Germany to North African Countries: Take Back Migrants or Lose Aid Money

German Vice-Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel threatened this week to withdraw aid from north African countries if they refuse to take back rejected asylum seekers.

The German government has in recent weeks cited problems expelling migrants from Algeria and Morocco, saying their home countries were uncooperative and refused to take them back because of missing identity documents.

“Germany is more than willing to give economic aid to North Africa but only when the governments there reciprocate by allowing people whose asylum applications have been rejected to travel back into the country,” Mr. Gabriel told German public broadcaster ARD.

World War II vet begins journey to reunite with wartime girlfriend

NORFOLK, Va. – A 93-year-old World War II veteran is embarking on a 10,500-mile journey to Australia to visit his wartime girlfriend after more than 70 years apart.

It will take Norwood Thomas, who boarded a plane Sunday from Norfolk with his son, two days to reach the country, where he will be reunited with Joyce Morris, The Virginian-Pilot reported.

"I'd rather die traveling to Australia than live sitting around at home wondering, 'What if?'" Thomas said.

Benghazi Committee Dems Gave Staffers Bonuses While Blasting Probe's Cost

Democrats on the House committee probing the 2012 Benghazi terror attacks awarded tens of thousands of dollars in bonuses to their staff, while at the same time repeatedly attacking Republicans over the rising cost of the investigation.

According to publicly available reports, a total of $33,600 was given to six Democratic staffers at the end of 2014 and 2015.

While the bonuses make up only a fraction of the panel's total expenses to date, critics suggested they undermine the minority members' complaints about the budget.

"This is the height of hypocrisy,” Lisa Boothe, a Republican strategist and president of High Noon Strategies, told FoxNews.com.

Democrats have been relentless in describing the investigation as a waste of money, even including a “Benghazi Spending Tracker” on their website. The total taxpayer tab is now at nearly $6 million.

“Republicans continue to drag out this political charade closer to the 2016 presidential election, and the American taxpayers continue to pay the price,” ranking member Elijah Cummings, D-Md., said in January.

German Security Chief Warns of Islamic State Militants Posing as Refugees

The German national security service warned Friday that Islamic State militants are infiltrating Europe under the guise of asylum seekers.

The announcement comes after Berlin police arrested three Thursday in an investigation of four Algerian men who are suspected of planning terror attacks in Germany and having ISIS ties.

“We have seen repeatedly that terrorists are being smuggled in disguised or camouflaged as refugees,” said Hans-Georg Maassen, the head of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, according to the UK Daily Telegraph.

German authorities have tried to downplay the threat of Islamic State terrorists disguising themselves as refugees, according to the paper. Around one million asylum-seekers entered the country last year. Maasen reiterated that it was a “reality that the security agencies have to face.”

Maasen told Germany’s ZDF TV it was clear from November’s Paris terror attacks that “ISIL consciously infiltrates terrorists among the refugees.” A woman, who claimed to have led Abdelhamid Abaaoud’s cousin to the French encampment where he was staying, told The Wall Street Journal that the Paris attacks leader came into Europe with 90 other militants.

Rep. Katko: Obama's Failure on Visa Waiver Law Endangers US

The Obama administration's failure to enforce a new visa waiver law in order to appease Iran endangers America's security interests, Rep. John Katko said in Saturday's GOP address.

"I am a former federal prosecutor, and I can tell you a law is only as good as how you enforce it," the New York Republican said. "This is not a time to start lowering our guard. And we should not put Iran’s feelings before America’s security interests."

In December, the House passed a law tightening the waiver program so terrorists could not use it for passage into the United States. The law allows people from certain countries to come to the United States for up to 90 days without a visa, making it easier for people from friendly nations such as Canada and Great Britain to come into the country.

The Islamic State, though, has been recruiting people from otherwise friendly countries, so the new rules say that people who have traveled to countries with significant terrorist activity at anytime after 2011 are not eligible to travel under the program.

"Unfortunately, the administration is now carving loopholes into the law," said Katko. "Last month, the administration announced that it would grant waivers to people engaged in journalism, humanitarian work, or, for people traveling to Iraq or Iran, 'legitimate business-related purposes.'"

Militant atheism, according to Harold J. Berman, a Harvard specialist in Soviet law, was the state credo of the Soviet Union. The militant state atheism of the Bolshevik Revolution owed its origins to the Marxist-Leninist dictum that religion was the opium of the masses. As such, the goal of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics was the liquidation of religion and the means to achieve this goal included the destruction of churches, mosques, synagogues, temples, religious monuments, as well the mass deportation of believers to Siberian forced labor camps, which is commonly referred to as the Gulag. Many of these houses of worship were converted into bath houses, granaries, and museums of atheism, the latter of which were constructed in order to proselytize the masses into accepting atheism. In addition, atheistic and anti-religious carnivals were frequently held in order to promote the mockery of the religious and the beliefs that they held sacred.

Under the Soviet doctrine of separation of Church and state, detailed in the Constitution of the Soviet Union, churches in the Soviet Union were forbidden to give to the poor or carry on educational activities. They could not publish literature, since all publishing was done by state agencies. Churches were forbidden to hold any special meetings for children, youth or women, or any general meetings for religious study or recreation, or to open libraries or keep any books other than those necessary for the performance of worship services.

Not only was religion banned from the school and university system, but pupils were to be indoctrinated with atheism and anti-religious teachings.

By the 1960s, with the fourth Soviet anti-religious campaign underway, half of the amount of Russian Orthodox Christian churches were closed, along with five out of the eight seminaries. In addition, several other Christian denominations were brought to extinction.

The League of Militant Atheists, founded in 1929, aided the Soviet government in murdering clergy and devout believers. In total, the number of Christians who were martyred under the militant state atheism of the USSR is around 12 million. Similarly, millions of Jews, Muslims and Buddhists also sacrificed their lives for practicing their faith in the Soviet Union, in what can be said to be one of the largest and longest genocides in world history.

Worcester County Sherriff’s Office Press Release 2-8-16


The Worcester County Sherriff’s Office Sex Offender Monitoring Unit is seeking help in locating Tymir Denard  Johnson, age 31, from the Berlin area. Mr. Johnson was last observed by law enforcement at his residence December 17th, 2015 when a Parole and Probation agent along with a Detective from the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office conducted a home visit. Since that time, neither agency has had contact with Mr. Johnson although multiple attempts have been made.
Mr. Johnson is classified as a child sex offender and a sexually violent offender under Maryland Law and had served 7 years of a 15 year sentence.
Warrants have been obtained for Mr. Johnson for failing to register and violation of Probation.

On February 4, 2016 at approximately 19:36 hours, a Worcester County Sheriff's Office Deputy was dispatched to 8600 Block of Marshall Creek Road, Newark, Worcester County, Maryland in reference to an assault.
  It was determined that Amy Katherine Patrick 35, from Newark, Md. 
and Daryl Thomas Hardy 55, from Newark, Md., allegedly assaulted one another. 
It was also determined that Amy Patrick had assaulted Daryl Hardy's mother.
     Ms. Patrick and Mr. Hardy were each placed under arrest and charged with 2nd Degree Assault. Both were held at the Worcester County Jail on a $1,000.00 bond pending trial.
 
 
On February 5, 2016 at approximately 2100 hours, a Worcester County Sheriff's Office Deputy was dispatched to Panera Bread West Ocean City, Maryland in reference to Indecent Exposure.
  Witnesses advised a male juvenile pulled down his pants and placed his nude buttocks against the glass window of Panera Bread.
 The juvenile was placed under arrest. The juvenile was charged with Indecent Exposure and Disorderly Conduct. The case was referred to the department of Juvenile Services
 
 
On February 5, 2016 at approximately 23:22 hours a Worcester County Sheriff's Office Deputy stopped a vehicle in the area of Ocean Gateway and Stephen Decatur Highway in West Ocean City, Maryland, for failing to move over when approaching an emergency vehicle with flashing lights.
     The Deputy identified the driver as Michael Lee Simpson 31, of Selbyville, Delaware.
A driver's license and wanted check on Simpson, revealed he had an active Protective Order against him and the protected party was in the vehicle with him.
     Mr. Simpson was placed under arrest for the Violation of an out of State Protective Order, Mr. Simpson was released by the court commissioner pending trial.
 
On February 5, 2016 at approximately 2257 hours a Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Deputy was travelling behind a blue Toyota Tundra as it turned from westbound Route 50 onto Route 589.  The Deputy observed the brake light located on the top rear of the passenger cab was inoperable when the brakes were applied. The Deputy stopped the vehicle. The Deputy identified the driver as Jay Sterling Saunders 45, of Ocean Pines, Maryland. The Deputy detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Mr. Saunder's breath Saunders agreed to submit to a series of field sobriety tests which he did poorly.
Mr. Saunders was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.  Mr. Saunders was released pending trial.
 
On 2/6/2016 at approximately 0132 hours a Worcester County Sheriff's Office Deputy was stationary on Route 113 in the area of Germantown Road conducting speed enforcement when he observed a vehicle traveling Northbound that was traveling at speed of 57 mph in the posted 45 mph zone.  The Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the driver as 28 year old Shanice Sherrelle Cross.  Ms. Cross was in possession of a handgun. Ms. Cross was arrested and charged with a handgun violation. Ms. Cross was released by the court commissioner on personal recognizance.

Retired Assistant Chief Donald Records joined Salisbury Fire Dept. Station 2 as a volunteer in 1959. He was hired as a career firefighter in 1963, a lifelong dream. His entire career of nearly 37 years was spent at the Headquarters Company, retiring as Assistant Chief in 1999. During these years he worked part time for Shore Fire Equipment and Records Electric. He was proud that his father, his two sons and grandson have also served the Salisbury Fire Department. They are the only known family to have four generations serve the department. He was a volunteer at Parsonsburg Fire Co. since 2006.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury with a visitation from 1:30 to 3:00 PM. Volunteer Assistant Chief Jack Hoppes joined the Salisbury Fire Dept. Headquarters Company as a volunteer in 1957. He served the Salisbury Fire Department for 22 years at Headquarters Company, going lifetime in 1979. During these years he served as Past President of the Wicomico County Firemen's Association and Volunteer Assistant Chief. He brother "Greg" and nephew "Richard" have also serve the Salisbury Fire Department as Lieutenant and Fire Chief.

A Firemen's Funeral Service will be held Thursday at 2PM at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Rev. J. Harvey Dixon will officiate. Internment with Military Honors will follow in Wicomico Memorial Park.

ABC Debate Moderator Martha Raddatz Had Obama at Her Wedding

Martha Raddatz, who is set to moderate Saturday night’s Republican presidential debate in New Hampshire, had President Barack Obama as a guest at her wedding.

Raddatz married Obama’s Harvard Law School classmate and Harvard Law Review cohort Julius Genachowski in 1991, years before Obama appointed Genachowski to head the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Obama went to the wedding, years before he became a national politician.

Blumenthal advised top Obama debate advisor that Romney would ‘falsify, distort, and mangle facts;’ advised Clinton on Libya turmoil disclosed in ‘internal govt discussions high level’

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that on January 7, 2016, it obtained a new batch ofdocuments from the Department of State, including a “Confidential” memo from Clinton advisor Sidney Blumenthal to the former secretary of state suggesting that a grand jury and the Senate Judiciary Committee should investigate whether former Rep. Eric Cantor or his staff violated the Espionage Act by disclosing classified information related to the FBI investigation of former CIA Director David Petraeus.

According to the Blumenthal-to-Clinton email, if classified information was discussed by Cantor, his staff, or anyone “inside or outside the bureau,” it “is a felony” in violation of the Espionage Act. Many legal analysts now believe that if the FBI concludes that Clinton kept classified information on her non-state.gov server, that may be also be a criminal violation of the Espionage Act.

The documents also contain an email to Clinton in which Blumenthal sent a copy of a “Confidential” memo to top Obama 2012 presidential debate advisor Ron Klain warning that GOP candidate Mitt Romney would “falsify, distort, and mangle facts” in the final campaign debate. The Blumenthal memo was sent to Klain and copied to Clinton just four days before the final debate.

Md. researcher continues grandfather's work on Zika virus

FREDERICK (AP) — As the Zika virus rages through South and Central America, probably causing women to give birth to babies with abnormally small heads, few people understand that the virus has its origins in Africa. And even fewer realize that the man who originally discovered the virus 70 years ago, Alexander John Haddow, has a Frederick and a Fort Detrick connection.

Sadly, relatively little research has been done since the Zika virus was discovered in 1947 by Haddow, says his grandson, Andrew D. Haddow, a researcher who followed his ancestor’s footpath and now works in the virology division at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases at Fort Detrick.

Haddow said he is hoping his grandfather’s pioneering work from back then will inspire lifesaving research today.

“One of the problems with this virus right now is that we honestly don’t know a lot,” Andrew Haddow said on Feb. 2.

Hillary: $150K Gift 'Not Very Much' [VIDEO]

Video has emerged of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton telling an anti-fossil fuels activist on the campaign trail in Dover, N.H. on Wednesday that the $150,000 she has received in campaign contributions from the oil and gas industry “is not very much” money.

Clinton, who once came under fire for claiming that she was “dead broke” after leaving the White House in 2001, first claimed ignorance about the donations when an activist with the environmental group 350 Action asked her whether she would be willing to “take a stand against any more campaign contributions” from Big Oil. Clinton’s Democratic challenger, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, has pledged not to accept money from the industry.

“Yeah, I don’t even know what you’re referring to, but big oil knows I’m not their friends, so they must have put it in the wrong envelope,” Clinton responded.

NARAL blasts Doritos ad for 'humanizing fetuses,' gets mocked on Twitter

CHICAGO (Christian Examiner) – The abortion rights group NARAL Pro-Choice America took to social media during the Super Bowl to blast a Doritos ad that showed an ultrasound – and then got plenty of pushback from viewers who were incredulous that anyone would have had a problem with the commercial.

The humorous ad shows a pregnant woman receiving an ultrasound as her husband stands by her side, watching.

"And there's your beautiful baby," the technician tells the mom, who is upset at her husband for munching on Doritos.

"He's eating Doritos at my ultrasound," the woman tells the technician. "Do you see what I have to deal with?"

Jonas Storm Damage Repairs Estimated At $21M; 880,000 Cubic Yards Of Sand Lost

OCEAN CITY -- With heavy seas and a pending winter storm pounding the coast again on Monday morning, Ocean City officials have issued the initial estimates on the damage to the beach and dunes during Winter Storm Jonas late last month, including roughly $21 million needed in repairs.


In late January, Jonas, now deemed a 50-year storm, pounded the resort beaches for three straight days during what was essentially a classic Nor’easter during a full moon. The storm exacted a heavy toll on the beaches and dunes, the extent of which is just now being known. The federal Army Corps of Engineers late last week released the results of its recently completed initial estimates of the damages and a plan for emergency restoration.


According to the Army Corps’ figures, the volume of sand lost during Jonas is estimated at 880,000 cubic yards. The estimated cost to repair the damage caused by the January storm came in at around $21 million. The Town of Ocean City is currently moving forward with emergency dune repairs through a partnership with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources.
The Army Corps of Engineers will be requesting funding for the full beach restoration. Just last week, the Mayor and Council signed off on a letter to Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md.) seeking continued funding for the beach replenishment project through the Water Resources Development Act.

Narrative: On 6 February 2016 at 7:00 AM, a deputy responded to the town of Hebron for the report of several mailboxes, decorative lamp posts and street signs that had been knocked over or pulled from the ground overnight. During the investigation the deputy learned the identity of two male juveniles that were seen walking in the area where these incidents occurred around midnight. The deputy was able to locate these juveniles and matched their shoes up to the shoe prints left behind either on the ground where the items were damaged or on the items themselves.
The deputy positively identified these two juveniles as the culprits in this vandalism event. Both juveniles were charged on a juvenile referral and released to parents.

Narrative: On 3 February 2016 at 8:39 AM a deputy responded to a reported domestic related disturbance at a residence in the 32000 block of Mt. Hermon Road. Upon arrival the deputy learned that Robert Brown was engaged in an argument with a female subject over financial issues when the argument turned physical. It was alleged that Brown pushed this female repeatedly and knocked her to the ground. During the course of the investigation, the deputy observed signs of injury that corroborated the victim’s account.
The deputy placed Brown under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Brown in the Detention Center in lieu of $15,000.00 bond.

Narrative: On 7 February 2016 at 5:20 AM a deputy responded to a reported stabbing in the 800 block of Seminole Blvd. Upon arrival the deputy met with a male subject who had been stabbed twice inside the residence. Investigation revealed that a female subject, Kiesha Lee, entered the residence without permission and confronted him while brandishing both a knife and a carving fork while threatening to stab the male victim. According to the victim, Lee carried out her threat and stabbed him twice. The carving fork and the knife were both recovered from the residence by the deputy.
Lee was transported to the Central Booking Unit were she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Lee in the Detention Center in lieu of $75,000.00 bond.

At a conference of coalition members tasked with fighting ISIS in Rome yesterday, Secretary of State John Kerry said members of the terrorist organization are not Muslims but apostates of Islam.

“Daesh [ISIS] is in fact nothing more than a mixture of killers, of kidnappers, of criminals, of thugs, of adventurers, of smugglers and thieves,” Kerry said. “And they are also above all apostates, people who have hijacked a great religion and lie about its real meaning and lie about its purpose and deceive people in order to fight for their purposes.”

Chicago officer sues estate of teen he shot, claiming trauma

CHICAGO (AP) — A white Chicago police officer who fatally shot a black 19-year-old college student and accidentally killed a neighbor has filed a lawsuit against the teenager's estate, arguing the shooting left him traumatized.

The highly unusual suit was filed Friday in the middle of the city's effort to grapple with serious questions about the future of its police force. Those questions include the adequacy of its system for investigating police shootings and how to win back public trust after several cases of alleged misconduct. The U.S. Justice Department is conducting a wide-ranging civil rights investigation, and Mayor Rahm Emanuel has promised a major overhaul of the Police Department and steps to heal its fraught relationship with black residents.

The timing and unusual nature of the suit by officer Robert Rialmo, who is seeking $10 million in damages, could complicate the department's efforts to demonstrate more sensitivity toward the community in how police shootings are handled. His attorney, Joel Brodsky, said it was important in the charged atmosphere to send a message that police are "not targets for assaults" and "suffer damage like anybody else."

Next Winter Weather Storm Arriving in Maryland Later Today

Tuesday Morning Commute Could be Slippery, Slow, and Dangerous

REISTERSTOWN, Md. (February 8, 2016) —
Another round of snow is headed toward Maryland today. Forecasters are expecting precipitation to begin in western Maryland Monday afternoon and then head east throughout the evening. The National Weather Service is currently forecasting approximately a half foot of snow in central and northern Maryland. Western Maryland is more likely to receive additional snow totaling more than six inches while southern Maryland and the eastern shore will likely get less. Even with some uncertainty in the forecast, it is increasingly likely that Tuesday morning’s commute could be slippery, slow, and dangerous.

“With another snow system on its way to Maryland, it’s important for our citizens to remember that any amount of snow or ice on the roads can make conditions dangerous,” said Governor Larry Hogan. “Our agencies are busy preparing for any amount of snow that we might experience – state highway crews are pre-treating roads and will be fully ready to clear them if accumulation builds throughout the night. We are encouraging motorists to remain cautious and to use common sense if they need to travel.”

According to the National Weather Service, the location of the rain-snow line is unclear. This will dictate which areas of Maryland receive snow, rain, or a wintry mix.

“Though there is some uncertainty in the current forecast, it is important that Marylanders be aware of the incoming winter storm, follow local weather forecast offices and news, and communicate with their friends and families before, during, and after winter storms,” said Maryland Emergency Management Agency Executive Director Russell Strickland.

In addition, residents should consider taking the following actions prior to any winter storm:
Keep communications devices charged so that you will have a way follow weather forecasts and local emergency information.

Avoid traveling during snowstorms. If you must travel, make sure to have a car chargers, kitty litter or sand for traction, and extra drinks and snacks in case you get stuck in traffic.

Let friends or family know of your travel route and expected arrival times.

Make sure pets are not kept outside without shelter in cold and snowy weather and be aware that salt and other ice melting materials may hurt animal’s paws.

Know who to contact in the case of a power outage.

State Police Investigating Bomb Threats (02/08/16)

Sussex County-The Delaware State Police are currently investigating a pair of bomb threats that were called in a school and a district business office this morning.

The first incident occurred around 10:04 a.m. this morning, Monday, February 8, 2016, when an unknown male suspect called the East Millsboro Elementary School, located at 29346 Iron Branch Road, Millsboro, and advised that there was a bomb inside of the building. The school was evacuated and students were transported by busses to a pre-determined location while the Delaware State Police, Millsboro Police Department, and school administration conducted a search. Nothing out of the ordinary or suspicious was located and staff and students were allowed back to resume their daily activities.

The second incident happened at approximately 10:26 a.m. this morning, as an unknown male suspect placed a call to the Cape Henlopen School District Business Office, located at 1270 Kings Highway, Lewes, and advised that there was a bomb. The building was searched by troopers and staff. Again, nothing out of the ordinary or suspicious was located and staff resumed their daily activities.

Both of these incidents remain under investigation by the Delaware State Police at this time. It is unknown if these bomb threats are related to the series of bomb threats which have been occurring throughout the state over the past few weeks.

German Families Abandoning ‘Diverse’ Schools

Families in Germany are switching their children’s schools fearing that large amounts of migrants will ruin their child’s chance at a good education.

According to a detailed report in Sueddeutsche, more and more German families are switching their child’s schooling because of the presence of more and more migrant children who often disrupt class and bully native Germans.

The article tells the story of a typical German family (names have been changed) and a typical German father who like many is eager to prove how tolerant and multicultural he and his family are. His daughter is placed in a school with a majority of the pupils being non Germans.

Yet by the end of his daughters first year in the school the father starts getting concerned the school is giving his daughter special treatment. It is not until he investigates that he realizes she is special because she is the last native German left, the others having one by one transferred to different schools.

The German school system assigns places in schools by location. This method is meant to ensure that within each school district children are able to go to a school close to where they live. The problem has now arisen in neighborhoods with high migrant populations that more and more parents are transfering their children out of assigned schools because the allocation of resources is going toward things like German language courses and integration and their children are being left out.

Troopers Investigate a Reckless Endangering Incident, Bridgeville

Bridgeville, DE - The Delaware State Police is investigating an incident in which gunshots were fired at a car east of Bridgeville.

The incident occurred around 6:15 p.m. Sunday February 7, 2016 as a 51-year old female was operating her vehicle northbound on Coverdale Road just south of Seashore Highway (SR404/SR18) when a car began tailgating her. As the female continued across SR404 and onto Chaplins Chapel Road, the dark colored car continued to follow at a close distance behind her vehicle. The victim then made a left turn onto Apple Tree Road when the unknown type make and model car began to pass her on the left. As the car was passing her, two gunshots were heard coming from the passing car and the victim could feel the bullets striking her vehicle. The female victim then drove into a field in order to get away from the suspects when two more gunshots were fired at her car and then two more when she made a U-turn to drive in the opposite direction.

The female, along with her 56-year-old husband and 6-year-old daughter were uninjured in the incident and were able to drive to Troop 5 where they reported the incident. The victim's vehicle sustained two bullet holes on the driver's side. No other description was given for the suspect's vehicle except for a dark colored car.

Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office Press Release 2-8-16

On Thursday, February 4, 2016 members of the Dorchester County Narcotics Task Force and the Caroline County narcotics task Force combined resources to establish a joint operation which targeted individuals suspected of transporting illegal narcotics across state and county lines in Maryland and Delaware. The operation resulted in a traffic stop in the area of Rt.392 & Rt.331 at the Finchville Light. The suspect 27 year old Tione Diaz Austin of 3599 Laurel Grove Road, Federalsburg, Md. was stopped and when he learned a K-9 scan of his vehicle was going to take place he fled the area in his vehicle almost striking a Dorchester County Deputy Sheriff. The officers gave chase and after a brief pursuit which ended in the town of Hurlock on Charles Street after he intentionally rammed a Dorchester County Sheriff’s Patrol Vehicle, he was taken into custody.

The suspect was charged with numerous motor vehicle violation along with 3 counts of First Degree Assault, 3 counts of Second Degree Assault, 3 counts of Reckless Endangerment, Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin and Possession of Heroin. The drug charges come after he was found to be in possession of 4.5 grams of Heroin and $1,012.00 which was seized. He was ordered Held without Bond by a Court Commissioner. There were no injuries reported by any of the 3 Deputies involved

DHS Official: I Was Ordered to Purge Records of Islamic Terror Ties

A veteran official with the Department of Homeland Security claims he and other staff were ordered to destroy records on a federal database that showed links between possible jihadists and Islamic terrorist groups.

"After leaving my 15-year career at DHS, I can no longer be silent about the dangerous state of America’s counter-terror strategy, our leaders’ willingness to compromise the security of citizens for the ideological rigidity of political correctness—and, consequently, our vulnerability to devastating, mass-casualty attack," the former employee, Patrick Haney, wrote in an explosive column that was published late Friday on The Hill website.

Haney alleges that the Obama administration has been "engaged in a bureaucratic effort" to destroy the raw material and intelligence the Department of Homeland Security has been collecting for years, leaving the United States open to mass-casualty attacks.

His story starts in 2009, when during the holiday travel season, a 23-year-old Nigerian Muslim, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, boarded Northwest Airlines Flight 253, with explosives packed in his underwear and the hopes of slaughtering 290 travelers flying on Christmas Day from the Netherlands to Detroit, Michigan. Passengers subdued the jihadist and he was arrested, thwarting the plot.

Just one month before the attempted attack, Haney said, his DHS supervisors ordered him to either delete or modify the records for several hundred people tied to Islamist terror organizations, including Hamas, from the Treasury Enforcement Communications System, the federal database.

Those records give DHS the ability to "connect dots," explained Haney, and every day, the agency's Custom and Border Protection officials use the database while watching people who are associated with known terrorist affiliations to watch for patterns that could indicate a pending attack.

"Enforcing a political scrubbing of records of Muslims greatly affected our ability to do that," said Haney.

"Even worse, going forward, my colleagues and I were prohibited from entering pertinent information into the database," he wrote.

LIBERALS Blame White NFL Coaches For Black Players not being ALLOWED to Embrace their ‘Blackness’

Because EVERYTHING is now about race, don’tcha know? The Carolina Panthers are the blackest team in NFL history and they are evidently flaunting it. They are celebrating their ‘blackness’. Not the fact that they are a great football team that excels at their sport. No, their freaking ‘blackness’. Your skin color does not determine your skill set. Liberals are now blaming white NFL coaches for stopping black players from embracing that ‘blackness’. Race excuses bad behavior, violence and vulgarity evidently. And it allows them to take cheap shots at white players without any repercussions. Just ridiculous and biased.

The culture of football is such that a league made up of mostly black men is supposed to comply with certain standards created and enforced by mostly white men. Ideally, the players would act subdued in public, celebrate their achievements quietly and speak in a manner that avoids the spotlight.

The Carolina Panthers haven’t done any of that this season. On the way to a 15-1 regular season record and the team’s first Super Bowl appearance since 2004, the team has had fun and has been fun to watch.

They have talked loudly, danced loudly and celebrated loudly. But they’ve done something significant along the way, too: The Panthers have embraced, demonstrated and exuded aspects of their blackness in a way that few predominately black teams have done in the past.

They have been wonderfully, unapologetically, proudly black.

National leaders are closing their eyes to Islam’s refusal to assimilate

Just as radar warns of approaching storms, so does the flood of migrants entering Europe warn us of a deluge yet to come, not only for Europeans, if they continue to allow unrestricted immigration, but for the United States.

Reports that women in Cologne, Germany, have been groped and robbed by men described by authorities as having “a North African or Arabic” appearance should be warning enough, but there are other and more ominous warnings that suggest worse lies ahead, unless the problem receives immediate attention and action. And it’s not just Cologne.

The Gatestone Institute, a nonpartisan, not-for-profit international policy council and think tank, is in possession of what it describes as a “leaked German intelligence document,” which says, “We are importing Islamic extremism, Arab anti-Semitism, national and ethnic conflicts of other peoples, as well as a different understanding of society and law.”

Last October, reports Gatestone, Andrew Parker, the director general of Britain’s Security Service, said that ” ‘the scale and tempo’ of the danger to the [United Kingdom] is now at a level he has not seen in his 32-year career. British police are monitoring over 3,000 homegrown Islamist extremists willing to carry out attacks on the U.K..”

On Wednesday, President Obama visited a Baltimore mosque. According to The Daily Caller, the mosque “has deep ties to extremist elements, including the Muslim Brotherhood.” That mosque is not alone, as a map on the paper’s website reveals.

Explaining the president’s visit, White House spokesman Keith Maley said, “The president believes that one of our nation’s greatest strengths is our rich diversity.”

I doubt terrorists believe that. I don’t believe that diversity, as practiced in America, exists in any country with a Muslim majority.

US Sheriffs To Americans: There Are NO Answers In DC – We Take Back Our Country At The Local Level!

I have long admired the Sagebrush Sheriffs. These are lawmen who believe in the Constitution and stand by it unabashedly. They have joined forces to take a stand against the overreach of big government. They are also known as the Constitutional Sheriffs and rightly so. They stand against things like bullying by the FDA, the BLM and by DHS. These are good men and women who believe in the letter of the law and in doing what is right. “The County Sheriff: America’s Last Hope,” was written by Richard Mack and published in 2009. In it, he argued that because sheriffs are the “last line of defense,” it’s their duty to protect individual liberties from being choked away by an out-of-control federal government. Mack was one of the prime leaders of a movement that later transformed into the “Tea Party.” I have been a proud member of the Tea Party since it began.

When a nation is beset by problems too big or too difficult to solve, it tends to obsess over trivia. Are “Berniebros” sexist for preferring Bernie Sanders to Hillary Clinton? Does Adele’s “Hello” promote sexual harassment? Are wealthy, privileged black liberals being given enough Oscars by wealthy, privileged white liberals?

Meanwhile, when was the last time America decisively WON a war and achieved all of our objectives? If we don’t count small excursions like Grenada, that would be WWII. We may have the best military in the world, but our ridiculous rules of engagement and meddling politicians have become more of a problem for our troops than the enemy.

Additionally, the rule of law no longer exists in America in a meaningful way. Well-connected Democrats like Hillary Clinton can break the law with impunity while Republicans like Scott Walker and Rick Perry have to face politically motivated prosecutions. Meanwhile, our government openly encourages illegal aliens to laugh at our laws while liberal judges ignore the Constitution and base every ruling solely on their ideology. Justice is supposed to be blind, not just politics by another means.

Schlafly Charges Marco Rubio with Lying, Deception to Hide Amnesty Plans

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) is campaigning in New Hampshire with his hugely unpopular 2013 amnesty bill still chained to his legs — and conservative veteran Phyllis Schlafly is determined to wrap it around his neck.

Schlafly has just issued a 15-page report charging Rubio with repeated betrayals of his 2010 conservative allies, starting with his willingness to draft and promote an amnesty bill that he promised to oppose when he was campaigning in 2010.

“Rubio used amnesty opposition to get elected before coming to Washington to push the biggest mass immigration / amnesty bill anyone had ever seen… Rubio’s entire career rests on the fact that no one will question his syrupy scripted bites and homeroom-president style rehearsed speeches,” Schlafly said in hew new report.

Her fierce report, “Rubio Record On Immigration,” says four times that Rubio lies, and three times that he deceives.

After promising to oppose amnesty in 2010, Rubio worked with New York Democratic Sen. Chuck Schumer to write the 1,200-page amnesty and cheap-labor bill in 2013.

North Korea Fires Long-Range Missile Designed to Hit America

North Korea launched a long-range rocket on Sunday carrying what it called a satellite, but its neighbours and the United States denounced the launch as a missile test, conducted in defiance of U.N. sanctions and just weeks after a nuclear bomb test.

The U.S. Strategic Command said it had detected a missile entering space, and South Korea's military said the rocket had put an object into orbit.

North Korea said the launch of the satellite Kwangmyongsong-4, named after late leader Kim Jong Il, was a "complete success" and it was making a polar orbit of Earth every 94 minutes. The launch order was given by his son, leader Kim Jong Un, who is believed to be 33 years old.

The launch prompted South Korea and the United States to announce that they would explore the feasibility of deploying an advanced missile defence system in South Korea, which China and Russia both oppose, "at the earliest possible date."

Why Did Obama Tell Brazen Lies at the Baltimore Mosque?

That President Obama told a series of brazen lies about Islam in his December 3 Baltimore speech is being well documented by experts on Islam.

Why he did it – and why the Left in America is defending those lies — is more important for patriots to understand.

Obama chose as the venue for his praise of Islam as a religion of peace and tolerance the same Baltimore mosque that in 2012 was under FBI scrutiny because its former imam condoned suicide bombing and one of its members was arrested for plotting to bomb a federal building. Why did Obama feel a need to help “rehabilitate” the mosque reputation by selecting it as the site for his speech?

The full text of Obama’s speech at the Baltimore mosque is available on the White House website and has been helpfully reprinted by the New York Times. Anyone who thinks my criticism of the speech is unwarranted is invited to read the full text and tell me where I have misrepresented his remarks.

Of course, the speech had some platitudes about our nation’s history of tolerance and freedom of speech, and we all support the First Amendment’s guarantee of freedom of worship. But even in recounting America’s historic commitment to religious tolerance, Obama misrepresents the Founders’ views of Islam.

Jefferson did indeed include “Mohammadans” – as Muslims were known in those times– as entitled to freedom of worship, but he included them for the purpose of making clear that even the most extreme, non-Christian religions were welcome in America.

But in 1805, President Jefferson had a different encounter with Islam when he sent the U.S. Marines to fight the young nation’s first battle on foreign soil –against Muslims in Tunisia and Tripoli who were kidnapping American, French and British sailors and holding them for ransom. They were called the Barbary Pirates.

But Obama’s gift for fabrication was not limited to mis-characterizing Islam’s place in American history. He also misquoted the Koran—more than once.

Obama bizarrely invented a new translation of the word “Islam” itself, saying incorrectly that the word comes from the same root as the Muslim word for peace—salam, as in, “peace be with you.” In fact, in Arabic, the word “Islam” means “submission,” not peace, meaning submission to Allah and the teachings of his prophet, Mohammad.

BREAKING: Trump Just Got HUGE News – This Changes Everything

The polls are all over the place out there. I might add that New Hampshire’s polling over the last few elections has been notoriously wrong. Thirteen polls before Iowa this time around also got it wrong. Having said that, Real Clear Politics shows one thing for certain… Donald Trump has a commanding lead over the Republican field. I don’t believe a lot of what these polls have to say about the race in the Granite State, but I do believe that Donald Trump is far, far ahead there and looks to win that caucus. He leads by double digits and even though he is playing down whether he will win or not, it looks to me as though he has that state in the bag.

Mr. Trump, a billionaire businessman, earns 30% support from voters likely to participate in Tuesday’s primary, with the next four candidates clustered within two percentage points but far behind Mr. Trump. The poll was taken before Saturday night’s Republican debate. With 14% support from likely voters, Ohio Gov. John Kasich has a narrow lead over Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, who are tied at 13%, and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz at 12%. The four are within the margin of error of each other.

I have often wondered why it is that Conservatives are called the "right" and Liberals are called the "left". 

By chance I stumbled upon this verse in the Bible: Ecclesiastes 10:2 (NIV) - "The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left." Thus sayeth the Lord. Amen. 

It surely can't get any simpler than that.

DURHAM, N.H. — Hillary Clinton on Thursday expressed confidence that the FBI's investigation into her handling of classified information as secretary of state will not lead to an indictment.

"I am 100 percent confident nothing will come from the review of my email account," Clinton told MSNBC's Chuck Todd during the fifth Democratic presidential debate.

Following reports that former Secretary of State Colin Powell and aides to former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice received classified materials on their personal email accounts, Clinton also said Thursday that the "FBI will have to start investigating others.

"Including Republican officeholders," she said. "Because what we've got is this absurd situation of retroactive classifications."
