As the post got an instant response, I'm encouraged today. Dave Wilson Jr. contacted me today from the Preston Group and has offered to put me in a new car. He has also agreed to put me in a loaner car while my Ford Focus is being examined by their mechanics so he can contact Ford Motor Company to buy the car back under the lemon law. I'll keep you posted to the outcome.
Again thank you for help. Joe Albero and SBY News is there to help when others won't.

I agree with others though, if it hadn't made the blog, I bet they wouldn't have done anything at all to rectify the situation.
But now they did and good for them!
This is what they should have done all along. Why do they only do something when they are exposed. If they have all the paper work from all the service Preston has no choice but to claim it under the lemon law. I still wont buy a thing from them. I will travel the extra distance to go to Frederick Ford.
I'd still sue them.

That is great news for Michelle. That lemon has consumed her life for the past months. It is very hard to work at your job and at the same time deal with a dealership like that. Thanks Joe for allowing it to be posted. U R # 1. Barb
