Pennsylvania Man Assaulted By Girlfriend

Early Monday Morning Delaware State Police responded to a domestic complaint on McNichol Place Lewes, Delaware around 1:45 a.m. A state Police Investigation revealed that Tonia Bosley-45 of Seven Valleys Pennsylvania returned home from a Lewes area bar establishment.

Upon returning home Bosley and her boyfriend a 77 year old male also of Seven Valleys Pennsylvania became engaged in an argument. The argument was over the victim not allowing Bosley drive presumably to drive back to Pennsylvania.

The argument escalated when Bosley struck the victim under the chin, elbowed him in the groin and then bit him for failing to relinquish the keys. State Police placed Bosley under arrested and charged her with 1 count of Assault 2nd degree.

Bosley released on $2,500 unsecured bond.
