And that's the way it would have continued on. I can see most of the money now going to fund the EU since Brexit now too. Those who oppose the President's decision don't live in the real world. They are clueless. Most haven't been anywhere but a few hour radius from where they were born. They think traveling abroad visiting the Dominican Republic. Most can't even name more then 1 or 2 world leaders. They get their "news" from CNN and then run with it.
But if you live by the "Blame America" mantra - This is sensible.

So they cherry picked only the countries that aren't donating? Here are some that are (this is in millions):
Japan $1,500
UK $1,211
France $1,035
Germany $1,003
Sweden $581
Canada $277
and the list goes on. So don't make out like this is a fund where we are literally the only ones paying

Fact: Obama did not have approval by Senate or Congress to enter this agreement. For it to be legal in this country the houses have to weigh in and both have said they would never let this situation go further. People learn how our government works. You look absolutely nuts.

KEEP UP! Boy you people like to twist everything you see. If you weren't so low information you would feel ashamed over making such an asinine comment. No one cherry picked anything. The point of these countries being singled out is because they are the top polluters. You products of the dumbed down US "education" system are too much. You've been reduced to nothing but puppets for CNN, the Failing NYT, MSNBC and so on.
8:48 that's not what they have paid that's is what they have PLEDGED. Stop trying to spread Fake News! You'll get called out around her!
Right the list 8:48 provided is what the countries have pledged not what they have paid so far. 1500 million is 1.5 billion. 1200 mil is 1.2 bil, 1000 is 1 bil and so on. The US has paid 1000 mil or 1 billion so far. With the rest who have paid in so far all combined amounts to a fraction of what the US has paid.
