New Home Construction At 50-Year Low
BALTIMORE -- The housing market is still a long way from recovery, and according to 11 News reporter David Collins, experts said new building regulations are part of the problem.
The bleak assessment was provided to a House committee Thursday in Annapolis.
Collins said new home construction is at a 50-year low, with sales dismal and home values declining.
