What is mariHuana?

It's a recognized spelling variant of marijuana which is used by the State of Maryland in the District Court Commissioner's Manual, which is why MSP uses that spelling when identifying it. Why the State of MD used this spelling is anyone's guess.

If I get accused of having pot by MSP, I'm going to tell them, it's mariJuana, not mariHuana.

I was thinking the same thing about their spelling of Mary Jane. Since there is no such thing, maybe these guys can get the charges dropped.
