You couldn't ask for a better friend, neighbor and elected representative. My pryares are with Bob's family. He leaves a wonderful legacy of honesty and integrity.
We just lost a wonderful man who loved his community and representing it. My prayers are with his family. I know he's looking down on everyone he's ever touched with a smile knowing he will be waiting for them when it's time to be together again.
Bob was as tenacious in fighting cancer as he was in fighting for his constituents. When he believed in something, he gave it all of his efforts. Despite his illness, he was able to maintain his sense of humor. He will be missed. Condolences to Penny and family.
god bless him and his family, they do not make ppl like him anymore. he was as good as they get. and yes i remember the sidetrack, had great pizza! boy they were the great days of salisbury

RIP, Bob. You were a great guy and served in so many ways.
So sorry for his family. :'(
R.I.P. Mr. Caldwell and prayers to your family.
Salisbury lost a great man. I wish we had more people around here like Mr. Caldwell.
Much like Dorothy Mantooth this man was a saint.
Just a few years ago I was
able to get to know Bob and the
Superman on his chest is just
awesome. He was a super man.
Fly to heaven Mr. Caldwell, fly
up to heaven, and we will be here
just wishing you had more time but
ur just an angel watching us now.
Godspeed Superman!
We are less without you!

Salisbury and Wicomico County just lost a politian who was "in it" for the right reasons....to serve his community!
I hope the family will be comforted by the prayers and and the "thank yous" they have coming their way.

I cried when Bob did not become mayor of Salisbury since would have been so much better than what we have now.
But I am crying harder now that he is just plain gone. He was a good man in so many ways and we are all poorer without him.
Godspeed and RIP, Superman. You truly were, for all of us!
