C'mon people big deal if the line is down if it is an emergency call 911 its all by radio not the phone...
If they have Verizon, they will be lucky to get it repairs by a week from next Tuesday.
Their repair service really sux these days. Gone are the times when they would have something fixed by the "close of business tomorrow."
