Four years ago Rick Pollitt was elected Wicomico County’s first County Executive. He ran claiming to be a “conservative Democrat”. Since then we’ve learned that he’s anything but.
The latest evidence of Pollitt’s leftward tilt is his most recent appointment to the county’s planning commission – Jacob Day. An employee of the Eastern Shore Land Conservancy, Day claims that he’s not anti-development. So does the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and every other group that recently worked with Pollitt to steal the property rights of our county’s farmers. I’m also sure that Day would also state that he would place the law first in making decisions if actually confirmed a member of the commission. We’ve heard this all before.
Will a majority of our county council support Pollitt’s enviro-left agenda? We’ll find out tomorrow …

To make one thing clear the Public is ready to vote on fisical conservatism and against being deceived by zealous Politians with an agenda.
I, for one, hope we take the best and brightest from our community, chew them up and spit them out. Then - maybe, just maybe - we can be governed by a bunch of folks who can't manage, lead or decide anything without it being based purely on their personal political aspirations. Forget having high quality, caring citizens volunteer their time. Let's get on the right track: having the spineless and brainless lead the way. Hooray for Wicomico County and Salisbury!
9:10, your wasting your breath! These guys don't get it. The only thing they understand is let's blame the democrats; anything they do or anyone they propose is inherently evil. Don't you know GA is the Glenn Beck of Wicomico County?
