Trump says Fed keeping rates low because of pressure from Obama

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said on Monday that U.S. Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen was keeping interest rates low because of political pressure from the Obama administration, questioning the motives of an institution whose work hinges on maintaining its independence.

'Well, it's (the interest rate) staying at zero because she's obviously political and she's doing what Obama wants her to do,' Trump told CNBC in a phone interview, saying Yellen should be 'ashamed' of what she was doing to the country.

The U.S. central bank has raised interest rates just once since cutting them to zero in response to the 2008 financial crisis.

Trooper Found Not Guilty Of Assault And Misconduct

(PIKESVILLE, MD) – A Maryland state trooper was recently found not guilty in Anne Arundel County on charges of assault and misconduct in office that had been filed when he was accused of assaulting a man he had arrested after the man tossed a lit cigarette on the trooper.

Trooper First Class Nathan Steelman was found not guilty of second degree assault and misconduct in office. The decision came during a hearing in the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court on August 31, 2016.

The charges resulted from an investigation that began on December 10, 2014, when TFC Steelman was accused of assaulting a handcuffed suspect who was passively resisting and being verbally abusive, including making threats against the trooper and his family, while the trooper was escorting him in the Glen Burnie Barrack. The suspect did not require any medical treatment.

The suspect had been arrested for an assault that occurred earlier in the day when TFC Steelman said the suspect flicked a lit cigarette on him as he walked through a parking lot in plainclothes. Charges against that suspect had previously been dropped by the state’s attorney’s office.

The Maryland State Police investigation was reviewed by members of the Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney’s Office, who determined the charges that were filed against TFC Steelman. He was served with a criminal summons on April 21, 2015.

TFC Steelman has been a member of the Maryland State Police for six years. He is assigned as an investigator with the Maryland Coordination and Analysis Center.

When Hillary Clinton collapsed this weekend so did her credibility, PIERS MORGAN says

Hillary Clinton made a terrible mistake on Friday night.

Speaking to a star-studded audience at a fund-raiser in New York, she inexplicably decided to abuse, denigrate and mock tens of millions of her fellow Americans.

‘You could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables,’ she sneered. ‘Right? The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic – you name it.’

The well-heeled, affluent, liberal, metropolitan elite crowd at super-fancy Cipriani restaurant in Wall Street, where Barbra Streisand and Rufus Wainwright performed that same night, whooped and hollered.

Visitors will also have their bags searched before entering the cemetery. The screenings will be very similar to what is already done at D.C. museums.

Hillary Dropping Out of the Race No Longer a Fantasy

It could happen. If it does, the media will swing into gear and try to demand a delay in the election

I’ve written about her health problems before, including the blood-thinning Coumadin she’s taking. And the blood clots. And the advisory against flying, because new life-threatening blood clots can occur.

I wrote—and I still say—Democrat power players would go along with electing her even if she was dragged into the Oval Office dead on arrival. They don’t care.

After Hillary’s fainting spell at the 9/11 memorial, the Washington Post, that organ of unquestioned truth, grants that it’s now acceptable to ask polite questions about her health. Well done, boys. You’re really going out on a limb. Thanks so much.

I think it’s time for major media to take an overt stand about Hillary: “She may be very sick, dangerously so, but it’s still a crime to emphasize that because it’s sexist, and besides, untoward publicity could allow Trump to slip into the White House, and besides, our news organization has donated to the Clinton Foundation, and besides, she’s Hillary and we all know and love her and we don’t want to think about something bad happening to her because then we would cry.”

The source cited a top adviser who had to go to the emergency room, after passing out from “severe dehydration.”

Facebook Imposing 'Prissy American Censorship' on the Rest of the World

Don't cha just hate it when this happens? As content curator for one of the world's largest social media platforms, you delete a picture you consider obscene. Then some Norwegian woman writes an angry post. So you delete her post, too.

I mean, who does she think she is? The Prime Minister of Norway? Oh wait.

In case you missed it: last week, Norwegian author Tom Egeland posted to his timeline the Pulitzer Prize-winning photo The Terror of War, which depicts children, including a naked girl, running from a napalm attack, as a status concerning photos that "changed the history of warfare" .

Egeland’s account was suspended. The editor-in-chief of Norway's largest newspaper, Aftenposten, then published an open letter to Mark Zuckerberg protesting Facebook’s actions, and including the photo.

Facebook removed it from the newspaper’s profile page which, he objected, restricted “room for exercising my editorial responsibility”.

Next up, the Prime Minister of Norway, Erna Solberg, protested, only to be censored in siumilar summary fashion. Finally, following worldwide outrage at their decision, Facebook backed down.

Center for Social Change, Developmental Disability Administration Provider, to Pay $331,000 for Medicaid Fraud

Services Not Provided to Residents in Community-Based Housing and Improperly billed to Medicaid

BALTIMORE, MD -Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh announced today that Center for Social Change, Inc., based in Elkridge, Maryland, will pay $331,000 to the State of Maryland to resolve allegations that the non-profit organization received payments from the state Medicaid program for staffing that it did not provide to group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Center for Social Change is responsible for providing community-based housing and other support services to persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Staffing in homes is based on an evaluation of individual needs, and payment is administered by the Developmental Disabilities Administration. In 2011, the Center for Social Change understaffed 15 of its 30 homes but accepted payments from the Administration for full staffing.

Attorney General Frosh thanked Medicaid Fraud Control Unit Director Ilene J. Nathan, Assistant Attorney General Jennifer S. Forsythe, Auditor Carol Kelly and Investigator Valerie Puig for their work on this case. Attorney General Frosh also thanked the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Office of the Inspector General for its assistance.

Hillary Clinton’s 9/11 Health Scare Fails to Reach Twitter Trends

Twitter’s Trending section has not included any phrase regarding Hillary Clinton’s collapse outside New York City’s 9/11 memorial service Sunday morning, despite capturing the attention of reporters across the political spectrum and spawning multiple hashtags.

Neither #HillarysHealth, nor #ClintonCollapse or any other related hashtag has appeared in either the worldwide or US trending sections on the social media site. As of this writing, one “Worldwide” trend is included on the list thanks to less than 5,000 tweets — ostensibly signaling that Twitter’s algorithm considers this a bigger topic than Clinton’s filmed health scare..

25 Things The President Of The US Can’t Actually Do

The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Reminds Residents To Watch For Motorcycles During Bike Week Sept 15-18.

Wicomico County MD--As thousands of motorcycle riders come to visit Delmarva the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office wants to remind everyone to be extra careful and watch for motorcycle riders.

Because of their smaller size, motorcyclists are often hidden in a vehicle’s blind spot. “It’s crucial that motorists always make a visual check for motorcycles by checking mirrors and blind spots before entering or leaving a lane of traffic and at intersections.” said Sheriff Mike Lewis. Sheriff Lewis offered several tips for drivers to help keep motorcyclists safe on our roadways:
  • Remember the motorcycle is a vehicle with all of the rights and privileges of any other motor vehicle on the roadway. Always allow a motorcyclist the full lane width—never try to share a lane;
  • Always make a visual check for motorcycles by checking mirrors and blind spots before entering or leaving a lane of traffic and at intersections;
  • Always signal your intentions before changing lanes or merging with traffic;
  • Don’t be fooled by a flashing turn signal on a motorcycle – motorcycle signals are often not self-canceling and riders sometimes forget to turn them off. Wait to be sure the motorcycle is going to turn before you proceed;
  • Remember that road conditions which are minor annoyances to other vehicles pose major hazards to motorcyclists;
  • Allow more following distance, three or four seconds when following a motorcycle, so the motorcyclist has enough time to maneuver or stop in an emergency. And don’t tailgate. In dry conditions, motorcycles can stop more quickly than cars.
Sheriff Lewis said motorcyclists have responsibilities, too, by following the rules of the road, being alert to other drivers, and always wearing DOT-compliant helmets and protective gear.

Our message to all drivers is: Share the Road and be Courteous to Motorcyclists. Always Look Once Look Twice and Look Again at Intersections.

Clinton's former CIA director joins Trump

Bill Clinton's former CIA director, James Woolsey, will serve as a senior adviser to Donald Trump for the remainder of the election after spending years as a self-described "Scoop Jackson Democrat," the Republican presidential nominee's campaign announced on Monday.

Woolsey served as an energy policy adviser to Arizona Sen. John McCain during his 2008 White House bid and has been a vocal critic of the Obama administration. He joins Trump's campaign as an adviser on national security and defense.

"I have been a 'Scoop Jackson,' 'Joe Lieberman' Democrat all of my adult life, but I am pleased to be asked to participate with others I respect in advising GOP candidate Donald J. Trump on the urgent need to reinvest in and modernize our military in order to confront the challenges of the 21st century," Woolsey said in a statement.

"Mr. Trump's commitment to reversing the harmful defense budget cuts signed into law by the current administration, while acknowledging the need for debt reduction, is an essential step toward reinstating the United States' primacy in the conventional and digital battlespace," he said.

Refugees Taking Vacations on Tax Payer Dollars

A German newspaper has reported that migrants with recognised refugee status are taking vacations in the home countries they “fled” from. These refugee holidays are being funded by German taxpayers.

Newspaper Welt am Sonntag reported that migrants are returning to countries such as Syria, Afghanistan, and Lebanon for vacations, and are then travelling back to Germany to continue to receive their welfare payments.

The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) has been aware of this scam for quite some time now. When this government agency sent a written request to Berlin’s employment agencies in June, asking that they report the travel arrangements of migrants granted asylum holidaying in their countries of origin, a spokeswoman for the Federal Employment Agency confirmed that “there are such cases” however, there is “no analysis or statistics on this subject and therefore we do not have information”.

'Deplorables' Gaffe Touches Off Frenzy

Just days after Hillary Clinton said she regretted calling half of Donald Trump supporters a “basket of deplorables,” some of those supporters are embracing the title -- while enterprising web retailers seize the moment by quickly churning out a line of "deplorables" merchandise.

Clinton made the comment at a fundraiser Friday, saying "you can put half of Trump supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables," and calling them "racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it."

Clinton walked back the remark the next day, with some commentators comparing it to Mitt Romney's "47 percent" gaffe.

Some pro-Trumpers, however, are adopting the "deplorable" name on social media, or at least having a lot of fun with it. One Internet meme that zipped around showed a doctored version of a poster for the 2010 movie “The Expendables,” replaced with key figures of the Trump campaign and conservative media, with the banner “The Deplorables.”

Former Trump adviser Roger Stone tweeted out the image Saturday, which features a cast of rogues including Stone, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, Breitbart writer Milo Yiannopoulos, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and "alt-right" mascot Pepe the Frog.

US commercial bankruptcies are soaring

Not that you would have guessed from the stock market, hovering at all-time highs, or from soaring junk bonds, even the riskiest paper: CCC-and-below rated junk bonds skyrocketed since their February 12 low as their average yield plunged from 21.6% to 13.5%. Even the S&P US Distressed High Yield Corporate Bond index has soared 57% since February 12.

Those are miracles to behold.

At the slightest squiggles of the market, the Fed goes into bouts of by now embarrassing flip-flopping on rate increases that demonstrate to the world that they have absolutely nothing else in mind than keeping the stock market inflated and keeping the biggest credit bubble in US history from unceremoniously imploding.

And the ECB is out there with its scorched-earth monetary policies, with negative interest rates and bond purchases, including asset backed securities and corporate bonds, that it has been caught buying directly from issuers. It’s driving even corporate bond yields into the negative. Just now, French drugmaker Sanofi and German household products maker Henkel issued bonds with negative yields, thus getting paid by these hapless investors to borrow.

New York Woman Dies After Contracting Brain-Eating Amoeba In Cecil Co.

The 19-year-old died Sept. 2, according to a statement from the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, citing New York officials.. The culprit was the amoeba Naegleria fowleri, which occurs naturally in fresh, warm water, typically in southern states. It's contracted when the amoeba forcefully enters up the nose, then travels via the olfactory nerve to the brain.

The release did not say in which body of water the fatal infection was contracted or when.

2016: Populism revisited and the Cross of Gold speech

You have to go back to the 1896 presidential race between William Jennings Bryan and William McKinley to find an historical parallel to the contest in 2016 between the three finalists: Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump. Unfortunately, the great majority of American citizens know virtually nothing about President McKinley, who was an excellent president and a man of substance and integrity. If they do know anything about McKinley, most likely it is that he was assassinated in 1901 and that, upon his death, Vice President Theodore Roosevelt became the youngest president ever at the age of 42.

William Jennings Bryan is now remembered primarily for his role in the play and movie about evolution, Inherit the Wind. In it, Bryan was wrongly portrayed as a bumbling fundamentalist prosecutor in the Scopes Monkey Trial who lost the case and his reputation battling the renowned defense lawyer, Clarence Darrow. Most people do not know that Bryan was a Democratic congressman from Nebraska who ran for president three times – in 1896, 1900 and 1908, and later served as Secretary of State in the administration of President Woodrow Wilson.

In “The Triumph of William McKinley,” Karl Rove recounts the dramatic McKinley victory over Bryan in 1896. At the Democratic National Convention, Bryan – a young, handsome and gifted populist orator – gave one of the most famous speeches in American political history. The issue which divided the country at that time was whether our currency should be tied to gold (and therefore continue circulate as a hard currency) or to silver, which could cause the dollar to depreciate and bring about an inflationary economic upturn. It is hard to imagine today the passions that this issue aroused between rural citizens and the middle class in the cities, between farmers and merchant, between the borrowers and the savers. Bryan was a free silver man, and free silver was the political cause of many working Americans.

Success shaming: Why this CEO is shutting down the millennial revolution

It’s become the new mantra of many millennials. You want to get ahead in life? That’s fine – as long as you don’t get more ahead than me.

I don’t entirely blame the millennials. After all, their parents are just as much to blame for creating these tender little snowflakes that melt in the first warmth of reality. They told you that the world is your oyster, which is great. But somehow you ended up believing that it meant you were entitled to the fancy pearl at the center of it.

I don’t blame Bernie Sanders. But I sure will point to him as an example about how this whole revolution of “success shaming” has exploded. And how it’s creating a frightening paradigm shift in our culture that’s leading nowhere good.

Trump to release results of physical, calls candidate health 'an issue' after Clinton incident

Donald Trump told Fox News on Monday he plans to release “very, very specific” details from a recent physical, as he declared candidate health “an issue” in this campaign following a medical episode that forced Hillary Clinton to abruptly leave a 9/11 anniversary ceremony on Sunday.

“Something’s going on, but I just hope she gets well and gets back on the trail,” Trump told Fox News’ “Fox & Friends.”

Clinton earlier canceled plans to visit California on Monday and Tuesday, and will instead rest at her home in Chappaqua, N.Y. After the Democratic presidential nominee was seen stumbling on her way to her van as she left Sunday’s event, her doctor revealed she had been diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday. Her doctor also said the candidate had become “overheated and dehydrated” at Sunday’s ceremony, but is “recovering nicely.”

The incident fueled questions about Clinton’s health. Trump on Monday brushed aside any speculation that Clinton might be replaced as the Democratic nominee, but said of the candidate’s health: “I think it’s an issue.”

Trump said he had a physical last week and plans to release the “numbers” when he gets them.

“I think they’re going to be good. I feel great,” he said.

George Soros Foundation Seeking to Expand U.S. Online Voting

NEW YORK – George Soros’s Open Society Foundations is seeking to expand the use of electronic and online voting systems nationwide, according to a leaked Foundations document reviewed by Breitbart News.

While the directive was issued two years ago, the issue of electronic voting has become a hot button topic in this year’s presidential election amid fears digital voting systems can be compromised.

The online voting plan was contained in a 67-page hacked file detailing the September 29-30, 2014 Open Society U.S. Programs board meeting in New York.

A significant portion of the board meeting was dedicated to methods the Foundation’s U.S. Programs (USP) could use to further the use of President Obama’s executive action authority to bypass Congress during Obama’s final two years in office.

The Open Society, together with partner grantees, assembled a general list of potential presidential executive actions on numerous issues. Significantly, the Soros-backed group zeroed in on the expansion of online voting.

No Hillary, That Wasn't A Press Conference

While Clinton’s campaign will claim the debacle was a ‘press conference’, the first for 276 days, in reality Hillary answered a couple of softballs, basically called Trump a Russian agent and a wannabe dictator, claimed complete ignorance on the only question of any substance, and said she wasn’t interested in ‘conspiracy theories’ about her health before hacking up her lungs and scurrying off into the back where her handlers were waiting for her.

One group of companies, called pharmaceutical-benefit managers, or PBMs, serve as middlemen, and they touch every part of the purchase of a prescription drug.

Hillary Clinton's foreign financial entanglements unprecedented for presidential nominee

Hillary Clinton made history not only as the first woman to capture a major party’s presidential nomination but also by having the most financial entanglements with foreign countries of anyone who has sought the White House.

Mrs. Clinton’s big-money ties to Russia, China, Algeria, Saudi Arabia and Oman, to name a few, are unprecedented for a U.S. presidential nominee, said George Washington University political historian Matthew Dallek.

“Obviously, this has caused some complications,” he said. “It is not helpful to her candidacy.”

He blamed Mrs. Clinton’s unique status as a former first lady and a confluence of trends, including the more interconnected global economy, increasingly robust post-presidential legacies and the rise of the presidential foundations modeled after the work of former President Carter.

“These forces have come together,” he said. “There will probably be more of these kinds of conflicts [for presidential candidates] going forward.”

Clinton's pneumonia cover story proves her instinct is to lie

Hillary Clinton will beat pneumonia. But she won't beat a condition far more fatal: untrustworthiness.

In the hours after the Clinton campaign finally came clean (or did it?) Sunday about the candidate's pneumonia diagnosis two days earlier, the only question that mattered was, as NBCNews.com put it, "Clinton's core vulnerability is that most Americans don't find her honest or trustworthy. Will voters now feel like they've been misled about her health?"

Why is this even a question? Of course it raises trust issues. Worse, it plays into the hands of Clinton foes who assume everything she says is already a lie.

Let's go over the latest Clinton error of judgment:

1950 to 2010: Not One Mass Public Shooting Where Citizens Could Be Armed

In his latest book, The War on Guns: Arming Yourself Against Gun Control Lies, John R. Lott Jr. points shows that from 1950 to 2010, not one mass public shooting took place in an area where citizens could arm themselves in self-defense.

In other words, gun-free zones or gun-restricted zones were the targets of choice.

This flies in the face of the 21st century gun control movement’s claims that gun-free zones do not endanger innocents. It exposes the fallacy of arguments that present attackers as uninterested parties who choose a target by chance, never taking into account whether that target contains people who can shoot back.

Trey Gowdy: AMAZING Liberty University Speech!! TRUTH OR FREEDOM?

Three blood clots, a concussion, deep vein thrombosis:

Hillary Clinton's shielded medical history isn't just for conspiracy theorists any more, as her 'penchant for privacy' gets scrutiny

Hillary Clinton's medical history – and her tendency to keep personal and medical information far from view – is coming in for new scrutiny following revelations that the candidate got diagnosed with pneumonia Friday in advance of her stumble in New York.

Clinton's stumble, caught on camera Sunday after she had to leave Sept. 11th anniversary memorial services after about an hour and a half, was the latest in a line of health spats that have made it into the news during her career.

Antibiotics can take care of pneumonia. What's the cure for an unhealthy penchant for privacy that repeatedly creates unnecessary problems?' asked President Obama's former message guru David Axelrod in a tweet Monday – a message promptly retweeted by Trump's campaign manager Kellyanne Conway.

In one serious incident, in 2012, Clinton got a bad stomach bug and fainted at her home in Washington – and got a concussion in the process. But information about what exactly had happened, and how it affected Clinton's job, emerged only slowly over time.

She wasn't seen in public between Dec. 7th and when she left the hospital in New York January 2, 2013.

What Can I Do If I Keep Getting Auto-Billed For A Thing I Don’t Want?

Subscriptions and recurring payments are the hot thing these days. From political donations to arts patronage, from subscription boxes to student loans, everyone wants a scheduled monthly slice of your money. And that’s all well and good, as long as you actually want what they’re selling. But what happens if you change your mind?

Any recurring pledge, payment, or subscription you make will have some terms and conditions on it about when and how you can cancel, and what kind of refund, if any, you can expect if you do. You would expect, though, that you cancancel — and that when you do, they properly stop billing you going forward.

Alas, both these things are not always true. You do, however, have rights. You should be able to make the payments stop — and if you can’t, you can get help.

DHS whistleblower: Muslims waging ‘settlement jihad’ on U.S.

'This kind of thing is happening all over the country'

Muslims from around the world are coming to America to wage “settlement jihad” and implement Shariah law, a Department of Homeland security whistleblower warns.

The eye-opening observations were made by former Department of Homeland Security officer Philip Haney at the ACT for America 2016 Conference Tuesday.

Haney warned that most Muslims do not migrate to America with the intention of assimilating into American culture.

“The observant Muslim base is the reason for civilizational and/or settlement jihad,” he said. “That is why they are immigrating to America, to come and coalesce into one solid unit with the intention – and it is intentional – to implement Shariah law, which according to Islamic theology is the grace and gift to mankind.”

The Bill of Rights is a barricade protecting Americans from their government. Part of President Obama's legacy will be that he inflicted damage on that barricade, eroding freedom of speech, free exercise of religion, the right to bear arms and the right to due process.

Through his political arguments, executive actions and political leadership, Obama has taken some of the holes punched by previous presidents and made them broader or more permanent.

This means that after Obama leaves office, people will be more easily silenced, killed or disarmed by their own government. Obama is leaving behind a public less protected from state power.

Jackie Mason: Did Hillary Clinton Get 'Excellent' Health Letter From a Doctor or a Plumber?

During a radio interview on Sunday, comic legend Jackie Mason sounded off about Hillary Clinton’s health issues, including a letter from the presidential candidate’s personal physician dubbing Clinton in “excellent physical condition.”

Regarding Clinton’s clean bill of health letter, Mason jested:

“Well, the way she lies all the time every time she talks she can’t seem to talk without lying. So if she says she has a letter from a doctor the chances are the letter is from a plumber and probably there was no doctor involved and no doctor ever saw her. She knows other liars but I don’t think she knows any doctors. So if the doctor saw her, he would know that she is not only in bad shape physically but mentally she is in ever worse shape. Anybody who can’t talk without lying shouldn’t see a doctor; she should see a psychiatrist.”

DISGRACE: Clock Boy marks 9/11 with SHAMEFUL message, ‘RIP to the…’

Remember Ahmed Mohamed, a.k.a. Clock Boy? He made national news when he was arrested last year for bringing what was mistaken as a bomb to his high school, sparking a dialogue on racial profiling and Islamophobia in America. Anyone who actually took a look at the “clock” (that it turned out, he didn’t even make) quickly realized that the police were called because what he brought to school actually looked like a bomb.

After studying in Qatar for a year, Ahmed returned back to the U.S. in June. Since then, he’s kept a relatively low profile, remaining accessible to the public through Twitter. On the 15th anniversary of the September 11th attacks on the United States yesterday, he posted a message there that was less than tasteful.

After five minutes of research, I found the total estimated civilian death toll from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan to be between 141,868-153,436. A reminder of the harsh reality of war for sure, but a far cry from two million. If we look just at the war in Afghanistan, we get a civilian death toll even further from two million, of 26,270. Ahmed’s father is a 9/11 truther, but it’s unknown if the son shares those views.

Bill Clinton Mocks ‘Coal People’ Who Oppose Hillary

Mainstream Media Turns Against Hillary

Pro-Hillary media conceding defeat to Trump

Hillary Clinton is starting to lose support from the mainstream media as her numerous scandals and health issues grow too big to conceal.

Several mainstream articles published on Tuesday followed the same trend: Hillary is losing ground against Trump and may very well lose the election, which is an unusual admission from pro-Hillary media.

“No one — not the bullpen of the New York Mets, not the French army, not Wile E. Coyote, not even Al Gore — is better at squandering a commanding lead than the Queen of Coasting, Hillary Rodham Clinton,” reported Politico, which until now has been a major Hillary cheerleader. “And nobody is better at handing her adversaries talking points to undermine trust, on emails, on the Clinton Foundation, on her own refusal to do something as simple as talking to the reporters who cover her every day.”

Washington Post Promptly Declares Hillary's Health 'Real Issue' After Calling it 'Conspiracy'

Chris Cillizza, an author at the Washington Post’s “The Fix” blog, abruptly changed course and admitted that concerns about Hillary Clinton’s health are “a real issue in the presidential campaign” — after spending much of the week criticizing this narrative as a “conspiracy theory.”

On Tuesday, Cillizza concern trolled Donald Trump, saying that it would hurt his campaign to question Clinton’s health. The day after she suffered a four-minute coughing and choking episode, Cillizza’s headline blared: “Can we just stop talking about Hillary Clinton’s health now?”

What Trump cannot — or, at least, should not — do is continue to engage with these wacky theories that emerge out of the fever swamps on the very fringe of the conservative movement. Every single person who believes in the Clinton health conspiracy is already for Trump. What he needs to do is find ways to reach voters who have doubts about him but may carry even graver doubts about Clinton’s ability to do the job in an honest and transparent way.

The Race For President Is (Probably) Over

Dilbert Creator Scott Adams just summed up today's political headlines perfectly: "Hillary Clinton just became unelectable."

You probably wonder if the “overheated” explanation is true – and a non-issue as reported – or an indication of a larger medical condition. I’m blogging to tell you it doesn’t matter. The result is the same.

The mainstream media might not interpret today’s events as a big deal.

After all, it was only a little episode of overheating. And they will continue covering the play-by-play action until election day.

But unless Trump actually does shoot someone on 5th Avenue, he’s running unopposed.

And of course, the 'others' are standing by...

Brokaw: Hillary Clinton 'Should Go to a Hospital and See a Neurologist'

Sunday on NBC’s “Meet The Press,” while commenting on Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton having to leave during the 9/11 memorial service, former NBC’s “Nightly News” anchor Tom Brokaw said of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, “I think that she should go to a hospital, see a neurologist, and get a clean report if it is available to her.”

Brokaw said, “It also comes in the context where there has been a very vigorous campaign, both above ground and below ground by the Republicans to raise questions about her health. Rudy Giuliani has been on the air constantly saying, ‘Well I don’t have any facts, but if you look at here, something is amiss.’ Just this morning I had a rather detailed message from a Republican who was inside, and he was raising questions as well saying ‘I didn’t know if this is true, but here are the incidents that we are all watching.’ So that’s in play. We’re already seeing today the social media activity that is going on. I think that she should go to a hospital, see a neurologist, and get a clean report if it is available to her. This is not something that is going to be dealt with at her daughter’s apartment, in the context of where we are.”

Home Depot Co-Founder: If You’re Not Behind Trump, You’re Electing Clinton

Earlier this week on Fox Business Network’s “Cavuto: Coast to Coast,” Home Depot co-founder Bernie Marcus said to his fellow Republicans if you’re not behind Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, you’re electing Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

Marcus said, “If you’re going to stay neutral, you might as well vote for her because your lack of vote for Donald means she’s going to get elected anyway.”

Biden: 'Not a lot of folks shoveling coal'

Vice President Joe Biden argued Friday that the federal government needs to help train people to transition to jobs with a future like information technology, and away from the more physically demanding jobs of the past.

"It's cognitive capability now, rather than physical capability," he said at a discussion on tech hiring and training on Friday. "There's not a lot of folks shoveling coal into the steam furnace, it's a different requirement."

Biden also called on lawmakers and the unemployed workers they're trying to help to "to figure out where the jobs are going to be."

Gowdy: Stunning to Give Immunity to Man Who Deleted Clinton Email

Rep. Trey Gowdy (R., S.C.) ripped the Justice Department’s “stunning” reported decision to grant immunity to the “triggerman” who deleted Hillary Clinton’s emails during a Fox News appearance on Friday.

“This is Prosecutor 101. You don’t give immunity to the person who actually robbed the bank,” Gowdy said. “You may want to give it to the getaway driver. You may want to give it to the person who helped them count the money afterwards, but you don’t give immunity to the person who walked in and robbed the bank. That ain’t that complicated, but that’s apparently what the FBI did.”

‘15 Years On, Not Even Simplest Questions Answered’ – 9/11 Survivor

“The pain doesn’t go away” for 9/11 survivor Rick DeSantis, who spoke to RT on the eve of the tragedy’s 15th anniversary, calling for a full investigation into the destruction of the Twin Towers.

DeSantis vividly recalls the “flames and the ball of fire” from that fateful September day 15 years ago, which still gives him nightmares even today.

“I think I only survived by the grace of God. When Tower One was hit by a plane, I proceeded to Tower Two to go inside. When I got to the doors of Tower Two, I heard the second plane… I turned around slowly… It seemed as though it was slow motion,” he told RT.
