INCIDENT: Attempted Armed Robbery, 1st Degree Assault

NARRATIVE: Attempted Armed Robbery, Home Invasion, 22200 block of Wetipquin Road, Tyaskin, MD

On October 28, 2010 at approximately 0430 hours the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to the above address on Wetipquin Rd. for a report of a Home Invasion Style Attempted Armed Robbery.

Upon arrival, Deputies located the victim/resident, White/Male, 41 YOA, who stated an unknown black male forced his way into his residence, displaying a handgun . The victim and suspect struggled, causing the suspect to flee the residence in an unknown vehicle, driven by a second suspect. Investigators from WBI responded and assumed the investigation. The suspect is approximately 5’7" ft tall, medium build, wearing a dark clothing and a mask, which covered his face. The suspect had a handgun.

SUSPECTS: Unknown Black Male, approximately 5’7" ft tall, medium build, wearing dark colored clothing and a dark mask which covered his face. The suspect had a handgun.
CHARGES: Attempted Armed Robbery, 1st Degree Assault.
