer-wearing ride surface.

Crews are also constructing new retaining walls, improving drainage, paving the roadways and landscaping the area.  SHA will post two detour routes– passenger cars can use US 50 (Ocean Gateway) and Old Railroad Road; trucks will use US 50 and US 13 (N. Salisbury Boulevard/Ocean Highway).  Nearly 3,000 vehicles travel this part of MD 54 each day.

Built in 1931 with major repairs in the 1970s, this timber bridge is considered structurally deficient and has reached the end of its useful service life.  SHA will install a new 30-foot long pre-stressed concrete slab andnew walls/supporting structure, as well as reconstruct the approach roadway.

SHA will post the detour route for all vehicles to use Oak Grove Church Road and Jesterville Road.  An average of 2,000 vehicles cross this bridge each day, with higher volumes during summer months for recreational travel.

SHA’s contractor for both projects is George & Lynch of Dover, DE.  Construction cost is $2.3 million for MD 54/Mockingbird Creek and $2.7 million for MD 349/Windsor Creek.  Both projects contain incentive/disincentive provisions to expedite reopening of the roadways this fall.

Election "Rigging" Tensions Rise With Questions On Reliability Of Paperless Voting Machines

A close election this November could result in a real "constitutional crisis" with both presidential candidates accusing the other of efforts to "rig" the election.

Just yesterday we wrote about how Hillary stoked fears that Russia may seek to tamper with U.S. elections to help Trump even though U.S. intelligence officials admit they have no "definitive proof" of such efforts (see "Hillary Joins In Russian Election-Tampering Fear-Mongering, Despite No "Definitive Proof""). The Department of Homeland Security also hinted at a potential need to seize control of state election infrastructure after reports surfaced that Russian hackers had managed to breach state election databases in Arizona and Illinois (see "Why Is The DHS Preparing To Take Control Of The US Election?"). Never wanting to be left out, Harry Reid also chimed in saying "I have recently become concerned that the threat of the Russian government tampering in our presidential election is more extensive than widely known and may include the intent to falsify official election results."

Meanwhile, Trump, rarely one to mince words, has already told Pennsylvania supporters that "the only way they can beat [me] in my opinion, and I mean this 100 percent, if in certain sections of the state they cheat." He also launched a page on his official website calling for supporters to "help me stop Crooked Hillary from rigging this election" by signing up to be a volunteer "Trump Election Observer." The volunteer form can be viewed here.

Crooked Hillary Desperate As Trump Continues To Slaughter Her In The Polls

Crooked Hillary has leased her own campaign jet and along with a plane full of moronic pundits, she headed out today to make a Hail Mary attempt at making a bid for POTUS in 2016. Crooked Hillary is becoming more and more desperate as Trump continues to slaughter her in the general election polls.

In another one of Crooked Hillary’s coughing fits in Columbus Ohio today, the stupid bitch blamed Donald Trump for her coughing, stating that “every time I think about Trump I cough.” What’s next; “every time I lie it is because Trump made me do it?”

Does Hillary Clinton Have Parkinson’s Disease?

Could it be possible that Hillary Clinton is covering up a major illness that would make her unfit to serve as president?

It has been my contention for a long time that Hillary Clinton would do or say just about anything in order to become “the first woman president”, but would she actually lie to the American people about her health in order to reach that “historic achievement”? In recent days the Clinton campaign has assured us over and over again about how healthy Hillary is, and she even opened up a jar of pickles for Jimmy Kimmel in order to prove how vigorous she is at her age. But we can all see that she has some very serious health problems. I have written about this previously right here and right here, but as time has gone by things have started to become a lot clearer. There are many that now believe that Hillary Clinton actually has Parkinson’s Disease, and I have to admit that I agree with them.

On Labor Day, Clinton had another of her epic coughing fits, and this time it happened during an election rally in Cleveland that was being broadcast nationwide. She attempted to laugh it off by making jokes such as “every time I think about Trump I get allergic”, but nothing could hide the fact that something was seriously wrong with her as the coughing fit went on for nearly four minutes

ISIS Bans Burqas: Islamic State Deems Hijab A Security Problem In Iraq

The Islamic State group has reportedly banned women from wearing a burka, a veil that covers the entire face, as a security precaution in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul. The alleged new rule is striking in part because the militant group also known as ISIS has beaten and killed women in the past for refusing to wear the conservative garment.

Militant leaders banned burqas after a group of veiled women carried out attacks against several ISIS commanders, according to media reports Tuesday. Women wearing burqas will no longer be allowed to enter buildings in Mosul, an ISIS stronghold, while wearing the full-body covering. Instead, they must wear gloves and gauze to cover their eyes. ISIS' morality police will continue to require women to wear the burqa outside of Mosul's new security rule, the Jerusalem Post reported.

From An Industrial Economy To A Paper Economy - The Stunning Decline Of Manufacturing In America

Why does it seem like almost everything is made in China these days? Yesterday I was looking at some pencils that we had laying around the house and I noticed that they had been manufactured in China. I remarked to my wife that it was such a shame that they don’t make pencils in the United States anymore. At another point during the day, I turned over my television remote and I noticed that it also had “Made In China” engraved on it. With Labor Day just hours in the past, I think that it is quite appropriate to write about our transition from an industrial economy to a paper economy today. Since the year 2000, the United States has lost five million manufacturing jobs even though our population has grown substantially since that time. Manufacturing in America is in a state of stunning decline, our economic infrastructure is being absolutely gutted, and our formerly great manufacturing cities are in an advanced state of decay. We consume far more wealth than we produce, and the only way that we are able to do this is by taking on massive amounts of debt. But is our debt-based paper economy sustainable in the long run?

Back in 1960, 24 percent of all American workers worked in manufacturing. Today, that number has shriveled all the way down to just 8 percent. CNN is calling it “the Great Shift”

In 1960, about one in four American workers had a job in manufacturing. Today fewer than one in 10 are employed in the sector, according to government data.

Call it the Great Shift. Workers transitioned from the fields to the factories. Now they are moving from factories to service counters and health care centers. The fastest growing jobs in America now are nurses, personal care aides, cooks, waiters, retail salespersons and operations managers.

No wonder the middle class is shrinking so rapidly. There aren’t too many cooks, waiters or retail salespersons that can support a middle class family.

Since the turn of the century, we have lost more than 50,000 manufacturing facilities. Meanwhile, tens of thousands of gleaming new factories have been erected in places like China.

Does anyone else see something wrong with this picture?

Goldman Bans Partners From Donating To Trump Campaign To "Minimize Potential Reputational Damage"

In the last days of August, Goldman Sachs surprised its employees with a new rule: the firm's top employees will be barred from donating to certain political campaigns, including that of Trump-Pence.

In a memo sent out on August 29, the firm's global compliance office said that starting on September 1, "all partners across the firm are considered “Restricted Persons” as defined by the firm’s Policy on Personal Political Activities in the US." This means that as of this moment, Goldman's partners are "prohibited from engaging in political activities and/or making campaign contributions to candidates running for state and local offices, as well as sitting state and local officials running for federal office", and specifically donating to the Donald Trump campaign, in order to "minimize potential reputational damage."

The memo conveniently provides the following example of the type of political activity that is barred, among others:
Any federal candidate who is a sitting state or local official (e.g., governor running for president or vice president, such as the Trump/Pence ticket, or mayor running for Congress), including their Political Action Committees (PACs).

Laws Are For the Little People: Clinton Charity Ignores Disclosure Laws for Foreign Donations

Writing for Scripps News,Mark Greenblatt takes New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman to task for his reluctance to enforce state law against the Clinton Foundation and Clinton Health Access Initiative, which has ignored the requirements for documenting foreign donations for years.

Greenblatt explains early in his lengthy report that New York has more stringent requirements for reporting donations than the federal government:

The Internal Revenue Service has long required charities to disclose on their federal tax returns the total amount of contributions they receive from all governments, foreign and domestic. The federal form does not require a charity to publicly identify its government contributors. However, any charity that wishes to operate or raise funds in New York must also, according to a state law, meet more rigid transparency requirements and publicly disclose “the name of each agency” and “the amount of each contribution” received from any government agency, every year.

A partial review by Scripps of charities registered in New York found inconsistent compliance with the instructions.

The New York Attorney General’s office published a set of detailed instructions for all charities to follow. It directs them to make sure the total amount of government contributions disclosed to the state is equal to what the charities report to the IRS. From 2010-2014, for every year it has filed disclosures with the state, the Clinton Health Access Initiative has ignored this direction.

Wow! Hillary's Mysterious Handler Pops Up on Plane During Coughing Fit

Hillary Clinton’s mysterious handler disappeared in mid-August.

In recent bizarre events on the campaign trail a strange man was noticed at Hillary Clinton’s side.

Who is this man who follows Hillary? He's clearly not SS. Doctor, shrink? Or brainwasher? pic.twitter.com/Jm29bbAByf

** Danger and Play has much more.
The man is dressed like a secret service agent but his actions prove otherwise.
In a recent campaign stop in a Union Hall in front of a sparse crowd, at about the time when some liberal protesters began to protest, Hillary Clinton suddenly froze. She looked dazed and lost.  Seeing this, a group of men rushed to assist the candidate on the stage.  One man however gently pats the candidate’s back and then says, “Keep Talking.”
