Publishing giant Conde Nast will start moving on Monday into One World Trade Center, a 104-story, $3.9 billion skyscraper that dominates the Manhattan skyline. It is America's tallest building.
It's the centerpiece of the 16-acre site where the decimated twin towers once stood and where more than 2,700 people died on September 11, 2001, buried under smoking mounds of fiery debris.

Does anyone know if Larry Silverstein (landlord) has an anti-terror insurance policy on the new structure?
He purchased the lease for the entire World Trade complex just months before 9-11-01 and immediately purchased a billion dollar insurance policy specifically for "terror events".
The decision was extremely profitable for Mr. Silverstein.
612-You're repeating an urban myth, that's been refuted time and time again. Read it slowly, a couple of times...eventually, the truth may sink in.
First, Silverstein does not own the Freedom Tower. It's owned by the Port Authority. Silverstein didn't own the World Trade Center either, he won the bidding to lease it. Silverstein won the bid when a deal between the initial winner and the Port Authority fell through, and he signed the lease on July 24, 2001. Third, Silverstein had much more than a billion dollar insurance policy, and rightly so. The WTC lease was worth a hell of a lot more than a billion.
I hope that Larry Silverstein and his co-conspirators George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, John Ashcroft, Andrew Card, Henry A. Kissinger and others, the Stratesec security crews(the company providing security at the WTC), Stratesec CEO Wirt Walker III(Bush's cousin), Stratesec director Marvin Bush(Bush's brother), the demolition crew(unk at this time, probably military per munitions residue collected), the flight crews of both of the E-4Bs(NYC & WashDC), any other military personnel involved, those I have left out for brevity and anyone else involved in this heinous demonic and traitorous act against Americans dies the most horrific and painful lingering death imaginable. I further hope that their despicable souls suffer equally into eternity.
