Judge Denies Motion to Dismiss Boeing – NLRB Case

A federal judge on Thursday denied Boeing Co.'s request to toss out a government lawsuit that claims the company illegally retaliated against unionized workers by moving some work from Washington state to South Carolina.

The ruling by Administrative Law Judge Clifford Anderson is an early victory for the National Labor Relations Board, which has been widely criticized by Republicans and business groups for bringing the case.

The NLRB alleges that Boeing violated labor laws by opening a new production line for its 787 airplane in South Carolina. The agency claims Boeing opened the new plant to punish Washington state workers for past strikes and wants the company to return the work to Washington.

Is there any wonder why there are no jobs in this country under Obama?
When an oppressive government picks winners and losers based on political affiliation, then freedom is lost.
Why doesn't Obama quit beating around the bush and just pass an executive order that all businesses must answer to the unions and part of their earnings must be given to the DNC?

It is a sad state of affairs when a company cannot relocate anywhere they want in this country. At least they were not moving the jobs to China like Obamas buddy Jeff Immelt did with G.E. jobs

Truth is, they weren't RELOCATING! They opened another plant, due to the massive backlog in orders. They couldn't continue to rely just on the Washington State plants. It's already been proven false statements were made by gov't/union officials, attempting to taint BA as anti union. All of which have been disproven. Boeing spent over 1 billion building the new plant in SC, and hired over 1,000 new workers. High paying, great benefit jobs...that the NLRB is against. Good job Obama administration, more evidence of failed logic.

Unions should be forced to circulate, to every member or person who is forced to pay dues / service fees, a form for the Union Members and the ones forced to pay sevice fees to Unions specifying which Political Party their share of dues used for Political purposes should go to. Receipt given to each person involved for their records.
This would kill the Unions donations to the Democratic Party.
