Rep. Kratovil And Obamacare

I just saw your post on Rep. Kratovil and thought you may be interested in learning a little more about Heritage Action for America, a 501(c)4 spin-off of The Heritage Foundation.

One of our major campaigns is the repeal of Obamacare. Given Rep. Kratovil’s vote against the measure, he should be in favor of repeal. Unfortunately, he is not. Thus, we are working with supporters and donors in his district to bring some heat on him for his implicit support of the law’s implementation.

Our campaign focuses on a legislative tool called a Discharge Petition. It allows a majority of the House (218 Members), to force a vote on a bill the Speaker does not want to consider.
