Sunday August 15, 2010 Delaware State Troopers responded to the 18,000 block of Holland Glade Road Rehoboth for a domestic complaint around 8:57 p.m.
State Police learned a 17 year old Rehoboth teen and 18 year old Nolan E. Fraser also of Rehoboth were involved in a physical domestic over an alleged outside relationship on the Fraser’s behalf. During the altercation Fraser took the victim’s purse and cell phone. When the victim attempted to recover her property she was kicked in the knee by Fraser causing her to fall to the ground. This initial incident occurred outside the residence.
Fraser walked into his residence and the victim then followed. Fraser closed the door on the victim which resulted in the door striking her on the forehead. The victim sustained a contusion on her head.
Fraser then is alleged to have forced the victim into the residence locking the door behind him and not allowing her to leave. The victim was able to make calls to her father who responded to her location.
When victim 2 the father arrived he noticed all the windows and doors to the residence were locked. The 48 year old victim forced his way into the residence at which time he was shoved into cabinets by Fraser. Fraser and victim 2 struggled and were eventually pulled apart by a witness. Victim 2 did not require medical treatment.
The 17 year old victim was treated and released from Beebe Medical Center for a right knee injury.
State Police took Fraser into custody and arrested him for the above listed offenses. Fraser was remanded to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $11,200 secured bond.

I know both of them, and she is a total nut job. She basically wants to get knocked up in preparation for her debut on Maury. He's a decent kid, but she wont stop until she destroys his life. Hi I am the girl and I'm responding to the previous comment or should I say a load of bs. I am a good person never been arrested. Nolan has been arrested now what 9 times. He put my parents through an immense amount of stress. I dated him for 2 years and put up with his nonsense. I do not try to ruin his life so you should probably get your facts straight before you post a ridiculous comment like that lol. If there is something you'd like to say to me since you aparently know me so well. Contact me. I have to switch schools because of this incident that my parents cannot afford. So I appreciate your concern about the case but you don't need to post your opinion about me online. In no circumstance should a man ever lay a finger in a violent manner on a woman. Thanks
