On July 20, 2009 at approximately 3:12 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Family Christian Store on North Salisbury Boulevard for the report of an employee theft. Upon arrival the officers were advised by store management that an employee had been taking U.S. currency from the store while falsifying returns.
ARRESTED: Kevin Jamar Deal, 21 years of age Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES:
Theft (under $ 100) – 16 counts
Theft (under $ 500) - 4 counts
Theft scheme (over $ 500)
DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 200900025430
On July 20, 2009 at approximately 9:54 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Food Lion Store on Nanticoke Road for the report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival, officers met with store employees who advised that the below listed suspect had been observed by employees taking meat from the store without making any attempts at payment. The suspect then fled from the store. Officers located the suspect on West Main Street and the suspect was positively identified. The property was recovered.

On July 21, 2009 at approximately 2:15 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Macys Department Store at the Centre at Salisbury for the report of an employee theft. Upon arrival the officers were advised by store management that an employee had been taking U.S. currency from the store while falsifying returns.
ARRESTED: Linda Joyce Zissimos, 60 years of age Delmar, Maryland
CHARGES:
Theft (over $ 500)
Theft scheme (over $ 500)
DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 200900025540
On July 21, 2009 at approximately 9:12 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Universal Market on Ocean Gateway for the report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival, officers met with a store employee who advised that the below listed suspect had been observed by employees taking items from the store without making any attempts at payment. The suspect then fled from the store. Officers located the suspect in the area of Nanticoke Road and the suspect was positively identified. The property was recovered and returned to the store.
ARRESTED: Bobby Ronald Goodwine, 42 years of age Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES:
Theft (under $ 100)
Trespassing
