Suspect: James Lee Elliott – W/M DOB 03/06/1949
Narrative: On 03/11/2009 James Lee Elliott was charged and arrested by the Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registry Unit for failure to register as a child sexual offender, making this arrest the second time in two years for the same offence. On 07/20/2009 Elliott was found guilty by the Honorable Gerald Purnell and sentenced to five years in the Maryland Department of Corrections. Elliott was convicted in the State of Delaware for sexually assaulting two mentally handicapped persons. Elliott was sentenced to 1 year in his first conviction.
