Another Viewpoint on the Obama Birth Certificate Debate
There has been a lot of activity from people who are claiming that President Elect Obama has provided PROOF of eligablilty to run for president in the form of a valid birth certificate.
The debate has brought too much controversy and it should end.
The debate should end by Obama coming clean and producing the documents to show he did not give up his citizenship while living abroad Indonesia as an Indonesian Citizen.
The President elect needs to open his records from Harvard to prove that his enrollment was as an American citizen, not a foreign student.
Did Obama give up his American citizenship by going to schools that only allowed Indonesian citizens?

Hey Joe, with all these people saying that Obama's documents are real (the anonymous people), I bet you neither one of them has seen the documents in person! I highly doubt that the low educated supporters realize that our country is going to SH#@! Also the don't know SH@#!

How about this: if Obama is president on Jan 31, you have to give $50 to the American Cancer Society. If he is not the president, I will give $50 to the American Cancer Society. I will absolutely honor my word on this, how about you?
This pot has been stirred so many times that is is just sad.
This is one of the many reasons why your side "lost" the election. Instead of concentrating and paying attention to the issues, you concentrate on conspiracy theories.
All of this mess is to keep you distracted and you are falling for it.

This has been a cover up and will never see the light of day. Obama clearly is not being up front about this situation. But it doesn't matter now.
The problem is the Kool-Aid drinkers don't care! You can't argue with the liberal brick wall.
The people I know that have a PHD enjoy in depth research of the facts. I also know ones with PHD's that have no common sense and are followers even though they are book smart. A PHD should make people want all the facts before they evaulate and accept others opinion as factual. They also should be willing to draw their own conclusion from all the facts.
Your Ph.D only means you have no common sense. If it isn't in a book or you weren't told about it by the media or someone else with a Ph.D. you wouldn't know. Obama should be made to produce his birth certificate and any other records the public would like to view. The fact that he won't salute the american flag, doesn't believe "In God we Trust", won't produce his records, make you a little curious as to why. It is not a race issue. The man is not Black he is Black and White. For all you with a Ph.D. that means he is Mixed. If he won't give the american people the truth now what do you think he will cover up next? Come on people he is suppose to be working for us. We have a right to view these documents. Oh and I know you don't know this because you have a Ph.D. but giving to the American Cancer Society would be a good thing no matter what.
I asked this question many times adn have yet to get an answer.

All the people are asking for is a little disclosure.
He's been cheating the system all along, wouldnt surprise me if he pulls it off to the end. Anyone who wouldnt comply with normal/standard request of documents should be arrested immediatly and charged with treason.
It ain't over till the fat lady sings. The fat lady being the electoral votes. There is no way they will vote him down for fear of race riots throughout the country. He has to be sworn in as POTUS for that very reason. The next 4 years will be like walking on eggshells, for fear of an all out war within our own borders.

You people are ridiculous. The reason I pointed out the Ph.D was because someone said Obama's supporters were "low educated" (which in itself demonstrates a poor education). Then the usual nonsense comes up here about how he refuses to salute the flag, blah, blah, blah. So let me turn the tables--show me the PROOF that Obama has never in his life saluted the flag, that he has never worn the flag pin, that his birth certificate is fake (I will only believe you if you have held the fake in your hands, since that seems to be your standard of evidence). Good luck proving a negative. The ACS bet was only to meet the nonsense challenge of the first comment here, I regularly give to charity. So any of you want to go ahead and join in on the bet? The only beneficiary would be the American Cancer Society, surely a worthy cause liberals, conservatives, and the lunatic fringe can agree upon.

anon 10:33 Why would such an educated person just accept for fact that Obama is eligible to be POTUS when there is a question? Why would you not want proof? This is not the office of Mayor of Salisbury. We have a constitution for a reason. Why would Obama just not put this to rest once and for all by releasing all of his pertinent records? Instead he or his handlers fight all request on technical grounds such as the requesters not having standing. If he has nothing to hide he should release these records immediately. Gosh he could even release them to one of his three networks or one of his many newspapers, because we know they will never research these things on their own.

Maybe it's because some people with a Ph.D. just don't care where he was born. It's a constitutional requirement that has little relevance in today's world. It should be repealed.

I am 9:55 I have an education and own a business but you don't see me throwing that out there to make a point. So who sounds or looks stupid? Some of the smartest people I have ever met are uneducated with a lot of common sense. So don't you feel like a FOOL again.

He only threw out his Ph.D. to contradict by example that all Obama supporters are not "low educated". In fact, most well educated people did prefer Obama over McCain. The number two political preferences factor for people making over $100k/year is "education". That is, a wealthy uneducated person is usually conservative (e.g. Rush Limbaugh - a flunk out draft dodging drug addict), and a rich educated person is much more likely to be liberal (e.g. Paul Krugman - a Nobel prize winning economist).
Anyway, if you're so darn smart, why do you think that Obama won't salute the flag? And why do you think you have the right to see his birth certificate? Do you believe that he has the right to see yours???
As for uneducated smart people, I have alot of respect for them. Do you REALLY think that Ben Franklin invented the pot belly stove? or bifocal glasses? Nah... He just went and visited a whole bunch of uneducated smart people.
Where it gets funny and strange is when stupid people start to take pride in their stupidity (Sarah Palin anyone?). Don't fall into that trap.
