Hmm, It's Time to Sign the Petition and Write the Justices
But beyond the birth certificate issue, there's the matter that Obama traveled to Indonesia, Pakistan, Southern India and Kenya in 1981. He said he went to Indonesia to see his mother. This seemed plausible, except for the fact that his mother returned to Hawaii in August of 1980 to file for a divorce from her second husband, Lolo Soetoro. Unless she went back to pal around with the man she divorced, she wasn't there at the time of Obama's visit.
There's another problem. No record of Obama holding an American passport prior to the one he received once becoming a U.S. senator has been found. If he traveled to Pakistan with an American passport, he wouldn't have been allowed in – since Pakistan was in turmoil in 1981 and under martial law. It was also on the State Department's travel ban list for U.S. citizens.
If he couldn't get into Pakistan with a U.S. passport, perhaps he went there with an Indonesian passport. But the only way you can get one of those is if you are an Indonesian citizen.
That's quite possible since under Indonesian law, when a male acknowledges a child as his son, it deems the son – in this case Obama – to be an Indonesian state citizen, which was also recorded by Obama's school record.
So, if he didn't go to Indonesia in 1981 to visit mom (who had returned to Hawaii by then), might it have something to do with the fact that Indonesian passports expire every five years and it was time for renewal?
Why does that matter?
If Obama would have been a U.S. citizen, 8 USC §1481(a)(2) provides loss of nationality by native born citizens upon "taking an oath or making an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state ... after having attained the age of eighteen years," in violation of 8 U.S.C. §1401(a)(1). Simply put, since Indonesia did not allow for dual citizenship, if Obama got that passport in 1981, when he was 20 years old, he effectively renounced any U.S. citizenship he may have had.
So, if the experts are right, Obama forged a Certification of Live Birth to fool America. In addition to the automatic Indonesian citizenship granted to a child acknowledged as a "son" by an Indonesian male citizen, and the Indonesian citizenship listed in Obama's school records, Obama then traveled to a place where Americans weren't allowed to go, but citizens of Indonesia were. If he obtained an Indonesian passport on his trip in 1981, he effectively renounced any American citizenship he may have had and cannot serve as president (or "rule" as president, as members of his campaign have stated). These are serious questions that must have answers.
If Obama gets into office without verification that he has met the requirements of the U.S. Constitution, if you care about life, liberty or the family, you're going to have to make hundreds of calls to try and fight an agenda that seeks to silence you.
There is a way to help prevent this. Our founders sacrificed their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor. I'm asking you to do three things.
1. Fast and pray for all the hidden things to come to light.
2. Call the Republican members of the House Judiciary Committee – in their district offices while they're home this week for Thanksgiving. Ask them to "Please hold congressional hearings to investigate whether Barack Obama meets the basic constitutional requirements for the highest office of the land."
3. Write a letter to the nine Justices of the United States Supreme Court (names are listed below) and put them in a FedEx (or other overnight) envelope to:

Just How Many Increases Can Salisbury Taxpayers Take?
They also are talking about a 43% increase in their rates this year or very early into the new year.
While everyone saw the economy folding over the past three years, the Mayor, (Barrie Tilghman) continued to present packages to the Council that cost taxpayers millions of dollars, hence the new Fire Station 16 and even new Fire Trucks that weren't necessary.
It's bad enough they spent more than $80,000,000.00 on a new Waste Water Treatment Plant that might not be able to handle the volume the City currently needs, now they want another $80,000,000.00+ for larger lines because the system they created can't handle what's being delivered.
It's the typical Government style of screwing the Public. Oh look, we have a brand new WWTP but we FORGOT to tell you that once it's done we'll need to spend another $80 mil to make it work. Once you're tied in there's no turning back.
This is why you need true business people in Office. I'll just wait until the election is over and decide if I want to keep doing this any more. IF the public doesn't get out there and make changes, I'm outta here, seriously.
I look at Ocean City demanding every Department Head cut their budget like there's no tomorrow and Barrie Tilghman and Gary Comegys just keep spending. No one wants to buy and build in the City any more, (as I mentioned Monday night at the City Council Meeting). We'll see what happens in time but think about it. Are YOU spending MORE at home right now or are you cutting back in every possible way? The Country IS in FACT going bankrupt and admits they're simply printing new money for yet ANOTHER false economy. Why aren't you people demanding this STOP?

Some observations
- First of all, her picture must be from 15 years ago (blond and youngish).
- All of her MySpace contacts are kids, many of the young females profess their love for her as if she was the leader of some girly girl cult.
- Part of her pathology may be that she sees herself as a young blond adolescent boy magnet.

FREE Durable Medical Equipment
I have a quantity of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) that I've been trying to donate to a non-profit organization. The list includes 2 hospital beds (for home use) Walkers, Canes, Bedside Commodes, Shower Chairs and the like. The equipment is worth close to $10,000. I've tried the MS Society but they didn't want to take the time and effort to pick it up. My wife has MS so they were my first choice. I've sent an email to Coastal Hospice and they didn't even bother to answer.
All I'm looking for is to GIVE this stuff to a non-profit so that I may benefit from the tax deduction and they can benefit by helping those that need this equipment.
As the Number 1 source of news on DelMarVa, I'm hoping you can get the word out. I can be reached at: Theobald@aol.com

Pelosi GTxi SS/Rt Sport Edition From Congressional Motors
All new for 2012, the Pelosi GTxi SS/Rt Sport Edition is the mandatory American car so advanced it took $100 billion and an entire Congress to design it. We started with same reliable 7-way hybrid ethanol-biodeisel-electric-clean
coal-wind-solar-pedal power plant behind the base model Pelosi, but packed it with extra oomph and the sassy styling pizazz that tells the world that 1974 Detroit is
back again -- with a vengeance.
We've subsidized the features you want and taxed away the rest. With its advanced Al Gore-designed V-3 under the hood pumping out 22.5 thumping, carbon-neutral ponies of Detroit muscle, you'll never be late for the Disco or the Day Labor Shelter. Engage the pedal drive or strap on the optional jumbo mizzenmast, and the GTxi SS/Rt Sport Edition easily exceeds 2016 CAFE mileage standards. At an estimated 268 MPG, that's a savings of nearly $1800 per week in fuel cost over the 2011 Pelosi.
Even with increased performance we didn't skimp on safety. With 11-point passenger racing harnesses, 15-way airbags, and mandatory hockey helmet, you'll have the security knowing that you could survive a 45 MPH collision even if the GTxi SS/Rt were capable of that kind of illegal speed.
But the changes don't stop there. Sporty mag-style hubcaps and an all-new aggressive wedge shape designed by CM's Chief Stylist Ted Kennedy slices through the wind like an omnibus spending bill. It even features an airtight undercarriage to keep you and a passenger afloat up to 15 minutes -- even in the choppy waters of a Cap Cod inlet.
Available a rainbow of color choices to match any wardrobe, from Harvest Avocado to French Mustard.
Inside, a luxurious all-velour interior designed by Barney Frank features thoughtful appointments like in-dash condom dispenser and detachable vibrating shift knob. A special high capacity hatchback holds up to 300 aluminum cans, meaning fewer trips to the redemption center. And the standard 3 speaker Fairness ActoPhonic FM low-band sound system means you'll never miss a segment of NPR again.
Best of all, the Pelosi GTxi SS/Rt is made right here in the U.S.A. by fully card-checked unionized workers and
Thanksgiving
They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family.
On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, 'How was the trip?'
'It was great, Dad.'
'Did you see how poor people live?' the father asked.
'Oh yeah,' said the son.
'So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?' asked the father.
The son answered:
'I saw that we have one dog and they had four.
We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end.
We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night.
Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon.
We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight.
We have servants who serve us, but they serve others.
We buy our food, but they grow theirs.
We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them.'
The boy's father was speechless.
Then his son added, 'Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are.'
Isn't perspective a wonderful thing? Makes you wonder what would happen if we all gave thanks for everything we have, instead of worrying about what we don't have.
Appreciate every single thing you have, especially your friends!
Today is . . . Tie One On Day
Yes, I thought the same thing, it's a day to drink and be merry . . . but it isn't.
Tie One On Day celebrates the humble apron and the spirit of women of
earlier generations who donned the universal symbol of home, family and mothering as
the uniform of their daily wardrobe and helped make America the great country it is
today.
On the eve of Thanksgiving, wrap a loaf of bread in an apron and tuck a prayer or
note of hope in the pocket. Tie One On...an apron of course, and deliver the wrapped
bread to someone without bounty and in need.
NEWSFLASH: OBAMA Birth Certificate Found = Controversy Settled
There has been a lot of talk about President Elect Barack H. Obama's birth certificate and eligibility to run for office.
This video puts the entire issue to bed once and for all.
A reader who commented on yesterdays post on the subject pointed us to another website which has a copy of a birth announcement in the Honolulu Advertiser from Sunday August 13, 1961.
In fact, the conspiracy would need to be even deeper than our colleagues realized. In late July, a researcher looking to dig up dirt on Obama instead found a birth announcement that had been published in the Honolulu Advertiser on Sunday, Aug. 13, 1961:

The announcement was posted by a pro-Hillary Clinton blogger who grudgingly concluded that Obama "likely" was born Aug. 4, 1961 in Honolulu.
Of course, it's distantly possible that Obama's grandparents may have planted the announcement just in case their grandson needed to prove his U.S. citizenship in order to run for president someday. We suggest that those who choose to go down that path should first equip themselves with a high-quality tinfoil hat.
Now that the Irish birth video has surfaced what are Americans supposed to think?

He knows nothing about this and will be surprised as hell when this gets to him before Christmas.

America Headed for Breakup?
And then more recently, again, Lowell Stoltzfus sponsored State legislation for secession in an attempt to have us decide our own fate through self-determination. Don't think this is something that was just conjured-up on a whim. It holds validity. Joe has repeated pointed out on this very blog the vast disparity in DE Real Estate property taxes verses Maryland not to mention the sales tax issue. And I can tell you first hand that I hear about these issues from my own customers on a daily basis.
Well tonight, Glen Beck will have a special on how our fellow countrymen view the prospect of a severed States. Texas never wanted to become part of our Union and that view is held widely even up to this very day.
Could Maryland's eastern shore be the very first State to declare its independence? Rifts are growing in California whereby Governor Schwarzenegger wants more of the Federal pie. So also in New York. And even here on the eastern shore when I ask the Comptroller's office for a formula to show how much of the sales tax collections are being returned back into our locality - Wicomico - they say it is also often requested from other jurisdictions . . .but nothing is ever provided to give an accurate accounting. Instead, tensions continue to mount.
On Today's Glen Beck Program Is America headed for a breakup? A Russian analyst has predicted that the United States will decline and divide into separate parts, according to the Drudge Report. Glenn has talked about the rising disenfranchisement in the country and how states aren't necessarily bound to stick around -- is it possible for states to start bailing? Glenn shows how he thinks the new country will look in this amazing illustration. Read the transcript.

Unsolved Mystery; Obama's Birth Certificate... The Saga Continues
This is posted for the PHD and all the others who continue to question why "the right wing racists" continue to ask questions about the President Elects failure to produce documents.
Every American should be proud of the accomplishments of Senator Obama in being elected by an overwhelming majority to the highest office in the land.
This accomplishment is being tarnished by his refusal to provide his birth certificate, proof that he did not give up his American citizenship to attend Indonesian Schools (which only allowed Indonesian Citizens) and copies of his College records to see if he was enrolled as a US Citizen or an Indonesian citizen.
Allan Keyes, a black man who ran for President is suing in the State of California for Senator Obama to produce these documents, so its not an issue of race, its an issue of honor.
The people simply want the answers to the man so can be given the honor and respect due as President of the United States of America.

PAC-14 and Global Warming – Part II
In a conversation I had just last week with one of this merry little gang I was actually told that THEIR approach -
handing PAC-14 over to a largely self-appointed, self-perpetuating, and wholly unaccountable group
is the CONSERVATIVE approach to managing PAC-14. I'm still laughing.
Their argument goes something like this:
Allowing the Wicomico County Council and the Mayor of Salisbury (with confirmation by the city council) to appoint the PAC-14 board is equivalent to government control. Such government control will inevitably lead to CENSORSHIP and politicization of PAC-14's content. Only governance by a COMMUNITY board will assure that THE PEOPLE maintain control.
I'll admit that the argument sounds great. There is not one ounce of truth to it, but it sounds great.

Another Viewpoint on the Obama Birth Certificate Debate
There has been a lot of activity from people who are claiming that President Elect Obama has provided PROOF of eligablilty to run for president in the form of a valid birth certificate.
The debate has brought too much controversy and it should end.
The debate should end by Obama coming clean and producing the documents to show he did not give up his citizenship while living abroad Indonesia as an Indonesian Citizen.
The President elect needs to open his records from Harvard to prove that his enrollment was as an American citizen, not a foreign student.
Did Obama give up his American citizenship by going to schools that only allowed Indonesian citizens?

Condos On Poo River Takes A $4,000,000.00 Loss
While the Who's Who of Salisbury gathered at the Old Downtown Court House, bidders were few and far between. Actually, there was only ONE! The Bank bought back their $6+ million dollar property for $2,400,000.00 and the strangest part about it was the two Bank Employees, (from the same Bank) were bidding against one and other. It started off at $1,500,000.00 and they brought their own bidding to the closing price. I'm told there's more than $6,000,000.00 invested into the property.
When I arrived I thought, in this economy, what the heck are all these people thinking. Instead, not one of them raised their hand in interest and that includes myself. The word around the Court House was, Barrie Tilghman could force any one of us to tear down the current construction and really screw anyone purchasing it. Therefore, NO ONE BID! There were more than 50 people there allegedly interested in bidding.
That's one hell of a reputation for a Mayor when everyone is so afraid of her that they won't reinvest back into the community in fear she could turn at any moment. It's time for some new leadership Folks and even the thought of Gary Comegys as Mayor brought on the comments, it's nothing but more of the same.
Not one person felt tat property was worth $1,500,000.00 other than the Bank. That's scary! Oh well, when you've got a reputation of Poo River, what can I say.
Let's clear this up once and for all.
The Loch Ness Monster lives in the king's enormous guitar-shaped swimming pool, next to the pool house, where Jimmy Hoffa likes to crash when coming by to visit "OJ's real killers."
You people are all crackheads.

No Arson Conviction for Dough Roller Fire
Staff Report • November 24, 2008 from www.delmarvanow.com
OCEAN CITY — Prosecutors dropped the most serious charges they had in store for a man arrested on accusations that he'd started a fire that burned the Dough Roller restaurant on the Boardwalk.
The defendant, Gregory W. Wallace Kern, 48, of Ocean City, left court Monday morning without any more time in jail awaiting him. He accepted a deal with prosecutors to enter an Alford plea to reckless endangerment, and was sentenced to 18 months' imprisonment.
But a District Court judge suspended most of that sentence, crediting Kern with spending 119 days in jail awaiting trial and setting him free Monday morning. In return for the Alford plea, prosecutors dropped four more serious charges against Kern, including arson, saying they had not assembled strong enough evidence against Kern to proceed with the remaining charges. An Alford plea is not an admission of guilt by a defendant, but is an acknowledgment that prosecutors have evidence that would likely convict someone of a certain charge.
Previously, a Worcester County grand jury had indicted Kern on two counts of first-degree arson for the apartments above the businesses and two counts of second-degree arson for the fire at the businesses.
The charges carred a total maximum penalty of 105 years in prison and fines of $165,000.More than 100 firefighters from 22 fire companies battled the March 30 inferno at the Boardwalk and South Division Street. The restaurant is currently being rebuilt on the same site.
Records Retention And Request For Your Support
Davis Ruark recently used 22 year old records in a conviction. Community Associations are also using these records to fight blight and the continual illegal expansion of rentals.
The Crime Task Force unanimously voted against the current proposal and sought a resolution to stop this record destruction - posted on the Crime Task Force Website at http://salisburycrime.blogspot.com/
At the last council meeting, Terry Cohen made the following motion: "To be responsive to the concerns of the Mayor’s Crime Task Force, Ms. Cohen moved that a temporary moratorium be placed on the destruction of any City records related to the history of property use and compliance of properties until the Mayor’s Crime Task Force completes its work and the City Council further discusses and adopts the Records Retention Policy and its accompanying departmental schedules. Mrs. Campbell seconded, but the motion failed to pass." Mrs. Campbell and Ms. Cohen voted aye. Mrs. Shields, Mrs. Smith and Mr. Comegys voted nay. (Note: Mayor Tilghman acknowledged that she would instruct the department heads to not destroy the records until the retention issue had been resolved.)
If you or anyone you know is interested and able to go to tonight's council meeting, it would be good to make your concerns known for the record. It would also be good to attend the December lst Working Session where this item is on the agenda. If enough people show up and echo concern for preserving records from all departments until we can determine where the duplicates are, where the ones that can be achieved electronically are, and develop a policy that will allow for permanent, easy access without overwhelming demands on space, the records can be saved. The mayor has indicated that regardless of the policy change the records will not be destroyed. Passing the resolution would ensure that.
Thank you.

The record retention schedules for each department can be viewed at
www.onyoursideSBY.blogspot.com by going to the right margin and selecting the Nov. 3rd work session briefing book starting with page 35 of the document (be patient...it is a large file). In addition to the concerns raised by the task force, there are also issues related to
records in many other departments.

Black Friday 550 Rockfish Tournament

Hey Joe,
We are getting ready for our second annual Black Friday 550 Rockfish Tournament here at the Ocean City Fishing Center. It's a 36-hour tournament starting Friday at 6 am ending Saturday at 6 pm, anglers can brave the cold and fish all night if they want. Last year's payout with only 10 boats was $4,700 and we are expecting more this year. The marina is allowing participants to use a slip for free during the tournament. Also, for those who like to fish but may not want to get that cold... both the Ocean City Fishing Center and Sunset Provisions tackle shops will be having a Black Friday Warehouse Liquidation sale with most items 20% off, and some items up to 70% off. Last year this tournament was a lot of fun for everyone involved, we even have a prize for the top junior angler.
In addition we hold a silent auction and raffle to support the Autistic Children's Support Group of Worcester County. This year we have about 15 silent auction baskets and items from many local companies, including a Raymarine Fish Finder donated by Martek of Maryland. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the silent auction. Thank you for posting this and we hope that everyone has a great holiday!

A Thing Of Beauty
Food Prices
UPS and FedEx are still charging top dollar for deliveries as well as the U.S. Postal Service and other freight companies.
The big question is, will they ever drop their rates or will they continue to gouge Americans until Congress finally steps in.
There used to be a day when Americans would go on strike and force issues to be heard. With the Internet and ease of passing on such gouging, you'd think Americans would get smart enough to rebel and hurt them where it hurts the most, their wallets.
We don't HAVE to drink milk. Stop buying it for a month and watch the prices come tumbling down. That goes for all other products you just don't need. However, do it one at a time. Start with milk. E-mail all your friends and start spreading the word nation wide that Americans are going on strike.
When you hear UPS has dropped their rate, (or whomever goes first) switch your business to that business and send the other companies a message, we're not taking their crap any more.
Do YOU think you can live without milk?
Adopt-A-Family
As the holidays are approaching, we would like to invite everyone to participate in our 2nd Annual Adopt-A-Family project which provides clothing, toys and food items for those families in need during the Christmas season.
Contribution boxes will be placed in the lobbies of City Hall, PNC Bank and Apple Drug. Monetary contributions are also accepted. Everyone – including Santa – had a wonderful time delivering items to families last year and we look forward to another generous season.
The Double Mill Pond
*Double Mills Recognized as One of Maryland’s Most Endangered Sites by Preservation Maryland*
"The Double Mills property, which includes the mill and store building, was recently
named No. 4 on Preservation Maryland’s Most Endangered Sites list in Endangered
Maryland 2008, a yearly magazine published in partnership with Maryland life. Not only did we make the list, Double Mills made the cover! This is tremendous news for the mill and we are very pleased to have the publicity.
Restoration Begins
Nearly thirty years after Double Mills was silenced by a fierce Nor’easter, efforts to save the mill and the surrounding property are well under way! Under the direction of President, Leland Smith, the restoration project is already proving to be a success. The property is now owned by Double Mills, Inc, after ownership
was signed over to the non-profit organization by Dick and Ed Wright. The mill has had emergency repairs and shoring, and electrical hookup has been completed by Choptank Electric.
Future plans for the complex include full restoration of the mill to grinding capacity. It is unclear at this time how much of the pond will be filled, but it is hoped that we will have enough water to produce “water-ground” cornmeal once again.
To illustrate the importance of the mill to the history of the area, an on-site
museum is planned as well as educational exhibits throughout the mill and grounds.
Also on the property is a general store, which was most recently used as a home by
Louise Torbert (daughter of one-time miller Tennessee Thomas) until the late 1960s. Restoration of the Store as a living history museum is planned.
Unfortunately, the miller’s house, which sat atop the hill, was destroyed to make way for the housing development, Mockingbird III (see Gone Forever, p. 2). Hopefully, a Civil-War era building can some day be moved to the property to serve as the “Miller’s House.”
The grounds are in excess of three acres, and hold many possibilities. Nature trails and picnic areas are certainly being planned. But also, educational projects, such as a Native American village along Barren Creek, have been suggested.
Difficult things take a long time, impossible things a little longer. ~Author Unknown"
I had the unique pleasure of meeting some of the people involved in this Non Profit challenge this past weekend. We toured the entire facility and discussed their passion and quest towards bringing this project to a level in which politicians would show more interest in the history, (or what's left of it) in the state of Maryland helping them through grants and political attention.
The foundation is shot and fortunately Expert Home Movers was kind enough to donate around $50,000.00+ worth of their services to lift and stabilize both structures. It will cost around $70,000.00 to build a new foundation and obviously it's going to take a lot of money to bring the project to a final reality in which they can have their museum.
It will also take quite a bit of volunteers to come together, show interest and actually get involved. They need large groups like bringing together all of the local Fire Departments, Schools and so forth and make this project something the Eastern Shore can be proud of. I personally see this project very worth while and hope many of you will as well. I remember when they sold the property in Berlin/Ocean City to the Riddle Farm and all those historic buildings were torn down and forever removed. The only thing I believe they saved was the Stables and even that wasn't saved and restored like many had expected. Don't get me wrong, I'm very grateful they did what they did but if this particular project just sits, it to will deteriorate and fall apart before you know it.
All too often in life we bitch and complain AFTER the fact. This is your opportunity to get involved and feel proud to be a part of restoring local history. It's honestly a perfect opportunity to get your children involved from the ground up in such a project. The more that become interested, the better opportunity our children will show interest in history and our communities.
Just because it's located in Mardela doesn't mean people from Parsonsburg, Pittsville, Delmar, Salisbury, Princess Anne and so forth can't get involved. Do get involved and start networking with other communities so when the time comes they need your help everyone will have a list of people/corporations to rely on.
If you're interested in any way, please contact Wayne & Stephanie Elliott at steppie62@comcast.net. Thank You for your consideration. Joe Albero
PAC-14 and Global Warming – Part I
No, they're back with a vengeance. They've just changed the rhetoric a little in hopes that they can persuade some of our elected officials to hand over $200,000 (and raise your cable rates) with NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
What has any of this to do with global warming? Nothing with the weather and a whole lot with rhetoric.
Have you noticed that none of the chicken littles who want you all peddling to work on bicycles talk about “GLOBAL WARMING” anymore? Instead, we hear about “CLIMATE CHANGE”. That way, they can can still try to cripple our economy despite the fact that “GLOBAL WARMING” has been discredited. It's harder to argue with “CLIMATE CHANGE” since weather patterns have always moved in both long and short term cycles.
The same with PAC-14. Their argument is the same. The players are basically the same. They have just changed the rhetoric in hopes that they can get what they want this time. They claim:

Giving Thanks Around Thanksgiving

You have to admit, this group of animals available TODAY are absolutely adorable. I can't believe people go into Pet Stores and purchase puppy mill animals when you can get one of these guys.
