One of the attorneys attached to former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s environmental nonprofit was heavily involved in litigation targeting ExxonMobil, according to a document obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.
Gavin McCabe, a lawyer connected to Bloomberg Philanthropies, signed an amicus brief in June supporting New York City’s yearlong climate lawsuit against Exxon and Chevron. He’s one of at least eight attorneys hired by attorneys general across the country to work on environmental litigation.
Bloomberg founded Bloomberg Philanthropies in 2017 in part to provide attorney general (AG) offices with attorneys to help push green energy policies.
McCabe’s involvement suggests Bloomberg’s money is playing a role in the anti-Exxon campaign. He made himself a part of the lawsuit demanding energy companies compensate the city for the alleged damages from man-made global warming. U.S. District Judge John Keenan dismissed the case in July after months of arguments.

South Carolina Democrat: Sanders Would Be 'Doing Us All a Favor if He Just Got Lost'
Democrats worry Sanders' visit to the red state will damage support from cross-over voters
South Carolina Democrats are expressing displeasure about an upcoming visit by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) amid fears the self-described socialist's message will prove too extreme and off-putting in the ruby red state.
On Wednesday, only one day after Sanders announced he would be hitting the campaign trail for Democratic candidates on the ballot this year, high-ranking members of the South Carolina Democratic Party made it known that not everyone welcomed the senator's visit, the Associated Press reported.
Amanda Loveday, a former executive director of the South Carolina Democratic Party, indicated that Sanders' decision to journey to South Carolina ahead of the midterms struck her as "selfish," especially as the senator is speculated to be weighing another run for the White House in 2020.
"I just think it's extremely selfish of Bernie Sanders to think he could walk into South Carolina without an invitation from a candidate and think he's going to be welcomed with open arms," Loveday said. "It's hard for me to think of an actual, legitimate Democratic candidate who would stand on stage with him here."

Is Cultural Marxism America's New Mainline Ideology?
Another name for the neo-Marxism of increasing popularity in the United States is cultural Marxism.
This theory says that the driving force behind the socialist revolution is not the proletariat - but the intellectuals. While Marxism has largely disappeared from the workers' movement, Marxist theory flourishes today in cultural institutions, in the academic world, and in the mass media. This “cultural Marxism” goes back to Antonio Gramsci (1891-1937) and theFrankfurt School. The theorists of Marxism recognized that the proletariat would not play the expected historical role as a “revolutionary subject.” Therefore, for the revolution to happen, the movement must depend on the cultural leaders to destroy the existing, mainly Christian, culture and morality and then drive the disoriented masses to Communism as their new creed. The goal of this movement is to establish a world government in which the Marxist intellectuals have the final say. In this sense, the cultural Marxists are the continuation of what started with the Russian revolution.
Lenin and the Soviets
Led by Lenin, the perpetrators of the revolution regarded their victory in Russia only as the first step to the world revolution. The Russian Revolution was neither Russian nor proletarian. In 1917, the industrial workers in Russia represented only a small part of the workforce, which mainly consisted of peasantry. The Russian Revolution was not the result of a labor movement but of a group of professional revolutionaries . A closer look at the composition of the Bolshevist party and of the first governments of the Soviet state and its repressive apparatus reveals the true character of the Soviet revolution as a project that did not aim at freeing the Russian people from the Tsarist yoke but was to serve as the launchpad for the world revolution.
The experience of World War I and its aftermath showed that the Marxist concept of the "proletariat" as a revolutionary force was an illusion. At the example of the Soviet Union, one could also see that socialism could not function without a dictatorship. These considerations brought the leading Marxist thinkers to the conclusion that a different strategy would be required to establish socialism. Communist authors spread the insight that the socialist dictatorship must come in disguise. Before socialism can succeed, the existing culture must change. Control of the culture must precede political control.

Watchdog Presses State Department in Court Over Clinton Emails
In federal court hearings this week, a watchdog legal group keeps the heat on the State Department for answers about the exposure of classified information during Hillary Clinton’s use of unsecure email to conduct official business when she was secretary of state.
A hearing is set Friday in U.S. District Court in the nation’s capital to address a request from Judicial Watch for Clinton, longtime top aide Cheryl Mills, and other current or former State Department officials to testify under oath.
Judicial Watch wants them to address how the department responded to its Freedom of Information Act lawsuit seeking information about the 2012 terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya.
“It is frankly unbelievable that the State Department is still protecting Hillary Clinton and her aides from being asked basic questions about her illicit email system,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a prepared statement.
“The courts were misled and obstructed by Hillary Clinton’s email scheme, and we hope to get some more answers about this scandal,” Fitton said.
The court hearing Friday follows on the heels of a separate one Thursday where the watchdog group reported on the estimated number of Clinton documents the State Department continues to withhold.
The Washington-based nonprofit’s initial request under the Freedom of Information Act, filed May 13, 2014, sought copies of “any updates and/or talking points” given to Obama administration national security adviser Susan Rice “by the White House or any federal agency concerning, regarding, or related to the September 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya.”

ABC Regrets Firing Roseanne; "We Didn't Think It Through Properly"
ABC executives regret their "knee-jerk" decision to fire Roseanne Barr, and now believe that the network's spin-off series The Conners will fail under the weight of its own politically correct hubris, reports the Daily Mail, citing two anonymous execs.
"We didn't think it through properly. What Roseanne did was wrong but we shouldn't have rushed to fire her. It was almost a knee-jerk reaction by Ben [Sherwood] and Channing [Dungey] who should have launched an investigation," said one insider, who added "This would have given them more time to listen to the public, advertisers and cast members to determine the best decision."
The Roseanne reboot - which quickly became ABC's #1 top-rated series in April, was quickly derailed after the network suddenly fired star Roseanne Barr after she compared former Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett to if the "Muslim brotherhood & Planet of the Apes had a bay," comments which were condemned by Dungey as "abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values."
Barr, 65, was fired before a single advertiser pulled out, just three months into the show's return. Her co-stars immediately turned on her, publicly shunning Roseanne for her tweet.

Why The Coordinated Alternative Media Purge Should Terrify Everyone
Yesterday, the alternative media purge was boldly advanced in a coordinated effort to silence people who dissent from establishment views.
It’s just one more step toward a monopoly on information by those who hate freedom. At this rate, they’ll soon have unquestioned access to the minds of more than 2 billion people. And this should terrify everyone who wants to be free to question the status quo and to seek a wide range of information.
Hundreds of alternative media site administrators logged onto Facebook to discover that their accounts had been removed. Soon after, many of these sites and their writers found that their Twitter accounts had also been suspended.
Popular pages like The AntiMedia (2.1 million fans), The Free Thought Project (3.1 million fans), Press for Truth (350K fans), Police the Police (1.9 million fans), Cop Block (1.7 million fans), and Punk Rock Libertarians (125K fans) are just a few of the ones which were unpublished.
Why were these alternative media accounts removed?
The reason given doesn’t really add up.
Facebook told the LA Times that these pages had violated the company’s spam policies.

Georgia’s Democratic Candidate For Governor Implies Illegal Immigrants Will Vote For Democrats
Georgia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams said the alleged “blue wave” Democrats are expecting in the 2018 midterm elections is filled with “documented and undocumented” voters.
“The thing of it is, the blue wave is African American. It is white. It is Latino. It is Asian-Pacific Islander,” Abrams said at a Clayton County campaign office Tuesday in a video obtained by The Washington Free Beacon. “It is made up of those who’ve been told that they are not worthy of being here. It is comprised of those who are documented and undocumented.”

Trump Is Right: The Federal Reserve Is Crazy And Here Are 101 Reasons Why It Should Be Shut Down
Without a doubt, the Federal Reserve has created “the everything bubble”, and when it bursts the economic pain is going to be off the charts
Donald Trump just made one of the most brilliant moves of his entire presidency.
By accusing the Federal Reserve of “going loco”, he is placing the blame for the coming stock market crash and horrifying economic downturn squarely where it belongs, and he is firing up millions of true conservatives among his base at the same time. For many, many years, a lot of us have been trying to educate the American people about the deeply insidious Federal Reserve system. As Ron Paul once so astutely observed, it is actually about as “federal” as Federal Express is. The Federal Reserve is an unelected cabal of central bankers that is running our economy into the ground, and the only way we are going to fix our long-term economic and financial problems is if we abolish it. So for those of us that understand these things, it is extremely exciting to hear President Trump use language such as this…
President Donald Trump knocked the Federal Reserve for continuing to raise interest rates despite some recent market turbulence.
“I think the Fed is making a mistake. They are so tight. I think the Fed has gone crazy,” the president said after walking off Air Force One in Erie, Pennsylvania for a rally.

NRA to Congressional Gun Controllers: The American People Will Never Give Up Their Guns
On Friday, the NRA posted a message for gun controllers in Congress and elsewhere saying, “We the People will never give up our guns.”
The tweet from the NRA comes as Democrats double down on gun control as a central message for the fast-approaching midterms.
They posted the message:
The tweet coincides with Democrat Phil Bredesen (TN) running for Senate on a gun control platform in Tennessee and Democrat Beto O’Rourke running on a gun control platform against Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) in Texas. Gun control legislation sponsor Kyrsten Sinema (D) is vying for a Senate seat against pro-gun Martha McSally (R) in Arizona.

Florida man accused of chopping off his romantic rival's PENIS
Justin Foster, 28, appeared at a bail hearing on Thursday in the suburban Chicago city of Des Plaines, where shocking new details of the horror attack emerged.
Prosecutors said at the hearing that Foster, outraged over a new man who was dating his ex-girlfriend, flew to Chicago O'Hare International Airport in March, the Chicago Tribune reported.
Although Foster is from Tallahassee, Florida, he flew to Chicago from Atlanta, according to prosecutors.
Once at O'Hare, Foster rented a car and sought out the 26-year-old man who is the object of his jealousy, authorities say.
The prosecution alleges that once Foster located the man, he hit him over the head with a tire iron, carved his initials into his leg, and cut off his penis.

Former Canadian PM Harper Doesn’t Fear Trump, But Bernie Sanders And ‘Extremist’ Dems
Former Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper says President Donald Trump doesn’t worry him — but Sen. Bernie Sanders does.
Harper told Global News in an interview airing Sunday that many Canadians are fixated on the wrong concerns.
“I look at Donald Trump,” he said. “Obviously, there’s things that I’m uncomfortable with but the Bernie Sanders of the world or the Jeremy Corbyns in Britain are the ones that really, really frighten me.”
Harper argued that the kind of populism that Trump has unleashed is actually constructive because “they are at least trying to fix what they see ails democratic, capitalist, market-oriented societies and my fear is if they don’t have success or if conservatives do not adapt to the political pressures that are driving these movements, my concern is we will have the left-wing version of that, which will be anti-market, which will be socialist or Marxist economics, which I believe would turn us in an irreversible, downturn direction.”

Democrats' PC Problem
A conservative-led coalition of sane voters
Democrats have a PC problem. A new, nationally representative survey compiled with the help of YouGov finds that 80% of Americans consider “political correctness … a problem in our country.” Large majorities of Americans of all ages, socioeconomic status, and race oppose PC, with racial minorities and non-college graduates leading the charge. Political correctness enjoys strong support among a paltry 8% of the population, progressive activists who are overwhelmingly rich, academically credentialed, and white.
Why the sudden shift against PC? According to a CBS News/New York Times poll, just 59% of Americans opposed political correctness in 1993. That group grew to 73% nationally by 2016, according to Gallup and the University of Virginia. Now the Hidden Tribes report pegs that number at 90%. If I had to wager a guess, I suspect the Left’s adoption of transgender ideology, with its consequent policing of pronouns and official gender categories, has proved the final straw. The Left’s invention of euphemisms like “dreamer” for “illegal alien” and “justice-involved youth” for juvenile delinquent” may indict political correctness as frivolous, but its insistence on denying basic sexual facts of nature exposes it as a destructive lie. It’s one thing to wish your colleague “happy holidays” at Christmastime. It’s quite another to follow that man’s daughter into the women’s changing room at the public pool.

Van Hollen: Democrats Didn't Overreach on Kavanaugh
Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D., Md.) said on Sunday that Democrats didn't overreach during the confirmation process for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
"Well, I don't think Democrats overreached," Van Hollen told "Face the Nation" host John Dickerson. "Democrats wanted a thorough FBI investigation, and in the end it was [Senate Majority Leader] Mitch McConnell who really cut that short did not allow a full investigation."
Senate Democrats attempted to block Kavanaugh's confirmation by using allegations of sexual misconduct lodged against him in the final days of his confirmation process. The allegations went back to when he was in high school and college. Democrats focused their efforts on the allegations in an attempt to galvanize opposition and put pressure on Republicans such as Sens. Susan Collins (Maine) and Jeff Flake (Ariz.). Both Flake and Collins ended up voting for Kavanaugh; Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R., Alaska) was the only Republican senator who did not.
Kavanaugh's first accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, told the Washington Post that Kavanaugh, then a junior in high school, attacked her when they were at a party in Maryland in the early 1980s. A second allegation came from a woman named Deborah Ramirez who accused Kavanaugh of exposing himself at a dorm party during his freshman year at Yale. Another allegation was brought forth from a woman named Julie Swetnick, who is represented by anti-Trump lawyer Michael Avenatti. Swetnick claimed Kavanaugh was involved in a series of "gang rapes" when he was in high school, but she offered no additional evidence or witnesses to support her allegations, and she later walked back her claims.

When Is the Reckoning?
An archaic definition of “reckoning” is “a bill or account, or it’s settlement.” It’s the settling of scores, or how Michael Corleone in The Godfather “settled all family business”. A reckoning restores balance, or karma, when things get too out of whack. Consider Lady Justice’s scale, how justice should be balanced. When one side of the scale tips too low, balance must be restored if the concepts of justice and fairness are to have any meaning.
America is due for a reckoning. It’s one of the main reasons Donald Trump was elected president. Ronald Reagan was an early attempt at a reckoning, after the excesses of the 60s – Great Society, Vietnam, and Woodstock. Following Reagan's course correction, we had “Bu-Bama-Ton”, 28 years of Bushes, Obama, and Clinton, tilting the scales toward the elites, the globalists, the deep state, with no regard for honesty, justice, and the needs of average Americans.
Although the reckoning goes beyond simply President Trump being elected, he is the right man at the right time to deliver the message, to restore balance to the Constitution and to human decency, both in desperate need of a course correction. But where is the actual reckoning?
Begin with the Clintons, and their long rap sheet of scandals and corruption. Sure, Bill was impeached, but instead of feeling a healthy sense of shame, he and his wife doubled down, selling out America to personally enrich themselves to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. Whitewater and cattle futures were chump change compared to Uranium One and the Clinton Foundation.
George W. Bush went mute during his presidency, never making a case for his actions or policies, presiding over a foolish and inept war effort, allowing the Democrats to define his presidency to the point that Barack Obama had a cakewalk to the White House.

McNally: Google Does Not ‘Worry About Legislation’ Because They ‘Bought’ Congress
Christie-Lee McNally, executive director of Free Our Internet, warned of large technology companies’ procurement of political influence via lobbying efforts in Washington, DC. She offered her remarks in a Thursday interview with Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily.
Free Our Internet is a non-profit organization describing itself as an opponent of the “tech-left” and its political censorship of “conservative speech online.”
McNally said:
They control over 90 percent of the internet, so they don’t need to capitulate to us, they don’t need to capitulate to the Senate [or] the president. They don’t need to capitulate … because they’ve bought them all. The amount they pay in lobbyists — if you look at FEC reports and how much they pay in lobbyists [and in] Washington, DC, they don’t have to worry about legislation.

They don’t need to capitulate … because they’ve bought them all. Dark Money Group Teams With Progressive Fund Led by Steyer and Soros
A dark money nonprofit is teaming up with a project launched earlier this year financed by political billionaire activists Tom Steyer and George Soros in a bid to boost Democratic causes and candidates in at least 11 states, according to campaign finance disclosure documents.
The State Engagement Fund, a 501(c)(4) based in Washington, D.C., does not have to disclose its donors. From late August through September, State Engagement Fund made four donations worth $2.1 million to State Victory Action.
State Victory Action, meanwhile, is a 527 organization formed this year. Previous disclosures showed nearly all of that group's $11 million in seed funding had come from billionaire political activists Tom Steyer and George Soros.

Indiana GOP Files Ethics Complaint Against Joe Donnelly
The Indiana Republican Party has filed a complaint to the Senate ethics committee against Sen. Joe Donnelly (D., Ind.) for his "improper and illegal use of official resources for campaign purposes," pointing to use of photos taken by his official office in his latest campaign ad.
The complaint, filed on Wednesday, is in regards to a photo of Donnelly's February 2017 meeting with then-Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch that was taken by his Senate office and posted to the internet. The photo appeared in the Donnelly campaign's latest ad, which points to Donnelly's vote for Gorsuch.

Fitton: The ATF Is Still Hiding the Truth About Obama’s Anti-Gun Agenda
The Obama administration excelled at pushing its radical agenda through any means necessary. Since its gun-control agenda was not going anywhere, it decided to control ammunition, which would have had the same effect.
Everyone with an appreciation of the Second Amendment saw right through it.
Late last month, we filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), a component of the Department of Justice, for 1,900 pages of records about a proposed reclassification that would effectively ban certain types of AR-15 ammunition as armor-piercing (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:18-cv-02218)).
We sued after the agency failed to respond to our May 14, 2018, FOIA request for the 1,900 documents about the Obama administration’s AR-15 ammo ban efforts. The documents include ATF talking points about the “Armor Piercing Ammunition Notice of Proposed Rulemaking” and other records discussing ammunition classification.
This lawsuit is the latest development in our more than three-year effort to obtain documents from the ATF. Judicial Watch discovered the document cache in separate litigation on the ammo ban issue.

Stormy Daniels Lawsuit Dismissed, Trump Entitled To Legal Fees
The Judge has dismissed porn actress and stripper Stephanie Clifford's lawsuit against President Trump, according to one of Trump's attorneys. The judge says that Trump is entitled to legal fees from Daniels, which Trump's legal team says will be determined at a later date.
A statement from Trump's legal team reads:
United States District Judge S. James Otero issued an order and ruling today dismissing Stormy Daniels' defamation lawsuit against President Trump. The ruling also states that the President is entitled to an award of his attorneys' fees against Stormy Daniels. A copy of the ruling is attached. No amount of spin or commentary by Stormy Daniels or her lawyer, Mr. Avenatti, can truthfully characterize today's ruling in any way other than total victory for President Trump and total defeat for Stormy Daniels. The amount of the award for President Trump's attorneys' fees will be determined at a later date.
Daniels' attorney Michael Avenatti responded to the dismissal, tweeting: "We will appeal the dismissal of the defamation cause of action and are confident in a reversal," while stating that Daniels' other claims against Trump and Cohen "proceed unaffected."

Gaza Terror Group Boasts First Ever Incendiary ‘Blimp’
After kids’ helium balloons, kites and condoms, next comes the first ever incendiary “blimp” launched at Israel from the Gaza Strip, a terror group in the coastal enclave boasted.
A clip making the rounds on Palestinian media on Saturday showed members of the “Sons of Zouari” group launching the incendiary device over the border during Friday’s riots. It shows an oversize balloon, approximately 16 feet in length, disguised as a blimp with the Arabic and Hebrew text reading, “If we are doomed to suffer, then we will not suffer alone.”
According to the Hamas-run health ministry, seven Palestinians were killed during Friday’s clashes, which were some of the deadliest in recent months, with more than 20,000 Palestinians taking to the border area to riot. Four were killed from Israeli fire when rioters blasted a hole in the border fence with explosives and attempted to storm an army post.
Rioters burned tires and threw bombs, grenades, rocks, and Molotov cocktails at soldiers.

FBI: Andrew McCabe investigated for unauthorized media leak in 2017
Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was under investigation by the bureau in March 2017 for an alleged unauthorized leak to the media about former national security adviser Michael Flynn and President Trump.
The alleged leak, which has not been publicly revealed, involved a “statement overheard in early February 2017,” according to documents released by the FBI on Monday.
The FBI’s Office of Public Affairs received the complaint about the alleged leak, and an investigation appears to have been opened on March 20, 2017.
The new revelation was included in a batch of documents released Monday related to an internal investigation of McCabe.

Netanyahu: Hamas has not yet gotten the message
If Hamas does not stop its violent attacks against Israel, then Israel will stop them through forceful actions, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned at Sunday's cabinet meeting.
Commenting on the increase in violence along the border fence with Gaza, Netanyahu said that “Hamas has apparently not internalized the message – if they don't stop the violent attacks against us, they will be stopped in a different way and it will be painful, very painful.”
Netanyahu said that Israel is “very close to a different type of action, action that will include very forceful blows.” He said that if Hamas were smart, “they would stop the fire and the violent riots – now.”
The security cabinet, which generally meets every Sunday afternoon, is scheduled to meet today and – among other issues – discuss the escalation along the Gaza border.
The warning comes after an especially violent weekend in which more than 20,000 Palestinians took part in the weekly "March of Return" riots and multiple attempts to breach the Gaza fence were prevented by IDF forces. Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman and Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh also exchanged barbs, with Liberman ordering a full halt on gas and fuel deliveries to the Gaza Strip.
Three Palestinians were killed in one incident after several Gazans breached the security fence in the southern Strip, and set off a bomb which set a section of the fence on fire. Immediately afterwards, a group of 20 Palestinians was seen crossing the fence and approaching an IDF sniper position, leading troops to open fire and kill three men. The others returned to the Strip.

BACKFIRE: 2nd Correction Made On Elizabeth Warren DNA Test Story, Warren Gets Mocked
The Boston Globe had to issue a second embarrassing correction to their story claiming that Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) is Native American, admitting that the newspaper made "a math error."
Buried at the very bottom of the report, the newspaper issued the following correction:
Due to a math error, a story about Elizabeth Warren misstated the ancestry percentage of a potential 6th to 10th generation relative. The generational range based on the ancestor that the report identified suggests she’s between 1/64th and 1/1,024th Native American.

Ben Sasse Tackles Loneliness of Digital Revolution
Sen. Ben Sasse tackles loneliness in his new book, "Them: Why We Hate Each Other - and How to Heal," and said Sunday during an interview on CBS' "Face the Nation" that the digital revolution is "really undermining that sense of local community and neighborhood."
The Nebraska lawmaker explores the "evaporation of social capital" in his book, and says Americans are "literally dying of despair," of the failure "to fill the hole millions of Americans feel in their lives."
"There's a ton of literature now that shows we're the richest people in the history of humanity," Sasse told CBS' John Dickerson. "And yet we're some of the most dissatisfied people in the history humanity. How do you make sense of that? And it didn't start two years ago."

How Mitch McConnell finally came around on Trump: 'I look at the results'
Just two years ago, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was looking for a way to defeat Donald Trump in the Republican presidential primary, and told colleagues they would “drop him like a hot rock” if the flamboyant real estate mogul won the nomination.
Two years later, McConnell is impressed with Trump's results, which include ushering in the most important Republican initiatives in a generation, and shifting the Supreme Court in a conservative direction for the first time in decades.
“This Congress has been the best two years of my time here,” McConnell told the Washington Examiner in a Capitol interview before the Senate left town to campaign ahead of the Nov. 6 election.

Elizabeth Warren Savaged On Social Media As DNA Gambit Backfires; Cherokee Nation Furious
Update: The Cherokee Nation has issued a statement slamming Warren for her "continued claims of tribal heritage."
"A DNA test is useless to determine tribal citizenship. Current DNA tests do not even distinguish whether a person's ancestors were indigenous to North or South America. Sovereign tribal nations set their own legal requirements for citizenship, and while DNA tests can be used to determine lineage, such as paternity to an individual, it is not evidence for tribal affiliation. Using a DNA test to lay claim to any connection to the Cherokee Nation or any tribal nation, even vaguely, is inappropriate and wrong. It makes a mockery out of DNA tests and its legitimate uses while also dishonoring legitimate tribal governments and their citizens, who ancestors are well documented and whose heritage is prove. Senator Warren is undermining tribal interests with her continued claims of tribal heritage."
- Cherokee Nation Secretary of State Chuck Hoskin, Jr.
Elizabeth Warren just owned herself after releasing a DNA test confirming that she's as little as 1/1024th Native American - about half the percentage of the average white person.
So Elizabeth Warren is *possibly* 1/1024 (0.09%) Native American.
Scientists say the average European-American is 0.18% Native American. (https://www.nytimes.com/2014/12/25/science/23andme-genetic-ethnicity-study.html …)
That'd make Warren even less Native American than the average European-American.
What's more, the DNA expert she used, Stanford University professor Carlos Bustamente, "used samples from Mexico, Peru, and Colombia to stand in for Native American" as opposed to, say, DNA from a Cherokee Indian which Warren has claimed to be throughout her career.

Democratic Nightmare: Many Latinos Ignore Race Politics, Vote on Economy
Democrats are worried that their bet on Latino voting-power is failing amid President Donald Trump’s good economy, say media reports.
The Democrats’ bet seems to be failing because most second-generation and third-generation Latino voters are ignoring the Democrats’ racial-resentment pitch, and instead want to vote like other Americans: They primarily want to boost their jobs, families, schools, and neighborhoods, not fight other ethnic groups for a greater share of civic status and government aid.
“Hispanic voters were supposed to be the party’s future. It’s not working out that way,” said the headline on a Slate.com article. The article continued:

Stacey Abrams accuses GOP foe of voter suppression
Stacey Abrams, the Democrat candidate for Georgia governor, continued Sunday to accuse her Republican opponent of voter suppression even though the state recently broke its voter-registration record on his watch.
Ms. Abrams alleged that Republican Secretary of State Brian Kemp has stalled 53,000 voter-registration forms as part of a “pattern of behavior” aimed at gaming the election in the GOP’s favor.
“It’s part of a pattern of behavior where he tries to tilt the playing field in his favor or in the favor of his party,” the Georgia House Minority Leader told NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “This should not require the erosion of public trust.”

Mr. Kemp has blasted the voter-suppression claim, calling it “incredibly dishonest” and pointing out that the 53,000 voters whose registrations were flagged for discrepancies may still cast ballots.
“The 53,000 Georgians on our ‘pending’ list can vote in the November 6th election,” said Mr. Kemp in a Wednesday post. “Her dark money voter registration group submitted sloppy forms. Now, they are faking outrage for political gain.”

Elizabeth Warren Ancestor Rounded Up Cherokees For Trail of Tears
For over a quarter of a century, Elizabeth Warren has described herself as a Native American. When recently asked to provide evidence of her ancestry, she pointed to an unsubstantiated claim on an 1894 Oklahoma Territory marriage license application by her great-great grand uncle William J. Crawford that his mother, O.C. Sarah Smith Crawford, Ms. Warren’s great-great-great grandmother, was a Cherokee.
After researching her story, it is obvious that her “family lore” is just fiction.
As I pointed out in my article here on Sunday, no evidence supports this claim. O.C. Sarah Smith Crawford had no Cherokee heritage, was listed as “white” in the Census of 1860, and was most likely half Swedish and half English, Scottish, or German, or some combination thereof. (Note, the actual 1894 marriage license makes no claim of Cherokee ancestry.)

Judicial Watch: New Clinton Emails Found
Judicial Watch was in federal court this past week at a hearing regarding our request for testimony under oath from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Cheryl Mills and several other State Department officials about Clinton email searches. We requested these searches in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit about the Benghazi terrorist attack.
U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth set the hearing.
In his October 4, 2018, order setting the hearing date, Judge Lamberth said:
"Two and a half years ago, the Court granted plaintiff’s request for limited discovery, mindful of parallel proceeding before Judge Sullivan and the ongoing inquiries by the State Department’s Inspector General, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the House Select Committee on Benghazi. Since those proceeding have concluded, it is time to set a plan for further proceedings in this case."
The development comes in our July 2014 FOIA lawsuit filed after the U.S. Department of State failed to respond to a May 13, 2014 FOIA request
This is the lawsuit that forced the Clinton email system issue into the public eye in early 2015.
In 2014, a related Judicial Watch case brought to light the fact that the “Internet video” talking points regarding the Benghazi attack were orchestrated in the Obama White House.
In March 2016, U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth granted us “limited discovery,” ruling that “where there is evidence of government wrong-doing and bad faith, as here, limited discovery is appropriate, even though it is exceedingly rare in FOIA cases.

Elizabeth Warren's DNA test shows she isn't Native American, makes her the butt of jokes once again
Well, that didn’t go according to plan.
After making a big show of taking a DNA test to determine her ancestry, it turns out that Elizabeth Warren has negligible Native American roots. Not only is the Massachusetts Democrat white, she's really, really white, possessing less Native American blood than the average European-American.
The Boston Globe was first to report on a six-page DNA analysis conducted by Carlos D. Bustamante, a Stanford University professor and adviser to the do-it-yourself testing company, 23andMe. But while Bustamante is a professional in his field, even the Globe had to note “the inherent imprecision of the six-page DNA analysis.”
All depends on the great-great-great-great-grandmother of Warren. If that matriarch was a Native American, then the senator is 1/64th American Indian. (The Globe mistakenly has it as 1/32.) But her Native American ancestor could just as likely go back 10 generations, the analysis reports, meaning Warren would be just 1/1024th American Indian.
What do those fractions actually mean? Well, geneticists estimate that the average European-American has genes that are 98.6 percent European, .19 percent African, and .18 Native American. By comparison, Warren’s genes might be just 0.09 percent Native American. On average, if you have a European background, she's probably less Native American than you or I.

Democrats Advised Not to Speak About Open Border Policies
Democrats running for re-election in the 2018 midterms are being advised to not speak about the issue of immigration as consultants admit the zero-enforcement, open borders positions of the Democrat Party are unpopular with swing voters.
In a memo obtained by the New York Times, left-wing consultants with the Center for American Progress and the think tank, Third Way, advised Democrats running for election to spend “as little time as possible” talking about the immigration issue facing the nation, where more than 1.5 million immigrants are admitted to the country every year.
Democrats have geared up for the 2018 midterm elections by running on a platform that would abolish the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, which would end all immigration enforcement across the United States. Three in four swing voters oppose the Democrats’ “abolish ICE” initiative.

Did Saudis, CIA Fear Khashoggi 9/11 Bombshell?
The macabre case of missing journalist Jamal Khashoggi raises the question: did Saudi rulers fear him revealing highly damaging information on their secret dealings? In particular, possible involvement in the 9/11 terror attacks on New York in 2001.
Even more intriguing are US media reports now emerging that American intelligence had snooped on and were aware of Saudi officials making plans to capture Khashoggi prior to his apparent disappearance at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul last week. If the Americans knew the journalist’s life was in danger, why didn’t they tip him off to avoid his doom?

If past statistics can offer any guidance, in 2016, $1.44 trillion income taxes were paid by 140.9 million taxpayers reporting a total of $10.2 trillion in adjusted gross income, according to data recently released by the Internal Revenue Services.
The top 1 percent paid a greater share of individual income taxes (37.3 percent) than the bottom 90 percent combined (30.5 percent).

Wicomico County Council Out Of Control, OR WILL THEY BE? That's Up To You!
On this year's ballot, there are two proposed charter amendments for votes to consider. The first is Question A. It would allow the county council to confirm deputy directors and the assistant director of administration just like the council currently approves department directors. The thought behind this is that in some cases deputy directors have significant authority and may even serve as the top official in a department when a director leaves. For positions that have such authority, the council should confirm.
The amendment would also clarify that the director of administration, the county's number-two position, is confirmed by council. This has been the practice since the beginning of the executive form of government, but the charter is not clear on this. Question A would end any confusion.
Publishers Notes: The Council wants to take over as much power from the Executive as humanly possible. As I've always stated in the past, either get rid of the Executive position, (something YOU voted for) or leave the Executive position alone. These EXTREMIST Council Members need to be stopped.
Herschel Walker Calls for CNN to Take Don Lemon ‘Off the Air’
NFL great Herschel Walker is calling for CNN to take host Don Lemon ‘off the air’ for the racist names that Lemon and his guests called rapper Kanye West, after his visit with President Donald Trump at the White House last week.
The former NFL running back jumped to his Twitter account to slam CNN and suggest that Lemon be taken off the air, the Washington Times reported.
“Went to bed appalled over Don Lemon despicable behavior laughing at Tara Setmayer and Bakari Sellers awful remarks about Kanye West’s visit with Donald Trump!,” Walker tweeted on October 11. “Woke up wondering why CNN doesn’t take all three off the air?
#SHAMEFUL #CNN.”
Walker’s criticism stems from a broadcast of Lemon’s CNN “news” show where he sat by laughing as commentators Bakari Sellers and Tara Setmayer attacked Kanye West over his support for President Trump. During the segment Sellers angrily insisted that “Kanye West is what happens when Negroes don’t read,” and called him stupid while Setmayer called the singer a “token negro.” Throughout, Lemon sat idly by giggling like a school girl and egging his unruly guests on.

Four Democrats Caught in Voter Fraud Ring Targeting Seniors in Fort Worth
Four Democrats were arrested and charges with running a voter fraud ring targeting senior citizens in Tarrant County near Dallas.
The Democrats were stealing votes from elderly citizens on Fort Worth’s north side.
CBS Local has more on the Democrat criminal ring.
Members of an organized voter fraud ring have been arrested and indicted on charges they targeted and, in one case stole, the votes of elderly voters on the city’s north side.
Four people were arrested — Leticia Sanchez, Leticia Sanchez Tepichin, Maria Solis and Laura Parra — after being indicted on 30 felony counts of voter fraud, according to a statement from the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
These people allegedly were paid to target older voters on the north side “in a scheme to generate a large number of mail ballots and then harvest those ballots for specific candidates in 2016,” the statement read.
“Ballots by mail are intended to make it easier for Texas seniors to vote,” Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton said in a statement. “My office is committed to ensuring that paid vote harvesters who fraudulently generate mail ballots, stealing votes from seniors, are held accountable for their despicable actions and for the damage they inflict on the electoral process.”

After Taylor Swift Endorsement, Tennessee Democrat Bredesen Drops 14 Points in Polls
Trouble. Trouble. Trouble.
Singer Taylor Swift endorsed Democrat Phil Bredesen on October 8th in the Tennessee Senate race. Swift also smeared Marsha Blackburn with far left nonsense
But unfortunately Bredesen’s campaign has collapsed since the endorsement.
James O’Keefe and Project Veritas caught Bredesen campaign staffers admitting that he has been deceiving voters and attempting to appear more moderate than he actually is.
Bredesen, who was recently endorsed by Taylor Swift, has infamously claimed that he would have voted to confirm Justice Brett Kavanaugh — but his campaign says it is just a vote grab.

75 Yr-Old Joe Biden Leads 2020 Democrat Presidential Poll – 77 Yr-Old Bernie in Second Place
A new poll released by CNN shows former Vice President Joe Biden leading a crowded field of potential Democrat nominees. 75-year-old Joe picks up 33%, while 77-year-old washed-out Marxist Bernie Sanders somehow comes in second with 13%.
Pocahontas Warren, Spartacus Booker, Bloomberg, and creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti score in the single digits.
Out of 1009 respondants to the poll, 10 of them would actually vote for Avenatti to be President.

The Party of Evil
The Democrats and their parrots and lapdogs in the liberal media never stop accusing people on the right of being racists, sexists and homophobes.
But if you pay even the slightest attention to what the left says and does, you know that they are the real bigots.
They're the ones who thought it was real funny - and perfectly OK - when a "Saturday Night Live" skit on the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearings last weekend used the word "queen" and other gay-world references to imply that Republican Senator Lindsay Graham was secretly gay.
The left are also the ones who didn't complain the other night when Don Lemon laughed along with his panel of CNN nobodies as they mocked Kanye West for being President Trump's "token Negro."
If any Republican or Fox News host ever referred to someone like Lemon as "queen" or called him CNN's "token Negro," they'd be branded a racist homophobe by the liberal media and forced off the air forever.
The latest example of the left's devious wordplay is its new definition of the word "mob."

Why Was Robert Mueller and Only Robert Mueller Selected to Hand Deliver Uranium to Russia and then Run the Trump-Russia Witch Hunt?
We reported last year that under suspicious circumstances in 2009, then FBI Director Robert Mueller was singled out by Hillary Clinton and former President Obama to hand deliver uranium to Russia. Eight years later Mueller was singled out to run the unconstitutional Trump – Russia witch hunt. This all stinks to high heaven!
Russia Uranium
As we previously reported, WikiLeaks released a memo that was authored by Hillary Clinton’s State Department on August 17th, 2009. In the cable it states –
Over two years ago Russia requested a ten-gram sample of highly enriched uranium (HEU) seized in early 2006 in Georgia during a nuclear smuggling sting operation involving one Russian national and several Georgian accomplices. The seized HEU was transferred to U.S. custody and is being held at a secure DOE facility. In response to the Russian request, the Georgian Government authorized the United States to share a sample of the material with the Russians for forensic analysis.

Canadians linked to newly legal pot industry could be barred from US
More than 100 recreational marijuana stores are opening across Canada this week, introducing new opportunities for international business and tourism — and creating potential conflict with U.S. authorities as money and people flow across the border.
Canada will be the second Western country to regulate recreational sales, after tiny Uruguay in South America, which sells pot only to its own citizens at pharmacies.
Trump administration officials long anticipated the fulfillment of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s 2015 campaign pledge, but the precise U.S. response remains unclear when stores open Wednesday.

Of Course The Liberal Mob Is Real
There are few things that get liberals riled up like exposing them for exactly who and what they are. They hate it, almost as much as they hate people who don’t fall in lockstep with their every demand. So when President Trump started talking about the “mob” liberals have become, “journalists” leapt to their defense, naturally. But there is no defense from the truth; no matter how earnestly a CNN or MSNBC personality insists the Sun rises in the west, that doesn’t make it so. The Democratic Party is the party of the mob.
It wasn’t that long ago that the fringe of the political left was just that – a fringe. They’d used mommy and daddy’s credit card or their trust fund money to congregate at a G7 summit or meeting of the International Monetary Fund, then go back to whatever college town they refused to grow up in. Now there is no afghan of the party left, it’s all fringe.
What used to be ignored as it smashed the windows of a Starbucks and set trashcans on fire in the streets every couple of years is now what the Democrats are counting on to deliver them a majority in the House of Representatives.
So where did this mob come from?
The simple answer is they’ve always been there, only they’re emboldened now.
The spirit of the mob in inherent in the left, what they want requires something from others – either their money or obedience, and often times both. But the realities of life tended to keep this instinct in check outside the ballot box. Then millennials entered the scene.
