Giant Tent To Go Up Over Japan Nuclear Reactor
TOKYO — The operator of Japan's damaged Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant is building a huge tent to cover one of the worst-hit reactors, officials said Friday.Officials hope the cover will keep radioactive materials that have already leaked from spreading, prevent rainwater seepage and offer a barrier from possible leaks or blasts in the future.

It's on page 834 of the highly technical nuclear power procedures guide. "....in case of accident, which will never happen anyway, due to the highly sophisticated and failsafe sytems costing billions, just build a tent. Plastic, cotton, whatever you have available. Send someone else to do it."
