Well, as many of you know, I'm an avid Bike Rider with two Harley's. Today Bike Week officially kicks off, (despite WBOC's Severe Flood Warnings) and I am heading off to Winter Place Park for the ribbon cutting.

If you would, please enlighten your biking buddies that the speed limit on the Rt. 13 bypass is 65 mph. My backyard adjoins the bypass and bikers seem to feel that 80++ is an acceptable speed. They don't hear the horrendously loud noise their bikes make. It's window rattling. Thanks.
