Webster = Taylor

Hi Joe...

I wanted to write you to tell you about an incident that occurred today in hopes you can help me by getting the word out there about what kind of man, or lack of man, Allan Webster really is.

Apparently, Ronnie and Bobby Jones were down in Crisfield today.  They were in a business, when Ronnie observed Allan Webster across the street, taking a picture of Ronnie's car with his cell phone.  Now exactly what purpose did that serve?  Not to mention, it's creepy!  As soon as I was told this story, I was certain it would end up on the blog by afternoon.  Sure enough, and reluctantly on my part, I went to the Taylor's site.  Just as I thought, Taylor had taken a previous picture he had of Ronnie and Bobby and after photo shopping ignorant and immature writings on the photo wrote "Seems good ole Bobby and Ronnie in full uniform were out campaigning this morning. It is so wonderful that they don't have to follow the law they are supposed to enforce".  Now using common sense here, unless Taylor was down here following the deputies around, this information had to be given to him by Webster himself.   There is no other explanation.  This is a grown man, running for the position of Sheriff, and yet he participates in trashy blogs such as Taylors.  The public needs to know this!  And exactly why does he think Ronnie and Bobby were campaigning?  Because he hoped it would benefit him!  Last time I checked, you were allowed to talk to whomever you wanted, whenever you wanted, from wherever you wanted.  I am appalled and disgusted that Webster is supplying such distorted information to a biased site, such as Taylors.  What makes it even worse, I posted a comment on Taylor's site, calling Webster out, and my post did not get published.  I sent a second post, and that one was not published either.  Go figure!

There is also a Deputy that lives in the same neighborhood as Webster's.  This deputy had placed a Bobby Jones campaign sign on their family's property.  Webster had the nerve to go up to her and ask WHY she had done such?  

Webster has also told numerous individuals (who all go back and tell the Deputies) that Webster has made the comment that WHEN he wins, he will be getting rid of Les Tyler, Rennie Miles and George Nelson.  This is from a man who does not know these men, has not worked a day in his life with either of them, yet he's ignorant enough to be making these comments?  He said he has "issues" with these men.  His issue is the fact that they support their boss, Bobby, and have been campaigning (on their off time) for him.  Now...wouldn’t you think, that if Webster was already in the position of Sheriff, and it was election year, he'd have a group of men that stood behind him and campaigned for him?   His ignorance never ends!

Allan's wife is putting the word out there (as told to Ronnie) that once Allan wins, he's going to have a clean sweep of deputies.  Last time I checked, you couldn’t come into the office and just start firing!  Their positions are protected by the Law Enforcement Officer's Bill of Rights.  Ronnie has also been informed that Allan's been up in Wicomico County recruiting officers that he wants to come down to the Somerset County Sheriff's Dept.  Yet when Webster is confronted with such, he denies and says all the deputies that are currently working in the Somerset County Sheriff's Department are a "good group of men".  Which is it?  Are you going to clean sweep or keep the ones that are there?  He's talking out of both sides of his mouth...typical politician! 

I'm sorry I took so much of your time, but I have been OFF all day!  I cannot believe this man, running for such a position as Sheriff, is taking pictures on his cell phone and then calling trashy Taylor to have him post such garbage!

We're praying Bobby Jones wins...God help us if he doesn’t...this whole County is in big trouble!
