Hmm, It's Time to Sign the Petition and Write the Justices
But beyond the birth certificate issue, there's the matter that Obama traveled to Indonesia, Pakistan, Southern India and Kenya in 1981. He said he went to Indonesia to see his mother. This seemed plausible, except for the fact that his mother returned to Hawaii in August of 1980 to file for a divorce from her second husband, Lolo Soetoro. Unless she went back to pal around with the man she divorced, she wasn't there at the time of Obama's visit.
There's another problem. No record of Obama holding an American passport prior to the one he received once becoming a U.S. senator has been found. If he traveled to Pakistan with an American passport, he wouldn't have been allowed in – since Pakistan was in turmoil in 1981 and under martial law. It was also on the State Department's travel ban list for U.S. citizens.
If he couldn't get into Pakistan with a U.S. passport, perhaps he went there with an Indonesian passport. But the only way you can get one of those is if you are an Indonesian citizen.
That's quite possible since under Indonesian law, when a male acknowledges a child as his son, it deems the son – in this case Obama – to be an Indonesian state citizen, which was also recorded by Obama's school record.
So, if he didn't go to Indonesia in 1981 to visit mom (who had returned to Hawaii by then), might it have something to do with the fact that Indonesian passports expire every five years and it was time for renewal?
Why does that matter?
If Obama would have been a U.S. citizen, 8 USC §1481(a)(2) provides loss of nationality by native born citizens upon "taking an oath or making an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state ... after having attained the age of eighteen years," in violation of 8 U.S.C. §1401(a)(1). Simply put, since Indonesia did not allow for dual citizenship, if Obama got that passport in 1981, when he was 20 years old, he effectively renounced any U.S. citizenship he may have had.
So, if the experts are right, Obama forged a Certification of Live Birth to fool America. In addition to the automatic Indonesian citizenship granted to a child acknowledged as a "son" by an Indonesian male citizen, and the Indonesian citizenship listed in Obama's school records, Obama then traveled to a place where Americans weren't allowed to go, but citizens of Indonesia were. If he obtained an Indonesian passport on his trip in 1981, he effectively renounced any American citizenship he may have had and cannot serve as president (or "rule" as president, as members of his campaign have stated). These are serious questions that must have answers.
If Obama gets into office without verification that he has met the requirements of the U.S. Constitution, if you care about life, liberty or the family, you're going to have to make hundreds of calls to try and fight an agenda that seeks to silence you.
There is a way to help prevent this. Our founders sacrificed their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor. I'm asking you to do three things.
1. Fast and pray for all the hidden things to come to light.
2. Call the Republican members of the House Judiciary Committee – in their district offices while they're home this week for Thanksgiving. Ask them to "Please hold congressional hearings to investigate whether Barack Obama meets the basic constitutional requirements for the highest office of the land."
3. Write a letter to the nine Justices of the United States Supreme Court (names are listed below) and put them in a FedEx (or other overnight) envelope to:

No one forced Obama to run for President. He is required to prove he is eligible. A court can order him to. Thus the court cases when the onus can be put on Obama.
The State of Hawaii is forbidden to release private information without a court order. Obama just as any other citizen should be able to have their information kept private. Of course a court can order it be released or Obama could allow it to be released. So far Obama has done all he can to keep his information from being released even forging a fake COLB.

Fact he was Registered in School in Indonesia as a Indonesian citizen muslim child. At a time Americans were not allowed in Indonesia. How?
It would be interesting to see what would exactly happen if he was deemed ineligible. Would the others move up? Would there be another election? Would McCain get the win since he had the second most votes?
Nobody said that he didn't win the election, he won it quite handily. The question that a few are raising pertains to his eligibility. It would seem that this would be something that was proven long ago. It would seem that Hilary would have pushed the issue. It would seem that all the rebublicans would be bringing this out.
The only reason to think that this has any incling of merrit at all is that the Supreme Court is going to let the suit for proof go on. They may actually review this. That says allot.
Anyway, if he truly isn't a citizen, or renounced his citizenship, then he can't be president. Hopefully this all will be decided soon and we can go on with life.
anon 1:58 Beg to differ. Somone wanting to be the POTUS should have to prove they are eligible, not the other way around. Its not as though he were running for a position that he was qualified for like a dog catcher or something. Maybe with the case now in the Supreme Court he will at least have to prove he meets the minimum qualifications. Until he proves he is eligible I will continue to fly my flag at half staff, because if he is a fake our country truly is in mourning.
Of course the man has already submitted his birth certificate. A cerificate that you can use to get a drivers license or a passport.

All this says is she has seen it. So what. She doesn't say it certifies Obama was born in Hawaii on that he never renounced his citizenship and modified the Birth Certificate, although I have heard she said it was basically the same information as the fake factcheck COLB which does not contain any information on birth place (hospital or Kenya). All she says is you can not see it. She conveniently releases this statement shortly after Obamas visit to Hawaii to see his dieing Grandmother. Sounds like a coverup. She is saying Obama want's the information sealed and not released. WHY?????
If this certificate would have proved Obamas case he would have instead signed papers allowing the Original Birth Certificate to be released. He didn't and that speaks volumes.

12:52, the question of Mr. Obama's eligibility is not a "non-issue." It goes to the very heart of our Constitution, which has governed us for over 200 years. The founding fathers must have had good reason for stipulating that the President must be a natural-born citizen of the U.S. We simply cannot ignore the Constitution.
I should think that it would be mandatory that anyone seeking the Presidency produce his/her authentic birth certificate to prove that he/she is, indeed, eligible to be President. How difficult should that be for Obama?
I believe that Barack Obama is a charlatan, a silver-tongued orator who is able to mesmerize the populace. Is this possible? Read the "Left Behind" series to see how one man was able to rise to the position of power that he had. If you prefer reality to fiction, then look no further than to Germany of the 1930's. It most certainly is possible for a man with Obama's oratory skills, looks, and charisma to "come out of nowhere" and claim the highest office in the land.
I find it unbelievable that some of you people would not want to know beyond any doubt that Obama meets the requirements to be president. The certification needs to come from the State of Hawaii, which it did. The Federal Election Commission needs to simply accept that certification, which they obviously have done.
Why is this such an issue? Why do some people believe that there is such a conspiracy? As bad as Clinton wanted the presidency, as bad as McCain wanted it, why aren't they asking this question and demanding an answer? Why isn't the Republican Party?
I was not an Obama supporter during the election. I did not vote for him. But I do think that Mr. Obama's credentials were properly checked before he was elected to be President.
Mr. Obama does not have to show his birth certificate to anyone that he does not want to simply because they question it. He does not have to submit any proof to anyone except to those who certified him eligible to run and you can bet he has shown it to them.
Instead of asking Mr. Obama to provide you a certified copy of his birth certificate, why not ask the Federal Election Commission if he provided the necessary documentation to them?
It is an issue becuase their side lost. They couldn't win it fairly and with honor.
