WASHINGTON -- "I'm not that drunk."
Montgomery County Police Capt. Thomas Didone says officers heard that over and over again from drivers caught driving under the influence from mid-November through Jan. 1.
Didone says there were 3,400 traffic stops during the holiday task force enforcement period, and 317 people were arrested for driving under the influence.

And the people are mostly correct. The nazinannies have successfully goten the legal alcohol limit to such a rediculous low amount that you basically can't have a beer and drive at all. Far from really drunk, but drunk by legal definition so they can shake you down for money thru the courts
I hope that everything confiscated wasn't returned to Alabama - per the MD Comptroller (ha ha) - seriously drinking/driving is a common sense NO NO!!
