Incident: Halloween DUI Enforcement

Narrative: During the Halloween DUI Patrol initiative, deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following individuals:
- Tracey Leonard Watson, 47, Salisbury, MD – BAC .14
- Hailye Sierra Henderson, 20, Ft. Washington, MD – Refused Breath Test
- Keith James Livingston, 18, Arnold, MD – BAC .09
Charges: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 1 November 2014
Location: 1000 block of Toadvine Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Brandon Thomas Layfield, 18, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 1 November 2014 at 4:56 PM a deputy responded to a residence in the 1000 block of Toadvine Road for a reported domestic related disturbance. Upon arrival, the deputy was informed that an argument had ensued between Brandon Layfield and his grandmother over Layfield needing a ride somewhere. The altercation escalated when Layfield reportedly struck his grandmother in the face with a closed fist. During the investigation, the deputy observed signs of injury that corroborated the victim’s account.
The deputy placed Layfield under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Layfield in the Detention Center in lieu of $30,000.00 bond.

I'm not surprised!!! This is the same kid - When he was a student at BIS in Berlin, he got bored and just up and left right in the middle of class and NOBODY did anything about it!!!!! He did it ALL the time. I know cause I have seen it happen!!! But, to punch your grandmother in the face - You are a major disgrace!!!
