WOW thats like putting a bandage on a broken leg!!
It's on page 834 of the highly technical nuclear power procedures guide. "....in case of accident, which will never happen anyway, due to the highly sophisticated and failsafe sytems costing billions, just build a tent. Plastic, cotton, whatever you have available. Send someone else to do it."
