Resolution No. 1806 - accepting funds in cooperation with the 1d
Wicomico County Emergency Services through the Department of
Homeland Security to purchase equipment to be utilized by first
responders to meet the challenges posed by potential acts of terrorism

Resolution No. 1807 - accepting grant funds awarded through the 1e
Governor’s Office of Crime Control and Prevention to provide for
overtime reimbursement to officers participating in the Multi-
Jurisdictional Warrant Reduction/Service – Violent Offender Warrant
Reduction Program

Resolution No. 1808 - accepting funds awarded through the Bryne 1f
Justice Recovery Act from the Governor’s Office of Crime Control and
Prevention to fund a Crime Analysis Geographical Information System
to enhance the Police Department’s ability to analyze and track crime
trends and geographical data

Resolution No. 1809 - approving Community Legacy application for 1g
funds to be utilized by Urban Salisbury, Inc. to procure detailed
architectural and engineering drawings for the Downtown Master Plan
streetscape improvements

Resolution No. 1810 – appointment of Dr. James C. Todd, III to the 1h
Housing Board of Adjustments and Appeals for a term ending
July 2013

Resolution No. 1802 - amending the tax deferral plan awarded to 5a
Salisbury Housing II, LLC for Gateway Village to reflect a change
in the name of the ownership entity
