haven't we seen this same dog lost on here before???
there are a lot of lost animals in this area.
becasue people can't take care of their animals... And to be technical having a dog with out a leash is against the law... you must be able to handle your dog and a moments notice...
3:52PM - Please tell that to the people that live in Crosswinds. A leash seems to be unheard of around there!
