Stabenow Rejects Demands For 'Doc Fix' Pay-Fors

Senate Leader Harry Reid's attempt to push cost of increased Medicare payments to a stand-alone bill failed due to bi-partisan opposition. To avoid pushing the total cost over $1.4 TRILLION Reid sought to hide costs in a stand-alone bill. This is the first of three 'parlimentary' tricks planned to hide costs of health care bill by using cloture. The cloture would abruptly end all debate and issue would be voted on immediately.

Maybe...just maybe the sheeple in Congress are finally pulling their heads out of their ... well you know where. Now if only your liar-in-chief can pull the crap from his eyes and see that the majority of the people out there do not want the health care he wants. Yes, it needs big time reform, but not like this and not on the backs of the hard working, tax paying people. Here's an idea ... if you want health care, get a job!!!. Cant get a 100,000 dollar paying job, then find one for 10 bucks an hour. It may not be a glorified as your old job, but it is a start and turns you from a burden to a solution. Do that and then come back and talk to me about health care (not CrapCare)!!

Stabenow wilil only account for cost of 'Doc Fix' for one year! Then what?

The Dems are so desperate for passage they'll promise anything.
But thanks to Mikulski the public will NEVER know details until following the vote.

She blocked the Bunnung proposal requiring complete cost analysis, legislative language and website post 72 hour prior vote.
Thanks Mikulski.
