The Forgotten History of White Slaves in America

Kirsters Baish| The Left is convinced that all African Americans are owed everything they could possibly want because of the fact that slavery once existed in America. There’s a big problem with these claims. White slaves existed as well.

America is going through what seems like a never-ending race war. The Left is livid with whites for ever having own slaves. The mainstream media outlets have been on a rampage to attack Conservatives, calling them a bunch of racists. They are preaching about killing White Supremacists. The problem with their argument is that blacks weren’t the only ones who were enslaved. White slaves existed as well! Why don’t Irish families whose ancestors were slaves receive compensation for their suffering?

It seems like the Left is always demanding that every race except for white people deserve a free ride? We have established that there is no superior race, but the Left is hellbent on dividing our country. When our country began, white slaves were just as relevant as black slaves, but we wouldn’t know that thanks to the way our mainstream media reports and race baits.

Girl Scouts accuse Boy Scouts of covertly trying to recruit girls

NEW YORK -- Inflaming a century-old and mostly cordial rivalry, the president of the Girl Scouts of the USA is accusing the Boy Scouts of seeking to covertly recruit girls into their programs while disparaging the Girl Scouts' operations.

"I formally request that your organization stay focused on serving the 90 percent of American boys not currently participating in Boy Scouts ... and not consider expanding to recruit girls," wrote GSUSA President Kathy Hopinkah Hannan in a letter sent this week to the president of the Boy Scouts of America, Randall Stephenson.

Top leaders of the two youth organizations, both struggling to stem membership declines, conferred this month about possibilities for coordination. But Hopinkah Hannan, in her letter, said she came away from that discussion feeling the Boy Scouts had already committed to an expansion of coed programs that would damage the Girl Scouts.

"Fear The Majoritarian Mob" - WSJ On The Left's "Great Nazi Scare Of 2017"

As we noted previously, "normal Americans are bored by the fake drama" surrounding Charlottesville that has stoked what Kurt Schlichter called the media's 'Nazigasm'...

"The establishment’s tactic is to paint anyone they dislike as Nazis and any ideas its members oppose as hate speech...The media is running with it...Even after a week, CNN is still quivering and writhing in an earth-shattering Nazigasm."

Taking a break from Twitter and the media for a week to go be with normal people gave me an interesting perspective that I don't get when I'm surrounded by others invested in politics. None of them care.

The exact number of times I heard normal people mention Nazis was zero. No one normal was talking about it, except on the occasional big screen I passed in my travels. No one normal was paying attention to the Wolf Blitzers or the Rachel Maddows. Everyone normal was living their lives, and this fake moral meltdown had no part in them. The fact that the whole thing is so ridiculous doesn't help it gain traction. Donald Trump is a lot of things, but a Nazi is not one of them.

And the idea that when there are two sets of idiots facing each other you can't point out that both sets of idiots are idiots just doesn't ring true.

Normal people are blessedly free of the little taboos that the establishment seeks to impose, like the one that forbids pointing out that the alt left is just as scummy and slimy as the alt right. The general feeling among normals is “A pox on both your basements.”

North Korea launched several short-range missiles even as the U.S. and South Korea continued war games aimed at preparing for an attack

The missiles blasted off from a coastal launching site and flew about 155 miles to the northeast before falling into the sea, the South Korean military said in a statement. Defense officials were analyzing data to determine what type of missiles were used,

President Trump Calls Out "ANTIFAAAAH" (ANTIFA) in Phoenix

DC ranks 13th on pest control firm’s list of top bedbug-infested cities

WASHINGTON — It’s not exactly the kind of thing that will fill D.C. residents with pride, but the District ranked 13th in the top-20 bedbug-infested cities in America.

The list was released by the pest control company, Terminix, and based on service requests from the first half of 2017.

Experts at Terminix said bedbug infestations have increased since the late 1990s, and while researchers aren’t sure of an exact cause, they do think things like more international travel and insecticide resistance could bear some responsibility.

“Bedbugs are notoriously difficult to eradicate,” Paul Curtis, director, technical services at Terminix, said in a news release. “They can travel to new locations very easily — hitching a ride on clothing, handbags, suitcases and taxis, which can create substantial infestations in no time.”

Two New Totalitarian Movements: Radical Islam And Political Correctness

The attempt in the West to impose a strict set of rules about what one is allowed to think and express in academia and in the media -- to the point that anyone who disobeys is discredited, demonized, intimidated and in danger of losing his or her livelihood -- is just as toxic and just as reminiscent of Orwell's diseased society.

The main facet of this PC tyranny, so perfectly predicted by George Orwell, is the inversion of good and evil -- of victim and victimizer. In such a universe, radical Muslims are victimized by the West, and not the other way around. This has led to a slanted teaching of the history of Islam and its conquests, both as a justification of the distortion and as a reflection of it.

Thought-control is necessary for the repression of populations ruled by despotic regimes. That it is proudly and openly being used by self-described liberals and human-rights advocates in free societies is not only hypocritical and shocking; it is a form of aiding and abetting regimes whose ultimate goal is to eradicate Western ideals.

Political correctness (PC) has been bolstering radical Islamism. This influence was most recently shown again in an extensive exposé by the Clarion Project in July 2017, which demonstrates the practice of telling "deliberate lies while genuinely believing in them in order to forget any fact that has become inconvenient" -- or, as George Orwell called it in his novel, 1984, "Doublespeak."

Police Investigating Abuse at Cheerleading Camp After Disturbing Video Emerges

A high school cheerleading coach and five others school employees are in hot water with parents and the school’s administration after a video was released of him forcing three girls to do splits. The video showed one girl crying out in pain as other girls held her in a split pose. The young girl yelled “stop” over nine times.

The incident, which allegedly happened in June, has picked up national attention. The Denver Police Department has formally opened an investigation into the events that took place at that cheer camp.

The coach, Ozell Williams, had been recently hired at Denver’s East High School when the incident took place. Thirteen-year-old freshman Ally Wakefield’s 24-second disturbing video has her yelling, “No I can’t!” and “Please stop!” as tears rolled down her face.

Trump sets 6-month time limit for transgender military ban

A month after he announced a ban on transgender people serving in the military via Twitter, Donald Trump has issued a memo on how the decision is to be implemented.

The two-and-a-half-page note says Defense Secretary Jim Mattis must consider a service member's 'deployability' when deciding whether to eject them from the military.

That means that if they are unable to serve in a war zone, take part in training or serve on a ship for months, they must go, the Wall Street Journal reported.

It has not been spelled out exactly how the criteria will be assessed, however the Trump administration seems to be implying that it does not believe transgender service people are deployable.

The policy gives the Pentagon six months to oust 'non-deployable' transgender service members, bans new transgender hires and orders the Pentagon to stop paying for trans service members' medical treatments.

Santa Rosa, Calif. — An illegal alien murdered his girlfriend Friday morning, merely two weeks after being released from custody, despite having had his immigration status flagged by Immigration and Customs Enforcement authorities, according to the Santa Rosa Press Democrat.

Nery Israel Estrada-Margos, 38, after allegedly beating his girlfriend to death during an intense argument, turned himself into local police on Friday morning. State Police Arrest Virginia Man Suspected In Highway Shooting Incident In Prince George’s County

(UPPER MARLBORO, MD) – Maryland State Police investigators arrest a Virginia man involved in an alleged highway shooting incident in Prince George’s County.

The accused is identified as Jonathan Paul Boykin, 30, of the 6300 block of S. Kings Highway in Fairfax, Virginia. After consultation with the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney, Boykin was arrested and charged with first and second degree attempted murder, first and second degree assault, use of a firearm in the commission of a crime, and reckless endangerment. Boykin is currently incarcerated at Fairfax County Detention Center and faces charges in both Maryland and Virginia.

The victim is not being identified at this time. She was uninjured in the incident. The vehicle she was driving at the time the incident occurred, sustained damage from the alleged gunshot.

Shortly before 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 22, 2017, troopers from the Forestville Barrack responded to a residence in Prince George’s County to meet with the victim who reported the incident. The victim told police she was driving home from work on southbound Route 4/Pennsylvania Avenue between Suitland Parkway and Woodyard Road when she noticed a blue Chrysler Sebring tailgating her in the left lane. She waited until traffic cleared to move over into the right lane.

While traveling into the right lane, the victim told police that two African American men passed her in an aggressive manner. As the vehicle passed, the driver, later identified as Boykin, brandished a handgun. She said Boykin intentionally drove in front of her and slowed down, forcing her to slow down in her own vehicle. Moments later Boykin maneuvered his vehicle so that he was behind her.

Smithsonian: ‘We Cannot Tell Every Story’

The new Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of African American History and Culture’s tagline is “powerful moments in African American history, culture, and community.” However, the museum – with a $540 million price tag funded 50 percent by U.S. taxpayers and with a collection of more than 36,000 artifacts and 100,000 people represented – doesn’t include many prominent blacks, including Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and Edward Brooke, a Republican who became the first African American to be elected to the U.S. Senate by popular vote in 1966.

After touring the new museum and exploring the website, which contains information on all the exhibitions in it, CNSNews.com asked the Smithsonian why Thomas, Brooke and eight other prominent men and women are not included in the museum.

CNSNews.com asked: “Many prominent African Americans are not included in the museum, most notably Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas … Can [the institute say] why Thomas and the others listed below are not a part of the museum exhibits?”

Linda St. Thomas, chief spokesperson for the Smithsonian, replied:

Davis Speaks Up For Officers In Third Problematic Body-Camera Video

Baltimore Police Commissioner Kevin Davis held a Thursday press conference to register his strong objections to State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby dropping charges in dozens of cases tied to a third problematic body camera video.

"I remain committed to getting it right in Baltimore. At times, however, we fall short," Davis said. "We must not misconstrue mistakes in judgment by police officers as criminality."

Davis said that since the body camera program began, 62 officers have been disciplined for not having their cameras on when they should, 14 more have been disciplined for caught-on-camera misconduct and one has been fired. However, he unequivocally defended the officers as the department showed the relevant video and audio to reporters.

Maryland State Police Arrest Woman For Stealing Charter Bus

(PERRYVILLE, Md.) — Maryland State troopers arrested a Virginia woman Tuesday for stealing a charter bus from a company she worked for.

The suspect, Mellat Zerihun Kassa, 24, was served a warrant from Prince William County (Virginia) Police for the stolen bus.

Shortly after 7:45 p.m. Tuesday, MDTA police contacted the Maryland State Police JFK Highway Barrack in reference to a stolen green and white Omni charter bus. The bus was reported stolen by its company Potomac & Rappahannock Transportation, located in Woodbridge, Virginia. The bus was being tracked by the company utilizing GPS.

The bus company told police the bus was driven by Kassa, who had not been answering her phone or the radio. Kassa was an employee of the bus company, and for unknown reasons, decided to ignore her route, not pick up any passengers and drive through Maryland.

The company told police Kassa may be in distress and was the sole occupant on the bus. Troopers located the bus on I-95 North in Harford County. A trooper then activated his emergency equipment in an attempt to make a traffic stop on the bus.

State Trooper Rear Ended By A Distracted Driver On I-495 During Rush Hour Traffic

(LANHAM, MD) – A Maryland State Trooper was struck from behind by a distracted driver on I-495 during rush hour traffic this morning.

The motorist who struck the trooper’s marked patrol car is identified as Deangelo Price, 26, of Rockville. Price is charged with using hands to use a handheld phone while vehicle is in motion, following a vehicle closer than reasonable and prudent, negligent driving, failure to control speed to avoid a collision, and other traffic related charges. All of the charges contributed to the crash. Price was the sole occupant and driver of a 2015 Honda Civic.

The trooper is identified as Trooper Austin Mueller. Mueller, a five year veteran of the Maryland State Police, is assigned to road patrol for the College Park Barrack. Mueller was transported to Laurel Regional Hospital immediately following the incident.

At 7:15 a.m. this morning, Trooper Mueller was working road patrol on the inner loop of I-495 at Route 450 in Lanham. As he was approaching the exit for Route 450, Trooper Mueller noticed Price driving a Honda while texting and driving. Trooper Mueller drove past Price in his and was in the process of changing lanes to conduct a traffic stop on the Honda.

Due to the heavy volume of traffic, Trooper Mueller ended up in front of the Honda. As traffic slowed down to a halt, Price crashed his Honda into the rear of the marked patrol car. The trooper had his emergency lights activated at the time of the incident.

Troopers from the College Park Barrack responded to the scene. Trooper Mueller was transported by a fellow trooper to the hospital. Price, who refused medical treatment and reported no injury, was charged on the scene.

Gingrich said a professor friend at Gettysburg College says the response of South Carolina slavery-supporting newspapers to President Abraham Lincoln was "almost verbatim" to the way the left currently is responding to President Donald Trump.

Rescuing Teens from Smartphone Enslavement

Imagine the best memories of your youth. Now imagine all of them replaced by a screen. Unless we can outsmart phones, this will be reality for a generation.

It seems like millennials are always texting, swiping, browsing, Snapchatting, Instagramming, or wasting time in some other way on a device, and dinosaurs like me have been quick to complain about it. But it turns out millennials, most of whom remember cassette tapes and graduated high school with flip phones, were old enough to ride the technological wave of the 2010s without getting sucked under.

Writing at The Atlantic, Jean Twenge points out that there’s another, younger generation that got pummeled by the smartphone revolution.

The Media Normalize the Antifa Extreme

In March, "Meet the Press" host Chuck Todd made an ad for his show in which he lamented to the public: "What about our politics? Are there any rules anymore, and if so, will anybody play by them?" Todd assured viewers that he and NBC would enforce some rules. "These days, politics could use a little refereeing," he intoned. "And we're not afraid to blow the whistle."

Wrong. The rulebook is being shredded. The antifa movement, or anti-fascist movement of far-left-leaning militant groups, is justifying violent action in the streets to beat back racists and neo-Nazis. Violence — not as an accidental outburst but as an explicit strategy — used to be seen as a beyond-the-pale extreme. Now Todd & Co. are ushering antifa's extreme into polite society.

The NBC referees believe rioting is worth at least some respect as a way to jolt the debate to the left. On the streets, the real referees, the police, are getting injured with rocks and urine-filled bottles to the head. We've lost count of the number of cops who have been murdered by Black Lives Matter supporters.

Judge Approves Warrant For "Antifa" User Data From Anti-Trump Website

A District of Columbia Federal Judge has approved a government warrant seeking information about users and subscribers to an anti-Trump website which has been linked to rioting during the presidential inauguration in Washington, D.C., but he added protections to safeguard "innocent users."

Chief Judge Robert Morin ruled that DreamHost, an LA-based web-hosting company, must turn over data about visitors to the websitedisruptj20.org, which is a home to political activists who organized protests at the time of Donald Trump's inauguration as U.S. president in January, many of whom have since morphed into the controversial "antifa" movement.

Morin, who will oversee review of the data, also said the government must explain what protocols it will use to make sure the data of "innocent users" is not seized by prosecutors, according to Reuters. Bloomberg adds that prosecutors would have to tell the judge which data it intended to seize.

Nancy Pelosi's father helped dedicate Confederate monument

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi has ramped up calls to remove "reprehensible" Confederate statues from the halls of Congress -- but left unsaid in her public denunciations is that her father helped dedicate such a statue decades ago while mayor of Baltimore.

It was May 2, 1948, when, according to a Baltimore Sun article from that day, “3,000” looked on as then-Governor William Preston Lane Jr. and Pelosi’s father, the late Thomas D’Alesandro Jr., spoke at the dedication of a monument to honor Confederate generals Robert E. Lee and Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson.

The article said Lane delivered a speech, and Mayor D’Alesandro “accepted” the memorial.

Globalists in White House Oppose Trump's Border Wall, Reforms

The “West Wing Democrats” in the White House are eager to sacrifice President Donald Trump’s top campaign promise in exchange for Democratic approval of the tax cuts sought by wealthy donors and business interests, according to an article in Politico.

In an August 23 article about Trump’s push to get funding for an extended border wall, Politico described the lack of support for the wall among his business-affiliated aides:

Few staff members in the West Wing are as concerned about it [as the President], senior administration officials said.

Some in the White House have urged Trump not to focus as much on the wall, try to pass a clean debt-ceiling bill and move to tax reform. “You have barely anyone here saying, ‘Wall, wall, we have to get the wall at all costs,’” one White House official said.

New Climate Study Throws Wrench In Global Warming Debate: "Our New Technical Paper... Will Likely Be Ignored"

It’s not surprising that so many people believe the idea that global warming is being caused almost entirely by human activity, given the fact that most scientists seem to believe the same thing. But scientists should probably ask themselves why there is still such a large cohort of “deniers” as they like to call them, who are adamant that anthropogenic climate change is a scam.

The reason why is that the scientific community has been caught many times tampering with climate data and makingoutlandish claims. The celebrities and politicians who promote this cause have also been caught on many occasions, living in palatial mansions, flying across the world in private jets, and generally just living lives of excess that produce so much more carbon that the average person. Given these facts, how could anyone take the global warming arguments seriously?

What also doesn’t help their cause, is when reputable scientists question climate change dogma. Recently, two Australian scientists published a paper that explains why the shifts in global temperature that we see today, are likely entirely natural.

Jennifer Marohasy, a scientist with a rather long list of impressive credentials, which includes the founding of The Climate Modeling Laboratory, opens her startling climate report with a dose of reality.

“Our new technical paper … will likely be ignored,” she writes at The Spectator Australia.

She goes on to explain why, “Because after applying the latest big data technique to six 2,000 year-long proxy-temperature series we cannot confirm that recent warming is anything but natural – what might have occurred anyway, even if there was no industrial revolution.”

Outrage Builds Over Grade-Manipulation Scandal In Baltimore School System

Earlier this month, ‘Project Baltimore’, an investigative reporting initiative, which was launched in March 2017, by Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. uncovered a Baltimore City school with zero students proficient in math and the highest graduation rate in the area.

The school in focus is Northwood Appold Community Academy II, or NACA II, after teachers contacted Project Baltimore saying grades were being change so students can graduate.

The school is located in East Baltimore City, Maryland where nearly 1/3 of African Americans have zero net wealth.

Earlier this week, Project Baltimore Lead Investigative Reporter Chris Papst attended a meeting between the School Board and residents from the community.

In focus was city resident Kim Trueheart, who runs the Liberty Rec and Tech Center in Northwest Baltimore, sat before the board seeking concerns about the brewing scandal Project Baltimore uncovered.

Charlottesville fallout: Confederate flag sales hike

A company that makes Confederate flags, Alabama Flag & Banner, reported an increase in sales post-Charlottesville — post-leftist mayhem and madness over monuments and statues that tell our nation’s history.

This is predictable. Even Yankees, the fighters for the Union side, don’t like being told what to think. And the course the left has been on lately is marked entirely by signs that say the likes of, “Robert E. Lee is a pig,” “Confederate flags are for neo-Nazis,” and “Thomas Jefferson must go.”

Those who try to argue otherwise — those who try to express the view that protesters of all ilks, from Black Lives Matter to the KKK, have First Amendment rights, or that monuments shouldn’t be destroyed simply because they bring up bad feelings in some — are immediately branded as white nationalists, KKK sympathizers, neo-Nazi organizers.

And Americans, whether Northerners or Southerners, just don’t like being tossed on a trash heap that way. They don’t like being shoved in a box created by the rabidly left and wrongfully labeled a hater, when they’re really a patriot, a lover of the Constitution, a believer in law and order.

Republicans dig deeper after Postal Service cited for workers' Clinton campaign aid

Republican lawmakers are casting a wider net in their search for wrongdoing at federal agencies in past election cycles, after learning the Postal Service violated the law by allowing employees to do union-funded work for Hillary Clinton’s campaign while on leave.

The lawmakers blasted out letters on Monday to 10 other federal government agencies questioning their unpaid leave policy for union-related political work.

Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson, R-Wis., led the charge on the review of agencies’ practices after spurring an investigation by the Office of Special Counsel (OSC) beginning in October 2016. That inquiry revealed that the USPS violated federal law by letting employees perform union-funded work for Clinton’s campaign and other Democratic candidates while on leave from the agency.

Wage suit filed against Hooper’s

Lawsuit latest in string of complaints against resort eateries for pay concerns

Another wage, tip and overtime lawsuit against a resort restaurant was filed in early July, this one accusing Hooper’s Crab House of not reporting accurate work hours.

Eight plaintiffs have joined Casey Knox, of Severna Park, Maryland in the suit against the restaurant. The others, so far, have local or nearby addresses.

Knox was employed twice by the restaurant, from early June until Sept. 1, 2015, and again in late May to early July 2016.

Knox alleges she initially trained as a hostess, but was moved into a server position relatively quickly. Servers’ hours, according to court documents, were more or less determined by where they were stationed in the restaurant. For example, employees assigned to Sneaky Pete’s, the outdoors bayside bar, were expected to report before 11 a.m., and the shift could last until midnight, according to the complaint.

Thomas Jefferson, 'emblem of white supremacy,' targeted in UVA students' list of demands

University of Virginia students have issued a list of demands regarding a statue of Thomas Jefferson on campus because his visage allegedly serves as “an emblem of white supremacy.”

President Trump asked reporters on Aug. 15 if violence in Charlottesville over historical monuments would inspire campaigns against the nation’s third present. A coalition of minority student groups answered his call less than one week later with a list of demands for administrators.

The Minority Rights Coalition hosted a “March to Reclaim Our Grounds” on Aug. 21, at which point they revealed a ten-point ultimatum obtained by Campus Reform on Wednesday.

“The statue of Jefferson serves as an emblem of white supremacy, and should be re-contextualized with a plaque to include that history,” the students wrote.

The students also called for mandatory “education on white supremacy, colonization, and slavery as they directly relate to Thomas Jefferson, the University, and the city of Charlottesville,” the education watchdog reported.

Federal judges decline to scrap Maryland’s congressional voting map

Federal judges on Thursday declined to throw out Maryland’s congressional voting map that challengers say was intentionally designed to give Democrats an electoral edge.

The 2-to-1 decision allows the state to maintain those voting boundaries for the 2018 election and puts the lawsuit on hold until after the Supreme Court has ruled in a similar partisan gerrymandering case from Wisconsin scheduled for October.

The challenge in Maryland centers on the 6th Congressional District in Western Maryland that was redrawn to include parts of heavily Democratic Montgomery County. The plaintiffs say the state’s Democratic leaders violated their First Amendment rights by diluting the number of Republican voters and ensuring that a Democrat would win.

The Very Strange Indictment of Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s IT Scammers

It leaves out a lot of highly pertinent information.

Let’s say you’re a prosecutor in Washington. You are investigating a husband and wife, naturalized Americans, who you believe have scammed a federal credit union out of nearly $300,000. You catch them in several false statements about their qualifications for a credit line and their intended use of the money. The strongest part of your case, though, involves the schemers’ transferring the loot to their native Pakistan.

So . . . what’s the best evidence you could possibly have, the slam-dunk proof that their goal was to steal the money and never look back? That’s easy: One after the other, the wife and husband pulled up stakes and tried to high-tail it to Pakistan after they’d wired the funds there — the wife successfully fleeing, the husband nabbed as he was about to board his flight.

Well, here’s a peculiar thing about the Justice Department’s indictment of Imran Awan and Hina Alvi, the alleged fraudster couple who doubled as IT wizzes for Debbie Wasserman Schultz and many other congressional Democrats: There’s not a word in it about flight to Pakistan. The indictment undertakes to describe in detail four counts of bank-fraud conspiracy, false statements on credit applications, and unlawful monetary transactions, yet leaves out the most damning evidence of guilt.

In fact, the indictment appears to go out of its way not to mention it.

Poland Refuses to Take Any Muslim Migrants After Latest Terror Attacks

The head of the Polish National Security Office has announced that the country will not be taking in Muslim migrants after the latest terror attacks in Spain saying poorly integrated Muslim communities allow terrorism to fester.

Paweł Soloch, head of the Polish National Security Office, made the comments in reaction to the recent terror attacks in Barcelona and Cambrils last week. “We are convinced by the latest attacks that there is a natural base for terrorists where a large number of poorly integrated Muslims live,” Soloch said according to Austrian newspaper Kronen Zeitung.

“I see a growing number of Muslim refugees and a surge of terrorism,” Soloch said and added that there was evidence of a potential migrant wave headed for Poland.

The comments from the security office chief are in line with the general sentiment expressed by other nations in the Visegrád Group – Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia – who have all resisted the redistribution of migrants by the European Union.

Indiana's new voter purge law discriminates, lawsuit says

The Indiana NAACP and League of Women Voters want to stop the secretary of state from purging people from voter rolls in what the groups call "flagrant violations of federal law."

In a lawsuit filed Wednesday in federal court, the groups say the state's new way to cross-check names on voter rolls violates federal law and is discriminatory.

“No Hoosier should be silenced on Election Day,” said Barbara Bolling-Williams, president of the Indiana State Conference of the NAACP. “Yet, under this new law, that will happen.”

At issue in the latest federal lawsuit filed against Secretary of State Connie Lawson is the new "Interstate Voter Registration Crosscheck" system that allows election officials to immediately remove voters identified as having registered to vote in another state. The process finds a match based on first name, last name and date of birth.

The law, introduced as SB 442, went into effect in July. Gov. Eric Holcomb signed the measure in April.

85 Percent Say Freedom of Speech More Important Than Not Offending Others

A new poll released by Rasmussen Reports on Wednesday revealed that over 85 percent of American adults believe that the right to free speech is “more important than making sure no one is offended by what others say.”

A mere eight percent said they believe that guarding against personal offense is more important than protecting free speech.

73 percent also agreed with the famous line often attributed to Voltaire: “I disapprove of what you say but will defend to the death your right to say it.”

'Well-oiled' activist ops targeting GOP reps at their homes, hijacking town halls

The left has upped the stakes in its guerilla operations against Republicans, as deep-pocketed groups fund protesters to show up to the offices and even houses of congressmen to protest their lack of "town hall" meetings.

Earlier this month, protesters targeted the home of Rep. Jason Lewis, a newly elected Republican in Minnesota's 2nd District. The protests on his doorstep grew big enough that one of his neighbors called the police.

"Fortunately my family wasn't home at the time,” Lewis told Fox News. “I ran for Congress, but my family didn't run ... so to bring them into it I think is not in keeping with the best of American tradition."

The targets say the whole operation is part of a one-two punch orchestrated from the top, in which left-wing groups throw their first punch by rounding up activists and training them to be as disruptive as possible during representatives’ town halls.

Then, when lawmakers stop holding those events, the groups throw their second punch by protesting at their homes.

It started with the group Indivisible, which created a popular guide for making members of Congress look bad at town halls. The group says the guide is now used by "over 5,800 local groups" and has at least two groups in every congressional district.

Wicomico County Awarded $764K For Local Initiatives

SALISBURY – The Governor’s Office for Children has awarded Wicomico County $764,487 in funding for fiscal year 2018 to support local initiatives that serve children and families.

Lisa Campbell, director for Wicomico Local Management Board (LMB)/Wicomico Partnership for Families & Children, said Wicomico’s LMB partnered with Salisbury University’s Business, Economic and Community Outreach Network (BEACON) to host community forums, focus groups, surveys and interviews to develop a plan that would address the community’s most pressing needs.

“The focus is to reduce incarceration, reduce poverty, reduce youth homelessness, reduce juvenile felony offenses and increase college and career readiness,” she said.

Campbell said the Wicomico Partnership for Families & Children then submitted a grant proposal for funding based on the community planning process, which began in March of 2016 and ended this May of this year.

Schumer to Trump: Reject White Supremacy, Disband Voter Fraud Commission

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) says Democrats will attempt to use a "must-pass" bill to dissolve President Donald Trump's voter fraud commission if the president does not end the commission voluntarily.

In an op-ed published Thursday, Schumer argued that if the president wants to show his commitment to rejecting white supremacy, he will dissolve the commission.

"If the president wants to truly show that he rejects the discrimination agenda of the white supremacist movement, he will rescind the executive order that created this commission," Schumer wrote.

The senator reiterated the argument Thursday on Twitter.

Companies Distancing Themselves From Trump Administration Still Doing Business With Iran

Several prominent U.S. companies that have distanced themselves from the Trump administration over its response to the recent violence in Charlottesville, Va., continue to do business with the extremist Iranian regime, sparking accusations of hypocrisy from a leading advocacy group that works to expose Iran's global atrocities.

Major U.S. companies such as airplane manufacturer Boeing, General Electric, and industrial company Caterpillar all issued public statements distancing themselves from President Donald Trump over what they viewed as his failure to adequately condemn the recent riots in Charlottesville, where far-right white nationalists and neo-Nazis clashed with leftist counter-protestors.

While each company was quick to distance itself from the Trump administration and condemn the open racism and bigotry on display in Charlottesville, all three of the corporations continue to do business with Iran, an openly anti-Semitic regime that threatens to murder Jewish people and endorses leading racists such as David Duke.

All of these corporations also have refused to sign on to pledges to refrain from doing business with Iran due to the regime's pursuit of nuclear arms and continued sponsorship of terrorism, including operations targeting U.S. forces.

CNN Charlottesville Panel goes TERRIBLY wrong

New Research Reveals Why Avoiding Tuna Is Still a Good Idea

Fish has always been the best dietary source of the animal-based omega-3 fats EPA and DHA. While your body may be able to produce some of these fats, the process is relatively inefficient, so they are considered conditionally essential.1 This means to acquire sufficient amounts for optimal health, you need to consume the omega-3 fats EPA and DHA from your food.

Unfortunately, as the levels of pollution in the oceans have increased, so have the toxins you consume. If you aren’t choosy about where your fish is harvested, the pollutants in the fish may outweigh the benefits of the healthy fats. At the same time, many fish species have been overfished and dangerously depleted. Orange roughy is one example. A slow growing, deep water fish, they don’t usually reproduce until age 20 and may live up to 149 years.2

In the 1980s the popularity of orange roughy exploded and led to driving it almost to extinction. In some areas, fishing for roughy has been restricted and scientists expect it to take many years for the population to recover, if it ever does. Farm-raised fish are also not the answer as they present problems for both the environment and the consumer.3

Raising fish in a confined area results in the same kind of waste pollution problems as land-based factory animal farms struggle with. Fish farms also reduce biodiversity, spread disease and sea lice, and contaminate water with pesticides. It is important to consider not only your health but also the impact on the environment when choosing seafood for your family.

Married couples shot, killed while playing cards around kitchen table

ENFIELD, N.C. — A North Carolina sheriff says four elderly people were found dead Monday morning after an apparent home invasion.

Halifax County Sheriff Wes Tripp told local media on Monday that a family member found the bodies after checking on the home in the Glenview community, just off Interstate 95 north of Rocky Mount.

The sheriff says the home was invaded sometime between Sunday and Monday morning, and some items are missing, but there were no signs of a struggle.

He said two of the victims lived in the home, while the other two victims were visiting.

According to WRAL, the names of the victims have not been released but authorities said they were two married couples.

A Viewer Writes: Dirt Bikes.........This explanation will scramble your brain

Let me see if I can explain this..... SPD posted the first picture on Facebook. What it is, is a link to a person named Mrod's twitter account that tweeted the video (the same one you posted earlier of the dirt bikes) to the SPD. Rather then just posting a link to the video they shared the retweet from Mrod and posted it on Facebook. However NOW that they have posted it on Facebook it looks like the people in the red Jersey's are wanted. That is not the case, that is the profile picture of the person (Mrod) that tweeted someone else's video to the SPD. In any case the SPD is looking for these people.
Once you click on the link Mrod sent to SPD it takes you to this video  (the one you posted earlier)

Trump Is Slow Playing His Cards In This Game Of Deep State Poker

It's time for a pep talk.

I know that morale amongst my fellow Deplorables is at an all-time low, right alongside President Trump's approval ratings in the rigged polls.

We've witnessed a week in which the mainstream media has gone into a full-court press of hysteria over Charlottesville; Nolan Richardson would be impressed by the Deep State's Forty Minutes of Hell.

We've seen the President's Council on Manufacturing fold tent amidst much hypocritical corporate virtue-signaling.

We've seen Steve Bannon, the driving force behind Trump's populist uprising, resign his position in the White House.

Between these events, the constant leaks, and the revolving door in the Administration, I don't blame you one bit for feeling discouraged. If you took everything at face value, you'd think President Trump was perhaps the most incompetent man to ever hold the office.

But what if I were to tell you that the Donald is, in actuality, the most capable man to lead this country since at least Eisenhower?

What if I were to tell you that the left is in its death throes?

What if I were to tell you that I believe we are on the verge of witnessing the unfurling of the greatest sting operation in the history of our country?

To understand, first we need to ask the following questions:
Why is the left going absolutely insane about one unfortunate woman in Charlottesville?
Why is Nancy Pelosi pushing to formally censure the president for his simple, commonsensical, and decidedly uncontroversial rebuke of all the bad actors involved?
Why is the media pushing this story 24/7 while Russia got dropped like a hot potato?
Why are the MSM and most of the Democratic Party egging on Antifa?
Why did a Missouri State Senator openly state on Facebook that she wishes for an assassination of Trump?
Why are web hosting services kicking alt-right websites off their servers? Why are conservatives on Patreon and YouTube getting both demonized and demonitized? Why is the First Amendment about to be burned under the fiery breath of the leftist dragon because of one idiot in a muscle car?

Is This Too Challenging?
