"Parenting Matters: Raising Successful Children"

Lots to report! Most importantly, the online registration for the March 6 "Parenting Matters: Raising Successful Children" is up and running. For those who have been unable to attend our meetings, we are also having a Youth Track entitled the "Youth Leadership Academy" for youth ages 6-14. I have forwarded the link to you below. Please check it out. Registration includes 3 options: Adult Registration, Youth Registration, Child Care Registration. Parents must register in all areas that pertain to them and their family members.

NOW, WE REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!!!
1. Please get the link out to everyone and anyone you know. We need to get the word out now! We have a wonderful day planned with a variety of exceptional workshops, but it will only be successful if parents & youth attend. So, please work with your families and have them register as soon as possible. Please let me know if you have any difficulty opening the link.
2. We need volunteers to assist the day of the conference. I sent out an email previously but only heard from 4 committee members. If you have not yet responded, please let me know if you are able to help out on March 6. The conference will be held from 8:15 a.m.-3:00 p.m. We need help anytime all day long, including set up at 7:00 a.m. and clean-up after 3:00 p.m. If you know of others who can volunteer to help out during the day, please let me know or have them contact me. We need many hands. Many hands make light work. PLEASE TRY TO COMMIT TO HELP OUT THIS DAY!
3. I have attached a Solicitation Letter for Donations. WE NEED DOOR PRIZES! Some organizations have already committed to a door prize, but we need many more. Our goal is to give a few away possibly at the Welcome/Opening Session, during lunch, and at the end of each of the 17 workshop sessions being offered. We all know many people and organizations we can reach out to in our communities. Please solicit donations for this fabulous event!

Please reply to let me know your status. Remember, the link is below! Thanks! ~Becky
