CAMDEN, Del. (AP) -- The Kent County SPCA says it has stop accepting cats because of an outbreak of feline distemper.
The director of the facility tells WBOC-TV that a high number of cats have come into the shelter this year and the shelter gets no financial help to treat them (http://bit.ly/rjL9NR ).
