Jim, I am in the Dominican Republic for the last three weeks but watch what is going on via the web.
I am very disappointed in the results of your election, we had great hopes, but it seems the same O same O that we had before. These people have to go and get somebody that will do the job. Maybe Mike Lewis will take over both the city and the county, something has to happen..NOW HOW MAY MILLIONS HAS PAM LOST THIS WEEK, and has she got audit price up to a million dollars for this year yet?

I do not understand how someone can stay in business/office not being productive. You have the police chief and the mayor. What is going on? Crime is out of control. Police chief should be suspended of terminated. The mayor knows whats going on but isn't doing anything about it. Joe, both have got to go. Those people are not helping the situation. They are just suit wearing check cashers. If you work at Mcd's and you dont put the pickels on, you get fired. You work at Food lion and you dont bag the food, you get fired. You work collecting trash, and you dont pick up trash, you get fired. You let crime go out of control, not doing anything about it, you still have a job? WTF? AZZ backwwards man.
Followers can't make decisions without the help from advisors or
other people that have an interest
in the topic. By the time Ireton learns , if he ever will , it will be tooooooooooo late. 66 years old
I understand the problem with the police chief but public works is out of control with no one doing anything about it. It is costing tax payers and local business thousands in these tough times and all anyone does is turn thier heads. It is time for change in this deparment before it breaks the city. Our mayor and council need to take a long and hard look at this department.
When Ireton sicks the Chiefy on this guy he will return to the Dom. Rep. ASAP.
Thats not all Pam Oland can do!!! I hear she has misused her power( I guess thats what you call it) and city funds. Wasn't she the one who used the sick pay bank from the public works director who had resigned from the City. When he resigned he forefited his bank of sick days. guess who got his bank! yep Pam Oland. The only LEGAL way you can recieve sick pay when you leave the city's employment is if you retire, then your only eligable for 25% of your bank up to 30 day. thats it!!!! so how did she manage to get all those days off paid for with someone elses sick bank. please tell us. She's just as sneaky as the chiefy.
