Bayrunner Shuttle Is Looking For Drivers

Joe,

Hope you can help me with this. I have advertised in the DT in the past, but they require long postings, and they are expensive. Also, usually I have found the people I need in just a couple of days and then have weeks of walk in applicants who are disappointed. And quite frankly I think your audience is appropriate for what we are doing. So here goes;

Bayrunner is looking to hire a few good drivers.

Qualifications are:

1. A clean driving record (O points), and a clean criminal record. Must be able to prove both to get required Public Service Commission drivers license. A Commercial Drivers License is not required or desired. A love of driving is. Must not be averse to heavy highway traffic.

2. Ability to get along with customers for long stretches ( 2 hours or more while driving to/from Baltimore). This aspect of qualification is stressed, as our drivers are one of the KEY elements of our success to this
point, and are constantly praised by our customers.

3. Flexibility. Must be able to work any hours from 5am to 12 mid. Shifts are about 6 hours, and are scheduled mostly in advance. However, in our business things are always changing, so applicant must realize this and be able to adapt. We are a 365 day business, so weekends and holidays are to be expected.

Benefits:

1. Reasonable pay, reasonable tips. Great people to work with! Job stability.

2. Hours: 20-35 per week.

3. Uniforms (shirts and winter jackets) are provided.

4. Recent retirees welcome.

Interested persons should apply in person at Bayrunner office at 547C Riverside Dr., Salisbury, between the hours of 9am - 5pm  M-F.

Ask for John Presburg, Owner.

If you have weeks worth of walk-ins leaving disappointed, why don't you call them when you need help? Which you always seem to need.
