Too bad it takes a judge to rule on it to tell us what we already knews.
Step 1 to jobs creation. Get rid of the whole fiasco and maybe we'll see a turnaround in the economy.
This shows how pathetic the Obama administration is when 26 states have to sue to keep from having an unconstitutional bill shoved down their throats and all our collective a$$es.
OBAMA will disrobe those judges.

Obama, as does every President, has a whole bunch of White House lawyers at his disposal. One would think that at least some of them would know what is Consitutional or not. It shouldn't take a judge to make that ruling. Obama's legal team should have known and apprised him before it was put forth to the American people. As Rick says, "Pathetic."
OSbama is an idiot! His entire agenda of Change (Socialism) has crushed the American economy and embarassed the US in the international community. His wife is a leach. His kids are termites. Can't wait for him and his whole family to be gone!!
