If it were possible to give up guns (genie is out of the bottle so its not) but if it were- I would gladly give up all guns in exchange for all MEN to be required to carry a broadsword. Imagine how much more polite life would be if everyone knew at any moment that they could lose a limb at any moment.
And women to wear daggers in their garters under their dresses.
