This is posted for the PHD and all the others who continue to question why "the right wing racists" continue to ask questions about the President Elects failure to produce documents.
Every American should be proud of the accomplishments of Senator Obama in being elected by an overwhelming majority to the highest office in the land.
This accomplishment is being tarnished by his refusal to provide his birth certificate, proof that he did not give up his American citizenship to attend Indonesian Schools (which only allowed Indonesian Citizens) and copies of his College records to see if he was enrolled as a US Citizen or an Indonesian citizen.
Allan Keyes, a black man who ran for President is suing in the State of California for Senator Obama to produce these documents, so its not an issue of race, its an issue of honor.
The people simply want the answers to the man so can be given the honor and respect due as President of the United States of America.

How can a reasonable person assume that proper documents have been provided to the proper authorities when the Democrat former Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is suing in the US Supreme Court.
A Black Man who ran for President that has "proper standing" as a candidate is suing to stop the electors from being certified in California.
All the man has to do is simply provide the documents and put an end to the madness!
So why have the documents not been produced?
You are beating a dead horse -- give it up and move on. Like it or not, he is the president-elect and our country has much bigger issues than this to deal with in the coming year.

Let’s see, the campaign produced a scanned image which wouldn’t satisfy these “certain people”. The State of Hawaii, verified the document to be true, which did not satisfy these “certain people”. One Hawaiian official even broke the law and copied the Original document and produced it for these “certain people” and they still weren’t satisfied. Snopes and Truth or Fiction both have been satisfied that Obama is an American citizen, but still these “certain people” aren’t satisfied. Obviously, it’s time for these “certain people” to get back on their “Short Bus” and head back to their home.
Anyone can take anyone to court over anything. So far, every case has been thrown out. Why, because there is no merit to the accusation.

Berg's case was tossed out (I notice you all still keep mentioning him without mentioning the disposition of the case), and the rest will eventually be tossed out as well. every suit that has been thrown out has been thrown out for the same reason.The judges involved say that the person bringing the suit does not have standing. No suit has been disposed of because they are inaccurate because no trial on that aspect has been heard. I still dont understand how any U.S. citizen does not have standing in a case like this. And on another issue what the hell is it with Obama and his little signs. I am referring to the one he has at his press conferences that reads office of the president elect, with the official presidential seal at the top. What a presumtous pompas ass this guy is. Factcheck.org is an unbiased organization which is owned and run by a Republican company. So, aside from placing it on a table and inviting each and every American Citizen to touch and feel the document, this is the proof you asked to receive.

Phd: The Berg Case was not tossed out, his motion to stay the election was denied.
There is still an active case in the US Suprement Court that OUR President Elect produce the documents.
I am not personally defaming the man, as a matter of fact my hat is off to him for winning the Presidency of the United States of America.

A scanned copy posted to a website is not the same as presenting an original document to the Federal Election Commission.

Explains why factcheck.org is wrong about Obama's certification of birth. This document even if real means nothing. His mother could have reported him born in Kenya and they would have given him a COLB anyway. This just means he is a leagal citizen of Hawaii. The COLB is not even legal for Hawaii Homestead exemption because of this.
