BREAKING NEWS: Fatal Hit & Run
Photos courtesy of Wayne Barrall at Fire in the Hole Photography.
At 4:50 PM this evening the Delaware State Police contacted the Maryland State Police about a fatal accident in Laurel, DE. on Rt. 13 and Whitesville Road. A witness saw the accident and proceeded to follow the pickup truck that fled the scene and took off all the way to Parsonsburg Road and parked the pickup truck behind the home in Parsonsburg, MD.
Maryland State Police immediate dispatched an Officer to that location where the witness watched the driver put a tarp over the truck. The WCSO was also dispatched to the scene where they did find the P/U behind the home covered by a tarp. It was very clear this vehicle was damaged from an accident.
The driver of the truck, Justin Mitchell, 25 yoa fled the home on foot. The MSP Aviation Helicopter and the WCSO K-9 Officer looked for Mitchell and we later notified that Mitchell had contacted a Sheriff's Deputy by phone, (Mitchell had a criminal history) and agreed to meet with the WCSD and turned himself in.
The P/U Truck was not registered and Mitchell's license was revoked and suspended.
The WCSO delivered Mitchell to the MSP in Salisbury where the DSP will extradite him to Delaware ASAP. The deceased victim is 25 yoa names Philip Jester of Delmar, DE. Father of 2 children. Philip's Fiance was driving right behind Philip when the accident happened. Keep her and the children in your prayers.
MSP & Sheriff Mike Lewis met with the Jester Family. The charges will be something like homicide by motor vehicle or vehicular manslaughter. I'm awaiting a Press Release.
GO HERE to see the accident and motorcycle Philip Jester was driving courtesy of Wayne Barrall of Fire in the Hole Photography.

Coming Soon - Code Violations For All
This just in from Salisbury's own Crossroads Chronicle. You know, that waste of taxpayers dollars printed and mailed out quarterly. I guess the Larson's left town, no mention of them this quarter.
Not that I don't agree all businesses and houses should have numbers on them, but are they really going to send Dan Hogg out to look for addresses? Are there no other code violations of greater significance than this? Is the city this desparate for money? I'd like to suggest a good place to start, Rt 13 north to south, you won't find many businesses in compliance. Another good place to start looking for compliance issues would be all rental properties. Start fining the slumlords and this will soon come to an end. Quit nitpicking the taxpaying citizens to death.
Some of us may not realize the importance of street numbers. Street
numbers are important because they serve different functions. The most important
function is that they identify your building so emergency services
(ambulance, fire and police) can find you in case of an emergency. If a building
does not have visible street numbers, it can cause considerable delay in the response
of emergency services, ultimately wasting time on what could be a life or
death situation. Some people may not know that it is actually a code violation not to have street numbers on your home or building and that failure to do so can carry a
fine. Section 15.24.690 of the City of Salisbury Property Maintenance Code requires
street numbers to be installed and displayed in a position easily observed and
readable from the public right-of-way. All numbers shall be in Arabic numerals at
least three inches high and one-half stroke. This includes residential and commercial
properties. A few other reasons why they are important: it helps the postal service find your house to deliver mail; City services; and visitors trying to locate your home. Right now, while you have no emergency, do yourself a favor – go outside and look at your street numbers. Can they be clearly seen? Make sure they meet the code requirement. We thank you in advance.

OCPD DISMANTLES MULTI-STATE DRUG NETWORK
OCEAN CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT DISMANTLES MULTI-STATE DRUG NETWORK
The Ocean City Police Department’s Narcotics Unit recently concluded a 15 month
investigation involving a regional Oxycodone distribution network that reached Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey. The investigation, which began in April 2007, was initiated by OCPD detectives after learning large quantities of Oxycodone pills were being distributed in the Ocean City area. Ocean City Police detectives eventually enlisted the help of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), after learning the investigation reached far beyond Ocean City’s jurisdiction.
Throughout the investigation, an Ocean City Police Department undercover detective was able to make 14 individual hand-to-hand purchases for a total of more than 600 Oxycodone pills. In all, five men were charged and more than $20,000 in Oxycodone pills were seized. The main target of the investigation, Joseph Bimonte, 45, of Long Branch, NJ, sold large amounts of Oxycodone to an undercover OCPD detective on nine separate occasions between July 19, 2007 and April 26, 2008. In addition, Bimonte has been linked to four supplementary pharmaceutical drug diversion cases in the Ocean City area.
On August 29, 2008, the Federal Grand Jury for the District of Maryland handed down a twelve count criminal indictment charging Bimonte with Conspiracy to Distribute and Distribution of Oxycodone. Bimonte was arrested on September 19, 2008 in Newark, NJ, after investigators executing a search and seizure warrant recovered numerous prescription pill bottles for Oxycodone from his home.
According to the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators (NADDI), Oxycodone is a narcotic analgesic which has a high potential for abuse and is prescribed to treat moderate to severe pain. The diversion and abuse of Oxycodone has become a major public health problem across the United States.
Also facing charges in the state of Maryland due to their involvement in the Ocean City Oxycodone distribution network are:
• Gene Sams, 38, of Ocean City: (Case #2008000579) OCPD Narcotics Detectives made
contact with Gene Landon Sams on two separate occasions. The first occurred on April
16, 2008 and the second on April 23, 2008. Based on specific incidents throughout the
investigation, OCPD undercover detectives were able to implicate Sams’ involvement
in a conspiracy to distribute Oxycodone pills with Joseph Bimonte, Tyler Hays and Brian West.
Sams has been charged with the following:
o Two counts of Distribution of CDS - Oxycodone
o Three counts of Conspiracy to Distribute CDS – Oxycodone
• Brian West, 27, of Salisbury: (Case #2008001044) OCPD Narcotics Detectives made
contact with Brian Matthew West on two separate occasions. The first occurred on
April 16, 2008 and the second on April 23, 2008. During both instances, OCPD
undercover detectives were able to purchase Oxycodone pills from West and implicate
West and Gene Sams in a conspiracy to distribute Oxycodone pills. West has been
charged with the following:
o Two counts of Distribution of CDS - Oxycodone
o Two counts of Conspiracy to Distribute CDS - Oxycodone
o Two counts of Possession of CDS – Oxycodone
• John Tarr, 28, of Fenwick Island, DE: (Case # 2008004546) OCPD Narcotics Detectives
made contact with John Richard Tarr on two separate occasions. The first occurred on
July 18, 2007 and the second on July 5, 2008. During both instances, OCPD undercover
detectives were able to purchase Oxycodone pills. Tarr has been charged with the
following and currently has a warrant for his arrest:
o Two counts of Distribution of CDS - Oxycodone
o Two counts of Possession of CDS – Oxycodone
• Tyler Hays, 22, of Ocean City: (Case #2008005860) OCPD Narcotics Detectives made
contact with Tyler Hays on August 7, 2008. During this instance, OCPD undercover
detectives were able to purchase Oxycodone pills from Hays. Hays has been charged
with the following and currently has a warrant for his arrest:

Somerset County Commissioners Meeting
Tomorrow at 2 PM is the monthly Somerset County Commissioners Meeting, held at the County Building in Princess Anne. County citizens need to pack this meeting and voice their sincere displeasure and disgust at the Commissioner's recent, unethical maneuver of arbitrarily appointing Sam Boston to the position of County Administrator.
This appointment was made totally without following County due process personnel regulations that require advertising County positions followed by a competitive selection. Somerset County citizens, rise up, attend this meeting and make the Commissioners hear your disdain for the Somerset Good Ole Boys Network that is so rampant in your County Government.

Another Reader Sends In Campaign Concerns
"ANOTHER COMEGYS’ SIGN VIOLATION?
I recently checked out Devages Restaurant on Main Street opposite the Country House, and afterwards drove into the adjacent neighborhood. A block off Main Street, at the Alvin Avenue intersection, this Comegys’ sign is posted in the median. If that’s not City property, then it must belong to the neighborhood. I’d bet this sign is not legal – what say you Gary?"
The Daily Times Took 1 Year To Report Something Salisbury News Already Delivered
City Council debates new fire station
Feasibility study provides three solutions, but recommends a new building
By Laura D'Alessandro • Staff Writer • February 2, 2009
SALISBURY -- The City Council plans to discuss a recommendation to build a new Fire Station 2 during a work session today.
The recommendation comes from a feasibility study by Code and Russell Architects who were hired by the city to assist the fire department in deciding the future of Station 2. Code and Russell's report provides three solutions, but recommends the third which calls for a new building across from the current location.
Station 2 is located on Brown Street in East Salisbury. The plan calls for a 13,000-square-foot-building be raised in structural consistency with Station 16.
Salisbury News reported back on February 24, 2008, (almost a year ago) this was going to happen. Here is a part of that article but use the link to see more.
"Gordy & See aren't finished with you yet! After screwing the Taxpayers into spending more money per square foot than almost any other Fire Station in the United States, they're back for more. No, I'm not talking about their $800,000.00 Fire Boat, that's another con job. I'm talking about not one, but TWO new Fire Stations.
They have been BS'ing everyone by suggesting they want to remodel Station II but that's NOT the case at all. In fact, they want to build a brand new Station right next door to the old one and, (are you ready) put the Old Station up as a surplus item too! I wonder what Bill Ahtes plans to do with that one?
Oh, I'm NOT finished yet. They also want to build a brand new Station on Naylor Mill Road. This Station will service the North end of the City."
Let's see how Mr. Comegys handles this one and I'd ask that each Candidate take the time to share their views on this proposal.

What Candidates Will The Firefighters Support This Year?
Two years ago the local Salisbury Firefighters did not support Gary Comegys and immediately felt the pain afterwards. Raises were promised and then taken back by the Mayor, some claimed it was retaliation.
The big question this year is, who will they support for Mayor? The last Post we produced referencing the Fire Department brought in more than 200 comments and I'm sure ALL of you would like to know what these same Firefighters are thinking today.
Maryland's Fair Share Act Is Back!
This is not a joke. There are some Maryland Legislators that have sponsored legislation to allow the collective bargain unit -(Union)- to negotiate collective bargaining and collect union fees on its non-union members.
But get this folks. . . it gets better. Contained within both the House and Senate Bills are exclusions to collective bargaining for Morgan State University, St. Mary's College of Maryland, and Baltimore City Community College employees.
Some of our elected representatives will stoop to the lowest levels in order to create separate economic class divisions among our people. This Bill is yet another example.
HOUSE BILL 298 and SENATE BILL 264
Incidentally, some of the sponsors of the above two bills are the same ones that proposed to exempt Schoolteachers, Law Enforcement, and Firefighters from having to pay any real estate property tax on their own residences while raising the tax assessments on all other Maryland Property owners to make-up the difference.
HOUSE BILL 965 - Property Tax Public School Teachers
HOUSE BILL 197 - Exemption of Property Tax for Firefighters, Law Enforcement Officers, and School Teachers
Knowledge is Power!

Salisbury News Ranked The Most Influential Political Blog
Last week brought in one record day after the other, thanks to all of you. The support has been simply overwhelming in several ways. We have seen comments here in record numbers, many of which thanking us for what we do. I have received personal e-mail messages and my cell phone has never rung as much as it did last week, many of those calls were of praise and thanks.
As you can see on the right hand side of this Blog, Salisbury News is ranked #1 in the state of Maryland for the 4th week in a row. We were the #1 Influential Political Blog of the year for 2008 and we've dominated the #1 Rankings so far in 2009. I have said it in the past, we have Washington, D.C., Annapolis and Baltimore competing with us and this is where ALL of the main politics go on in the state and here we are in little old Salisbury, MD and we're constantly Ranked #1? It's no wonder the Governor and so many other Politicians come to Salisbury News.
OK, all that being said, there are thousands of new daily visitors coming to Salisbury News this past week alone. It makes me wonder, when will the bulk of you finally come to realize that everything I had been telling you these past 4 years was factual and true? Mayor Barrie Tilghman, Gary Comegys, Mike Dunn & Lynn Cathcart tried their best to denounce Salisbury News, Delmarva Dealings and Duvafiles for years. They went on Television in Press Conferences, PAC 14 and yes, even the Daily Times over and over again. They called us nasty Bloggers and some even went so far as to sue me, (Chief Webster and Mayor Barrie Tilghman) in the hopes of making others believe we were wrong. It took a very long time, (4 years) to finally get enough people visiting us and hearing what we had to say to finally realize we were right.
Here's what I've come up with as the reason as to why we're now receiving thousands of new visitors per day. The fact of the matter is, Barrie Tilghman announced she is no longer going to run and all of a sudden our numbers went through the roof. While we always did better than any other Blog on the Eastern Shore, the new numbers are simply staggering. I have spoken to several friends and they think it's because we have expanded coverage and much of it has to do with working with the Salvation Army and other groups but deep down inside I'm convinced people are no longer in fear of retaliation from the Mayor.
No matter what the reason is, we welcome all of you to Salisbury News and we thank you for your support. Your comments are extremely important to every story we put up, good or bad, right or wrong. Having healthy debate on every issue does two things. One, it brings subjects out in which the Daily Times has always refused to bring to light. Secondly, it allows each and every one of us to say our peace and perhaps even confirm or deny the facts of the story. The cool part is, YOU get to decide in the end. It's not just what Joe Albero says or our other Contributors.
In the end we finally have a resource in which we can depend on every day. While there's been no accountability for at least the past 12 years, now there is. While we enjoy being ranked #1, I'm not so sure we deserve it. There are some really great Blogs out there that bust their rear ends as well and hopefully they too are recognized and enjoy the #1 Ranking in the near future. In the mean time we'll simply thank ALL of you for visiting and we'll continue to work as hard as we do to bring you the most up to date and real time news that we can. Thanks again for all the support.
An Angel Called Mommy
A Child's Angel
By Erma Bombeck
Once upon a time there was a child ready to be born.
One day he asked God: "They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow, how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?"
GOD replied, "Among the many angels, I chose one for you. She will be waiting for you and will take care of you."
"But tell me, here in Heaven, I don't do anything else but sing and smile, that's enough for me to be happy."
"Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you every day. And you will feel your angel's love and be happy."
"And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me, if I don't know the language that men talk?"
"Your angel will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to speak."
"And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?"
"Your angel will place your hands together and will teach you how to pray."
"I've heard that on earth there are bad men. Who will protect me?"
"Your angel will defend you even if it means risking its life."
"But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore."
"Your angel will always talk to you about me and will teach you the way for you to come back to me, even though I will always be next to you."
At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices from earth could already be heard.
And the child in a hurry asked softly: "Oh God, if I am about to leave now, please tell me my angel's name."
"Your angel's name is of no importance, you will call your angel: 'Mommy'."

Financial Planning
Dan was a single guy living at home with his father and working in the family business. When he found out he was going to inherit a fortune when his sickly father died, he decided he needed a wife with which to share his fortune.
One evening at an investment meeting he spotted the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. Her natural beauty took his breath away. 'I may look like just an ordinary man,' he said to her, but in just a few years, my father will die, and I'll inherit $65 million.'
Impressed, the woman obtained his business card and three days later, she became his stepmother.
Women are so much better at financial planning than men.

COMMON SENSE
"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for. That my dear friend, is about the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

Chesapeake Waste Removal
"Hey Joe,
I'm a customer of Chesapeake Waste Removal and I just got my bill for the next quarter in the mail today. Now I've been a customer of theirs for 3 years now, and every quarter we have a fuel surcharge added to our bill. When I signed up, I was told as long as gas stayed above $2 a gallon then they would charge a fuel surcharge. We had one last quarter but I could understand the charge still there since gas had just fallen below $2/gallon just after they sent out the bill. Well Joe as you know gas has stayed below $2 for well over 3 months and I don't see it gaining 30 cents in the next three weeks to warrant the fuel surcharge. You and many others might say "Why not just call them and complain?" Well i had a couple coworkers complain last corner, and they told me the owner John threaten to raise their rates, and that their home service was spotty at best. I love my service with Chesapeake and their rates are low, but I would rather John raise rates instead of including an unnecessary service fee. I just wonder if anyone else is a tiny bit ticked off about this like I am?
P.S. I refuse to buy a permit for the Wicomico dump, because I don't want to help fund criminal enterprises."

Confessions
A married Irishman went into the confessional and said to his Priest,
'I almost had an affair with another woman.'
The Priest said, 'What do you mean, almost?'
The Irishman said, 'Well, we got undressed and rubbed together, but then I stopped.'
The Priest said, 'Rubbing together is the same as putting it in. You're not to see that woman again. For your penance, say five Hail Mary's and put £50 in the poor box '
The Irishman left the confessional, said his prayers, and then walked over to the poor box. He paused for a moment and then started to leave.
The Priest, who was watching, quickly ran over to him saying, 'I saw that. You didn't put any money in the poor box!'
The Irishman replied, 'Yeah, but I rubbed the £50 on the box, and according to you, that's the same as putting it in!'
Confession #2
There once was a religious young woman who went to Confession. Upon entering the confessional, she said, 'Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned.'
The Priest said, 'Confess your sins and be forgiven.'
The young woman said, 'Last night my boyfriend made mad passionate love to me seven times.'
The Priest thought long and hard and then said, 'Squeeze seven lemons into a glass and then drink the juice.'
The young woman asked, 'Will this cleanse me of my sins?'
The Priest said, 'No, but it will wipe that smile off of your face..'
Confession #3
An elderly man walks into a confessional. The following conversation ensues:
Man: 'I am 92 years old, have a wonderful wife of 70 years, many children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Yesterday, I picked up two college girls, hitchhiking . We went to a motel, where I had sex with each of them three times.'
Priest: 'Are you sorry for your sins?'
Man: 'What sins?'
Priest: 'What kind of a Catholic are you?'
Man: 'I'm Jewish. '
Priest: 'Why are you telling me all this?'
Man: 'I'm 92 years old .. I'm telling everybody.'
Muldoon's Dog Has Died......
Muldoon lived alone in the Irish countryside with only a pet dog for company.
One day the dog died, and Muldoon went to the parish Priest and asked, 'Father, my dog is dead. Could ye' be sayin' a Mass for the poor creature?'
Father Patrick replied, 'I'm afraid not; we cannot have services for an animal in the church. But there are some Baptists down the lane, and there's no tellin' what they believe. Maybe they'll do something for the creature.'
Muldoon said, 'I'll go right away Father. Do ye' think $5,000 is enough to donate to them for the service?'
Father Patrick exclaimed, 'Sweet Mary, Mother of Jesus! Why didn't ye' tell me the dog was Catholic?'
'I almost had an affair with another woman.'

Praise In Church
The pastor asked if anyone in the congregation would like to express praise for answered prayers. A lady stood and walked to the podium. She said, "I have a Praise. Two months ago, my husband, Tom, had a terrible bicycle wreck and his scrotum was completely crushed. The pain was excruciating and the doctors didn't know if they could help him." You could hear a muffled gasp from the men in the congregation as they imagined the pain that poor Tom must have experienced. "Tom was unable to hold me or the children," she went on, "and every move caused him terrible pain. We prayed as the doctors performed a delicate operation, and it turned out they were able to piece together the crushed remnants of Tom's scrotum, and wrap wire around it to hold it in place."
Again, the men in the congregation were unnerved and squirmed uncomfortably as they imagined the horrible surgery performed on Tom. "Now," she announced in a quavering voice, "thank the Lord, Tom is out of the hospital and the doctors say that with time, his scrotum should recover completely."
All the men sighed with relief. The pastor rose and tentatively asked if anyone else had something to say. A man stood up and walked slowly to the podium. He said, "I'm Tom." The entire congregation held its breath. "I just want to tell my wife that the word is sternum."

Cinnamon & Honey
Bet the drug companies won't like this one getting around.
Facts on Honey and Cinnamon: It is found that a mixture of honey and cinnamon cures most diseases. Honey is produced in most of the countries of the world. Scientists of today also accept honey as a 'Ram Ban' (very effective) medicine or all kinds of diseases.
Honey can be used without any side effects for any kind of diseases.
Today's science says that even though honey is sweet, if taken in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not harm diabetic patients. Weekly World News, a magazine in Canada, in its issue dated 17 January,1995 has given the following list of diseases that can be cured by honey and cinnamon as researched by western scientists:
HEART DISEASES:
Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder, apply on bread, instead of jelly and jam, and eat it regularly for breakfast. It reduces the cholesterol in the arteries and saves the patient from heart attack. Also those who have already had an attack, if they do this process daily, they are kept miles away from the next attack. Regular use of the above process relieves loss of breath and strengthens the heart beat. In America and Canada, various nursing homes have treated patients successfully and have found that as you age, the arteries and veins lose their flexibility and get clogged. Honey and cinnamon revitalize the arteries and veins.
ARTHRITIS:
Arthritis patients may take daily, morning and night, one cup of hot water with two spoons of honey and one small teaspoon of cinnamon powder. If taken regularly even chronic arthritis can be cured. In a recent research conducted at Copenhagen University, it was found that when the doctors treated their patients with a mixture of one tablespoon of honey and half teaspoon of cinnamon powder before breakfast, they found that within a week, out of the 200 people so treated, practically 73 patients were totally relieved of pain, and within a month, mostly all the patients who could not walk or move around because of arthritis started walking without pain.
BLADDER INFECTIONS:
Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it. It destroys the germs in the bladder.
CHOLESTEROL:
Two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of cinnamon powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water, given to a cholesterol patient, was found to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10 percent within two hours. As mentioned for arthritic patients, if taken three times a day, any chronic cholesterol is cured. According to information received in the said Journal, pure honey taken with food daily relieves complaints of cholesterol.
COLDS:
Those suffering from common or severe colds should take one tablespoon lukewarm honey with 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder daily for three days. This process will cure most chronic cough, cold, and clear the sinuses.
UPSET STOMACH:
Honey taken with cinnamon powder cures stomach ache and also clears stomach ulcers from the root.
GAS:
According to the studies done in India and Japan, it is revealed that if honey is taken with cinnamon powder, the stomach is relieved of gas.
IMMUNE SYSTEM:
Daily use of honey and cinnamon powder strengthens the immune system and protects the body from bacteria and viral attacks. Scientists have found that honey has various vitamins and iron in large amounts. Constant use of
honey strengthens the white blood corpuscles to fight bacteria and viral diseases.
INDIGESTION:
Cinnamon powder sprinkled on two tablespoons of honey taken before food relieves acidity and digests the heaviest of meals.
INFLUENZA:
A scientist in Spain has proved that honey contains a natural 'ingredient' which kills the influenza germs and saves the patient from flu.
LONGEVITY:
Tea made with honey and cinnamon powder, when taken regularly, arrests the ravages of old age. Take four spoons of honey, one spoon of cinnamon powder and three cups of water and boil to make like tea. Drink 1/4 cup, three to four times a day. It keeps the skin fresh and soft and arrests old age. Life spans also increase and even a 100 year old starts performing the chores of a 20-year-old.
PIMPLES:
Three tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder paste. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. If done daily for two weeks, it removes pimples from the root.
SKIN INFECTIONS:
Applying honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts on the affected parts cures eczema, ringworm and all types of skin infections.
WEIGHT LOSS:
Daily in the morning, one half hour before breakfast on an empty stomach and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup of water. If taken regularly, it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also, drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.
CANCER:
Recent research in Japan and Australia has revealed that advanced cancer of the stomach and bones have been cured successfully. Patients suffering from these kinds of cancer should daily take one tablespoon of honey with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder for one month three time s a day.
FATIGUE:
Recent studies have shown that the sugar content of honey is more helpful rather than being detrimental to the strength of the body. Senior citizens, who take honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts, are more alert and flexible. Dr. Milton, who has done research, says that a half tablespoon of honey taken in a glass of water and sprinkled with cinnamon powder, taken daily after brushing and in the afternoon at about 3:00 P.M., when the vitality of the body starts to decrease, increases the vitality of the body within a week.
BAD BREATH:
People of South America, first thing in the morning, gargle with one teaspoon of honey and cinnamon powder mixed in hot water, so their breath stays fresh throughout the day.
HEARING LOSS:
Daily morning and night honey and cinnamon powder, taken in equal parts restore hearing. Remember when we were kids? We had toast with real butter and cinnamon sprinkled on it!
