Every billionaire gains and loses money on a yearly basis.If anyone reads Forbes list of the wealthiest YEARLY they will notice drastic gains and losses.On one particular year Bill Gates lost more than $10 billion because of a drop in stock price.She sure doesn't know much.Losing nearly one billion was not even a cause for Trump to panic.

The IRS allows you to carry business loses up to 20 years. That means that if I lose 5 million a year for 19 years and I don't claim those losses until my 20th year I can claim 95 million in losses for the 20th year plus the losses for that year. You also do not have to take all of your loses in one year. So if my loses are 5 million I can take 3 of those this year and hold our 2 for another year.
Clinton has no clue what she is talking about and Trump does.
