Nine places fail alcohol check
SALISBURY -- Nine places failed a Wicomico County Alcohol Task Force compliance check Thursday. Officials said 39 licensed establishments were checked, and nine had failed, including:
Tiger Mart, 2403 N. Salisbury Blvd., Salisbury."

I think only if the employee has worked there a certain amount of time. That's just what I heard tho, so it could be wrong.
Gordo is always involve in something illegal and controversial. Can we get rid or him some time soon.

Gordo company fires people so fast, they probly had some inexperienced person selling beer. If a store continually hires new people, then the people arent gonna be well trained.
It all depends on the company. Some companies like Ocean Petroleum require ALL employees to be tips certified BEFORE they can sell any alcohol while Tiger Mart only required (at one time)one person on duty to carry the tam certification. But I think that might change now. It sure looks like they need to be sure all their employees are certified

Alot of these alcohol stings border on entrapment.Last summer there were cases in Somserset County DISMISSED because the cadet actually broke the law in his attempt to get the server to break the law.They employ all kinds of dirty tricks but nevertheless if you sell booze or smokes,card EVERYONE unless you know they are of age-the fines are eventually going to go as high as $4,000.

That place is bcoming the worst employer around. It used to have good people, but not anymore. Guess Gordo gets what he deserves.
